Professor Renting Li's Combination of Internal and External Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Radiation Enteritis

Radiotherapy is a common treatment for abdominal and pelvic malignancies with bone metastases.However,some patients develop radiation enteritis(RE)during the treatment or 2 months or more after the treatment,which seriously affects their quality of life.At present,the curative effect of western medicine is poor.Professor Renting Li believes that radiation kills tumor cells but at the same time,it damages the healthy Qi of the human body.Radiation causes heat and poison to accumulate in the intestinal tract,consumes and hurts Yin fluid,bums the vein,leads to deficiency of healthy Qi and poor detoxification,as well as cause blood stasis after a period of time.All these result in the combination of heat,blood stasis,and poison,manifesting as abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus in stools,purulent and bloody stools,etc.Therefore,Professor Renting Li proposed the use of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine to reduce symptoms,remove toxins,and improve the quality of life of patients.

"External main and internal auxiliary" treatment on refractory radiation proctitis

Radiotherapy is an essential method in the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors.However,radiation proctitis(RP)is a common complication of pelvic tumors after radiotherapy.Due to RP's various etiology and complex pathogenesis,it is currently no standard for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment.Professor Yuan-hong Zhao believes that refractory RP,which is named chronic hemorrhagic radiation proctitis(CHRP),should be classified as"Intestinal Wind Bleeding"(Bleeding like a note before defecation,bright red blood,no swelling and pain in the anus)and"Intestinal Afflux"(Refers to the symptoms of pus and blood in the lower mucus,similar to ulcerative colitis,peptic ulcer and other diseases in modern medicine.)in TCM.The critical pathogenesis of CHRP lies in local stasis and collaterals injury of intestinal collaterals.In general,it is a syndrome of excess and scarcity.External treatment with TCM is the preferred treatment strategy for CHRP,and the primary way is to disperse blood stasis and detoxify and nourish the intestinal collaterals.

Application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue

External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),also known as external treatment of internal diseases,has many advantages,such as simple,easy to operate,cost-effective and so on.Therefore,external treatment of TCM is favored by the majority of medical workers.By consulting the domestic literature reports on the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF),it is found that the external treatment of TCM has a significant effect on the intervention of CRF,and has a good effect on reducing fatigue,improving the quality of life and prolonging the survival time.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the application of several external treatments in this disease,and to provide a variety of references for clinical treatment of CRF.

Study of the similarities and differences between TCM and Tujia medicine in clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer

At present,for the treatment of liver cancer is not limited to western medicine chemotherapy.With the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),more patients choose Chinese medicine conservative treatment.TCM has the theoretical system and treatment system.Tujia medicine,as a branch of TCM,has its own unique treatment methods in the treatment of disease.The author found in the exploration of the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer,TCM,and Tujia medicine has the effect of different approaches but equally satisfactory results in the treatment of liver cancer,the collation,and research of comparison,in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.

Advances in the treatment of peptic ulcer by acupoint application therapy

Acupoint application therapy is a convenient,effective and with few side effects traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method.It’s dual effects of drug absorption and acupoint stimulation show unique advantages in the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer(PU).This paper summarized its research progress in terms of its medication,acupoint selection and the synergistic application.It’s clear that acupoint application has a positive effect in the treatment of PU and it can better improve the clinical symptoms of epigastric pain in patients with PU,so as to provide new ideas for further exploration of its research direction and demonstration of its efficacy.

闭合复位经皮穿针内固定配合中药治疗儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折

[目的]探讨儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折的有效治疗方法。[方法]对30例儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折采用闭合复位经皮穿针内固定配合中药治疗。[结果]随访3～6个月,本组30例,优21例,良7例,可2例,优良率93.33%。[结论]闭合复位经皮穿针内固定配合中药治疗儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折是比较简单有效的方法之一。

Research progress in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine

Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the common and serious complications of diabetes,which may cause disability and death,and bring heavy economic and psychological burden to patients.The current treatment of Western medicine mainly includes controlling blood sugar,controlling infection,improving local circulation,interventional surgery,skin grafting,etc.the clinical effect is not good and the patients have heavy economic burden.Traditional Chinese medicine has its own characteristics in the treatment of diabetic ulcer,including internal treatment and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the pain of patients.This paper reviews the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine.

