Objective:To dig deeper into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment rules of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform system.Methods:Taking“traditional Chinese medicine”,“chemotherapy”and“diarrhea”as the theme words,comprehensive search of the database of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from its inception to November 2020 was conduct-ed.The formulas of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for chemotherapy-induced diarrhea were included and the association rule,clustering and factor analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 145 papers,57 prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria were collected,among which high-frequency drugs including Baizhu(Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Dangshen(Codonopsisradix),Huanglian(Coptidis rhizoma),Zhigancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle)were the most commonly used.The confidence level was set as 0.7 and the support level was set as 10,12 core compatibility groups were obtained,and 6 categories were cluster analyzed.Conclusion:The principle of external treatment of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea is mainly“restore deficiency and benefiting qi”,“benefiting water infiltration and dampness”,“clearing heat”and“inducing astringency”.Prescription combination and new prescription combination based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform system can be used as reference for clinicians and applied in primary hospitals. 展开更多

In China,traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in the treatment of ischemic stroke,but its prescription rules needs to be further studied.This paper uses the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(a software)to analyze the composition rules of a large number of prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic stroke,and discusses the clinical rationality of the new prescriptions.We found that the prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic stroke are mainly composed by herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging collaterals and tonifying deficiency,and some of the new prescriptions are also in line with this characteristic.This paper can provide reference for clinical prescription in the treatment of ischemic stroke and the development of related new drugs. 展开更多

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a medical system that has collected and summarized abundant clinical experience over its long history of more than 2000 years. However, the frequent occurrence of TCM-induced adve... Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a medical system that has collected and summarized abundant clinical experience over its long history of more than 2000 years. However, the frequent occurrence of TCM-induced adverse reactions has hindered the modernization and internationalization of TCM, while attracting increasing attention from around the world. Unlike chemical drugs and biological agents, the difficulties involved in research on the toxicity and safety of TCM mainly include the complexity of its components and the unpredictability of drug–body interactions. Much of TCM, which has overall therapeutic effects, has the typical mechanisms of multiple components, multiple pathways, and multiple targets. While considering the gradualness and unpredictability of TCM toxicity, the ambiguity of toxicants and safe dosage, and individual differences during long-term TCM administration, we have systematically established key techniques for the toxicity assessment of TCM. These techniques mainly include TCM toxicity discovery in an early phase, based on a combination of drug toxicology genomics and metabolomics;methods to identify dose–toxicity relationships in TCM;and integrated techniques for the exploration of TCM interactions, such as fast-screening tests based on drug-metabolizing enzymes and receptor pathways. In particular, we have developed a new technical system for TCM safety evaluation using molecular toxicology, which has been validated well in research on TCM compatibility contraindication, quality control, and allergen discovery. The application of this key technical platform is introduced here in detail. This application includes model organisms, toxicant biomarkers, a magnetic suspension technique, and the application of network toxicology and computational toxicology in research on the toxicity of Fructus toosendan, Semen cassiae, Polygonum multiflorum, and Fructus psoraleae. 展开更多

Objective: To summarize the rule of application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, and to explore the molecular mechanism of the compatibility of core herbs. Methods: Collect relevant literatures on cervical cancer in Chinese National Knowledgey Ifrastructure (CNKI), use TCM inheritance platform system (TCMISSV2.5) for association rules and complex system entropy clustering analysis;use BATMAN-TCM online analysis tools to construct target-pathway-disease network to reveal the underlying mechanisms of action. Results: Among the 78 prescriptions selected, a total of 172 Chinese medicines were used, and the five most frequently used herbs were Huang-bo (Phellodendri Chinrnsis Cortex), Fu-ling (Poria Cocos), Huang-qi (Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim.), Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Gan-cao (Licorice). Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Huang-qi (Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim.), Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Fu-ling (Poria Cocos), Bai-zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz.) and Fu-ling (Poria Cocos) are the three most commonly used medicine match. In addition, through cluster analysis, a total of 4 core herbs compatibility and 2 new prescriptions were excavated. Herbs in the new prescriptions which are used to clearing heat-toxin and removing dampness were most frequently used. Through the analysis of the signal pathway of high frequency Chinese medicines, we found that neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway may play important roles. Conclusion: The core Chinese medicines for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer are mainly clearing heat-toxin and removing dampness. The core Chinese medicines may play their anti-cervical cancer by interfering with the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction signaling pathway. 展开更多

