Recently,the increasing interest in wearable technology for personal healthcare and smart virtual/augmented reality applications has led to the development of facile fabrication methods.Lasers have long been used to develop original solutions to such challenging technological problems due to their remote,sterile,rapid,and site-selective processing of materials.In this review,recent developments in relevant laser processes are summarized under two separate categories.First,transformative approaches,such as for laser-induced graphene,are introduced.In addition to design optimization and the alteration of a native substrate,the latest advances under a transformative approach now enable more complex material compositions and multilayer device configurations through the simultaneous transformation of heterogeneous precursors,or the sequential addition of functional layers coupled with other electronic elements.In addition,the more conventional laser techniques,such as ablation,sintering,and synthesis,can still be used to enhance the functionality of an entire system through the expansion of applicable materials and the adoption of new mechanisms.Later,various wearable device components developed through the corresponding laser processes are discussed,with an emphasis on chemical/physical sensors and energy devices.In addition,special attention is given to applications that use multiple laser sources or processes,which lay the foundation for the all-laser fabrication of wearable devices. 展开更多

Relativistic effect of pseudospin symmetry and tensor coupling on the Mie-type potential via Laplace transformation method

A relativistic Mie-type potential for spin-1/2 particles is studied. The Dirac Hamiltonian contains a scalar S(r) and a vector V(r) Mie-type potential in the radial coordinates, as well as a tensor potential U(r) in the form of Coulomb potential. In the pseudospin(p-spin) symmetry setting Σ = Cps and Δ = V(r), an analytical solution for exact bound states of the corresponding Dirac equation is found. The eigenenergies and normalized wave functions are presented and particular cases are discussed with any arbitrary spin–orbit coupling number κ. Special attention is devoted to the caseΣ = 0 for which p-spin symmetry is exact. The Laplace transform approach(LTA) is used in our calculations. Some numerical results are obtained and compared with those of other methods. 展开更多

A Direct Approach for Finding Loop Transformation Matrices

Loop transformations, such as loop interchange, reversal and skewing, have been unified under linear matrix transformations. A legal transformation matrix is usually generated based upon distance vectors or direction ... Loop transformations, such as loop interchange, reversal and skewing, have been unified under linear matrix transformations. A legal transformation matrix is usually generated based upon distance vectors or direction vectors. Unfortunately, for some nested loops, distance vectors may not be computable and direction vectors, on the other hand, may not contain useful information. We propose the use of linear equations or inequalities of distance vectors to approximate data dependence. This approach is advantageous since (1) many loops having no constant distance vectors have very simple equations of distance vectors; (2) these equations contain more information than direction vectors do, thus the cliance of exploiting potential parallelism is improved.In general, the equations or inequalities that approximate the data dependence of a given nested loop is not unique, hence classification is discussed for the purpose of loop transformation. Efficient algorithms are developed to generate all kinds of linear equations of distance vectors for a given nested loop. The issue of how to obtain a desired transformation matrix from those equations is also addressed. 展开更多

In this paper,we investigate the fifth-order modified Korteweg-de Vries(mKdV)equation on the half-line via the Fokas unified transformation approach.We show that the solution u(x,t)of the fifth-order mKdV equation can be represented by the solution of the matrix Riemann-Hilbert problem constructed on the plane of complex spectral parameter θ.The jump matrix L(x,t,θ)has an explicit representation dependent on x,t and it can be represented exactly by the two pairs of spectral functions y(θ),z(θ)(obtained from the initial value u0(x))and Y(θ),Z(θ)(obtained from the boundary conditions v0(t),{vk(t)}_(1)^(4)).Furthermore,the two pairs of spectral functions y(θ),z(θ)and Y(θ),Z(θ)are not independent of each other,but are related to the compatibility condition,the so-called global relation. 展开更多
