The localization of nitric oxide synthases (NOS) is dealed with in the developing gonads of amphioxus Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtauense. It was found by NADPH-diaphorase staining that (1) NOS activity was present in the nuclear membranes of germinal vesicles during the entire period ofoocyte development; (2) NOS was localized in both the nuclear membranes and the perinuclear region of cytoplasm in the vitellogenetic oocytes; (3) NOS was relocated in the cortical layer in the mature egg; (4) NOS activity was present in spermatocytes, but not in the spermatogonia in the middle of October; (5) NOS was detected in both spermatozoa and spermatids as well as spermatocytes during the breeding season. This is the first report on the distribution pattern of NOS in the developing gonads in protochordates. These results suggest a role for NOS in the functioning of the nuclear membranes and yolk synthesis during oogenesis and in cell division and differentiation during spermatogenesis. 展开更多

Russian sturgeon (<i></span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Acipenser gueldenstaedtii</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"></i></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">) is a primitive freshwater fish and a source of black caviar.</span></span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">The genes involved in sexual determination and differentiation are still unknown and there are no molecular markers for sex identification in this species. Studying the variation of the sex-based differences in genomic sequences and in gene expression in the sturgeon may lead to markers of sex in early stages of development and advances in aquaculture, as well as provide novel insights about the evolution of reproduction, sex determination, and sexual differentiation mechanisms in vertebrates. Previous studies by our and other groups have identified differentially expressed genes in the gonads of adult female and male sturgeon. The current study aimed to test whether these ge</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">nes were also differentially expressed in non-gonadal tissue, namely fins. We measured by qRT-PCR the mRNA levels of 29 known and novel sex-related genes in the gonads and fins of males (4 years old) and females (7 years old;sexual maturation is earlier in males than in females). Six genes (ATP6, IGFRM, LIA1A, S1A, NPL1A, GAPDH and SOX9) showed higher expression in female fin</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">s. The results showed that the tunica albuginea testis was com-posed of collagenous fibers and elastic fibers, with the thickness of about 1 054 μm, and a large number of blood vessels were distributed in tunica albuginea;the seminiferous tubule was about 203 μm in diameter, with uneven thickness of tubule wall, which was consisted of sustentacular cells and spermatogenic cells;there were interstitial cells and blood vessels between seminiferous tubules. The epididymis contained more than 20 effer-ent ducts and a long curly epididymal duct;the capsule thickness at epididymis head was about 53 μm, and that at epididymis body and tail was400-1 000 μm;the epithelium of efferent duct was pseudostratified columnar epithelial cells;the wall epithelium of epididymal duct was composed of tall columnar cells at proximal lumina and stroma cells at distal lumina;the epithelial basement membrane of efferent duct and epididymal duct contained circular smooth muscle. Odor-Active Volatile Compounds from the Gonads of the Sea Urchin <i>Mesocentrotus nudus</i>in the Wild in Miyagi Prefecture, Tohoku, Japan

The gonads are targeted as an edible product. The objective of this study was to identify odor-active volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the gonads of adult M. nudus collected at a fishing ground in Miyagi Prefecture, Tohoku, Japan. Methods and Results: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis and gas chromatography-sniffing techniques identified 42 compounds categorized as alcohols, aldehydes, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, halomethanes, hydrocarbons, ketones, sulfur-containing compounds, and nitrogen-containing compounds. GC-sniffing analysis characterized four compounds with preferable odors of sea urchin gonads;limonene, propyl acetate, acetone, dibromochloromethane. On the other hand, the analysis characterized three compounds with unpreferable odors;methyl mercaptane, dimethyl sulfide, and s-methyl thioacetate. Several VOCs from the gonads were derived from seaweeds, terrestrial plants, and fish flesh as food because M. nudus is omnivorous. Conclusion: This is the first study to identify VOCs from edible sea urchin gonads in the wild in Japan. These VOC data comprise a typical standard in order to evaluate a higher quality of sea urchin gonads. 展开更多

PATHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GONADS IN NINE PATIENTS WITH TRUE HERMAPHRODITISM

The gonadal histopathology, and its correlation with the clinical features has been investigated in 9 true hermaphroditism patients, aged 5-21 yr. Seven of 9 patients had been raised as females, of which the chromosomal karyotype was 46XX in 5 cases, 46XX/46XY and 46XX/47XXY in 2 cases. Two of 9 pa- tients were raised as males, the chromosomal karyotypes being 46XX and 46XX/46XY. All 9 patients had testicular tissue excised, and biopsies of the conserved ovarian tissue were performed. Ovotestis was the most common form of the abnormal gonads; two of 9 patients had bilateral ovotestes, seven had unilateral ovotestes (5 in right side, 2 in left side). In seven patients with a unilateral ovotestis, 6 had a contralateral ovary and one had a contralateral testis. Microscopically, the ovarian tissue of 11 ovotestes, including 6 biopsies from contealateral ovaris, were normal, with many primordal follicles and a few growing follicles. In two of the patients, aged over 15 years, evidence of ovulation was observed. In comparison, the testicu- lar tissue of the ovotestis and the one left inguinal testis was histologically abnormal, with immature semi- niferous tubules, most of which filled with Sertoli cells only. Three of 9 patients married after surgical treatment. Two of these subsequently conceived and delivered of normal infants by cesarean section. 展开更多

Chinese tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis)is an economically important marine fish species with a ZZ/ZW sex determination mechanism,which can be influenced by temperature.Alternative splicing(AS)is an important mechanism regulating the expression of genes related to sex determination and gonadal differentiation,but has rarely been reported in fish.In this study,to explore the molecular regulatory mechanisms of sex determination and gonadal differentiation,we combined isoform and RNA sequencing(Iso-Seq and RNA-Seq)to perform transcriptome profiling of male and female gonads in C.semilaevis.In total,81883 and 32341 full-length transcripts were obtained in males and females,respectively.A total of 8279 AS genes were identified,including 2639 genes showing differential AS(DAS)between males and females.Many intersecting DAS genes and differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were enriched in the meiotic cell cycle pathway,and genes related to gonadal differentiation,such as esrrb and wt1a,were found to have sex-specific isoforms.Thus,this study revealed AS events in the gonadal transcriptomes of male and female C.semilaevis,described the characteristics of active transcription in the testes,and identified candidate genes for studying the regulatory mechanisms of AS during gonadal differentiation. 展开更多

The sea urchin Heliocidaris crassispina has northern expanded in geographic range to Toga Bay,Oga Peninsula in the Sea of Japan due to the global warming.To demonstrate the gonad traits and age structure of H.crassispina in the central range and compare the difference with those in northern extended range,we collected 100 H.crassispina individuals from a barren off Shitsumi,Fukui(central range),in August 2018.Their growth,gonad traits(size,development and color),and sex ratio were investigated and compared with those in Toga Bay,in August 2014(extended range).The successive 2012–2016 year classes of H.crassispina indicated successive juvenile recruitment in the central range,as found in the extended range.The individuals at three years old in central range were obviously larger than those in the extended range,showing large test diameter and body weight,possibly due to the higher temperature in central range than that in northern extended range.In addition,a balanced sex ratio in the central range was found,in contrast to the female-skewed sex ratio found in the extended range.Gonadal development was sex-and site-dependent.The testicular development in the central range was not only delayed in comparison to ovarian development,but also less delayed than those in the extended range,which possibly attribute to the higher water temperature in the central range.A significantly lower male gonad index and L*(lightness)value was recorded in central ranges compared to that in extended range,possibly due to the releasement of sperm of H.crassispina in central ranges. 展开更多