Compatibility rule of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of cardiac neurosis based on data mining

Objective:To analyze the prescription and medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating cardiac neurosis by using the software of"Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)".Methods:China Journal Full-Text Database,Wanfang database,Weipu Chinese Periodical Service Platform and Chinese biomedical literature database were retrieved according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Literatures on the treatment of cardiac neurosis with TCM prescriptions were screened out and data mining was carried out using the TCM inheritance assistant platform.Use frequency,commonly used dose,the frequency of properties,flavors and meridian distribution were counted.Association rules and entropy clustering analysis for complex system were used to extract core drug combinations and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering was used to predict potential new prescriptions.Results:Through literature retrieval and screening,210 types of prescriptions were finally selected,and 181 types of Chinese herbs were extracted,with cumulative frequency of 2410 times.Among them,there were 46 traditional Chinese medicines that were used more than 15 times.According to the efficacy and indication,they were classified into qi-regulating drugs,tranquilizers,qi-tonifying drugs,heat-clearing drugs,blood-tonifying drugs,etc.According to properties,flavors,and meridian distribution,warm and sweet drugs were the most commonly used,mostly distributing to the heart meridian,followed by liver and spleen meridians.Association rules showed that combination of radix paeoniae and paeonia-bupleurum was the most used;faructus aurantii and bupleurum had the strongest correlation,up to 90%.The network diagram indicated that bupleurum,angelica sinensis,radix paeoniae radix,and poria cocos were the core of the association network.Based on complex system entropy clustering,24 core drug combinations were obtained.The unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm was used to extract 12 core drug combinations,and 6 potential new formulae were obtained by further clustering.Conclusion:Regulating qi and blood,addressing both symptoms and causes,and using purgation and tonification at the same time is the principle of the treatment of cardiac neuropathy with TCM.The treatment mainly starts from the heart,liver and spleen,and therapies include soothing the liver and regulating qi,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,tranquilizing and calming the nerves,and prompting blood circulation and diuresis. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the rule of prescribing traditional Chinese medicine for treating pneumoconiosis,so as to provide reference for differential diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis as well as for the development of new drugs for treatingthe disease.Methods:We searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database and VIP Chinese PublicationDatabase to retrieve relevant literatures which were then screened according to the enrollment criteria to establish a prescriptiondatabase of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of pneumoconiosis.The inheritance calculation platform of traditionalChinese medicine was used to analyze the prescribing rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pneumoconiosisbased on association rules,k-means clustering algorithm and regression model analysis.Results:A total of 131 related literature were preliminarily selected,from which 97 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine with a total of 195 herbs were included.The most frequently prescribed herbs included Radix astragali,Platycodon grandiflorum,Pinellia ternata,licorice,Codonopsispilosula,Salvia miltiorrhiza,bitter almond etc.A total of 14 association rules,13 high-frequency herb pairs were found and 5groups of formulas were revealed by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The prescriptions for the treatment of pneumoconiosis are mainly composed of herbs for tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,activating blood circulation and removingblood stasis,which are supplemented with herbs for clearing heat,relieving appearance,regulating qi,promoting waterand permeating dampness,etc.,The prescribing rules reflect the basic pathological characteristics of lung deficiency and collateral arthralgia in pneumoconiosis,which provides some ideas for the clinical differentiation and treatment of pneumoconiosis in traditionalChinese medicine.It also provides reference for the research and development of new treatment methods. 展开更多