Standardization in laboratory medicine: Adoption of common reference intervals to the Croatian population

Considering the fact that the results of laboratory tests provide useful information about the state of health of patients, determination of reference value is considered an intrinsic part in the development of laboratory medi-cine. There are still huge differences in the analytical methods used as well as in the associated reference intervals which could consequently significantly affect the proper assessment of patient health. In a constant effort to increase the quality of patients' care, there are numerous international initiatives for standardiza-tion and/or harmonization of laboratory diagnostics in order to achieve maximum comparability of laboratory test results and improve patient safety. Through the standardization and harmonization processes of analytical methods the ability to create unique reference intervals is achieved. Such reference intervals could be applied globally in all laboratories using methods traceable to the same reference measuring system and analysing the biological samples from the populations with similar socio-demographic and ethnic characteristics. In this review we outlined the results of the harmonization processes in Croatia in the field of population based reference intervals for clinically relevant blood and serum constituents which are in accordance with ongoing activity for worldwide standardization and harmonization based on traceability in laboratory medicine.

Research progress in the treatment of diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine

Diabetic foot is one of the chronic complications of diabetes,which is serious and expensive to treat.As an effective method for treating diabetic foot,Chinese medicine plays an important role in improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the suffering of diabetic foot patients.The methods of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetic foot include internal treatment method,external treatment method and comprehensive therapy.This article reviews the research results of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic foot in order to provide reference for the treatment of diabetic foot.

中国锂矿的多旋回深循环内外生一体化成矿理论及其找矿应用

中国锂资源的分布具有卤水型与硬岩型相伴相随、若即若离的特点。“多旋回深循环内外生一体化”成锂理论,在多年三稀金属矿产找矿实践和理论研究的基础上不断丰富完善。中国锂矿的形成与“多旋回”构造运动密切相关,从前寒武纪到新生代均有成矿潜力,可构成一个完整的多旋回成矿谱系。锂的“深循环”,一是锂深度参与成岩成矿的物质循环;二是需要一个“圈闭”的构造背景将锂“捕获”以避免其过度分散,锂从开始加入到岩浆与最终定位的深度之差,是硬岩型锂矿成矿的关键之一,压差越大越有利于伟晶岩型锂矿的形成。大量锂矿实例显示锂的物质循环是“内外生一体化”的统一过程,高海拔地区(山上)的含锂地质体(花岗岩类甚至直接就是含锂矿床)经风化剥蚀之后,可能成为沉积型锂矿的物质来源之一;而富含锂的沉积岩经过埋藏、变质、深熔也可以形成含锂的岩浆岩、伟晶岩。我国西部塔里木盆地、四川盆地、扎布耶盆地及东部的江汉盆地、吉泰盆地、周田盆地等大小不一的盆地均含锂,而其周边造山带中也不同程度发育硬岩型锂矿,这就为区域找矿指明了方向。“多旋回深循环内外生一体化”成锂理论是三稀矿产成矿理论的重要组成部分,为我国锂矿找矿工作提供了指导和借鉴,在甲基卡、可尔因、阿尔金、幕阜山等锂矿矿集区的找矿实践中发挥了积极作用。

内外合治法治疗老年性外阴白斑验案一则

黄艳辉教授认为外阴白斑多由内外因合而致病,内因多责于肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调,肝肾阴血亏虚,脾虚气血生化乏源,阴户失养,血燥生风而痒;外因责于自然界中风、热、燥、湿、虫等外邪侵袭。黄艳辉教授通过总结前人治疗外阴白斑的经验及自身多年临床经验,认为对外阴白斑的治疗应采取内外同治法,内治重在滋补肝肾,佐以健脾利湿、活血补血等;外治重在局部以清热祛湿止痒。