This study was designed to investigate the expression of aminopeptidase N (APN)/CD13 on intraembryonic AGM stromal cells, and the change of its enzymatic activity after irradiation injury. The expression of APN/CD13 on AGM stromal cells was assayed by RT-PCR and immunihistochemistry. After the stromal cells in AGM region were irradiated with 8.0 Gy of ^60Co T-rays, APN/CD13 enzymatic activity was measured by spectrophotometer at different time points. The result showed that AGM stromal cells strongly expressed APN/CD13. The enzymatic activity of APN/CD13 decreased temporarily after irradiation injury, then increased to higher level 4 h after irradiation, and it returned to the pre-irradiation level 24 to 48 h after the irradiation. The enzymatic activity of APN/CD13 was temporarily enhanced after irradiation injury, which might be one of the compensatory mechanisms that promote the hematopoietic recovery after irradiation. 展开更多

为了评价不同饲料来源对拟穴青蟹营养品质的影响,取体重(8.52±0.34) g的蟹,分成两组,分别饲喂配合饲料和冰鲜鱼,试验周期42 d试验结束后分别取配合饲料(配合饲料组)和冰鲜鱼(冰鲜鱼组)养殖的拟穴青蟹,分离其肌肉和性腺,测定了肌肉... 为了评价不同饲料来源对拟穴青蟹营养品质的影响,取体重(8.52±0.34) g的蟹,分成两组,分别饲喂配合饲料和冰鲜鱼,试验周期42 d试验结束后分别取配合饲料(配合饲料组)和冰鲜鱼(冰鲜鱼组)养殖的拟穴青蟹,分离其肌肉和性腺,测定了肌肉和性腺的水分、蛋白质、脂肪、灰分、氨基酸等的含量及脂肪酸的组成。结果表明:配合饲料组拟穴青蟹肌肉水分含量显著低于冰鲜鱼组(P<0.05),粗蛋白和粗灰分含量显著高于冰鲜鱼组(P<0.05);冰鲜鱼组拟穴青蟹性腺水分含量显著低于配合饲料组(P<0.05),粗脂肪和粗蛋白、粗灰分含量显著高于配合饲料组(P<0.05)。配合饲料组拟穴青蟹肌肉中总氨基酸(TAA)、必需氨基酸(EAA)和呈味氨基酸(FAA)总量均显著高于冰鲜组(P<0.05)。配合饲料组肌肉异亮氨酸和缬氨酸的氨基酸评分(AAS)高于冰鲜鱼组,赖氨酸低于冰鲜鱼组;异亮氨酸化学评分(CS)高于冰鲜鱼组,苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸、赖氨酸评分低于冰鲜鱼组;必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)高于冰鲜鱼组。配合饲料组性腺异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸AAS评分低于冰鲜鱼组,赖氨酸、缬氨酸和蛋氨酸+胱氨酸高于冰鲜鱼组;异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸CS评分低于冰鲜鱼组,赖氨酸、缬氨酸和蛋氨酸+胱氨酸高于冰鲜鱼组;EAAI指数高于冰鲜鱼组。配合饲料组拟穴青蟹肌肉DHA、EPA、n6-PUFA及n3-PUFA比例均显著高于冰鲜鱼组(P<0.05),性腺中DHA显著高于冰鲜鱼组、EPA显著低于冰鲜鱼组(P<0.05)。综上所述,配合饲料饲喂的拟穴青蟹肌肉和性腺的EAAI指数高,其蛋白质品质较高,说明饲料组成对拟穴青蟹的品质影响显著,可通过调整饲料配方提高拟穴青蟹的品质。 展开更多

