Through the field investigation in Xionger Mountain,it was found that the scenic area is rich in tourism resources.However,the development of tourism is lagging behind.By the method of random sampling,a survey for visitors was conducted.A total of 100 questionnaires were issued,100 of which were valid.With the help of TSI evaluating model,tourists' satisfaction degree was calculated accurately.The results showed that ratio of tourism performance to price in Xionger Mountain wasn't high,of which tourists generally expressed dissatisfaction;that the overall environment was quite good,of which tourists showed higher satisfaction degree;that some tourists' expectations to this scenic area were not high;that revisit willing was comparatively high;that there was a certain gap compared with other scenic spot.Tourists' satisfaction degree on Xionger Mountain is 55.89% through calculating TSI index.Finally,aiming at the existent problems,some countermeasures for improving the tourists' satisfaction degree on Xionger Mountain were put forward from the aspects of tour value,environmental perception,marketing philosophy and modes. 展开更多

Starting from the utilization and protection of local knowledge, with the performance prism as the framework, the evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction degree was established. The weight was determined by using AHP method. Finally, the investigating result was judged with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation model of tourist satisfaction degree in western tourist area was built, and the case study was carried out. With Lijiang in Yunnan Province as example, according to AHP method, five dimensions weight of the performance prism, various KPI weight and consistency were obtained, fuzzy evaluation on tourist satisfaction degree was conducted. The results showed that the overall was satisfactory, but there were still some problems. Aiming at the utilization and protection of local knowledge, some corresponding countermeasures were put forward which will benefit for further development of tourism in Lijiang of Yunnan Province. 展开更多

By using principal component analysis,this paper had modified and put forward a theoretical model of evaluation on tourist satisfaction degree with tourist perception quality and tourist satisfaction degree as structure variables and with thirty indexes like image of tourist area,tourists' expectation,infrastructure in tourist area,landscape features and ticket price as observed variables,based on random questionnaire survey of tourists of Zhenyuan ancient city in Guizhou Province and the existing evaluation models of tourist satisfaction degree at home and abroad.The survey result showed that tourist satisfaction degree was not high,that tourists were dissatisfied with observing facilities,transportation,accommodation and landscape features,and that the attraction power of tourist area was weak.The comprehensive tourist satisfaction degree of Zhenyuan ancient city was 77.653.Therefore,the government should enhance reconstruction of infrastructure and construction of landscape features,and improve tourist service quality level,so as to realize sustainable development of tourist economy in Zhenyuan ancient city. 展开更多

Tourist's satisfaction degree is one of the important indexes to evaluate the service quality of scenic spot.Taking Xi'an Dongda Hot Spring Resort Area for an example,with the expectation difference theory and customers' satisfaction evaluation model as the theoretical basis of the research,the overall satisfaction degree of tourists to hot spring resort area,and the actual sensation accomplishments and the expectation difference of each service index were analyzed by using regression analysis and paired sample t test method.The results showed:① The overall satisfaction degree of tourists to the resort area was higher.There were remarkable correlation among three variables:the sensation value,the overall satisfaction degree,and the tourist's loyalty degree;② Generally,the sensation actual accomplishments of 15 service appraisal factors were higher than the expectation value.According to the characteristics,these 15 service appraisal factors were divided into 5 groups.Some unsatisfactory aspects were found out,and the corrective measures were put forward. 展开更多

[Objective] The satisfaction degree of agricultural water demand was analyzed to provide climate basis for the agricultural structure adjustment and good harvest.[Method] By using integral humidity index and climatic tendency rate,the satisfaction degree of water demand of crops and its trend variation were studied.[Result] The precipitation in the growing season of crops showed decrease trend in western Liaoning,and the climatic tendency rate was-8.660--18.560 mm/10 a,with the precipitation decrease of 43-93 mm in recent 50 years.The satisfaction degree of agricultural water demand was up to 72%-88% in average,and over 80% satisfaction degree accounted for 30%-60%,while water shortage probability reached 68%-90%.The satisfaction degree of Chaoyang,Lingyuan and Beipiao was the lowest,while that of Jianchang and Jiangping was relative higher.The satisfaction degree of gross agriculture water demand went down with the time,and climate tendency rate was up to-2.490%--3.863%/10 a,with the decrease of 12%-19% in recent 50 years.[Conclusion] With the reduction of precipitation,the satisfaction degree of water demand of crops went down,and the climate in western Liaoning became more and more dry. 展开更多

