A progressive neurodegenerative disease,Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Studies suggest that highly expressed protein isoaspartate methyltransferase 1(PCMT1)in brain tissue.In the current study,we explored the effects of neu...A progressive neurodegenerative disease,Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Studies suggest that highly expressed protein isoaspartate methyltransferase 1(PCMT1)in brain tissue.In the current study,we explored the effects of neural stem cell-conditioned medium(NSC-CDM)on the PCMT1/MST1 pathway to alleviate Aβ_(25-35)-induced damage in SH-SY5Y cells.Our data suggested that Aβ_(25-35) markedly inhibited cell viability.NSC-CDM or Neural stem cell-complete medium(NSC-CPM)had a suppression effect on toxicity when treatment with Aβ_(25-35),with a greater effect observed with NSC-CDM.Aβ_(25-35)+NSC-CDM group exhibited an increase in PCMT1 expression.sh-PCMT1 markedly decreased cell proliferation and suppressed the protective role of NSC-CDM through the induction of apoptosis and improved p-MST1 expression.Overexpression of PCMT1 reversed the Aβ_(25-35)-induced decrease in cell proliferation and apoptosis.In summary,our findings suggest that NSC-CDM corrects the Aβ_(25-35)-induced damage to cells by improving PCMT1 expressions,which in turn reduces phosphorylation of MST1.展开更多

Based on a rigid plastic material,the paper derives the macroscopic constitutive laws for homogenous equivalent medium. By changing the shape parameter of circular particles,the effect of pore shape on macroscopic constitutive laws is explored. Yield surfaces with different pore shapes are obtained. About voids,a two-scale conception is introduced,which regards main void as macroscopic scale and secondary cavities as microscopic scale. The macroscopic potential involving main and secondary voids is achieved. The proposed macroscopic constitutive law taking microscopic features as influence factors is helpful for exploring the macroscopic mechanical properties of porous medium when numerical simulation is required.展开更多
Based on analysis of newly collected 3D seismic and drilled well data,the geological structure and fault system of Baodao sag have been systematically examined to figure out characteristics of the transition fault ter...Based on analysis of newly collected 3D seismic and drilled well data,the geological structure and fault system of Baodao sag have been systematically examined to figure out characteristics of the transition fault terrace belt and its control on the formation of natural gas reservoirs.The research results show that the Baodao sag has the northern fault terrace belt,central depression belt and southern slope belt developed,among them,the northern fault terrace belt consists of multiple transition fault terrace belts such as Baodao B,A and C from west to east which control the source rocks,traps,reservoirs,oil and gas migration and hydrocarbon enrichment in the Baodao sag.The activity of the main fault of the transition belt in the sedimentary period of Yacheng Formation in the Early Oligocene controlled the hydrocarbon generation kitchen and hydrocarbon generation potential.From west to east,getting closer to the provenance,the transition belt increased in activity strength,thickness of source rock and scale of delta,and had multiple hydrocarbon generation depressions developed.The main fault had local compression under the background of tension and torsion,giving rise to composite traps under the background of large nose structure,and the Baodao A and Baodao C traps to the east are larger than Baodao B trap.Multiple fault terraces controlled the material source input from the uplift area to form large delta sand bodies,and the synthetic transition belt of the west and middle sections and the gentle slope of the east section of the F12 fault in the Baodao A transition belt controlled the input of two major material sources,giving rise to a number of delta lobes in the west and east branches.The large structural ridge formed under the control of the main fault close to the hydrocarbon generation center allows efficient migration and accumulation of oil and gas.The combination mode and active time of the main faults matched well with the natural gas charging period,resulting in the hydrocarbon gas enrichment.Baodao A transition belt is adjacent to Baodao 27,25 and 21 lows,where large braided river delta deposits supplied by Shenhu uplift provenance develop,and it is characterized by large structural ridges allowing high efficient hydrocarbon accumulation,parallel combination of main faults and early cessation of faulting activity,so it is a favorable area for hydrocarbon gas accumulation.Thick high-quality gas reservoirs have been revealed through drilling,leading to the discovery of the first large-scale gas field in Baodo 21-1 of Baodao sag.This discovery also confirms that the north transition zone of Songnan-Baodao sag has good reservoir forming conditions,and the transition fault terrace belt has great exploration potential eastward.展开更多

I...We revisit the XMM-Newton observation of the galaxy cluster Abell 1650 with a deprojection technique. We find that the radial deprojected spectra of Abell 1650 can be marginally fitted by a single-temperature model. In order to study the properties of the central gas, we fit the spectra of the central two regions with a two- temperature model. The fits then become significantly better and the cool gas about 1~2 keV can be connected with the gas cooling. Fitting the central spectrum (r≤1′) by using a cooling flow model with an isothermal component yields a small mass deposition rate of 10-7^+11 M. yr^-1, while the standard cooling flow model can not fit this spectrum satisfactorily except that there exists a cut-off temperature having a level of about 3 keV. From the isothermal model we derive the deprojected electron density profile ne(r), and then together with the deprojected temperature profile the total mass and gas mass fraction of cluster are also determined. We compare the properties of Abell 1650 with those of Abell 1835 (a large cooling flow cluster) and some other clusters, to explore the difference in properties between large and small cooling flow cluster, and what causes the difference in the cooling flow of different clusters. It has been shown that Abell 1835 has a steeper potential well and thus a higher electron density and a lower temperature in its center, indicating that the shape of the gravitational potential well in central region determines the cooling flow rates of clusters. We calculate the potential, internal and radiated energies of these two clusters, and find that the gas energies in both clusters are conserved during the collapsing stage.展开更多

