The main object of the project is to build a nuclear fusion experimental device with divertor configuration, which is designed by the Institute of Plasma Physics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (ASIPP). It is a full superconducting device, consisting of superconducting toroidal field (TF) coils and superconducting poloidal field (PF) coil. During the operation of the device, the operational parameter of device should be checked by technical diagnosis. This paper describes the design of circuit for checldng short between every two parts of the HT7U device. The main contents of design include circuit of data acquisition and data processing of computer.展开更多

Also, the collision detection among moving objects is presented and discussed, and some new ideas are proposed. These methods are successfully applied in our Plant Design System (PDS) and are proven to be very practical and efficient.展开更多
A new chaotic genetic hybrid algorithm(CGHA) based on float point coding was put forward in this paper.Firstly,it used chaos optimization to search coarsely and produced a better initial population.Then,a power functi...A new chaotic genetic hybrid algorithm(CGHA) based on float point coding was put forward in this paper.Firstly,it used chaos optimization to search coarsely and produced a better initial population.Then,a power function carrier was adopted to improve the ergodicity and the sufficiency of the chaos optimization.Secondly,the genetic algorithm(GA) was used to search finely and guaranteed the population's evolution.To avoid the search being trapped in local minimum,a chaos degenerate mutation operator was designed to make the search converge to a global optimum quickly.Finally,CGHA was used to solve a typical mechanical optimization problem of shear stress checking for a cylinder helix spring.Compared with traditional penalty function method,chaos-Powell hybrid algorithm and standard GA,CGHA shows better performance in solution precision and convergence speed than those of the algorithms.Therefore,CGHA is a new effective way to solve the problems in mechanical optimization design.展开更多

The proportion of industrial use of electricity decreased year by year, the proportion of household electricity, commercial electricity and public utilities increased year by year, the peak and valley change increased year by year. Therefore, the construction of hydropower project, to improve the current situation of the system of regulating the power grid, has a positive role in promoting. Reinforced rock fill dam with face slab in foreign countries has been built and at the dam more than 50m high dam more than 70 seats, of which more than 100m high dam 18. At present, Brazil estuary aliya rock fill dam is the highest dam in this kind of dam in the world, built in 1980, has been running well. Our reinforced rock fill dam with face slab design and construction technology in the introduction of digestion and absorption of foreign advanced experience in the foundation, the systemic research on a considerable scale. The design level and construction technology of the rock fill dam with face slab in our country have reached the international advanced level by the complete technology of the construction of the 100m level rock fill dam with face slab. This paper mainly from the rock fill dam with face slab, dam type selection and layout of water conservancy project comparison; dam profile design; detail dam; dam high determined; stability analysis; strength calculation; overflow capacity check aspects were studied.展开更多

However there is no practica...With the rapid growth of the offshore wind industry, the innovative floating offshore wind turbine is chosen as the most feasible device to harvest the vast wind energy in deep water area. However there is no practical design guide for the floating wind turbine especially the floating foundation. In this paper, based on the investigation on the worldwide floating wind turbine and current available expertise on floating platforms accumulated in offshore O/G (oil and gas) industry, an integrated design methodology is presented according to the specialized characteristics of wind turbine, including the type selection of foundation and mooring system, design standard, design procedure, design conditions, key technologies involved. Finally a semi-submersible floating foundation is designed to support certain megawatt-rating wind turbine of Goldwind and also performance analysis and code checks are performed to validate the design. The design method of the floating foundation provided in this paper is proved feasible and can be adopted in practical engineering design.展开更多