为获得斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)ZBTB38的多克隆抗体,并研究其在性腺中的表达情况,将斑点叉尾鮰zbtb38基因部分序列经密码子优化后连接至pET32a(+)载体,构建重组质粒pET32a(+)-zbtb38,再转入大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)感受态细... 为获得斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)ZBTB38的多克隆抗体,并研究其在性腺中的表达情况,将斑点叉尾鮰zbtb38基因部分序列经密码子优化后连接至pET32a(+)载体,构建重组质粒pET32a(+)-zbtb38,再转入大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)感受态细胞BL21(DE3)中诱导表达,通过十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)、免疫印迹(Western blot)和液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)等技术进行鉴定。用纯化后的重组蛋白制备兔抗斑点叉尾鮰ZBTB38多克隆抗体,通过酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)和Western blot技术检测抗体效价及其特异性,最后采用Western blot方法检测ZBTB38在性腺中的表达情况,并使用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术对检测结果进行验证。结果表明,制备的兔抗斑点叉尾鮰ZBTB38多克隆抗体效价可达1:(5.12×10^(5)),能够特异性识别斑点叉尾鮰性腺组织中表达的ZBTB38蛋白,其中精巢组织中的表达水平显著高于卵巢,Western blot与qRT-PCR检测结果较为一致。综上所述,研究成功制备了斑点叉尾鮰ZBTB38的多克隆抗体,为下一步深入研究斑点叉尾鮰zbtb38基因的功能奠定了基础。 展开更多

来曲唑片联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片调节多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素水平改善排卵效果的临床研究

目的评估来曲唑片(在达英-35治疗的基础上)对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素调节及排卵改善的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月西安市人民医院(西安市第四医院)收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者80例,按随机数字表法分组分为对照组(40例,接受常... 目的评估来曲唑片(在达英-35治疗的基础上)对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素调节及排卵改善的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月西安市人民医院(西安市第四医院)收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者80例,按随机数字表法分组分为对照组(40例,接受常规治疗+达英-35治疗)、观察组(40例,接受联合来曲唑片治疗)。2组均治疗3个疗程,随访6个月,分析比较2组临床疗效,血清催乳激素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、人体抑制素B(INHB)、丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)水平,排卵率、妊娠率、成熟卵泡、最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率较高;治疗后2组血清PRL、FSH、LH、睾酮、AMH、INHB、Vaspin水平降低,且观察组较低;观察组子宫内膜厚度较厚,排卵率、妊娠率较高,最大卵泡直径较长,成熟卵泡数量较多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用来曲唑片有助于调节多囊卵巢综合征性激素及疾病相关因子水平,改善排卵功能,提高妊娠率,且不易增加不良反应发生风险,效果显著。 展开更多

针对当前蚕蛹雌雄鉴别环节人工劳动强度大、蚕蛹雌雄识别分选装置准确率和效率不高、适用品种范围小等问题,根据雌雄蚕蛹性腺特征差异是区别不同品种蚕蛹雌雄的可靠依据,该研究设计了一种蚕蛹性腺图像在线采集与雌雄自动识别分选装置。... 针对当前蚕蛹雌雄鉴别环节人工劳动强度大、蚕蛹雌雄识别分选装置准确率和效率不高、适用品种范围小等问题,根据雌雄蚕蛹性腺特征差异是区别不同品种蚕蛹雌雄的可靠依据,该研究设计了一种蚕蛹性腺图像在线采集与雌雄自动识别分选装置。首先,在对蚕蛹基本物理特性参数大量统计的基础上,对振动排序上料机、蚕蛹输送滑轨和蚕蛹翻转拍照装置进行了结构设计与理论分析。在识别方法和计算机硬件条件不变基础上,对装置中蚕蛹排序输送螺旋倾角、滑轨倾角和转动棒带动蚕蛹旋转转速进行了优化设计,以提高装置的识别分选速度。并设计了以SIEMENS-S7-200SMART-ST30为控制器,基于激光、光电传感器检测的信息融合控制系统。分选装置工作性能优化结果为:螺旋倾角为15.62°,滑轨倾角为31.77°,转速为21.09 r/min,单粒蚕蛹平均分选时间为5.13 s,准确率为95.97%,破损率为0.07%。样机试验结果表明,在最优参数下,利用卷积神经网络的全新轻量级雌雄识别分类模型,单粒蚕蛹平均分选时间为5.03 s,分选准确率为96.47%,破损率为0.09%,满足蚕蛹雌雄识别分选实际应用要求。该蚕蛹性腺图像在线采集与雌雄自动识别分选装置能够实现蚕蛹自动排序上料、蚕蛹带性腺图像在线采集、自动识别与雌雄自动分选的一体化,提高了蚕蛹雌雄自动识别分选的效率和准确率。研究结果可为雌雄蚕蛹自动识别分选装置的研发提供理论依据和技术支持。 展开更多

