Methods: Sixty...Objective: To investigate the effect of respiratory muscle training combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy on trunk control, balance ability and activities of daily living in stroke patients. Methods: Sixty stroke patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table, 30 each, and received conventional rehabilitation therapy. Moreover, the experimental group underwent respiratory muscle training (RMT), for four weeks. In each patient, maximal inspiratory pressure (MIP) was measured for the inspiratory muscle strength. Maximal expiratory pressure (MEP) was measured for the expiratory muscle strength. The trunk control was measured using the Trunk Impairment Scale (TIS). The Berg balance scale (BBS) was used to assess the balance function. The modified Barthel index (MBI) was used to evaluate activities of daily living. Results: There were no significant differences in MIP, MEP, TIS, BBS and MBI between the two groups before treatment. The MIP, MEP, TIS, BBS and MBI functions of the control group and the experimental group were improved after treatment, And the functional improvement of the above indicators in the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: This study proved that RMT improved respiratory muscle strength, trunk control, balance function, and ADL in stroke patients.展开更多

TRIZ, as a new theor...Abstract: Innovation is a process of taking an original idea and converting it into a business value, in which the engineers face some inventive problems which can be solved hardly by experience. TRIZ, as a new theory for companies in China, provides both conceptual and procedural knowledge for finding and solving inventive problems. Because the government plays a leading role in the diffusion of TRIZ, too many companies from different industries are waiting to be trained, but the quantity of the trainers mastering TRIZ is incompatible with that requirement. In this context, to improve the training effect, an interactive training model of TRIZ for the mechanical engineers in China is developed and the implementation in the form of training classes is carried out. The training process is divided into 6 phases as follows: selecting engineers, training stage-l, finding problems, training stage-2, finding solutions and summing up. The government, TRIZ institutions and companies to join the programs interact during the process. The government initiates and monitors a project in form of a training class of TRIZ and selects companies to join the programs. Each selected companies choose a few engineers to join the class and supervises the training result. The TRIZ institutions design the training courses and carry out training curriculum. With the beginning of the class, an effective communication channel is established by means of interview, discussion face to face, E-mail, QQ and so on. After two years training practices, the results show that innovative abilities of the engineers to join and pass the final examinations increased distinctly, and most of companies joined the training class have taken congnizance of the power of TRIZ for product innovation. This research proposes an interactive training model of TRIZ for mechanical engineers in China to expedite the knowledge diffusion of TRIZ.展开更多

It is also a goal of this work to appreciate the level of general knowledge of food handlers before receive any training session and then see if there was some improvement after the course. On the other hand, identifying potential social and personal factors of food handlers that influence on the results of the evaluation. To this end, two tests were performed (one before the training and at the end) and evaluated the results per modules. In general, knowledge levels both initially and after taking the course proved to be satisfactory. Personal and social factors determined better or worse scores on the basis of these.展开更多
This paper presents a novel augmented reality(AR)-based neurosurgical training simulator which provides a very natural way for surgeons to learn neurosurgical skills.Surgical simulation with bimanual haptic interactio...This paper presents a novel augmented reality(AR)-based neurosurgical training simulator which provides a very natural way for surgeons to learn neurosurgical skills.Surgical simulation with bimanual haptic interaction is integrated in this work to provide a simulated environment for users to achieve holographic guidance for pre-operative training.To achieve the AR guidance,the simulator should precisely overlay the 3D anatomical information of the hidden target organs in the patients in real surgery.In this regard,the patient-specific anatomy structures are reconstructed from segmented brain magnetic resonance imaging.We propose a registration method for precise mapping of the virtual and real information.In addition,the simulator provides bimanual haptic interaction in a holographic environment to mimic real brain tumor resection.In this study,we conduct AR-based guidance validation and a user study on the developed simulator,which demonstrate the high accuracy of our AR-based neurosurgery simulator,as well as the AR guidance mode’s potential to improve neurosurgery by simplifying the operation,reducing the difficulty of the operation,shortening the operation time,and increasing the precision of the operation.展开更多
Objectives:lnterprofessional collaboration in the training of nursing and psychology students helps provide students of both disciplines with the ability and competences they need to best attend to their patients.This...Objectives:lnterprofessional collaboration in the training of nursing and psychology students helps provide students of both disciplines with the ability and competences they need to best attend to their patients.This study implemented and analyzed a method for developing the competences of each discipline in a scenario of joint clinical simulation that incorporates mental and physical health simultaneously,and measured the caring ability of the participating students.Methods:Participants took a self-applied survey measuring their own caring ability.After,a clinical simulation was performed where nursing students performed clinical interviews on psychology students,who acted as standardized patients.Caring abilities were measured in the nursing students,and the psychology students implemented an intervention service measuring caring ability and brief-debrief simulation by coaching to nursing students.Results:The results indicated that the self-applied questionnaire of caring ability resulted in scores significantly higher than what was measured by observers.Conclusions:The results contribute to the development of protocols,training and collaborative work practices in interprofessional education,which allow the scaling of these competences.展开更多