To further promote rural tourism brand of Suzhou and enhance its competitiveness,tourist source market of rural tourism in Suzhou City was analyzed through questionnaire survey from the perspectives of demographic features and behavioral characteristics of tourists.Moreover,significance of service items and tourists' satisfaction on these items were investigated from the perspectives of scenic area management,traffic conditions,accommodation services,hygienic conditions,commodity price,infrastructure,guide services,food and recreational activities.Through sorting out statistics obtained in the investigation,corresponding marketing strategies were proposed.First,orientation of rural tourism market should be defined,local tourist source market taken as the principal one,especially tourists from the middle-class and upper-class.Second,rural cultural connotations should be further explored to build villages of dominant cultures and bring new ideas to traditional festivals.Third,integrated marketing should be introduced to the promotion of rural tourism,marketing channels further integrated,and online marketing of rural tourism enhanced. 展开更多

In view of the present situation of measuring a green residence just by energy saving and environmental protection,we propose that we should build the rural residence more from the farmer's view and set up an evaluation system based on farmers satisfaction.A total of 16 factors affecting the farmers' satisfaction degree of green energy saving rebuilding of rural residence are selected.Questionnaire survey on 110 peasant households is carried out under different situations in Guanzhong region in Shaanxi Province,so as to obtain the importance score of evaluation index.During constructing the evaluation system for farmers' satisfaction degree,Factor Analysis Method is used to classify the related influencing factors.Subjective analysis of Analytic Hierarchy Process and the objective analysis of Factor Analysis Method are combined together to determine the weights of factors at different grades.Then,the final evaluation model is obtained,which provides guidance for the further green energy saving rebuilding of rural residence in China. 展开更多

In China, the tourism industry is regarded as one means of fostering local economic development. This paper tries to examine inbound tourism development in China in the last decade and analyze inbound tourism's satisfaction of their travel experience with tourist attractions, facilities, services and price by an empirical study based on the investigation of Lanzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. This paper discusses the demographic characteristics of visitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, US, Korea and Japan by surveying a sample of 528 visitors in fi ve different cities. The survey showed that four provinces/autonomous region in western China ranked the top 10 popular destinations. Chinese natural landscape, culture and food were highly regarded by the tourists. At the same time, tourists expressed less satisfaction with tourist language convenience, tourist facility and nightlife in China. It was also found that only 7.4% of the tourists thought travel in China was far more than what they had paid, that 6.5% regarded they got what they paid for, and that 34.9% thought the travel cost was reasonable. Most tourists were satisfi ed with their travel experience in China; many of them would like to return to China and would like to recommend China. For the sustainable development of tourism, Chinese tourism authorities should strengthen the construction, propaganda and management of scenic spots, improve tourist facility and tourist education, especially language convenience, and strengthen the supervision of tickets, souvenir and hotel price. 展开更多

In order to improve the service efficiency of urban parks, the urban parks were studied from the perspective of the satisfaction of tourists. In this paper, Memorial Archway Park in Zhaoqing was selected for research, factors influencing tourist satisfaction with urban parks were evaluated from six aspects, namely landscape quality, infrastructure, recreation facilities, recreational environment, service level, and accessibility, the problems that caused the tourists to be dissatisfied with the urban park were summarized, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed. 展开更多