基于k-means聚类算法的兴义维蚋幼虫龄数的估算

目的探讨基于k-means聚类算法估算兴义维蚋幼虫的龄数,以明确虫龄与日龄及鳃斑发育阶段的关系。方法采集贵州青岩河流中兴义维蚋虫卵,于实验室的蚋类饲养系统中培育至幼虫,每日收集幼虫至大量化蛹,持续20 d;收集到幼虫1112头,于体视显... 目的探讨基于k-means聚类算法估算兴义维蚋幼虫的龄数,以明确虫龄与日龄及鳃斑发育阶段的关系。方法采集贵州青岩河流中兴义维蚋虫卵,于实验室的蚋类饲养系统中培育至幼虫,每日收集幼虫至大量化蛹,持续20 d;收集到幼虫1112头,于体视显微镜下测量头壳长(HCW)、后颊长(PGL)、上颚基横骨长(MPL)及体长(BL),观察不同虫龄幼虫的破卵器、鳃斑及性腺的形态学特征,并判断其龄期、分析虫龄与日龄和鳃斑发育关系;选取具有明显腮斑发育的兴义维蚋幼虫10头、制作石蜡切片,采用HE染色鉴定精巢和卵巢、辅助确认性别鉴定结果;采用k-means聚类方法划分形态计量学数据、利用Brooks-Dyar定律检测k-means聚类结果,R语言下行聚类与Brooks-Dyar定律检验、t检验等,根据拟合度分析判断兴义维蚋幼虫龄数。结果1112头兴义维蚋幼虫中有破卵器89头,出现鳃斑发育334头,6~7龄幼虫320头,有预蛹特征34头;Brooks-Dyar定律与破卵器、鳃斑形态特征显示7龄幼虫假设符合昆虫幼虫生长规律;组织学观察见幼虫精巢为椭圆形、体积大、外有几丁质层包裹,卵巢为长条形、体积小、后端有色素细胞包裹;鉴定6、7龄幼虫性别结果,仅7龄幼虫雌雄性PGL有差异(P<0.05);幼虫虫龄与日龄、鳃斑发育关系结果显示,约2~3 d对应1个幼虫生长龄期,第17天首见幼虫蛹化,6龄幼虫出现明显的鳃斑。结论兴义维蚋幼虫具7龄,实验室下幼虫发育约需3周,最短17 d;腮斑发育起始于6龄,7龄出现明显形态学特征。 展开更多

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤联合五行针灸对脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者的神经调控作用及对免疫炎症反应、认知功能损害和下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG)、下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴(HPT)的影响。方法:选择2021年3月至2023年5月于该院治疗的脑卒中... 目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤联合五行针灸对脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者的神经调控作用及对免疫炎症反应、认知功能损害和下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG)、下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴(HPT)的影响。方法:选择2021年3月至2023年5月于该院治疗的脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者102例,根据随机数字表法分组,其中五行针灸组51例(脱落2例,最终纳入49例),方剂联合组51例(脱落2例,最终纳入49例)。两组患者同时给予常规西医基础治疗,五行针灸组患者在常规西医基础治疗的基础上给予五行针灸治疗,方剂联合组患者在五行针灸组的基础上给予柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较患者治疗前后的中医证候评分、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和简明幸福与生活质量满意度问卷(Q-LES-Q-SF)评分,检测患者治疗前后血清神经生长因子(NGF)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、白细胞介素17a(IL-17a)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和雌二醇(E2)水平。结果:方剂联合组患者的总有效率为97.96%(48/49),高于五行针灸组的81.63%(40/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,方剂联合组患者精神焦虑抑郁、脘痞、胸胁作胀、善太息和嗳气频作等中医证候评分较五行针灸组降低,HAMD、GAD-7评分较五行针灸组降低,MMSE、Q-LES-Q-SF评分较五行针灸组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,方剂联合组患者的IL-1β、IL-17a和GFAP水平较五行针灸组降低,NGF水平较五行针灸组升高,5-HT、E2和TSH水平较五行针灸组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤联合五行针灸治疗脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者,可减少免疫炎症反应,减少神经及认知功能损害,调节HPG、HPT,改善焦虑及抑郁情绪,缓解病情,提高生活质量及临床疗效。 展开更多

