Metastatic lung nodules were markedly reduced using combined therapy when compared with the transfer of LAK cells or alloimmuni-zation alone. IL-2 activity in the serum of alloim-munized rats could be detected. This activity, maintained in vivo for one week, may be responsible for enhancing the antitumor effect of transferred LAK cells.展开更多

A drain current plateau (IDs = 32.0 mA/mm) for Vcs swept from +0.7 V to -0. 6 V is present in the transfer characteristics of InGaN/AIGaN/AIN/GaN HFETs. The theoretical calculation shows the coexistence of two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) and two-dimensional hole gas (2DHG) in InGaN/AIGaN/A1N/GaN heterostructures, and the screening effect of 2DHG to the 2DEG in the conduction channel can explain this current plateau. Moreover, the current plateau shows the time-dependent behavior when IDs Vcs scans repeated are conducted. The obtained insight provides indication for the design in the fabrication of GaN-based super HFETs.展开更多

Ever since the 1960s, especially 1980s, under the background of quickening pace of economic globalization and the regional division of labor around the world, the transfer of manufacturing industries among countries a...Ever since the 1960s, especially 1980s, under the background of quickening pace of economic globalization and the regional division of labor around the world, the transfer of manufacturing industries among countries and areas gets great momentum and impetus. During 20-plus years in which China has adopted the policy of opening-up and reforming, our country has played an active role in taking part in the transfer of manufacturing industries. It advances the structural change of national manufacturing industries, accelerates national industrialism and promotes the comprehensive development of regional economics. In this paper, the author makes some initial study on the regularity of transfer of International manufacturing industries, discusses the profound impact of such shift on our national resources, environment, economics and society, and also proposes corresponding suggestions on how to implement the strategy of sustainable development in the process of the shift.展开更多
