ZnO thin films co-doped with A1 and Sb with different concentrations and a fixed molar ratio of AlCl3 to SbCl3 at 1:2, are prepared by a sol-gel spin-coating method on glass annealed at 550 ℃ for 2 h in air. The x-ray diffraction results confirm that the ZnO thin films co-doped with Al distortion, and the biaxial stresses are 1.03× 10^8. 3.26× 10^8 and Sb are of wurtzite hexagonal ZnO with a very small 5.23 × 10^8, and 6.97× 10^8 Pa, corresponding to those of the ZnO thin films co-doped with Al and Sb in concentrations of 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, 6.0 at% respectively. The optical properties reveal that the ZnO thin films co-doped with Al and Sb have obviously enhanced transmittance in the visible region. The electrical properties show that ZnO thin film co-doped with Al and Sb in a concentration of 1.5 at% has a lowest resistivity of 2.5 Ω·cm. 展开更多

Transparent zinc oxide(ZnO) thin films are fabricated by a simple sol-gel spin-coating technique on glass substrates with different solution concentrations(0.3-1.2 M) using zinc acetate dehydrate [Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O] as precursor and isopropanol and monoethanolamine(MEA) as solvent and stabilizer, respectively. The molar ratio of zinc acetate dehydrate to MEA is 1.0. X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy are employed to investigate the effect of solution concentration on the structural and optical properties of the ZnO thin films. The obtained results of all thin films are discussed in detail and are compared with other experimental data. 展开更多

In this work, Undoped Zinc Oxide (ZnO) and Sndoped Zinc Oxide (ZnO:Sn) films have been deposited by sol-gel dip coating method, where the Sn/Zn atomic ratio was 3% and 5% in the solution. The effects of Sn incorporation on morphological, structural and optical properties of ZnO films were investigated. The Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) showed that the morphological surface of the films was affected by Sn low doping. The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) patterns showed that all films have polycrystalline structures, and the doping incorporation has not lead to substantial changes in the structural characteristics of ZnO films. The crystallite size was calculated using the well-known Scherrer’s formula and found to be in the range of 23 - 40 nm. The measurements from UV-Visible Spectrophotometer (U-Vis) indicated that the highest average optical transmittance in the visible region was related to Undoped ZnO film, then the optical band gap and Urbach energy values of thin films were calculated. The X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) has demonstrated that Sn is incorporated in ZnO lattice. 展开更多

Optical constants were determined and showed the lowest refractive index of 1.66 for the as-prepared films that ever reported till now. A specific revised HFCVD apparatus and a novel process combining HFCVD and polishing technique were presented to deposit the micro-and nano-crystalline multilayered ultra-smooth diamond(USCD) film on the interior-hole surface of WC-Co drawing dies with aperture ranging from d1.0 mm to 60 mm.Characterization results indicate that the surface roughness values(Ra) in the entry zone,drawing zone and bearing zone of as-fabricated USCD coated drawing die were measured as low as 25.7,23.3 and 25.5 nm,respectively.Furthermore,the friction properties of USCD films were examined in both dry sliding and water-lubricating conditions,and the results show that the USCD film presents much superior friction properties.Its friction coefficients against ball-bearing steel,copper and silicon nitride balls(d4 mm),is always lower than that of microcrystalline diamond(MCD) or WC-Co sample,regardless of the lubricating condition.Meanwhile,it still presents competitive wear resistance with the MCD films.Finally,the working lifetime and performance of as-fabricated USCD coated drawing dies were examined under producing low-carbon steel pipes in dry-sliding and water-lubricating conditions.Under the water-lubricating drawing condition,its production significantly increases by about 20 times compared with the conventional WC-Co drawing dies. 展开更多

Al specimens were covered with TiO2 film by sol-gel dip-coating and then anodized in ammonium adipate solution.The structure,composition and capacitance properties of the anodic oxide film were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM),Auger electron spectroscopy (AES),X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).It was found that an anodic oxide film with a dual-layer structure formed between TiO2 coating and Al substrate.The film consisted of an inner Al2O3 layer and an outer Ti-Al composite oxide layer.The thickness of layers varied with the number of times of sol-gel dip-coating.The capacitance of anodic oxide films formed on coated specimens was at most 80% higher than that without TiO2.In film formation mechanism,it was claimed that the formation of composite oxide film was mainly affected by the structure of micro-pores network in TiO2 coating which had an influence on Al3+ and O2? ions transport during the anodizing. 展开更多

