The correlation of migrant workers and other social problems are studied from the aspects of the concept of "migrant workers" and social discrimination,"new generation" and mobility of social class...The correlation of migrant workers and other social problems are studied from the aspects of the concept of "migrant workers" and social discrimination,"new generation" and mobility of social class,and the gender structure of new generation migrant workers.The results show that the "worker" in the "migrant worker" comes from the "work for other people";although the "migrant worker" has the sense of discrimination,it really reflects the survival states of a certain social class;comparing with the first class migrant workers,the new generation migrant workers are the second generation of migrant workers,and their social position has not changed basically.The unfairness of social mobility is included among the "poor second generation","rich second generation" and "officer second generation",which may lead to the hardening of social class and the appear of opposite classes;the new generation migrant workers are subverting their fathers’ psychological recognition of "man dominates the outside and the woman dominates the inside" by the imbalanced sex structure,which is characterized by more women and less men.The social problems concerning new generation migrant workers caused by the sex discrepancy are directly related to the construction of the framework which comes up to the human moral and the stable improvement of the whole social ideological and cultural level.展开更多

The proportion of male-female is approximately 6:1 with this disease. The author would like to demonstrate a very special case, the Asperger-autism as a "cognitive autism." It is common to address autistic disorder as "pervasive" or "comprehensive" ontogenetic disorders because they affect all areas of adolescent psychological development negatively. But as the expression itself suggests, we are not aware of the specific disorders directly. The way that tenure is established and reviews for tenure are conducted need to be based more on a system that allows for t...For needed changes to occur, we need to do gender in higher education and tenure differently. The way that tenure is established and reviews for tenure are conducted need to be based more on a system that allows for the development of the whole individual. The future health of academia rests on the development and refinement of a system that creates a healthy environment for all members of that system. All faculty members cannot and should not be held to standards that were created in another time, which constructed the academic role as a gendered role. Individuals need to consider how we do gender, and how that creates an impact on our organization, academia. A process for equitable review of all participants in the system requires that all individuals be involved in the process of defining the standards for a tenurable professor. Then all voices should and must be represented when we construct how we do tenure so that even minority voices still have their chance to speak. There is a better way to perform the roles we take in academia, there is a better way to perform our gender in this setting, and from recognizing this we can then move to a better way to do all this that is academia.展开更多