目的对国医大师熊继柏教授治疗失眠的病案进行数据挖掘,分析熊继柏教授诊治失眠的用方、用药经验。方法基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V3.5),归纳和分析熊继柏教授在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院治疗失眠患者的门诊病历数据,利用该平台软件... 目的对国医大师熊继柏教授治疗失眠的病案进行数据挖掘,分析熊继柏教授诊治失眠的用方、用药经验。方法基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V3.5),归纳和分析熊继柏教授在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院治疗失眠患者的门诊病历数据,利用该平台软件的关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等统计方法进行数据挖掘和分析,总结药物的性味、归经、应用频次、药对组合及合方,对“证-症-方”“证-症-药”“证-方-药”进行关联,结合熊继柏教授对失眠病因病机、治则治法的认识,明确核心用药,探索其对失眠的诊治规律及遣方用药心得。结果通过总结分析,共纳入病历276份,处方中用药频次较多的有酸枣仁、龙齿、茯神、甘草,重在补虚安神;黄连、陈皮、竹茹、半夏、珍珠母、远志,重在清热化痰安神。用药性味偏甘、苦、辛,归经多为心、脾经。并归纳出虚证治疗常用合方为酸枣仁汤、枕中丹和甘麦大枣汤;因痰所致失眠治疗的主方为温胆汤及温胆汤类方(枣仁温胆汤、黄连温胆汤及十味温胆汤)。结论国医大师熊继柏治疗失眠以“补脾化痰清热,养血补肝宁心”为治疗原则,以温胆汤为基础进行加减化裁。 展开更多

目的 基于中医传承数据平台挖掘探索中药治疗小儿霰粒肿的组方规律。方法 选取建库至2022年11月中国知网、万方和维普数据库中关于中药治疗小儿霰粒肿的文献。将收集到处方录入中医传承计算平台(V3.0)软件中,统一中药名称后,对药物的属... 目的 基于中医传承数据平台挖掘探索中药治疗小儿霰粒肿的组方规律。方法 选取建库至2022年11月中国知网、万方和维普数据库中关于中药治疗小儿霰粒肿的文献。将收集到处方录入中医传承计算平台(V3.0)软件中,统一中药名称后,对药物的属性、用药频次和功效等进行分析。结果 (1)一般情况:共纳入符合标准的处方共57个,涉及中药151味,累计使用频次位582次。中药四气以寒性最多(69味,45.92%),五味以苦味药最多(54味,35.92%),归经以肺经最多(41味,27.27%)。(2)高频中药使用频次:使用频次≥12次的中药(高频中药)共12味。排在前5位的依次是陈皮(29次,4.98%)、半夏(26次,4.47%)、茯苓(26次,4.47%)、甘草(24次,4.12%)、连翘(17次,2.92%)。(3)高频中药功效分类:以清热药最多,138次(23.71%),其次为化痰止咳药(60次,10.30%)、解表药(54次,9.27%)、补虚药(44次,7.56%)、理气药(40次,6.87%)。(4)高频中药聚类分析:共得到6类组方,功效依次为益气健脾,燥湿化痰;消食导滞,益气和胃;化痰散结,健脾化湿;清热解毒,消散疔疮;明目退翳,化痰散结;降逆蠲饮,宁心定悸。(5)高频中药关联规则分析:关联性较强的5对为陈皮-茯苓,陈皮-半夏,半夏-甘草,陈皮-僵蚕,陈皮-连翘。结论 小儿霰粒肿的中医药用药以清热解毒、化痰散结为主,配以益气健脾、清肝疏风类,为临床医生提供药物参考及治疗思路。 展开更多

对国医大师熊继柏治疗泄泻病案进行数据挖掘,分析熊继柏教授诊治泄泻的用药经验。基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V3.0),归纳和分析熊继柏教授在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院治疗泄泻患者的门诊病历数据,利用该平台软件的关联规则、复杂系统... 对国医大师熊继柏治疗泄泻病案进行数据挖掘,分析熊继柏教授诊治泄泻的用药经验。基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V3.0),归纳和分析熊继柏教授在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院治疗泄泻患者的门诊病历数据,利用该平台软件的关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等统计方法进行数据挖掘和分析,总结药物的性味、归经、应用频次、舌脉象频次及药对组合,通过结合熊继柏教授对泄泻病因病机、治则治法的认识,明确核心用药,探索国医大师的诊治规律及用药规律;且以验案举例说明。通过总结分析,共纳入病历168份,处方中用药频次较多的有砂仁、厚朴、黄连、木香、甘草、茯苓、白术、陈皮、半夏、西洋参,药性以温、平、寒为主,药味偏苦、辛、甘,归经多为脾胃经,归纳出治疗泄泻的主方为香砂六君子汤和连朴饮。国医大师熊继柏治疗泄泻以“健脾理气,清热燥湿”为治疗原则,在香砂六君子汤和连朴饮的基础上进行辨证论治,加减化裁。 展开更多