为探明绿鳍马面鲀(Thamnaconusseptentrionalis)性腺发育相关基因表达特征,优化亲本生殖调控技术,本研究对绿鳍马面鲀雌雄亲体的精巢和卵巢进行了转录组测序分析,经de novo拼装,最终获得119219个单基因(unigene),N50长度为1255 bp。在NR... 为探明绿鳍马面鲀(Thamnaconusseptentrionalis)性腺发育相关基因表达特征,优化亲本生殖调控技术,本研究对绿鳍马面鲀雌雄亲体的精巢和卵巢进行了转录组测序分析,经de novo拼装,最终获得119219个单基因(unigene),N50长度为1255 bp。在NR、NT、KO、Swiss Prot、PFAM、GO及KOG数据库分别注释到24009、35057、18453、26971、30294、11420和21613个unigene。绿鳍马面鲀精巢和卵巢转录组中存在18954个差异表达基因(DEG),相对于精巢,在卵巢中上调表达的基因有11265个,下调表达的有7689个。选取bmp2、sox3、figla、hsd17b1、cyp19a、cyp17、foxl2、star和amh 9个DEGs进行实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)验证,结果显示,qRT-PCR结果与RNA-Seq分析相一致。GO和KEGG富集结果分析发现,amh、cyp17和star可能在绿鳍马面鲀雄性精子发生过程中起关键作用;bmp2、foxl2、cyp19a、figla和hsd17b1在雌性卵子发生和卵巢类固醇生成过程中发挥重要作用。本研究通过比较绿鳍马面鲀精巢和卵巢的转录组表达差异,初步阐明了精巢和卵巢的基因表达特征,为进一步研究绿鳍马面鲀的性腺发育机制奠定了基础。 展开更多

中老年男性2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白控制水平与性腺激素相关性的分析

目的:探讨中老年男性2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白控制水平对性腺激素、体重指数、血脂、内脏脂肪面积的影响,并对影响睾酮的相关因素进行分析。方法:选择90例中老年2型糖尿病男性患者,收集30例糖化血红蛋白<7%、30例糖化血红蛋白7%~9%... 目的:探讨中老年男性2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白控制水平对性腺激素、体重指数、血脂、内脏脂肪面积的影响,并对影响睾酮的相关因素进行分析。方法:选择90例中老年2型糖尿病男性患者,收集30例糖化血红蛋白<7%、30例糖化血红蛋白7%~9%、30例糖化血红蛋白>9%,分别收集患者年龄、体重指数、血脂、内脏脂肪面积、性腺激素,对三组数据进行统计学分析;再根据睾酮大于中位数(>4.08 ng/mL)及小于等于中位数(≤4.08 ng/mL)分为两组,对两组之间体重指数、内脏脂肪面积、糖化血红蛋白、血脂等数据进行统计分析。结果:糖化血红蛋白水平与高密度脂蛋白、睾酮呈负相关(P<0.05),而与甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、体重指数、内脏脂肪面积、雌二醇呈正相关(P<0.05),与促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、泌乳素水平无关(P>0.05)。睾酮与体重指数、内脏脂肪面积、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯,总胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白水平呈负相关(P<0.05),与高密度脂蛋白呈正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:糖化血红蛋白水平,内脏脂肪面积、体重指数、血脂异常是睾酮减少的危险因素。结论:良好的血糖控制可有效减少男性睾酮下降,促进机体脂质代谢;较高的睾酮水平对血糖、血脂代谢亦起到积极作用;糖化血红蛋白、内脏脂肪面积、体重指数、血脂异常是睾酮减少的危险因素。 展开更多