Optimal satisfaction degree in energy harvesting cognitive radio networks

A cognitive radio(CR) network with energy harvesting(EH) is considered to improve both spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency. A hidden Markov model(HMM) is used to characterize the imperfect spectrum sensing process. In order to maximize the whole satisfaction degree(WSD) of the cognitive radio network, a tradeoff between the average throughput of the secondary user(SU) and the interference to the primary user(PU) is analyzed. We formulate the satisfaction degree optimization problem as a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) problem. The satisfaction degree optimization problem is solved by using differential evolution(DE) algorithm. The proposed optimization problem allows the network to adaptively achieve the optimal solution based on its required quality of service(Qos). Numerical results are given to verify our analysis. 展开更多

The tourism climate comfort degree can directly affect the trip of tourists,and can determine the length of the tourist season and the development of the tourist projects.In order to explore the relationship between the climate comfort degree and the annual variation of tourist flow combined with 1981-2010 climate related data,this paper analyzes the comfort degree of tourism climate in Tai’an,the annual change divide tourist season into high season,shoulder season and off-season.With regression analysis,the correlation between tourism climate comfort degree and annual variation of passenger flow is analyzed.The final result is as follows:As for Tai’an,in May and September the rank of humiditytemperature index(THI)is A,with the most pleasant climate,the most suitable for tourism activities.In April,August and October the rank of THI is B or b,represented as suitable climate,suitable for tourism activities.In June and July,the climate is hot,with a low tourism suitability grade,In February,March and November,the climate is cold,with a poor tourism suitability grade.In January and December the climate is frigid,not suitable for tourism activities.The final conclusion is below:the tourist traffic variation within the year is mainly affected by climate comfort effect.The elastic coefficient is 0.927%.In addition,the tourist traffic variation within the year is also affected by the summer vacation,the Golden Week and the impact of preferential policies.All the above provide a scientific basis for the prediction of Tai’an’s tourist flow in a year,the development of tourism and tourist scenic management. 展开更多

Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are considered as a confirmation of remarkable service provision towards the customers.The formation of both constructs is viewed as a vital element which leads to the reinforcement of competitive advantage for the hotels.Various academic viewpoints are available concerning the constructs of customer satisfaction and loyalty;nevertheless,most of them indicate an opposition towards their correlation.The aim of this research was to investigate the factors that reinforce the satisfaction and loyalty levels of resort tourists and identify whether or not the two constructs are interrelated.A quantitative research methodology was applied,with the use of close-ended paper questionnaires,which were administered to international tourists staying in resort hotels in the Municipality of Hersonissos,one of the most popular tourist destinations in northern Crete.Findings confirmed a positive correlation between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.Data also showed that food and beverage quality,location and price are considered as the most significant factors that enhance satisfaction levels,whereas emotional experiences,loyalty programs,customer service quality,and customer satisfaction were identified to have a significant impact on the formation of customer loyalty. 展开更多

According to the construction demand of the park city, a Tianfu greenway system with the theme of “one axis, two mountains, three rings and seven belts” will be formed throughout Chengdu. Jinjiang 198 Greenway is the first large-scale greenway in the main urban area of Chengdu. In view of the use of Jinjiang 198 Greenway in Chengdu, its use characteristics and user satisfaction degree are studied. The general situation of people's use of greenway is obtained from the characteristics of users themselves and its use conditions. According to the statistics of user satisfaction degree through field survey and questionnaire survey, it is known that the overall satisfaction degree of users on the greenway is good. Through factor analysis, the main factors affecting user satisfaction degree are obtained, which are in turn supporting facilities, service facilities, activity sites,green environment and accessibility. This paper compares the satisfaction of users of residential buildings produced by two construction processes considered as industrialized:“prefabricated masonry panels”and“reinforced concrete walls molded on site”and compared with“conventional process”(structural masonry of concrete blocks).The premise of the study was to diagnose the level of acceptance of the buildings considered industrialized by the Brazilian population,aiming to assess whether the preference for the systems considered“conventional”and the rejection of the“industrialized”is decreasing in Brazil.This article concerns the results obtained in the second phase of the research,which was carried out after five years of the first phase.So,if the buildings were considered new in the first phase,this second research was carried out after the depreciation due to the action of time.To quantify the“degree of satisfaction”the same checklist of the first survey was applied,in the same neighborhood and the sum attributed to each answer made by residents was applied and,as a result,it was possible to ascertain the oscillations in it and to confirm the satisfactory acceptance of industrialized construction systems and a tendency to reduce rejection by the population in relation to the innovative construction systems. 展开更多

