Innovative Practices of Project“Recall”:The Effect of Integration of Employment Big Data Analysis into the Classroom for the Training of Professional Talents

With the emphasis on using technological innovation and digital transformation to generate new development momentum,the Ministry of Education issued the“Code for the Construction of Digital Campuses in Colleges and Universities”in March 2021,which clarified the talent training path for innovative exploration of education mode under the informatization condition.In the process of exploring new methods of talent training models in the digital age,this article uses employment big data to enter the classroom,triggering changes in classroom teaching interaction methods,and then accumulates summary records of a series of research experience,in the hope that more research can extend on this result.

Analysis of the Architectural Design Talent Development Direction by Investigating the Employment Status of Architectural Design Graduates

Based on a comprehensive investigation of the employment status of architectural design graduates at a certain university,this paper analyzes the correctness of the talent development direction of architectural design in hopes of pro-viding a valuable reference for further teaching reform and strengthening school-enterprise collaboration.The research re-sults show that architectural design is the main choice of graduates,accounting for as high as 63%,and traditional architec-tural design skills continue to be in demand in the market.Employment in fields such as interior design,BIM design,and green architecture is also included.The distribution of job positions for graduates is mainly in the areas of scheme design assistants and construction drawing design,requiring software operation,communication,scheme design,and construction drawing skills.This paper also proposes talent development measures such as optimizing the curriculum,strengthening faculty construction,and deepening school-enterprise collaboration,in order to improve the quality of talent development and the competitiveness of graduates.

An Analysis of English Teaching Reform in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Employment Orientation

With the development of China’s economy,the demand for English talents are also gradually increasing.Flexible use of English skills is the basic quality that college students in various vocational colleges should have at present,it is also the key to the successful employment of graduates in vocational colleges,and facing the current severe employment form,vocational colleges should take employment as the guide,and deeply explore the problems encountered in English teaching,through the adoption of targeted teaching measures to increase the reform of English teaching,so as to improve the students’English level and practical application ability,which is conducive to the students occupy a strong core competitiveness in the huge employment market.This paper will take the employment as the basic guide,focusing on the reform measures of English teaching in vocational colleges.

麻省大学医学院教师培训项目——Teaching of Tomorrow介绍及参会心得

临床教学是医学生教育和毕业后教育的重要内容,是培养高素质医学人才的重要手段。不断提升临床教学理念,改善教学技巧,是实现高水平带教的前提。麻省大学医学院的教师培训项目——Teaching of Tomorrow(TOT)是针对临床医师的教师培训项目,通过集中授课和小组工作坊讨论的形式,努力帮助临床医师提高临床带教水平。本文介绍了该培训项目课程内容以及学习体会。首先是教育计划规划(GNOME)总论,其中G(goal)是目标,N(need assessment)是需求,O(objective)是目的,M(method)是方法,E(evaluation)是评价,通过这些步骤,提供教和学的框架。之后再按照需求评估、目标设定、达成目标的教学方法等逐渐展开。在教学方法介绍中,展示了示范教学、1分钟教学法和实时教学等具体方法。在每个主题讲课后会提供小组工作坊讨论,进一步加深受训者对授课内容的理解。最后还有临床推理方法以及针对职业倦怠的解压课程。

Cultivating Interdisciplinary Talents of Foreign Language by Constructing“EGP+ESP”Teaching Model

English for Specific Purposes(ESP) is an inevitable trend for reform of college English teaching. The paper is on the basis of theories on ESP teaching. Based on extensive investigation, it analyzes the main problems in current college English teaching which is EGP-oriented(English for General Purpose) and the necessity of teaching model"EGP + ESP"is demonstrated in this paper. Moreover, it discusses specific measures on how to conduct teaching reform on the combination of"EGP and ESP"from five aspects including faculty construction, selection of teaching materials, curriculum design, teaching model, evaluation system in order to change students' general dissatisfaction for college English teaching and achieve the goal to cultivate interdisciplinary talents of foreign language for society.

高校教师可持续发展与教学评价创新:英国专业标准框架发展动态研究

人才强校战略是高校致力于自身与社会双重可持续发展的核心战略。制定和实施教育标准是教育治理的重要方式,制定和实施教师标准也是实施人才强校战略的重要路径。英国于2006年首次颁布适用于高等教育教师的专业标准框架,并于2011年和2023年更新了该框架。本文在系统地收集文献、分析文本的基础上,分析2023年英国教师专业标准框架的修订动因,并比较其2011年版和2023年版的内容变化,基于英国三校案例考查研究型大学实施该标准框架的多样化机制。同时,本文探讨支持高校教师不断提升教学和学习支持能力的英国教师专业标准框架治理模式,分析高校如何应用标准框架来提升教师队伍的教学水平、发展潜力和影响力。

高质量发展背景下住院医师规范化培训师资教学质量影响因素分析——以安徽省某公立医院为例

目的以安徽省某公立医院为例分析住院医师规范化培训带教师资教学质量现状及相关影响因素,探索提高师资教学质量的途径。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取安徽医科大学附属宿州医院267名住院医师为研究对象,应用经信效度检验的自拟问卷对其进行线上问卷调查,问卷包括教学意识与教学能力、教学绩效与教学管理、教学病例与教学督导、教学设备设施、晋升与评优5个部分26个条目,利用因子分析方法对收集的问卷进行分析。结果多元线性回归分析表明,性别与教学意识及教学能力维度具有相关性(P=0.013);职称和工作年限与晋升及评优维度具有相关性(P=0.010、P=0.005)。结论教学质量是住院医师规范化培训的核心,从教学意识与教学能力、教学绩效与教学管理、教学病例与教学督导、教学设备设施、晋升与评优等方面完善工作机制可提升培训质量。

模块化教学法在医学生就业指导课程中的应用研究

目的:探讨模块化教学法在就业指导课程中的应用效果。方法:本研究选择齐齐哈尔医学院2018级预防医学专业79人为研究对象,按照自然班进行分组,1班43人为试验组,采用模块化教学结合小组项目学习法,2班36人为对照组,采用传统多媒体教学模式,对比两组学生在授课前后就业能力提升情况和对课程的主观满意度,并进行课程效果评价。结果:授课前,两组学生就业准备度差异无统计学意义,教学干预后,试验组就业能力自评分和课程满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:模块化教学法符合以学生为中心的教学理念,有利于培养学生的实用职业技能,学生学习的主动性、沟通表达能力、团队精神及解决问题的能力都有显著提升。

加强军事运筹学课程教员队伍建设的思考

为提高军事运筹学课程教员实战化教学水平,分析了当前军事运筹学课程教员队伍的现状;剖析了军事运筹学课程教员能力提升的着力点,即知战晓战、钻战研战、教战练战3种能力;提出了以高端战争为牵引、以勇于创新为动力、以理实一体为抓手,加强教员队伍3种能力培养的措施与方法.教学实践表明,该措施方法有助于提高军事运筹学课程教员的实战化教学水平,同时提升了学员的军事问题定量分析能力和决策优化能力,教学效果得到了明显提升.

高校教师教学学术能力发展的路径探析

教学学术能力关系到教师职业素养的长远发展与高校教学质量的整体提升。通过半结构化访谈,从关于教学学术的认知、教学学术经历、教学学术与教师专业发展三个方面探索高校教师的教学学术能力发展现状,进而提出教师教学学术能力发展的实施路径,包括提升教学学术的科学和系统性认知,激发教师发展教学学术的内在驱动力以及提升教师发展工作的多元化等方面,从而为今后的教师发展工作提供借鉴和启示。
