As the sustainable exploitation of marine resources develops,dual-platform joint operation has caught increasing attention.Dual-platform joint operation requires smaller relative motion between the two sub-platforms,which is normally difficult to be satisfied by the traditional mooring system.Therefore,a new hybrid mooring system is developed and studied in this article.To ensure safety during platform movements,both the number of anchor chains and the relative motion between the two sub-platforms are reduced in the new hybrid mooring system.By performing numerical simulations based on three-dimensional potential flow theory in AQWA and physical experiments,the performances of both the new hybrid and traditional mooring systems under two different wave conditions(i.e.,working wave and freak wave conditions) are systematically investigated.Regarding the new hybrid mooring system,the relative stability between the two sub-platforms of the new system is better,and the platforms can restore stability faster when affected by freak waves. 展开更多

Operational risk events have severely impacted the development of third-party payment(TPP)platforms,and have even led to a discussion on the operational risk capital charge settlement by relevant international regulators.However,prior studies have mostly focused on qualitative mechanism analysis,and have rarely examined quantitative risk assessment based on actual operational risk events.Therefore,this study attempts to assess the operational risk on TPP platforms in China by constructing a systematic framework incorporating database construction and risk modeling.First,the operational risk database that covers 202 events between Q1,2014,and Q2,2020 is constructed.Then,specific causes are clarified,and the characteristics are analyzed from both the trend and loss severity perspectives.Finally,the piecewise-defined severity distribution based-Loss Distribution Approach(PSD-LDA)with double truncation is utilized to assess the operational risk.Two main conclusions are drawn from the empirical analysis.First,legal risk and external fraud risk are the two main causes of operational risk.Second,the yearly Value at Risk and Expected Shortfall are 724.46 million yuan and 1081.98 million yuan under the 99.9%significance level,respectively.Our results are beneficial for both TPP platform operators and regulators in managing and controlling operational risk. 展开更多

The North China Plain and the agricultural region are crossed by the Shanxi-Beijing natural gas pipeline.Resi-dents in the area use rototillers for planting and harvesting;however,the depth of the rototillers into the ground is greater than the depth of the pipeline,posing a significant threat to the safe operation of the pipeline.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dynamic response of rotary tillers impacting pipelines to ensure the safe opera-tion of pipelines.This article focuses on the Shanxi-Beijing natural gas pipeline,utilizingfinite element simulation software to establish afinite element model for the interaction among the machinery,pipeline,and soil,and ana-lyzing the dynamic response of the pipeline.At the same time,a decision tree model is introduced to classify the damage of pipelines under different working conditions,and the boundary value and importance of each influen-cing factor on pipeline damage are derived.Considering the actual conditions in the hemp yam planting area,targeted management measures have been proposed to ensure the operational safety of the Shanxi-Beijing natural gas pipeline in this region. 展开更多

Trusted path is one of the crucial features that operating systems must provide for fundamental security support. In order to explore the possibility of implementing a trusted path mechanism with the support of trusted platform module (TPM) technologies, and to support TPM capabilities in operating systems, the paper extended the scope of the conventional trusted path to cover the situation in which a user communicates with software residing on a remote host. The paper combined the concept of operating system support for trusted path with that for TPM platforms, and proposed the architecture of an extended trusted path mechanism in operating system with considerations on TPM-capable platforms support. As part of the author's research in secure operating systems, the work of the paper was carried out with Linux as an experimental prototype system. The research result shows that TPM capabilities can strengthen extended trusted path mechanisms of operating systems. 展开更多

For a semi-submersible platform in repair, the eight old main brackets which connect columns with pontoons need to be replaced by new ones. In order to ensure the safety of the cutting operation of the old main bracket and calculate the initial stress condition of new main bracket, the structural stress monitoring of eight key spots is carried out, and then the calibrated finite element model is established according to the field monitoring results. Before cutting the main bracket and all associated structures, eight rectangular rosettes were installed, and a tailored cutting scheme was proposed to release the initial stress, in which the main bracket and associated column and pontoon plates were partly cut. During the cutting procedure, the strains of the monitoring spots were measured, and then the structural stress of the monitored spots were obtained. The stress variation characteristics at different spots during the initial cutting operation were shown and the initial stress condition of the monitored spots was figured out. The loading and support conditions of the semi-submersible platform were calibrated based on the measured initial stress condition, which made the finite element model more credible. The stress condition with the main bracket and associated structures being entirely cut out is analyzed by the Finite Element Method (FEM), which demonstrates the cutting operation to be safe and feasible. In addition, the calibrated finite element model can be used to calculate the initial stress condition of the new main bracket, which will be very helpful for the long-term stress monitoring on the main bracket. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to study the development and application of operation in comprehensive platform of professional meteorological station.[Method] Taking the operation platform of professional meteorological station in Yantai City as an example,and by dint of VB language and Mysql database technology,the ideas of comprehensive platform development of operation in professional meteorological station,main contents of the platform and its main functions were introduced.[Result] The platform mainly used VB language and Mysql database technology.Gathering together the forecast making,forecast inventory and check,surveillance of data uploading and machine operation and records of shifts,the interface was simple,visual and easy to handle.It reduced reporters’ workload,improved their work efficiency and was the favorite of majority reporters.[Conclusion] The study provided reference for the improvement of work efficiency of each professional meteorological station. 展开更多