在数字中国背景下,教育数字化是数字经济的重要组成部分之一。同时,随着数字技术的发展,职业教育也将逐步升级和转型。各高校都积极打造教学一体化平台,以迎接信息时代数字化教学变革。文章以教育教学一体化平台为依托,以开展“中药制... 在数字中国背景下,教育数字化是数字经济的重要组成部分之一。同时,随着数字技术的发展,职业教育也将逐步升级和转型。各高校都积极打造教学一体化平台,以迎接信息时代数字化教学变革。文章以教育教学一体化平台为依托,以开展“中药制剂技术”课程数字化教学改革为例,探索了“教学考评”一体化数字化教育教学改革实践,并对实施情况进行分析:数字化教学改变了传统教育教学环节,对教师的数字素养提出了更高要求,方便学生时时处处皆可学习,提倡师生在交流中共同进步;注重过程性考核评价,为学生个性化的学习改进和教师教学改进提供方案。同时,数字化技术时代,职业院校希望更多企业参与办学,通过校企合作开发更优质的教学及实训资源。希望本研究能为当前高职院校数字化教学评价改革提供参考。 展开更多

基于中医传承辅助平台与网络药理学探析《中华人民共和国药典》中含生石膏成方制剂的证治规律及作用机制 被引量:1

目的:研究2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》中含生石膏成方制剂的证治规律及作用机制。方法:将符合纳入、排除标准的成方制剂录入中医传承辅助平台,并基于中医传承辅助平台的频率统计、关联规则与聚类算法功能,探析含生石膏成方制剂的配... 目的:研究2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》中含生石膏成方制剂的证治规律及作用机制。方法:将符合纳入、排除标准的成方制剂录入中医传承辅助平台,并基于中医传承辅助平台的频率统计、关联规则与聚类算法功能,探析含生石膏成方制剂的配伍原则、组方规律及新方组合,并提取核心用药;同时采用网络药理学方法,对证治规律研究中所筛选的主要中医疾病进行生石膏作用机制研究。结果:最终共纳入50条含生石膏成方制剂,涉及肺咳、肺炎喘嗽、感冒等中医疾病24种,痰热壅肺、肺经风热、热毒内盛等适宜证型22项,生石膏、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、麻黄等中药170味,同时提取“生石膏-甘草”“生石膏-黄芩”等核心药对4项,“生石膏-五味子-枳实-桔梗-桑白皮”等新方组合7条,以及“生石膏、麻黄、甘草、杏仁、黄芩、桔梗、陈皮”等核心用药6组;并筛选获得ALB、IL-1B、1L-6等“生石膏-主要中医疾病”交集靶点18个,以及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)等主要信号通路3条。结论:2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》中含生石膏成方制剂主要以麻杏石甘汤为基础方化裁,其机制可能与生石膏抑制TNF、IL-17、HIF-1等信号通路,下调炎症反应过程,减少促炎因子释放有关。 展开更多