The further electrification of various fields in production and daily life makes it a topic worthy of exploration to improve the performance of capacitors for a long time,including thin-film capacitors.The discharge energy density of thin-film capacitors that serves as one of the important types directly depends on electric field strength and the dielectric constant of the insulation material.However,it has long been a great challenge to improve the breakdown strength and dielectric constant simultaneously.Considering that boron nitride nanosheets(BNNS)possess superior insulation and thermal conductivity owing to wide band gap and 2-dimensional structure,a bilayer polymer film is prepared via coating BNNS by solution casting on surface of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)films.By revealing the bandgap and insulating behavior with UV absorption spectrum,leakage current,and finite element calculation,it is manifested that nanocoating contributes to enhance the bandgap of polymer films,thereby suppressing the charge injection by redirecting their transport from electrodes.Worthy to note that an ultrahigh breakdown field strength(~736 MV m^(−1)),an excellent discharge energy density(~8.77 J cm^(−3))and a prominent charge-discharge efficiency(~96.51%)are achieved concurrently,which is ascribed to the contribution of BNNS ultrathin layer.In addition,the modified PET films also have superior comprehensive performance at high temperatures(~120°C).The materials and methods here selected are easily accessible and facile,which are suitable for large-scale roll-to-roll process production,and are of certain significance to explore the methods about film modification suitable for commercial promotion. 展开更多

为提升光学镜头的成像质量,消除杂散光的影响,以K9玻璃为基底设计可见光波段平均反射率小于0.1%的减反射膜。采用电子束离子辅助沉积的制备方式,针对薄层敏感度高、光谱变化大等问题,通过建立稳定控制膜层厚度的数学模型来减小膜厚误差... 为提升光学镜头的成像质量,消除杂散光的影响,以K9玻璃为基底设计可见光波段平均反射率小于0.1%的减反射膜。采用电子束离子辅助沉积的制备方式,针对薄层敏感度高、光谱变化大等问题,通过建立稳定控制膜层厚度的数学模型来减小膜厚误差,提高制备精度和成膜稳定性。对减反射膜进行环测实验,优化调整工艺参数,侧重提高减反射膜的硬度和耐水煮能力。实验结果表明,最终制备出的减反射膜在420~680 nm波段内的平均反射率约为0.044%,最高反射率为0.0712%,克服了以MgF2为外层的减反射膜机械性能和化学稳定性较差的问题,满足工程应用低损耗、稳定可靠、高强度、可重复性制备的要求。 展开更多

Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr/AlCrN复合涂层高温摩擦学行为研究

通过实验分析和有限元模拟,对比研究了物理气相沉积技术制备的单层AlCrN薄膜和以超音速火焰喷涂Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr涂层为中间层的Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr/AlCrN复合涂层的微观组织、力学性能以及不同温度下的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明,Cr_(3)C_(2... 通过实验分析和有限元模拟,对比研究了物理气相沉积技术制备的单层AlCrN薄膜和以超音速火焰喷涂Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr涂层为中间层的Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr/AlCrN复合涂层的微观组织、力学性能以及不同温度下的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明,Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr中间层对表层AlCrN薄膜的微观组织和纳米硬度的影响极小,但能避免AlCrN薄膜在承载接触点周围产生的应力集中。相较于单层薄膜,复合涂层的构建实现了材料热膨胀系数由表层AlCrN薄膜向金属基体的梯度过渡,抗热震性能显著提高。摩擦性能方面:在不同温度下复合涂层均表现出低的磨损率。在600℃以下,单层薄膜与复合涂层的主要磨损机制均为磨粒磨损;当温度升高至800℃时,单层薄膜表面发生严重的开裂及剥落,磨损机制由磨粒磨损转为剥层磨损。 展开更多

为提高可食膜的保鲜性能,有效利用葡萄皮渣中含有的大量多酚类物质,以膜的机械性能、阻隔性能和抗氧化性能为依据,通过单因素和响应面法优化多酚复合膜中多酚提取液、壳聚糖和甘油的添加量,并将优化后的多酚复合膜进行冷鲜鱼肉的涂膜保... 为提高可食膜的保鲜性能,有效利用葡萄皮渣中含有的大量多酚类物质,以膜的机械性能、阻隔性能和抗氧化性能为依据,通过单因素和响应面法优化多酚复合膜中多酚提取液、壳聚糖和甘油的添加量,并将优化后的多酚复合膜进行冷鲜鱼肉的涂膜保鲜。结果表明,多酚复合膜的最优制备工艺为壳聚糖、甘油、葡萄皮渣多酚质量浓度分别为2.5,1.1,3.2 g/(100 mL),制备的复合膜的性能综合评分为0.779分。将此多酚复合膜涂膜鱼肉保鲜9 d后,可抑制52.87%的挥发性盐基氮、19.66%的菌落总数和43.46%的脂肪氧化分解,并延缓鱼肉0.3个pH值的上升。研究为生鲜水产品的保鲜应用提供理论依据。 展开更多

