Time Sequence of Himalayan Endogenetic Mineralization on the East Side of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau 被引量:2

Among the endogenetic deposits in the Sanjiang area and at the west margin of the Yangtze platform, Himalayan deposits are the most important and contribute a large proportion of the resources of superlarge deposits. ... Among the endogenetic deposits in the Sanjiang area and at the west margin of the Yangtze platform, Himalayan deposits are the most important and contribute a large proportion of the resources of superlarge deposits. Among the controlled resources of this region, 84% of copper resources, 67% of Pb-Zn, 31% of Ag, 77% of gold and 24% of tin come from Himalayan deposits on the east side of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau. Himalayan endogenetic mineralization shows a relatively complete sequence evolution in the Sanjiang area and on the west margin of the Yangtze platform. Mineralization is manifested by gold deposits related to K-rich lamprophyre, REE deposits related to alkalic complexes and Cu-Au-polymetallic deposits related to alkaline porphyry. Six sequences of mineralization evolution since 65 Ma B.P. in the Sanjiang area and on the west side of the Yangtze platform can be recognized. In this study, we consider the problem of scheduling a set of jobs with sequence-dependent setup times on a set of parallel production cells. The objective of this study is to minimize the total completion time. We note that total customer demands for each type should be satisfied, and total required production time in each cell cannot exceed the capacity of the cell. This problem is formulated as an integer programming model and an interface is designed to provide integrity between data and software. Mathematical model is tested by both randomly generated data set and real-world data set from a factory that produce automotive components. As a result of this study, the solution which gives the best alternative production schedule is obtained. 展开更多

药品价格指数的构建与应用

目的基于药品零售价格大数据构建药品价格指数,描述其波动特征,发挥其药品价格宏观监管作用,促进药品价格保持合理水平。方法运用链式拉氏指数构建原理建立药品价格指数模型,运用时间序列模型描述指数波动特征,识别并分析药品价格波动... 目的基于药品零售价格大数据构建药品价格指数,描述其波动特征,发挥其药品价格宏观监管作用,促进药品价格保持合理水平。方法运用链式拉氏指数构建原理建立药品价格指数模型,运用时间序列模型描述指数波动特征,识别并分析药品价格波动异常状况。结果2015年1月—2020年12月,药品价格总指数小幅上涨,累计涨幅为14.43%,年均涨幅约2.40%,市场化改革成效较为显著。通过基于局部加权回归的季节趋势分解(seasonal-trend decomposition using loess,STL)方法对获得的药品价格总指数时间序列进行分析,指数呈长期平缓上升趋势,不规则波动值为-1.41~2.03,说明药品价格受外因影响较小,周期性特征仍有待进一步研究。2015年1月—2020年12月,根据药品价格指数共监测到价格异常风险32次。结论药品价格指数较全面地反映药品价格走势,对于药品价格异常波动具有一定的预警作用,能够为我国药品价格监管提供有效工具。 展开更多

A novel symbol timing synchronization algorithm based on constant amplitude zero auto correlation(CAZAC) sequences is proposed for coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(CO-OFDM) systems. The training symbol of the proposed algorithm is comprised of four different parts, utilizing even symmetry property of each part to accomplish timing synchronization. The performance of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by means of simulations in OFDM and CO-OFDM systems. The proposed algorithm is shown to eliminate the timing sidelobes of Park's algorithm and has a more accurate timing estimation. In the condition of chromatic dispersion(CD), the timing metric of the proposed method still maintains its peak value at the correct timing point, while the values are almost 0 at all the other positions. Meanwhile, the timing mean square error(MSE) of the proposed algorithm remains around 10^(-6). 展开更多

Theory and Application of Natural-Based Wavelet Method

Sometimes, the re... Wavelet method is often used in analyzing trend and period of time sequence. When using wavelet method one serious problem is different chosen wavelet basis and scale would lead to different results. Sometimes, the results vary greatly. To overcome this problem and to improve the accuracy and efficiency, a new method denoted by Natural-based Wavelet Method is introduced and extended. It can be proved that the proposed method in fact is a special class of discrete wavelet. At first, two numerical examples are designed to show the capacity of the novel method. Second, this method is applied to a precipitation series. According to wavelet analysis and short-range precipitation prediction, this precipitation exists a faintly increasing trend. Through the analysis, the studied precipitation has two major periods: 11 and 41 years. The results validate that the Natural-based Wavelet Method used in application of multi-complicated observed data is suitable. It is easy to write the source code of the proposed method. When new information appears, new information can be easily added into the original sequence, this is another advantage of the proposed method. 展开更多

