Thoughts on Present Situation of Development of Rural Animal Husbandry and Its Relationship with Construction of Ecological Agriculture and Revitalization of Rural Industry

After several rounds of phased ups and downs of development,rural animal husbandry finally presents a shrinking and depressed development situation under the comprehensive action of the failure of transformation and upgrading and the increasing production costs and breeding risks.Actively exploring and guiding the healthy and sound development of rural animal husbandry is not only an important measure to promote the construction of ecological agriculture,but also the main starting point to realize the revitalization of rural industry.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of rural animal husbandry in recent years,the influence of animal husbandry on the construction of ecological agriculture and the revitalization of rural industry,and puts forward the corresponding measures,in order to promote the steady and efficient development of animal husbandry in the grand strategy of revitalizing rural industry.

Game Analysis of Interests Coordination between Grain Production and the Development of Animal Husbandry

In order to promote the common development of grain production and animal husbandry, and achieve the optimal comprehensive benefit of the entire system of grain production and the development of animal husbandry, we use the method of game theory to research the relations between grain production and the development of animal husbandry, from the perspective of interests cointegration. In accordance with the internal relations between stakeholders in grain production and the development of animal husbandry, we focus on researching the interests-sharing game behavior of the government and planting subject collectives, the planting subject collectives and planting subject individuals, the breeding subject and planting subject. The results show that there is inequality between various stakeholders, and they seek not only the price-based benefit, but also some intangible interests difficult to calculate and quantify.

Industry Development and Genetic Resources Protection of Animal Husbandry in the World Selenium Capital Enshi Prefecture

Agricultural genetic resource is an important component of agricultural intellectual property. The protection of livestock genetic resources is related to sustainable development of animal husbandry and biodiversity. Enshi Prefecture enjoys a reputation of ＂world selenium capital＂, and has the important animal genetic resources of Enshi yellow cattle, Enshi black pig, Enshi horse-head goat, Jingyang chicken, Enshi bee, silkworm, etc. The prefecture is the best place for natural selenium-euriched livestock products. This paper introduces genetic resources and industry of animal husbandry in the prefecture, analyses the countermeasures of genetic resources protection and industry development, and further puts forward some constructive suggestions.

Based on actual situations of the development of animal husbandry in Hunchun City of Jilin Province,this paper analyzed advantages of development of animal husbandry in Hunchun City. Besides,it elaborated current situations of development of animal husbandry in Hunchun City. Finally,it introduced existing problems in animal husbandry of Hunchun City,and came up with recommendations for the development of animal husbandry of Hunchun City.

Sustainable Development of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Tibet Based on "Resource Saving and Environment Friendly"

During the ＂13th five-year＂ period,Tibet is building a well-off society in an all-round way and constructing a harmonious socialist new countryside. The pace of economic construction in the west is advanced step by step,and all kinds of economic construction subjects show obvious increasing trend. As one of the regions with rich agriculture and animal husbandry resources,it is inevitable to face the problems that wild resources are gradually consumed,and environmental pollution is severe in Tibet. While developing the economy,it must not damage the environment. To a certain extent,the resource and environment infrastructure is the material basis for economic development. With the gradual progress of economic construction,improvement of residents＇ living standards,and updating of consumption structure,it needs to build,produce and live in the environment of ＂ beautiful Tibet with clean water,blue sky and green＂. In this paper,based on resource-saving and environment-friendly angle,it sufficiently understands the importance and urgency of accelerating sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet from the global and strategic heights. It should accelerate Tibet agriculture and animal husbandry taking ＂ resource-saving and environment-friendly＂,put the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in an important historical development opportunity,and impel large economic development of plateau agriculture and animal husbandry.

Research on the Development of Smart Animal Husbandry in Beijing

With the rapid development of agricultural science and technology,animal husbandry,as an important pillar in the field of agriculture,is gradually moving towards a new era of smart animal husbandry with the deep integration of informatization and digitalization.This transformation not only breaks through the traditional production mode of animal husbandry,but also promotes it to a new form under the Internet ecology,draws a new blueprint for the development of agriculture and animal husbandry,and gives birth to numerous potential business opportunities for the development of new agriculture.However,the practice and promotion of smart animal husbandry is not a smooth road,and many challenges and problems need to be solved urgently.On the basis of an in-depth investigation of the development status of smart animal husbandry in Beijing,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current problems,including the difficulty of technology integration,the lack of talent reserve,and the need to improve the policy environment.In view of these problems,it puts forward a series of practical suggestions,in order to speed up the development of animal husbandry in Beijing to the direction of smart development,and realize the sustainable development of animal husbandry.

Preliminary Discussion on the Evolution of the Food Pattern of Human Society

Human food consists of 2 major parts: plants and animals. Primitive people collected food by fishing,hunting and gathering,and later they developed primitive agriculture and animal husbandry about near to 10 thousand years ago. Due to different natural conditions,the distribution of plants,wild animals which were suitable for domestication are unbalanced in the world; therefore species of domesticated crops and animals vary throughout the world,which leads to the differences in the food patterns of human society. The Great Discovery of Geography ushered in the ear of exchanges among people,one of which is the exchange in agriculture. Crops from America were introduced to the old continent while poultry and livestock of the old continent were also brought to America; later,domesticated crops and animals were spread to the newly-discovered Oceania. Since then,the differences in people's food pattern have begun to narrowdown and started on the path to convergence,and the whole process is basically a saddle-shaped development.

