This study on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) was carried out in two secondary schools in the Bamako district, “Chaine Grise” and “Cheick Modibo Diarra” located respectively on the right bank and the left bank ...This study on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) was carried out in two secondary schools in the Bamako district, “Chaine Grise” and “Cheick Modibo Diarra” located respectively on the right bank and the left bank depending on the geographic position of the Niger river. This work took place over a period of 6 months from January 2019 to June 2019. The objective of this study was to study menstrual hygiene management in school?setting for girls aged 16 to 18 in two secondary schools in Bamako. It was a transversal and qualitative description. The study population consists of girls aged 16 to 18 years enrolled in one of the selected secondary schools.?At the end of this study, we arrived at the following results:?*50% of the girls in our study have poor knowledge about menstruation;?*10% of girls miss school at least one day a month during menstruation;?*90% of girls use hygienic cotton to absorb menstrual blood;?*90% of the sources of supply for hygienic products are?mothers.?The unsanitary conditions of the toilets, lack of light and the non-separation of the toilets according to gender guidelines were found in 99% of the cases: *99% of girls say that the poor state of health infrastructures was one of the causes of genital infections linked to poor management of menstrual hygiene;?*lack of water in the toilets (99%). Through these results, we conclude that,?in our context,?menstruation remains a taboo and shameful subject for girls. The MOH faces a serious challenge or high nursing staff turnover and the intention to leave the workforce. <strong>Aim:</strong> To explore one of the significant human recourse problems in the MOH and affecting the healthcare system, which is, factors affecting nurses’ turnover in governmental hospitals using Alhassa governmental hospitals as a case study.<strong> Method:</strong> A quantitative research method used to explore the factors affecting nurses’ turnover in the governmental hospitals in Alhassa. <strong>Result:</strong> According to the study finding, management style was a factor more likely to indicate nurses’ turnover. It defines the impact of management style and works environment on nurses’ and clients’ systems. Individual factors were the second influence on their turnover. The balance between nurses’ work and their family need was the first issue that had affected their work. Organization factors are also an influence on the nurses’ turnover in Alhassa region. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Nurses’ turnover is a significant issue in a human resource in MOH. This study first applied in Alhassa region that highlighted the factors that affect nurses’ turnover. Nurses’ turnover is a continuous problem that occurs in the health facilities related to management method causes, personal causes or organizational causes. China has moved rapidly from a socialist planned economy to a market economy.As a result,many enterprises in China are seeking talented top management to increase their performance and decrease their default risk.Stud...China has moved rapidly from a socialist planned economy to a market economy.As a result,many enterprises in China are seeking talented top management to increase their performance and decrease their default risk.Studies abound regarding top management turnover and its relationship with firm performance,however,few studies have connected top management turnover with firm default risk.In China,a market with extensive financial fraud,firm default risk is an important factor and thus we explore this relationship in the Chinese securities market.Our results indicate that firms with higher default risk are more likely to change their top management in the next financial reporting period.In addition,following changes in top management,such firms default less than other companies.展开更多
围栏是一种广泛使用的草地管理措施。磷是植物生长发育不可或缺的营养元素,研究围栏管理对土壤磷含量的影响和驱动,对高寒草地生态系统修复和适应性管理具有重要意义。然而,目前缺乏系统的围栏管理对土壤磷含量的影响研究。本文基于Web ...围栏是一种广泛使用的草地管理措施。磷是植物生长发育不可或缺的营养元素,研究围栏管理对土壤磷含量的影响和驱动,对高寒草地生态系统修复和适应性管理具有重要意义。然而,目前缺乏系统的围栏管理对土壤磷含量的影响研究。本文基于Web of Science核心数据库和中国知网(CNKI)检索平台,筛选了101篇文献开展Meta分析,探究不同高寒草地土壤全磷(STP)与速效磷(SAP)含量对围栏管理措施及围栏年限(短期1~4年,中期5~8年和长期9~30年)的响应。结果表明:1)总体而言,围栏显著提升了STP、SAP、全氮(STN)、有机碳(SOC)、速效氮(SAN)和含水量(SM)(P<0.001),却导致了pH和容重显著降低(P<0.01)。2)围栏对高寒草原STP和SAP的正效应显著高于其对高寒草甸磷含量的影响(P<0.001)。3)针对围栏年限,发现中长期围栏对草甸STP具有极显著的正效应(P<0.001),同时短期围栏能够极显著促进草原STP(P<0.001),中长期围栏则会导致草原STP降低;围栏始终有利于提升SAP,且中期围栏对草原SAP的效应最大。4)围栏管理下STP、STN和SOC的效应值存在协同变化规律,且围栏对STP的效应值随气温的升高而显著增加,但土壤pH的降低促进了围栏对STP的效应值的显著增加。此外,围栏对STN与SAP的效应值呈显著正相关关系。本研究揭示了合理的围栏管理有利于提高高寒草地生态系统的土壤磷含量,结果可为高寒草地管理提供理论参考。展开更多
