This study explores the significance,current research landscape,and conceptualization of sports safety promotion.Safety in sports is fundamental to youth physical activities,and an excessive focus on or neglect of safety is unwarranted.Globally,numerous countries have extensively researched sports safety promotion and implemented diverse strategies.Drawing from KABP(Knowledge,Attitude,Behavior,Practice)theory and 4M(Man,Machine,Medium,Management)management,this paper presents a conceptual framework for sports safety promotion.It integrates these theories to devise a comprehensive accident prevention model within a sports safety promotion system.The framework prioritizes enhancing students’safety literacy and underscores the practical application of safety knowledge and skills in simulated sports settings following structured safety education.It aims to enhance students’competency and proficiency in averting sports-related injuries.

On Eileen Chang’s Chinese Version of The Old Man and the Sea from the Perspective of Feminist Translation Theory

The feminist translation theory is the combination of feminism and translation studies,originated from Western Translation.It draws great attention and provides a new scope of translation studies with in a specific social,historical and cultural context.The advocators of feminist translation theory which focuses gender issues and emphasizes the translator’s subjective,especially that of the female translators query faithfulness,equivalence and translator’s invisibility of traditional translation theory and advocate Creative Treason in process of translation.This paper attempts to analyze Eileen Chang’s Chinese version of The Old Man and the Sea from the feminist translation theory to explore how Eileen Chang’s feminist consciousness is manifested with the feminist interventionist strategies adopted by herself and also to deepen the feminist translation theory and broaden the viewpoints of the studies on Eileen Chang’s translation works.

Speech Act Theory is one of the most important theories in pragmatic field.And this theory has gradually been applied into literary criticism.Irony is not only a generally-used communicative skill,but also a hot language phenomenon in literature which aroused linguists,writers and even philosophers'interest.The speech act theory and the irony have one thing in common,which is the illocutionary act they both have.Accordingly,the combination of both can enable readers have a better understanding of the literature works.Hence,this thesis reviews theoretical research to analyze the relationship between irony and Speech Act Theory;elaborates on irony in A Good Man is Hard to Find on the basis of Speech Act Theory.

Prediction and coordination of the man-environment system—a case study in Jiaozuo City

In this paper, the new systematical theory and methodology have been applied to the research on the structure, development and coordination of man-environment system in Jiaozuo City. It has been proved that the application of self-organization theory of synergism is successful. Furthermore, on the basis of self-organization theory, a series of mathematical models have been established. The prediction of the status of man-environment system in Jiaozuo City by the year 2010, was made, and the trend of population growth, industrial development, environmental pollution were given. Finally, suggestions for the future development of Jiaozuo City were mentioned.

Paratexts Narrative in David Lodge's The Man Who Wouldn't Get Up and Other Stories

The contemporary English novelist and literary critic David Lodge has published sixteen works of fiction,including the latest published short story collections The Man Who Wouldn't Get Up and Other Stories(2016).In this work,the first story The Man Who Wouldn't Get Up is the earliest one which was written in the winter of 1965-1966 and mainly tells about a professional man who refuses to get up in order to escape the harsh world and I chiefly discuss the paratexts of it.Gerard Genette defines paratexts as"are those liminal devices and conventions,both within and outside the book,that form part of the complex mediation between book, author, publisher, and reader:titles,forewords,epigraphs,and publishers'jacket copy are part of a book's private and public history."In this paper,I adopt Genette's theory of paratexts which provides a unique theoretical approach for fiction study and apply it to the analysis of Lodge's The Man Who Wouldn't Get Up and Other Stories.The work is rich in miscellaneous paratexts which are one of the characteristics of this work and aid comprehension while shortening the distance between author and reader.The paper mainly examines the peritext:the elements inserted into the interstices,such as,the cover,title,epigraph,biography of the author,reviews of the book,foreword,jacket copy,illustration,dedication,afterword and acknowledgements.Investigating the peritexts of the work indicates the unique function and the significance of the thresholds of interpretation to the fictional text.Ultimately,they become the medium of communication between the author,the text and the reader,and are exemplary of Lodge's creativity and hybrid narrative style.

