Key findings highlight the intersection of entrepreneurial activities and innovation dynamics, emphasizing the region’s unique contributions to the broader field. Discussions on discrepancies and unexplored territories within the articles offer insights into limitations and research gaps. The manuscript concludes by identifying future research avenues, providing a roadmap for ongoing inquiry into the entrepreneurial and innovative dimensions of the Central Region’s industrial sector. This synthesis underscores the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative innovation strategies for sustainable industrial development in the region.

The Reform and Exploration of Application Oriented Undergraduate Talent Training Mode Under the Background of Industrial 4.0

Under the background of industrial 4.0, due to the emergence of intelligent factory, end-to-end digital network can better service to create intelligent products, procedures and process, and able to manage complex things, and manufacture products more effi ciently. In industrial 4.0 era, people and technology constant interaction becomes possible. People will be the variable instead of constant in the production process. Each producer is likely to provide creative contributions to the fi nal shape of the individualized product, instead of changing mechanically a few innovators design into product. Therefore, exploring the industrial background of applied talents training mode, cultivating real talents to meet the needs of the intelligent technology become the priority of the development of advanced manufacturing technology under the background of industrial 4.0.

Software Industry-oriented Education with Embedded Quality Assurance Mechanisms

This paper presents a broad range of suggestions on the concept of quality-assured industry-oriented higher education in software engineering,a central theme of the annual CEISIE(CEISEE this year) workshops since the first one held in Harbin,China,in 2005.It draws on the lessons of collaborative experiences involving academics and industrialists from Europe and China.These experiences make the case for a strong role for software industryoriented higher education in the production of the software architects,developers and engineers required for the future.

Distribution Orientation and Driving Mechanism of Geographical Pattern Change of China′s Banking Industry

By analyzing the relationship among government, market driving forces, distribution orientation of banking industry, service opportunity equality and spatial patterns, this paper proposes that it is distribution orientation that lead to the formation and evolution of spatial pattern of banking industry. The difference of the distribution orientation leads to the separation of the spatial pattern of banking industry, and the change of the distribution orientation leads to the change of spatial pattern. The degree of spatial pattern change is subject to the degree of change of distribution orientation, and the scale of bank resources in the regions, which supports the distribution orientation variation. Based on these theoretical frameworks, some indicators were designed to analyze the pattern change of China′s banking industry and its effects since 1995 under the change of the distribution orientation. This paper finds that the orientation of economic benefit maximization driven by market causes the banking industry to concentrate in economically developed regions.The government, which does not follow the orientation of economic benefit maximization, plays a role of stabilizer. Since the bank branches in the regions with the greatest change in bank branch distribution are too few, and regions with the greatest change in bank loan allocation are the regions with lots of loans, the pattern change of the banking industry in physical form is not as notable as that in economic form.

Research on the Policy Orientation of Government in Agricultural Industrialization Development

Governmental functions in agricultural industrialization management are analyzed, mainly including supplying public products, providing property right security, managing and protecting resources and environment as well as stabilizing the agro-product market. The policy orientation promoted by the government in agricultural industrialization management is pointed out: formulating a series of macro-management planning to guide and regulate agricultural industrialization operation; fully playing the comprehensive coordinating role of "economic manager"; making and carrying out relevant laws and regulations to normalize the implementation of agricultural industrialization management. To implement the industrial management of agriculture and promote the construction of new countryside, governments at all levels should eliminate the institutional barriers, transform governmental functions gradually and prioritize planning, regulation, service and supervision, changing from merely management to playing the role of market mechanism. Meanwhile, economic, legal and administrative means should be properly adopted to advance the industrial management and the healthy improvement of modern agriculture.

Developing remanufacturing engineering,constructing cycle economy and building saving-oriented society

In the course of creating immense wealth, manufacturing industry has excessively consumed the resources and energy in the earth, and seriously polluted the environment. To take progress as the sustainable development way, save resource and improve environment, our nation has been advocating to construct the cycle economy and saving-oriented society. Taking the remanufacturing engineering as the representative, the “4R” rule (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Remanufacture) is the important measure to get the goal. Remanufacturing engineering is the industrialization of high-tech maintenance of the waste and worn productions, and is one of the most active factors in “4R”. The development of high and new technology takes the important effect to promote the remanufacturing engineering.