To fully consider the complementary role of different energy sources and reduce the curtailment of renewable energy(RE)in high RE penetration systems,a hierarchical optimization algorithm is proposed to simultaneously optimize the capacity of RE generation and energy storage systems(ESS).Time sequence simulation(TSS)technology is adopted to fully consider the regional RE resource characteristics and make the model more reliable.An optimization model for evaluating ESS capacity is established at a lower level.To overcome the high dimensional complexity of time sequence data,this paper re-formulates this sub-model as a consensus problem,which can be solved by a distributed approach to minimize the system’s total investment costs.At the upper level,the model for assessing the proportion of wind and solar capacity is developed by maximizing the RE generation.The golden section Fibonacci tree optimization(GSFTO)algorithm is utilized to improve the efficiency and solution accuracy.The results show that the algorithm and model are feasible and applicable for the identified purposes,which can provide a useful guidance for the development of power generation and the energy storage capacity in high RE penetration systems. 展开更多

Plasmids remain important microbial components mediating the horizontal gene transfer(HGT)and dissemination of antimicrobial resistance.To systematically explore the relationship between mobile genetic elements(MGEs)and antimicrobial resistance genes(ARGs),a novel strategy using single-molecule real-time(SMRT)sequencing was developed.This approach was applied to pooled conjugative plasmids from clinically isolated multidrug-resistant(MDR)Klebsiella pneumoniae from a tertiary referral hospital over a 9-month period.The conjugative plasmid pool was obtained from transconjugants that acquired antimicrobial resistance after plasmid conjugation with 53 clinical isolates.The plasmid pool was then subjected to SMRT sequencing,and 82 assembled plasmid fragments were obtained.In total,124 ARGs(responsible for resistance to b-lactam,fluoroquinolone,and aminoglycoside,among others)and 317 MGEs[including transposons(Tns),insertion sequences(ISs),and integrons]were derived from these fragments.Most of these ARGs were linked to MGEs,allowing for the establishment of a relationship network between MGEs and/or ARGs that can be used to describe the dissemination of resistance by mobile elements.Key elements involved in resistance transposition were identified,including IS26,Tn3,IS903 B,ISEcp1,and ISKpn19.As the most predominant IS in the network,a typical IS26-mediated multi-copy composite transposition event was illustrated by tracing its flanking 8-bp target site duplications(TSDs).The landscape of the pooled plasmid sequences highlights the diversity and complexity of the relationship between MGEs and ARGs,underpinning the clinical value of dominant HGT profiles. 展开更多

Multi-stage Mesozoic thrust-nappe and extensional structures are distributed in the east segment of the Southeast Yangtze Block situated in the junction region of Zhejiang-Jiangxi-Anhui provinces. The features and genetic mechanism of the deformations were analyzed after a detailed field observation of their distribution, geometry, and kinematics. In addition, the time sequences of the thrust and extensional structures were determined by combining the results of the comparative analysis with the chronological evidence of strata and magmatic rocks cut by a fault or formed after a fault according to field facts. This study identified three stages of the nappe structures and at least two stages of the extensional structures during the Mesozoic. The geotectonic setting of the nappe and extensional structures was considered to be related to the different geodynamics in the study area including the Early Mesozoic geological event, i.e., N-S compression, forming Lantian fault, etc.;the Late Mesozoic flat-slab subduction, forming Xiaoxi thrust fault and tectonic window;and the roll-back of the paleoPacific Plate, forming extensional structures like basin marginal fault;the last compression, forming Wucheng-Shenxian fault. These findings provide additional evidence for remodeling the tectonic and geodynamic evolution of Southeast China. 展开更多

The network traffic prediction is important for service quality control in computer network.The performance of the traditional prediction method significantly degrades for the burst short-term flow.In view of the problem,this paper proposes a double LSTMs structure,one of which acts as the main flow predictor,another as the detector of the time the burst flow starts at.The two LSTM units can exchange information about their internal states,and the predictor uses the detector’s information to improve the accuracy of the prediction.A training algorithm is developed specially to train the structure offline.To obtain the prediction online,a pulse series is used as a simulant of the burst event.A simulation experiment is designed to test performance of the predictor.The results of the experiment show that the prediction accuracy of the double LSTM structure is significantly improved,compared with the traditional single LSTM structure. 展开更多