“Exploring petroleum inside source kitchen”: Connotation and prospects of source rock oil and gas

Based on the transitional background of the global energy structure, exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas, and investigation of key basins, the unconventional oil and gas resources are divided into three types: source rock oil and gas, tight oil and gas, and retention and accumulated oil and gas. Source rock oil and gas resources are the global strategic supplies of oil and gas, the key resource components in the second 150-year life cycle of the future petroleum industry, and the primary targets for "exploring petroleum inside source kitchen". The geological connotation of source rock oil and gas was proposed, and the models of source rock oil and gas generation, expulsion and accumulation were built, and five source rock oil and gas generation sections were identified, which may determine the actual resource potential under available technical conditions. The formation mechanism of the "sweet sections" was investigated, that is, shale oil is mainly accumulated in the shale section that is close to the oil generation section and has higher porosity and permeability, while the "sweet sections" of coal-bed methane(CBM) and shale gas have self-contained source and reservoir and they are absorbed in coal seams or retained in the organic-rich black shale section, so evaluation and selection of good "sweet areas(sections)" is the key to "exploring petroleum inside source kitchen". Source rock oil and gas resources have a great potential and will experience a substantial growth for over ten world-class large "coexistence basins" of conventional-unconventional oil and gas in the future following North America, and also will be the primary contributor to oil stable development and the growth point of natural gas production in China, with expected contribution of 15% and 30% to oil and gas, respectively, in 2030. Challenges in source rock oil and gas development should be paid more attention to, theoretical innovation is strongly recommended, and a development pilot zone can be established to strengthen technology and promote national support. The source rock oil and gas geology is the latest progress of the "source control theory" at the stage of unconventional oil and gas. It will provide a new theoretical basis for the new journey of the upstream business in the post-industry age.

广义道德论:当代科技道德的重塑

当代科技既超现实又反现实,在建构世界的同时又对真实世界实现了“降维打击”。探讨当代科技发展趋势如人工智能、生物医学、基因编辑、量子科技等,需要明确其中蕴含的当代性。所谓当代科技发展之“发展”有双关深意:既生成了新兴技术的道德问题本身,又生成了可解方案——广义道德论。新技术的溢出突破道德解释的理论极限,需要创设一种能够将“包容性”和“适应性”统合起来的新伦理解释框架。新的伦理解释框架是递归的科技道德问题与道德设计创造性的变量函数值,亦是当代科技发展中新的人与技术关系方程式。

论“人与自然是生命共同体”理论创新的三个维度

“人与自然是生命共同体”是习近平生态文明思想的重要理念,它强调整个地球生态系统各要素之间、人与自然之间以及人与人之间是共生共存的关系,为当代建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化提供了重要的观念前提和哲学基础。从人类生态文明思想发展的视野来看,“人与自然是生命共同体”在总结历史又立足当下的基础上实现了重大的理论创新,这一理论创新主要包括3个维度:一是继承和发展了马克思主义生态观中人与自然物质变换关系的思想;二是在传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化中天人合一思想的整体性原则基础上,对其进行了创造性转化和创新性发展;三是在对西方生态理论的反思与批判中,实现了对“人”与“自然”二者非此即彼的对立思维的理论超越。