儿童腺样体肥大中医病因病机及治疗进展探讨

腺样体肥大(adenoid hypertrophy,AH)是常见的儿童五官科疾病,多因过敏、反复感染等导致,久而失治可导致睡眠呼吸障碍、生长发育等问题。阐明AH的病因病机对提高中医临证辨治至关重要。该文系统总结近年来AH相关中医研究,在古代医家脾虚、痰湿、风热论治的基础上,将其病因病机进一步总结为脏腑虚损兼夹外邪、肺脾肾不足、痰湿阻窍、痰瘀互结等;总体而言,以虚为本、痰瘀为标。治疗上,以补虚泻实为主,或分期而治,或运脾补肺、清热化痰,化痰散瘀通窍贯穿始终,配合推拿、中药雾化、灼烙、熏鼻、雷火灸、点刺刮痧等特色外治,以期综合调理本虚标实之机。通过系统综述AH相关中医病因病机及治疗现状,旨在加深中医治疗AH的认识与思考,为AH的中医综合治疗提供理论依据。

散结消腺方内外合治小儿腺样体肥大临床研究

目的:观察散结消腺方内外合用治疗气滞痰阻型小儿腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法:将64例腺样体肥大患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例。予观察组散结消腺方口服并穴位贴敷治疗,予对照组孟鲁斯特纳咀嚼片口服联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂喷鼻,两组均治疗4周。比较两组患儿治疗前后中医证候积分、生活质量调查表(OSA-18量表)评分,治疗前和治疗后3个月腺样体厚度与鼻咽气腔前后径比值(A/N),以及临床疗效和治疗后1、2、3个月的复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿各单项症状积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组主症之鼻塞、张口呼吸及次症积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组主症睡眠憋气、张口呼吸及次症积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组主症总分、次症总分,以及对照组次症总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组次症总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿OSA-18量表各项目评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组OSA-18量表中情绪状态评分、日常及其他影响评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组OSA-18量表中各项目评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿A/N值均较治疗前减小(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率90.32%,对照组83.33%,两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应;治疗后观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:散结消腺方口服联合穴位贴敷可明显改善儿童腺样体肥大临床症状,减轻腺样体肥大程度,提高疗效和患儿生活质量,且复发率低。

基于“肺与大肠相表里”理论和“整体观念”探讨慢性肺系病合并功能性便秘的诊治思路

慢性肺系病和功能性便秘均是临床常见的难治性疾病,且易合并出现。对二者分别进行干预是现代医学的常规治疗模式,但疗效及安全性均不能令人满意。课题组在临床实践中发现,中医药治疗慢性肺系病合并功能性便秘具有独特的优势。笔者在中医“肺与大肠相表里”理论和“整体观念”指导下,提出慢性肺系疾病合并功能性便秘的病机涉及肺失宣肃致腑气不通、大肠传导失司致肺气上逆、脾失健运、肾精亏损、气血两虚、久病瘀滞等方面,治疗当以“肺肠合治”为总则,辅以健脾益肾、补气养血以扶本虚,行气化瘀以祛实邪,并据此整理临床常用方药,系统总结了本病的中医诊治思路。

慢性肾脏病围透析期的中医一体化治疗

慢性肾脏病(CKD)围透析期病情进展迅速,各系统症状突出,且并发症多,患者生存率及生命质量下降明显。以中药经方、现代医家经验方、中成药及中药制剂等为主的中医内治法,结合中药灌肠、耳穴压豆、中药熏洗、穴位贴敷等常见中医外治法的中医一体化治疗模式,可以缓解临床症状,保护残余肾功能,防治并发症,降低死亡率,对围透析期患者的综合管理具有显著作用。

“脏络”辨治儿童病

“脏络”辨证始载于清代叶天士《临证指南医案》,此辨证是由传统辨证中脏腑辨证和经络辨证发展演变形成的新的辨证方法,且属于络病辨证中循行于体内脏腑的一个分支。冯晓纯基于“脏络”辨证理论指导临床内外合治儿童病,以内服入脏、通络,外治入络、达脏为治疗大法,拓宽临床诊疗思路,提高临床治疗效果,提出“脏络”辨治儿童病的学术思想,为儿童临床辨证提供了新方法。