Research on the Relationship between Export Orientation and R&D Investment of China’s Pharmaceutical Industry in Different Regions

Objective To study the relationship between export orientation and research and development(R&D)investment so as to provide suggestions and references for improving the R&D investment level and innovation capabilities of pharmaceutical industry due to the progress of globalization and the continuous development of export trade of China’s pharmaceutical industry.Methods The relevant data of China’s pharmaceutical industry from 2001 to 2016 was selected to establish an error correction model based on the co-integration theory,and then the Granger causality test was conducted to determine the relationship between the export orientation and R&D investment of China’s pharmaceutical industry in different regions.Results and Conclusion It is found that the export orientation of the pharmaceutical industry in different regions has a significant negative impact on the investment of R&D.Among them,the middle region has the greatest impact,followed by the eastern and western regions.The export orientation of the pharmaceutical industry in the middle region has a lag effect on R&D investment,and the lag phase is two years.

YANJI CITY ORIENTATION AND INDUSTRYDEVELOPMENT TOWARDS 21ST CENTURY

Yanji is the biggest China Korean inhabited city. Based on a newly finished research project, this paper discusses strategic problems about Yanji towards 21st century. The general point of the authors is that at the beginning of new century, Yanji will play a more important role in Tumen River Delta development, regional economy cooperation in Korea Peninsula as well as Northeast Asia, and it will develop to be an important central city in this area. This paper puts forwards Yanji City’s developing goal, urban nature, and urban size, probes its regional orientation, and further probes how to establish The Yanji Urban Economy Cooperation Zone. The authors think that Yanji should depend on its intellect resources and other characteristic resources. Industry development need to pay much attention to modern agriculture, tertiary industry (especially commerce, trade and tourism) and dominant industries, and high-tech industry must give a special care, in order to establish a light industrial structure.

Research on Functional Orientation and Industrial Distribution of Cruise Town in Baoshan District, Shanghai

Currently, the cruise market in North America is almost saturated and that in Europe is restricted by the scale. However, the cruise market prospect in East Asia is broad due to the deep cultural heritage, abundant tourism resources and large population base, resulting in the shift of the global cruise industry eastward to Asia. The position of Asia in the global cruise economy has become prominent increasingly. As a part of Shanghai, one of the most economically powerful coastal cities in China, Baoshan has national leading land, sea and air transportation networks, huge passenger flow and natural deep water terminals. Therefore, Shanghai steps in front in the development of cruise economy, shouldering the responsibility of a leader in the development of the national cruise industry. It will accelerate the growth of Shanghai＇s cruise industry to plan and construct the ＂cruise town＂ in Baoshan. In this paper, the author aims to further analyze the current construction orientation and development goal of the cruise town by studying the industrial base and analyzing the environment for the cruise town construction in Baoshan, explore the industrial distribution for the construction and development of the cruise town from the perspectives of tourism industry, leisure industry, finance and other service industries, and information industry, conduct in-depth analysis on the ideas about industrial distribution, and determine the system guarantee for industrial development so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the cruise industry in China.

高职院校深化产教融合的困境与对策研究

深化产教融合是高职院校实现高质量发展的本质要求。文章阐述了产教融合的内涵与目的,剖析了当前新形势下遇到的问题与困境,由此建议政府采取加大政策供给与引导、强化评价导向、激励行业企业办学、增强学校服务行业企业能力等多项举措,为高职院校持续深化产教融合注入活力,提供保障。

以现代化产业体系建设加快发展新质生产力

产业是发展的根基,加快形成新质生产力必须建设现代化产业体系,2024年《政府工作报告》也把“大力推进现代化产业体系建设,加快发展新质生产力”作为今年政府工作的第一项任务。现代化产业体系具有安全高效、创新驱动、绿色低碳和协调融合等特征,新质生产力以创新集成为发展核心动能、以新产业为发展物化代表、以新要素为发展关键要素,二者通过制度变革机制、产业转型机制、多元融合机制和瓶颈突破机制等实现有效耦合。要从加快构建高水平对外开放新格局、创新技术供给体系、完善数字化共建共治共享体系等方面着手,以现代化产业体系建设促进新质生产力发展。