目的探讨运用PDCA程序缩短日间手术患者术前准备等待时间,进而符合院感防控的管理模式。方法采用PDCA循环管理方法,以建立多学科合作机制、精准安排患者入院时间、合理规划术前等待区域等改进方案。2022年1月8日—21日的日间手术患者31... 目的探讨运用PDCA程序缩短日间手术患者术前准备等待时间,进而符合院感防控的管理模式。方法采用PDCA循环管理方法,以建立多学科合作机制、精准安排患者入院时间、合理规划术前等待区域等改进方案。2022年1月8日—21日的日间手术患者316例为对照组,2022年3月26日—5月8日,实施PDCA改善后的日间手术患者为PDCA组。对2组患者术前等待时间、患者术前等候期满意度进行比较。结果日间手术患者平均等待时间由对照组的184.36 min,降低至PDCA组的47.64 min,满意度由81.01%提升至96.11%,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论日间手术短平快的运作方式与感染控制理念相融合,需要各医院根据业务区域特点及患者需求做有效的患者术前分流措施,对于提升患者就医体验、降低院感发生率、护患满意度具有重要意义。 展开更多

目的探讨基于归因理论的护理干预在经鼻高流量氧疗(HFNC)患者中的应用价值,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2021年2月-2023年5月于四川大学华西医院接受治疗的144例HFNC患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每... 目的探讨基于归因理论的护理干预在经鼻高流量氧疗(HFNC)患者中的应用价值,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2021年2月-2023年5月于四川大学华西医院接受治疗的144例HFNC患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组72例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合基于归因理论的护理干预。比较2组患者遵医情况及护理满意度;比较2组患者干预前后疾病感知问卷(BIPQ)、Borg疲劳量表、视觉类比呼吸困难法量表(VAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果观察组患者总遵从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者BIPQ中治疗控制、后果、情绪、持续时间、症状、关注、个人控制、疾病了解评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组患者BIPQ中治疗控制、后果、情绪、持续时间、症状、关注、个人控制、疾病了解评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者Borg疲劳量表及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组患者Borg疲劳量表评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组;VAS评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于归因理论的护理干预能有效强化患者的遵医行为,减轻患者的疾病感知压力,缓解患者的负面情绪,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

当前甘肃省乡村民宿产业正从浅层“农家乐”消遣型向深度乡村旅居度假和文化体验型转变,在此背景下,文章以甘肃省乡村民宿游客需求为导向,构建了“服务质量、安全管理、环境卫生、文化体验”四个维度的满意度评价指标体系,通过问卷调研... 当前甘肃省乡村民宿产业正从浅层“农家乐”消遣型向深度乡村旅居度假和文化体验型转变,在此背景下,文章以甘肃省乡村民宿游客需求为导向,构建了“服务质量、安全管理、环境卫生、文化体验”四个维度的满意度评价指标体系,通过问卷调研获取研究数据,借助SPSS软件对甘肃省乡村民宿游客满意度进行评价分析,基于游客满意度指标提出了甘肃省乡村民宿存在服务质量整体偏低、安全保障相对不足、卫生标准不够完善、文化品位参差不齐4个方面的问题,相应地给出了以游客满意度为中心,提升服务质量、做好基础设施建设,加强民宿安全管理、规范环境卫生标准,走绿色可持续发展道路、构建民宿文化氛围,凸显地域乡土特色4条解决路径。 展开更多