How...Background: Water weight-loss walking training is an emerging physical therapy technique, which provides new ideas for improving the motor function of stroke patients and improving the quality of life of patients. However, the rehabilitation effect of water weight-loss training in stroke patients is currently unclear. Objective: To analyze the effect of water weight loss walking training in stroke patients. Methods: A total of 180 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine walking training, and the research group performed weight loss walking training in water on this basis. The lower limb motor function, muscle tone grade, daily living ability, gait and balance ability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with the control group, the FMA-LE score (Fugl-Meyer motor assessment of Lower Extremity), MBI score (Modified Barthel Index) and BBS score (berg balance scale) of the study group were higher after treatment, and the muscle tone was lower (P Conclusion: Water weight loss walking training can enhance patients’ muscle tension, correct patients’ abnormal gait, improve patients’ balance and walking ability, and contribute to patients’ motor function recovery and self-care ability improvement.展开更多

文摘In view of the relationship between executive ability and landscape design teaching, the paper put forward that the executive ability is a key factor restricting teaching effects of landscape design, and then analyzed factors influencing executive ability of subject-object (teachers and students) in the teaching. Aiming at these factors, executive ability of teachers and students in landscape design teaching could be improved by modifying teaching management system, teacher training, developing the role of "project-oriented learning" in shaping the executive ability, and cultivating students' self-study ability, so as to improve the teaching effect of landscape design.
文摘This study has two main objectives: on one hand, the evaluation of food items related to the food training courses in order to know which ones require better explanations from trainers and a further development and refinement by food handlers. It is also a goal of this work to appreciate the level of general knowledge of food handlers before receive any training session and then see if there was some improvement after the course. On the other hand, identifying potential social and personal factors of food handlers that influence on the results of the evaluation. To this end, two tests were performed (one before the training and at the end) and evaluated the results per modules. In general, knowledge levels both initially and after taking the course proved to be satisfactory. Personal and social factors determined better or worse scores on the basis of these.

文摘This paper presents a novel augmented reality(AR)-based neurosurgical training simulator which provides a very natural way for surgeons to learn neurosurgical skills.Surgical simulation with bimanual haptic interaction is integrated in this work to provide a simulated environment for users to achieve holographic guidance for pre-operative training.To achieve the AR guidance,the simulator should precisely overlay the 3D anatomical information of the hidden target organs in the patients in real surgery.In this regard,the patient-specific anatomy structures are reconstructed from segmented brain magnetic resonance imaging.We propose a registration method for precise mapping of the virtual and real information.In addition,the simulator provides bimanual haptic interaction in a holographic environment to mimic real brain tumor resection.In this study,we conduct AR-based guidance validation and a user study on the developed simulator,which demonstrate the high accuracy of our AR-based neurosurgery simulator,as well as the AR guidance mode’s potential to improve neurosurgery by simplifying the operation,reducing the difficulty of the operation,shortening the operation time,and increasing the precision of the operation.
文摘Objectives:lnterprofessional collaboration in the training of nursing and psychology students helps provide students of both disciplines with the ability and competences they need to best attend to their patients.This study implemented and analyzed a method for developing the competences of each discipline in a scenario of joint clinical simulation that incorporates mental and physical health simultaneously,and measured the caring ability of the participating students.Methods:Participants took a self-applied survey measuring their own caring ability.After,a clinical simulation was performed where nursing students performed clinical interviews on psychology students,who acted as standardized patients.Caring abilities were measured in the nursing students,and the psychology students implemented an intervention service measuring caring ability and brief-debrief simulation by coaching to nursing students.Results:The results indicated that the self-applied questionnaire of caring ability resulted in scores significantly higher than what was measured by observers.Conclusions:The results contribute to the development of protocols,training and collaborative work practices in interprofessional education,which allow the scaling of these competences.
文摘Background: Water weight-loss walking training is an emerging physical therapy technique, which provides new ideas for improving the motor function of stroke patients and improving the quality of life of patients. However, the rehabilitation effect of water weight-loss training in stroke patients is currently unclear. Objective: To analyze the effect of water weight loss walking training in stroke patients. Methods: A total of 180 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine walking training, and the research group performed weight loss walking training in water on this basis. The lower limb motor function, muscle tone grade, daily living ability, gait and balance ability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with the control group, the FMA-LE score (Fugl-Meyer motor assessment of Lower Extremity), MBI score (Modified Barthel Index) and BBS score (berg balance scale) of the study group were higher after treatment, and the muscle tone was lower (P Conclusion: Water weight loss walking training can enhance patients’ muscle tension, correct patients’ abnormal gait, improve patients’ balance and walking ability, and contribute to patients’ motor function recovery and self-care ability improvement.