目的研究不同温度的3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中TiAlCN涂层耐腐蚀性能的变化,并进一步探究温度对涂层表面钝化膜性能的影响。方法采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱仪和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)表征涂层的微观形貌和物相组成... 目的研究不同温度的3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中TiAlCN涂层耐腐蚀性能的变化,并进一步探究温度对涂层表面钝化膜性能的影响。方法采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱仪和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)表征涂层的微观形貌和物相组成;通过动电位极化、电化学阻抗谱实验评估TiAlCN涂层的耐腐蚀性;进一步,先通过恒电位极化使涂层表面生成稳定的钝化膜,再利用X射线光电子能谱仪和Mott-Schottky测试探究钝化膜结构和半导体性质。结果TiAlCN涂层表面存在凹坑、颗粒和针孔,截面呈现出明显的柱状晶结构;涂层为面心立方结构,主要由TiC、TiN相组成;随着温度的升高,腐蚀电流密度及钝化电流密度增加,容抗弧直径减小,涂层的耐蚀性降低;TiAlCN涂层钝化膜的主要成分为Al_(2)O_(3)和TiO_(2),且二者含量随着温度的升高而减小。在20℃和80℃的温度条件下,TiAlCN涂层的钝化膜表现出n型半导体性质,且钝化膜的施主密度值从1.14×10^(16)cm^(-3)增加到3.27×10^(16)cm^(-3),钝化膜的保护能力降低。结论温度对TiAlCN涂层的耐腐蚀性有显著影响,高温会降低钝化膜的致密性及增加施主密度,使钝化膜的保护性降低,从而降低涂层的耐蚀性。 展开更多

Ta2O5 films are prepared on Si, BK7, fused silica, antireflection (AR) and high reflector (HR) substrates by electron beam evaporation method, respectively. Both the optical property and laser induced damage thresholds (LIDTs) at 1064 nm of Ta2O5 films on different substrates are investigated before and after annealing at 673 K for 12 h. It is shown that annealing increases the refractive index and decreases the extinction index, and improves the O/Ta ratio of the Ta2O5 films from 2.42 to 2.50. Moreover, the results show that the LIDTs of the Ta2O5 films are mainly correlated with three parameters: substrate property, substoichiometry defect in the films and impurity defect at the interface between the substrate and the films. Details of the laser induced damage models in different cases are discussed. 展开更多

选取电石渣作为原材料,经粉碎、研磨、煅烧、水溶、中和、过滤、蒸发浓缩和干燥等一系列操作制得乙酸钙,该成品具备一定的融冰化雪性能,可以作为新型环保非氯盐融雪剂使用。借鉴农药、化肥包膜技术,分别采用正硅酸乙酯、环氧树脂、酚醛... 选取电石渣作为原材料,经粉碎、研磨、煅烧、水溶、中和、过滤、蒸发浓缩和干燥等一系列操作制得乙酸钙,该成品具备一定的融冰化雪性能,可以作为新型环保非氯盐融雪剂使用。借鉴农药、化肥包膜技术,分别采用正硅酸乙酯、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂对乙酸钙进行包膜,制得乙酸钙抗凝冰剂。采用DDS-11A数显电导率仪分别测试不同有机物包膜乙酸钙后乙酸根离子的释放量,并对3种包膜的乙酸钙进行抗凝冰试验及缓释效果比较。结果显示:在对乙酸钙进行包膜时,正硅酸乙酯与乙醇稀释比例为3∶20,浸泡均匀后包膜两层时缓释性能最佳;环氧树脂与环己酮的稀释比例为4∶1时,均匀浸泡后包两层膜时缓释性能最佳;酚醛树脂与乙醇的稀释比例为3∶1,均匀浸泡包膜一层时缓释性能最好。通过抗凝冰试验及缓释结果对比,环氧树脂和酚醛树脂较正硅酸乙酯包膜的乙酸钙性能更优。采用环氧树脂、酚醛树脂对乙酸钙进行包膜制得的抗凝冰剂具有环保、长效的性质,因而具有较为广阔的应用前景。 展开更多
