Objective:Validation is an important aspect of an instrument,and it ensures the confidence of researchers to employ the instrument in their studies.This study was conducted to develop and validate an instrument to ass...Objective:Validation is an important aspect of an instrument,and it ensures the confidence of researchers to employ the instrument in their studies.This study was conducted to develop and validate an instrument to assess knowledge,attitudes,and practices(KAP) on digital health among nurses since digital health capacity is a major concern in health care that needs to be assessed.Methods:We conducted a methodological study to assess the content validity and reliability of the instrument.First,items were generated through a comprehensive literature review and by obtaining an expert opinion.Second,content and face validity were assessed by a panel of 7 experts.Both the item-level content validity index(I-CVI) and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI) were established.Moreover,test–retest reliability and internal consistency of the instrument were assessed.Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.Results:The initial pool consisted of 60 items and after obtaining content,face,and construct validity,51 items remained.Items with an I-CVI <0.78 were considered relevant.The S-CVI for relevancy,clarity,ambiguity,and simplicity were 0.93,0.91,0.94,and 0.92,respectively.Five subcomponents were constructed in each knowledge and attitudes domain,and the test–retest reliability test revealed that the instrument has good reliability,showing correlation coefficient values for the KAP domains and the total questionnaire of 0.76,0.98,0.99,and 0.99,respectively.The independent Cronbach's α for all items was 0.76,indicating good internal consistency.Conclusions:The present study established the acceptable validity and ensured the good reliability and internal consistency of the instrument,which can serve as an assessment tool of KAP on digital health among healthcare professionals.展开更多

The deep integration of digital technology and the real economy is a vital engine for boosting high-quality growth of the real economy.As a result,it is necessary to investigate the effects of this integration on the ...The deep integration of digital technology and the real economy is a vital engine for boosting high-quality growth of the real economy.As a result,it is necessary to investigate the effects of this integration on the real economy.This paper develops a two-sector model that incorporates the production sector and the technology research and development sector,taking into account both the factor attribute and the technical attribute of digital technology.Digital capital,general capital,skilled labor,and unskilled labor are considered as intermediate inputs in the model.Furthermore,this paper examines the effects of two integration modes,i.e.,factor-based integration and technology-based integration,on the development of the real economy and the biased technical change from a theoretical perspective.Empirical tests are conducted to support the analysis.The findings indicate that both factor-based integration and technology-based integration contribute positively to the development of the real economy,although technology-based integration exhibits diminishing marginal effects.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that factor-based integration plays a more significant role in promoting the development of the real economy in regions with geographical advantages,low levels of human resources,high marketization levels,or low market segmentation.On the other hand,technology-based integration assumes a greater role in facilitating the development of the real economy in regions with geographical disadvantages,low costs on human resources,low marketization levels,or high market segmentation.Further analysis demonstrates that the integration of digital technology and the real economy leads to digital capital-biased technical change and skilled labor-biased technical change.Therefore,it is imperative for the public sector to encourage the expansion of both factor-based integration and technology-based integration in the real economy.Additionally,it is also important to develop a reasonable industry layout plan and enhance the skill level of workers to address the rising demand for relevant factors resulting from changes in the biased technical change.展开更多

A program in LabVIEW language has been developed to control and monitor the digital PS via serial communication (RS232) from a PC and to modify its parameters as well. In this article, the software design of the virtual instrument for controlling and monitoring digitalized PS and its associated functions are described, and the essential elements of the program graphical main-VI and sub-VI source code are presented and explained. 文摘The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) needs extremely precise power supplies for their various magnets. A digital controller is being developed for the power converters of the SSRF power supply (PS). In the digital controller, a fully digital pulse-width modulator (PWM) directly controls the power unit insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) of the PS. A program in LabVIEW language has been developed to control and monitor the digital PS via serial communication (RS232) from a PC and to modify its parameters as well. In this article, the software design of the virtual instrument for controlling and monitoring digitalized PS and its associated functions are described, and the essential elements of the program graphical main-VI and sub-VI source code are presented and explained. The com- munication protocol and the structure of the developed system are also included in this article.

文摘The technical route of partial revision in overall plan of land use is briefly described.It is pointed out that problems of area measuring in the technical route are mainly due to the digital process.The digital problems of partial revision in overall plan of land use are presented as follows:the maps are not proofread before digitalization;the coordinate matching and projection transformation are not conducted on the maps;the information is asymmetrical pre and post the digitalization;the location lacks precision;the result maps are substandard.The causes of these problems are analyzed,which cover the following aspects.The lack of united management regulations;uneven working abilities of the staff in the compilation units;unawareness of the importance of map digilalization;poor basic conclitions of the original plan maps.At last,the relevant suggestions are put forward,for instance,releasing the national united management methods and technical criteria,establishing industrial admittance system and qualification system of complication units,setting up the mechanism of supervising digitalized results and controlling the quality,conducting coordinate matching and projection transformation and unifying the specification and mode of the results of maps so as to provide technical support for the overall plan of land use,play the micro-regulating role of land use and take a leading role in the sustainable development of social economy.
文摘Geo-technical instrumentation and monitoring is very important for the construction of civil works in urban area, by which the affect or even damage to the existing building and underground utilities in the working site or vicinity caused by construction activities can be predicted. During the construction of Tuen Mun station, West Railway, Hong Kong, series of Geo-technical instruments were installed and monitored in time, and the monitoring data were transferred to the Geo-technical Monitoring System in the headquarter of the Employer promptly. Meanwhile, the alarming data were responded immediately and the modified construction methods have been adopted to avoid the damage to the building and underground utility in working site to ensure the smooth construction of the station.