地理环境:决定论的反思与影响论的探讨

关于地理环境与人类社会历史的关系,中外学界始终存在“决定论”与“影响论”之争,将地理环境的决定作用界定为“为人类的产生、生存、发展、消亡或离开这个环境提供了物质基础”等方面,然而在具体时空范围中,地理环境一般只起着加速或延缓作用,并不具有决定性,对此可姑且称之为“抽象决定论”和“具体影响论”。地理环境是“决定”还是“影响”人类社会的发展进步,这的确是值得深度追问且有待持续展开探讨的问题。学界将孟德斯鸠的“气候影响是一切影响中最强有力影响”、黑格尔的“自然界是历史的地理基础”、马克思和恩格斯的“人类社会与地理环境是矛盾统一体”、普列汉诺夫的“地理环境直接影响生产力发展”等关于地理环境的阐释笼统归结为“地理环境决定论”,是值得商榷的。实际上,所谓“地理环境决定论”乃是“地理环境影响论”,由此在现实意义上的“地理环境影响论”,远比在抽象意义上的“地理环境决定论”更有时代价值。自觉遵循“地理环境影响论”,站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展,推进人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化,自觉保护和积极改善自然,推动文明之兴衰的生态考量和评价,引领确立发展的生态向度和生态标准。

论中国研究阿多诺电视理论的几个关键词

阿多诺的文化研究理论体系在当代传媒研究中有着不可替代的贡献,即便是仅用几篇文章所传达出的电视理论,也有着不可忽视的价值。从目前对阿多诺电视批评已有的研究成果来看,显示出了一定的学理性与现实性,可总结出三个研究交叉点,概括为“模仿”“自律性”“人”三大关键词,借此可以展示中国学界已挖掘出的阿多诺电视理论价值。由于社会处于不断运动中,目前已有研究成果不足以覆盖当前社会传媒状况,例如原本电视媒介所含有的“金融经济”与“媒介经济”在当今时代呈现出更复杂的交错状况,可见结合新时代所带来的变化,对三个关键词进行更深入的剖析是有必要的。

国土空间管控困境与逻辑重构——基于人地耦合理论的演绎与分析

平衡国土空间中人类活动与自然生态等多元价值属性是下一阶段国土空间管控变革的要求。在解析国土空间管控制度基础上,指出高度依赖工具理性是当前国土空间管控陷入困境的主要原因。为应对空间管控品质化转型的需求,基于人地耦合理论从本体论、认识论、方法论3个层面重构国土空间管控逻辑。在本体论方面,阐述了人地耦合理论基本概念、内容类型、研究范式等内容;在认识论方面,基于人地耦合理论重构国土空间管控思路、方法、规则,提出未来管控逻辑应转向对国土空间多样价值理性的求同与纠偏;在方法论方面,从问题认知、思路完善、方法创新、规则补充4个层面提出人地耦合理论在国土空间管控中的具体实现路径。

我国农村订单定向医学生的违约风险及其治理

定向医学生违约直接影响定向医学生免费培养的政策效能。文章基于不完全契约理论与理性经济人学说的双重分析发现,国家与定向医学生不同价值取向背后有限理性博弈、政策确定性承诺与不确定性过程拉扯中背离倾向加剧、定向医学生免费培养信息不对称性滋生机会主义行为、医学教育专用性投资与个体利益间失衡诱发套牢问题等多重因素会引发违约风险。规避定向医学生的违约风险,须承认定向医学生就业契约不完全性的客观存在,联动各方利益主体让渡利益空间,构建有效的治理策略。

旅游体验驱动下的新老年房车设计策略研究

提出新老年房车设计策略,提升新老年群体的房车旅游体验。首先分析新老年群体特征、需求以及旅游消费潜力,之后研究旅游体验的影响因素,然后基于马斯洛需求理论进行新老年房车旅游体验内容的构建,接着分析国内新老年房车的设计现状与趋势,最后通过分析总结,提出旅游体验驱动下的新老年房车设计策略:完善适老化和无障碍设计、关注旅途中的亲密关系、提升人与自然的接触体验、重视场景功能的拓展。

天人相应指导下应用五脏背俞穴埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

目的观察天人相应理论指导下应用五脏背俞穴埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床效果。方法将60例CFS患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用节气时五脏背俞穴埋线治疗,对照组采用五脏背俞穴常规针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效和疲劳量表(FS-14)评分。结果治疗后,两组FS-14评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率为86.67%(26/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天人相应理论指导下,应用五脏背俞穴埋线和五脏背俞穴常规针刺治疗CFS,均能显著改善患者疲劳症状,且两种治疗方法效果相当。