为探究仿刺参性腺较优的干燥方式,分析对比热风、冷风、微波、真空冷冻4种干燥方式对样品脂质组成、脂质稳定性、脂肪酸营养价值、挥发性物质等的影响。结果表明,经干燥处理后,总脂、磷脂、甘油三酯、虾青素含量均不同程度降低,过氧化... 为探究仿刺参性腺较优的干燥方式,分析对比热风、冷风、微波、真空冷冻4种干燥方式对样品脂质组成、脂质稳定性、脂肪酸营养价值、挥发性物质等的影响。结果表明,经干燥处理后,总脂、磷脂、甘油三酯、虾青素含量均不同程度降低,过氧化值均显著降低,硫代巴比妥酸值均显著升高(P<0.05)。在脂肪酸营养价值方面,动脉粥样硬化指数、血栓形成指数在干燥处理后不同程度降低,低胆固醇脂肪酸/高胆固醇脂肪酸指数显著升高(P<0.05)。电子鼻分析结果显示不同干燥方式样品的气味特征有明显差异。气相色谱-离子迁移谱从新鲜和干燥样品中鉴定出28种挥发性物质,其中2,5-二甲基吡嗪仅在微波干燥样品中被检测到,而戊醛、乙酸乙酯是冷风干燥样品中特有的气味活性物质。综上,真空冷冻干燥有效减缓了脂质氧化的速率,但样品气味相对平淡;热风、冷风、微波干燥均促进了脂质氧化,但提高了脂肪酸的营养价值,丰富了样品的气味特征。研究结果可为仿刺参性腺的加工利用提供理论基础。 展开更多

目的:探讨双下肢数字化X射线摄影中患者性腺的体表摄入剂量(ESD)与性别、年龄、身高和体重等生理参数之间的关系,探讨一次性曝光全幅长板成像的辐射剂量在临床的可行性。方法:前瞻性收集双下肢负重位患者300例,其中男性129例,女性171例... 目的:探讨双下肢数字化X射线摄影中患者性腺的体表摄入剂量(ESD)与性别、年龄、身高和体重等生理参数之间的关系,探讨一次性曝光全幅长板成像的辐射剂量在临床的可行性。方法:前瞻性收集双下肢负重位患者300例,其中男性129例,女性171例。收集双下肢正位和正侧位扫描的患者,摄片时分别在患者的两侧性腺部位设置(TLD)探测器,曝光后使用RGD-3B型热释光剂量仪对其测读,得出相应的剂量值并分析。结果:全副长板成人模式的3次曝光剂量(正位+双侧位)为(1281±202)μGy,是单次曝光剂量(429±99)μGy的3倍左右,3次曝光的剂量(正位+双侧位)显著低于国际规定的辐射剂量;使用多元线性回归分析表明只有身高和体重是性腺辐射剂量的影响因素,而与性别和年龄无关。在儿童扫描参数下,身高<160 cm的ESD剂量为(359±27)μGy,身高>160 cm的ESD剂量为(627±155)μGy,有显著的统计学差异;在成人模式下,身高和体重并不影响ESD剂量。结论:本研究表明单次曝光技术行负重位双下肢全长扫描时性腺的受照剂量与身高和体重有关。性腺所受剂量在安全范围内,一次曝光全副长板的辐射剂量在临床实践中可行。 展开更多