和田地区畜牧业高质量发展的政策建议

【目的】畜牧业高质量发展是农业现代化的重要组成部分,也是推动乡村振兴和农民增收的重要途径。【方法】应用文献分析法与统计分析方法对和田地区畜牧业发展现状进行分析,找出畜牧业高质量发展中存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议。【结果】从畜禽良种繁育体系不健全、饲草料供应体系不完善、肉类产品供需矛盾突出、畜牧业经营主体的联农带农机制不强、畜牧产业发展的支撑条件不完善等方面分析和田地区畜牧业发展中存在的问题,提出了优化并完善畜禽良种繁育体系、加强饲草料供应体系建设、加强畜产品供给能力提升与市场体系构建、加强龙头企业的引领和带动作用、提高畜牧业产业发展支撑能力等政策建议。【结论】探讨和田地区畜牧业高质量发展的政策建议,对推动乡村振兴、促进经济发展、优化农业产业结构以及提高农民收入具有重要的现实意义。

畜牧学科青年研究生导师指导能力提升机制的探讨

青年研究生导师的质量对研究生培养成效至关重要。山西农业大学畜牧学科近年来发展迅速,越来越多的青年导师加入研究生导师队伍。青年导师拥有诸多优势,但处于研究生培养的起步阶段,存在指导经验和能力不足,教学、科研工作繁多,对优质生源吸引力不强等问题,使得他们在研究生培养过程中遇到很多困难,会在一定程度上制约着畜牧学科青年导师队伍的建设和发展。文章探讨了青年研究生导师能力提升路径与青年导师队伍建设的发展思路,旨在为畜牧学科青年研究生导师培养、队伍建设、管理机制的完善,进而提高研究生培养质量提供参考。

内蒙古现代畜牧业发展研究

畜牧业是关系国计民生的重要产业,也是农业农村经济的支柱产业,更是保证食物安全和居民生活的战略性产业。内蒙古作为我国重要的天然牧场和畜牧业基地,近年来全力推进国家重要农畜产品生产基地建设,目前已成为国家重要的“粮仓”“肉库”“奶罐”“绒都”。粮食产量稳居全国第6位,全国1/2的羊绒及其制品、1/4的羊肉、1/6的牛奶、1/10的牛肉均来自内蒙古。本研究结合国内外现代畜牧业发展实践,通过剖析内蒙古畜牧业发展现状与典型案例,厘清内蒙古现代畜牧业发展面临的关键问题,提出内蒙古现代畜牧业发展的重点路径。

基于三阶段DEA-Malmquist指数模型的“十三五”时期新疆畜牧业经济发展效率特征

为了测算和提高新疆畜牧业经济发展效率,采用三阶段DEA-Malmquist指数模型,对“十三五”时期新疆14个地(州、市)畜牧业经济发展水平进行投入产出效率分析。结果表明,从静态分析来看,只有伊犁州直属县(市)在“十三五”时期的规模报酬不变,呈DEA有效;其他地区由于规模效率或纯技术效率下降导致综合技术效率呈DEA无效,规模大多递增。从动态分析来看,“十三五”时期Malmquist指数小于1.000,表明新疆畜牧业经济效率呈下降趋势,且技术进步的变动是阻碍畜牧业经济效率提升的主要原因。应加强技术管理力度,以新型牧业经营主体为导向,提高优化资源配置效率的能力;加强草原保护建设,推行适度规模。效率水平高的地区应保持畜牧业经济发展优势,进行技术推广;效率水平低的地区需从政策、登记体系、基础配套设施建设、人才、技术等方面加大投入。

农业强国视域下中国畜牧业循环发展路径探究

推进畜牧业循环发展有助于农村经济健康发展,赋能农业强国目标的顺利实现。农业强国视域下,加速畜牧业循环发展能够促进农业产业转型升级,助推畜禽粪污染资源化利用,完善动物疫病防控机制,推动畜牧业生态化、规模化发展,打破畜牧业发展瓶颈,持续提升畜牧业产值。在此过程中,可持续发展、绿色转型、制度建设、创新开放是推进畜牧业循环发展所遵循的目标价值,能够提高畜牧业在开放中的竞争优势,赋能农业强国建设。文章基于农业强国视角,提出建立健全种养循环可持续发展机制、做大做强特色畜牧业、创设畜牧业绿色健康发展环境、构建现代化畜牧养殖体系的畜牧业循环发展路径,为实现畜牧强国建设目标、助力乡村振兴提供参考。

数字经济与我国畜牧业高质量发展:理论阐释和实证检验

畜牧业是关乎国民膳食营养健康的支柱性产业,也是数字经济同实体经济深度融合的重要部门。在智慧畜牧业方兴未艾的背景下,亟需探索数字经济和畜牧业的结合形式及赋能成效。基于2013-2021年中国省级面板数据,采用面板固定效应模型、中介效应模型、面板门槛模型和空间杜宾模型实证检验数字经济对畜牧业高质量发展的影响及其作用机制。研究表明:数字经济显著促进了畜牧业高质量发展,这一结论在多种稳健性检验后依然成立;机制研究表明,促进技术进步是数字经济赋能畜牧业高质量发展的重要渠道;面板门槛效应和空间溢出效应分析发现,数字经济对畜牧业高质量发展的积极影响表现出“边际效应”非线性递增以及空间溢出的特点;区域异质性分析显示,东部地区的数字经济已明显释放高质量发展红利,而中西部地区的赋能作用尚不显著。因此,要加快推动乡村地区和涉农领域的数字基础设施建设,积极利用畜禽养殖大数据平台等形式实现数字经济和畜牧业的融合发展,因地制宜做好智慧畜牧业长期规划,充分发挥数字经济在推动畜牧业转型升级和高质量发展中的作用。