目的 基于古今医案云平台研究视神经炎(ON)的中医证型及用药规律。方法纳入自建库以来至2022年12月31日收录于古今医案云平台、中国知网、万方医学网、维普网及中国生物医学文献服务系统中使用中医药治疗ON的医案及文献。将中医证型、... 目的 基于古今医案云平台研究视神经炎(ON)的中医证型及用药规律。方法纳入自建库以来至2022年12月31日收录于古今医案云平台、中国知网、万方医学网、维普网及中国生物医学文献服务系统中使用中医药治疗ON的医案及文献。将中医证型、处方组成及治法录入Excel软件并建立数据库,对中药名称规范化处理后,运用古今医案云平台(V2.3.5)的数据挖掘模块对中医证型、中药四气、五味、高频中药使用频次、关联规则等进行分析。结果 (1)一般情况:共纳入医案15个和文献110篇,包含68种证型,“肝郁气滞证”出现频次最高(28次,12.02%);233个中药复方,涉及中药211味,累计频次为2,579次,四气以寒性最多(49味,23.22%);五味以甘味药最多(76味,36.02%);归经以肝经药物最多(73味,34.60%)。(2)高频中药使用频次:用药频次≥30次的中药共21味,排在前5位的分别是当归(165次,70.82%)、茯苓(143次,61.37%)、柴胡(127次,54.51%)、白芍(118次,50.64%)、白术(110次,47.21%)。(3)高频中药关联规则:共得到8类核心药对,排在前5位的分别是“白芍-当归”“柴胡-当归”“白术-当归”“白术-茯苓”“白芍-茯苓”。(4)高频中药聚类分析:聚类分析得到4个药物聚类,功效分别为清热凉血活血、疏肝健脾益气、养阴清心凉血、补肾益气利水。(5)复杂网络分析:提取出的核心处方为丹栀逍遥散加减,涵盖10味中药。结论 ON的中医辨证与“肝”密切相关,中药治疗ON以调肝为主,分别采用疏肝、清肝、养肝之法;且兼顾心脾,补益气血;同时辅以子类药,具有脏窍同治的特点。 展开更多

目的基于真实世界数据挖掘技术分析中医药治疗甲状腺结节的用药规律。方法收集2018年8月—2023年8月就诊于青岛市中医医院甲乳外科的临床第一诊断为甲状腺结节患者的中药处方,运用中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)分析其用药规律。结果共筛选出... 目的基于真实世界数据挖掘技术分析中医药治疗甲状腺结节的用药规律。方法收集2018年8月—2023年8月就诊于青岛市中医医院甲乳外科的临床第一诊断为甲状腺结节患者的中药处方,运用中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)分析其用药规律。结果共筛选出治疗甲状腺结节的中药处方1206首,涉及中药291味;用药频次居于前5位的是浙贝母、夏枯草、柴胡、茯苓、半夏;药物功能类别以清热、补虚、化痰、活血、理气类为主;药性以寒为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,归经以肺、肝、脾经为主;关联规则分析得到17个高频药物组合,浙贝母-夏枯草药对出现频率最高;16条关联规则中,玄参→浙贝母、香附→柴胡置信度最高;聚类分析发现6个核心药物组合。结论中医临床治疗甲状腺结节以化痰散结、行气活血、益气养血为主要思路;常用浙贝母-夏枯草药对清热化痰散结,并以消瘰丸为基础方化痰软坚散结。 展开更多

目的为了探索中医药治疗冠心病合并高脂血症新思路,研究分析总结中医药治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的用药规律。方法检索2022年6月1日前发表在PubMed,中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普、万方、中国知网数据库的文献,筛选冠心病合并高脂血症... 目的为了探索中医药治疗冠心病合并高脂血症新思路,研究分析总结中医药治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的用药规律。方法检索2022年6月1日前发表在PubMed,中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普、万方、中国知网数据库的文献,筛选冠心病合并高脂血症的中医药临床治疗文献且经过随机数对照实验验证明确有效者,使用中医传承辅助平台(V 3.0)对纳入的处方进行药物频次分析、关联分析、聚类分析等。结果研究纳入处方85首,中药148味;高频药物有丹参、山楂、茯苓等,常用药对有丹参-山楂、丹参-陈皮等,药物关联规则中茯苓,陈皮→丹参、山楂→丹参等的置信度较高,最终得到治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的核心药对11个、新候选处方5首。结论通过对高频药物、功效归类、新候选处方的分析,发现对于冠心病合并高脂血症的治疗,常使用活血化瘀药、补虚药、理气药及利水渗湿药相配伍,标本兼治,增强冠心病合并高脂血症的治疗效果,研究可为冠心病合并高脂血症的中医临床用药和新药研发提供理论支持。 展开更多