目的探讨基于“一中心四平台”的医院后勤运营管理模式成效。方法以医院智慧管理分级评估标准为依据,依托大数据、物联网、互联网+、人工智能等技术运用,打造后勤智慧运维管理中心以及设备管控信息化平台、安全防范信息化平台、能耗监... 目的探讨基于“一中心四平台”的医院后勤运营管理模式成效。方法以医院智慧管理分级评估标准为依据,依托大数据、物联网、互联网+、人工智能等技术运用,打造后勤智慧运维管理中心以及设备管控信息化平台、安全防范信息化平台、能耗监测信息化平台、运营管理信息化平台的“一中心四平台”运营管理模式。结果经过样本医院的管理实践证明:基于“智慧联动”的设备故障处置能力得到显著提升,2022年故障报警次数同比2021年下降28.63%,其中高级、普通报警次数同比2021年分别下降69.53%、33.15%;基于“一站式”的后勤服务保障能力得到显著提升,2022年同比2021年维修次数下降2.92%,维修质量有所提高,反复维修频次降低;基于“数据挖掘”的能耗管控能力得到显著提升,2022年万元收入能耗支出同比2021年下降8.71%。结论“一中心四平台”可以显著提高后勤运维管理水平。 展开更多

我国金属矿山智能化在经历了前期的探索性研究后,已进入了规模化、常态化应用的新阶段。为了系统评价已形成的研究成果、保证前期积累得以顺利移植和推广,以智能生产和集成平台两类代表性应用为主要内容,总结了金属矿山智能化发展现状... 我国金属矿山智能化在经历了前期的探索性研究后,已进入了规模化、常态化应用的新阶段。为了系统评价已形成的研究成果、保证前期积累得以顺利移植和推广,以智能生产和集成平台两类代表性应用为主要内容,总结了金属矿山智能化发展现状和应用效果。结果表明:我国金属矿山在智能开采领域取得了长足的进步,露天矿山的遥控铲装运输、地下矿山的电机车自动化、固定设施的无人值守等项目已开始常态化应用;在集成平台建设上具有鲜明的特色,技术平台、安全平台、集控平台和决策平台已在多个矿山的生产管控中发挥作用。最后,结合现状分析着重探讨了矿山在建设内容选择、关键技术确定、数字化转型路径、管理模式转变、运维与应用效果等方面出现的问题,指出了容易产生的误区,为矿山企业扩大建设成果、保证建设实效、规避建设风险提供参考。 展开更多

目的探讨自行设计的甲醛加液台对改善手术室标本间护士甲醛暴露的效果。方法采用自身前后对照试验,将江西省某三级甲等医院2022年6月工作日手术标本室内空气质量设为对照组,2022年7月空气质量设为实验组。对照组采用传统加仑桶取液,实... 目的探讨自行设计的甲醛加液台对改善手术室标本间护士甲醛暴露的效果。方法采用自身前后对照试验,将江西省某三级甲等医院2022年6月工作日手术标本室内空气质量设为对照组,2022年7月空气质量设为实验组。对照组采用传统加仑桶取液,实验组采用自主研制的电动甲醛加液装置进行取液。比较2组标本间内甲醛浓度、总挥发性有机物(total volatile organic compounds,TVOC)及空气质量指数(air quality index,AQI)及操作中鼻眼刺激程度,护士标本处理所用时间。结果实验组甲醛值、AQI、TVOC均低于对照组;标本室内甲醛值、TVOC值、AQI值在不同甲醛存储工具下不同时间的变化趋势不同(P<0.01)。实验组中护士重度鼻眼刺激次数均小于对照组(P<0.01),且标本处理所用时间也少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用医用甲醛加液台进行手术室标本间的甲醛溶液存储及取用,密闭性强,同时提供了便捷式的液体用量选择,缩短了护士操作时间,减少了标本室内甲醛暴露风险,效果良好。 展开更多