应用型本科高校人才培养中存在的问题与对策

当前,我国的高等教育已经从“精英化”走向“大众化”,地方本科高校主要以培养应用型人才为主。湖南工学院在人才培养方面面临的主要问题是学生和家长对应用型人才培养认识不足,政府和企业对应用型人才培养重视不够,以及学校缺乏培养应用型人才的教师。因此,今后应重点从以下三方面着手解决,一是加强党建工作,构建德育与智育,教学与科研,学科与专业,第一课堂与第二课堂相融合的人才培养体系;二是加强师资建设,引进和培养具有企业工程经验的教师;三是开展产教融合,开发校企合作课程,重构课程体系。采取这些措施,针对性地解决好当前存在的问题,就有望将地方本科高校建成特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学。

水利新质生产力的内涵界定及发展路径研究

新质生产力是符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态。由于水利的基础性、战略性特征,水利新质生产力有着深刻的内涵。从生产力理论出发,提出水利新质生产力具有水利产业、水利部门和水要素三重维度。在每个维度上,水利新质生产力具有不同的战略定位。在新发展阶段,水利新质生产力具有促进水利行业自身强、支撑高质量发展和构建新型生产关系的价值。分析了水利新质生产力的发展路径,提出必须大幅度提升水利创新能力,形成发展水利新质生产力的直接动力;强化水利人才队伍建设,形成发展水利新质生产力的原动力;推进水利科技产业建设,形成水利新质生产力的发展载体;强化水要素的刚性约束,夯实发展水利新质生产力的关键基础。

应用型高校产教融合实践教育策略研究

随着相关教育政策的提出,应用型高校产教融合得到了越来越多的关注。产教融合不是简单的校企合作,而是由政府、产业园区、企业和高校共同参与的更高层次的人才培养模式。分析了我国应用型高校产教融合培养模式单一、变革驱动力不足、校企合作共赢点提炼不足、师资培养流于形式、实战派与学院派难以形成合力、基础课程难以对专业形成有效支撑等问题,并探索了一种新的产教融合策略,促使学生的知识应用能力得到有效改善。从创建应用型高校评估机制、产教融合平台建设、校企合作共赢点提炼、依靠区域产业经济和实行“0-4-5”模式等方面进行了具体策略探讨,为我国应用型高校产教融合实践教育改革提供一定参考。

地方应用型高校电类人才培养体系的探索与实践

根据电类专业相关产业的特征和人才需求,探讨具有创新精神、创业意识和职业能力的电类专业高级专门人才的内涵和定位,并从该类人才知识、能力与素质的构成、课程设置体系、课程内容体系、实践教学体系、教学资源建设等方面进行研究,提出与之相适应的应用型本科电类人才培养体系。通过构建“3+X”人才培养模式、建立“四层次”应用能力培养平台、构建“三对接”产教融合协同培养机制、创建“三全”育人导师机制等举措进行人才培养体系的探索与实践。实践表明:地方应用型高校电类人才培养体系的实践,对于加快地方院校自身的发展和促进区域经济社会发展有较大意义。

服务型制造能缓解企业的融资约束吗?——基于准自然实验的分析

服务型制造是基于“服务化”等概念而提出的一个具有中国特色的概念,是我国推进先进制造业和现代服务业深度融合的重要方向。以服务型制造示范遴选工作为准自然实验,采用PSM-DID方法研究了服务型制造对企业融资约束的缓解效果及其作用机制。结果发现:服务型制造能够缓解企业的融资约束,且该结论具有稳健性;服务型制造通过改善生产效率、提升企业绩效和强化企业创新渠道发挥作用,且效果受到地理区位、行业竞争以及企业所有权性质等异质性因素的影响。