中西医结合内外合治输卵管阻塞性不孕的随机对照多中心临床研究

目的 观察中西医结合内外合治综合方案治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕(TOI)患者的临床疗效。方法 收集2022年3月至2023年3月期间,就诊于成都中医药大学附属医院、重庆市中医院、四川省第二中医医院妇科门诊并确诊为输卵管通而不畅导致的TOI患者为研究对象,共189例。通过中心分层随机方法将患者随机分为研究组(n=90)与对照组(n=99),研究组采用中西医结合三联疗法(中药口服+中药保留灌肠+永磁旋振治疗仪)治疗,对照组采用中医二联疗法(中药口服+中药保留灌肠)治疗,连续治疗12周,观察两组患者治疗各时间节点的中医证候评分变化情况及疗效,比较治疗结束后的输卵管疏通率,并随访其治疗结束后1年内的妊娠情况。结果 两组患者的年龄、病程、不孕症类型、输卵管通畅情况等基本资料比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗第4周、第8周、第12周的中医证候评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗第12周研究组的中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,研究组患者的中医证候疗效总有效率(91.11%vs.80.81%)、输卵管疏通率(68.16%vs.50.25%)、妊娠率(38.89%vs.23.23%)、宫内妊娠率(36.67%vs.17.17%)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的异位妊娠率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 中西医结合内外合治综合方案能有效改善输卵管通而不畅导致的TOI患者的中医证候,提高输卵管疏通率、妊娠率、宫内妊娠率,同时缩短妊娠时间,临床上值得推广应用。

从“内虚外损”理论辨治儿童反复呼吸道感染

总结尚莉丽教授基于“内虚外损”理论辨治儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRTIs)的经验,认为儿童处于生长发育期,脏腑娇嫩、正气不足,谓之“内虚”;外邪反复侵袭,寒热兼夹,损伤气、血、精、神,谓之“外损”;“内虚外损”导致患儿反复感邪,身心受累,影响生长发育。“内虚外损”理论突出内、外因素对儿童RRTIs的影响,反映了病机演变规律,从而有利于指导临床分期治疗,急性感染期风热证治以辛凉清散,风寒证治以辛温开闭,虚实夹杂证活用攻、补、和、托诸法,辨证论治,随症加减;感染间歇期以扶助正气为目的,兼顾上、中、下三焦,采取益肺、健脾、补肾等治则,为儿童RRTIs的治疗提供有益的思路和方法。

孙丽蕴教授基于燕京赵氏皮科阴阳辨证论治过敏性紫癜经验

过敏性紫癜属中医“葡萄疫”范畴,是临床常见的难治性疾病。孙丽蕴教授在传承燕京赵氏皮科“首辨阴阳”思想基础上,进一步将本病划分为病起之阳斑、病进之阳斑及阴斑,补充本病阴阳辨证论治体系。阳斑治用凉血五根汤化裁,病起之阳斑重清热凉血祛风,病进之阳斑重活血养阴;阴斑治用养血健脾经验方化裁,健脾益气、养血消斑、止血。孙教授辨伴发肢体水肿之阴阳,阳证用白茅根、丝瓜络祛风清热行水,阴证加赤茯苓皮、川牛膝健脾化瘀利水;内外同理,外治上对三阶段分别予以芙蓉膏清热凉血,紫色消肿膏化瘀,紫草茸油健脾活血。本文特举典型病案予以总结。

中医药治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期研究进展

乙型肝炎病毒感染是肝硬化发生的最主要原因,疾病发展至失代偿期时患者的生存率极低,是肝病患者死亡的主要原因之一。目前临床上单纯的西医治疗未能提高整体疗效,而中医药对乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的防治逐渐展现出显著优势,其临床经验丰富,且不良反应少,有效改善患者的症状和提高生活质量。基于此,通过查阅国内外相关文献,结合古今学者对乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的认识,归纳分析乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的病理生理过程、病因病机、中医辨证论治及中医内治和外治的防治理念,为进一步推动乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的中医药治疗提供参考及新思路。