Studying the formation mechanisms of complex interstellar molecules is difficult. Hence, a theoretical quantum chemical approach for analyzing the reaction mechanism describing the forma- tion of interstellar cyanomethamine through detected interstellar molecules and radicals (NCCN+H) is discussed in the present work. Calculations are performed by using quantum chemical techniques, such as Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Mφ11er-Plesset perturbation (MP2) theory with a 6-311G(d,p) basis set, both in the gas phase and in icy grains. The proposed reaction path (NCCN+H+H) has exother- micity with no barrier which indicates the possibility of cyanomethamine formation in the interstellar medium.展开更多
γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA),plays a key role in all stages of life,also is considered the main inhibitory neurotransmitter.GABA activates two kind of membrane receptors known as GABAA and GABAB,the first one is respo...γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA),plays a key role in all stages of life,also is considered the main inhibitory neurotransmitter.GABA activates two kind of membrane receptors known as GABAA and GABAB,the first one is responsible to render tonic inhibition by pentameric receptors containing α4-6,β3,δ,or ρ1-3 subunits,they are located at perisynaptic and/or in extrasynaptic regions.The biophysical properties of GABAA tonic inhibition have been related with cellular protection against excitotoxic injury and cell death in presence of excessive excitation.On this basis,GABAA tonic inhibition has been proposed as a potential target for therapeutic intervention of Huntington's disease.Huntington's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by a genetic mutation of the huntingtin protein.For experimental studies of Huntington's disease mouse models have been developed,such as R6/1,R6/2,Hdh Q92,Hdh Q150,as well as YAC128.In all of them,some key experimental reports are focused on neostriatum.The neostriatum is considered as the most important connection between cerebral cortex and basal ganglia structures,its cytology display two pathways called direct and indirect constituted by medium sized spiny neurons expressing dopamine D1 and D2 receptors respectively,they display strong expression of many types of GABAA receptors,including tonic subunits.The studies about of GABAA tonic subunits and Huntington's disease into the neostriatum are rising in recent years,suggesting interesting changes in their expression and localization which can be used as a strategy to delay the cellular damage caused by the imbalance between excitation and inhibition,a hallmark of Huntington's disease.展开更多
Objective This study aims to investigate the effects of the long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)DRAIC on the proliferation,apoptosis,and radiosensitivity of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells and the molecular mechanisms involv...Objective This study aims to investigate the effects of the long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)DRAIC on the proliferation,apoptosis,and radiosensitivity of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells and the molecular mechanisms involved.Methods Cancer tissues and their corresponding adjacent tissues from 30 patients with HCC were collected,and the expression levels of DRAIC and miR-223-3p were detected via RT-q PCR.DRAIC interference and miR-223-3p overexpression vectors were transfected into HepG2 cells.In addition,DRAIC and miR-223-3p interference vectors were co-transfected into HepG2 cells.The constructed cells were irradiated at 4 Gy.Cell colony formation assay,MTT assay,and flow cytometry were performed to detect the radiosensitivity,proliferation inhibition rate,and apoptosis rate of HepG2 cells,respectively.Dual luciferase reporter gene assay was performed to detect the targeted regulation of DRAIC on miR-223-3p expression.Results The expression level of DRAIC in HCC tissues was higher than that in paracancer tissues,whereas the expression level of miR-223-3p was lower in HCC tissues than that in paracancer tissues(P<0.05).Inhibition of DRAIC expression or overexpression of miR-223-3p increased the proliferation inhibition and apoptosis rates of HepG2 cells(P<0.05).After irradiation,cell survival fraction decreased and cell proliferation inhibition and apoptosis rates increased(P<0.05).DRAIC targeted the regulation of miR-223-3p expression,and interference of miR-223-3p expression reversed the effects of inhibiting DRAIC expression on the proliferation,apoptosis,and radiosensitivity of HepG2 cells.Conclusion Inhibition of DRAIC expression can inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells,promote cell apoptosis,and enhance the radiosensitivity of cells via upregulation of miR-223-3p.展开更多
Gas-solid Fluidized Bed Coal Beneficiator(GFBCB)process is a crucial dry coal beneficiation fluidization technology.The work employs the GFBCB process alongside a novel Geldart A^(-)dense medium,consisting of Geldart ...Gas-solid Fluidized Bed Coal Beneficiator(GFBCB)process is a crucial dry coal beneficiation fluidization technology.The work employs the GFBCB process alongside a novel Geldart A^(-)dense medium,consisting of Geldart A magnetite particles and Geldart C ultrafine coal,to separate small-size separated objects in the GFBCB.The effects of various operational conditions,including the volume fraction of ultrafine coal,the gas velocity,the separated objects size,and the separation time,were investigated on the GFBCB's separation performance.The results indicated that the probable error for 6∼3 mm separated objects could be controlled within 0.10 g/cm^(3).Compared to the traditional Geldart B/D dense medium,the Geldart A/A^(-)dense medium exhibited better size-dependent separation performance with an overall probable error 0.04∼0.12 g/cm^(3).Moreover,it achieved a similar separation accuracy to the Geldart B/D dense medium fluidized bed with different external energy for the small-size object beneficiation.The work furthermore validated a separation density prediction model based on theoretical derivation,available for both Geldart B/D dense medium and Geldart A/A^(-)dense medium at different operational conditions.展开更多

Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs) are intense radio flashes from the sky that are characterized by mil- lisecond durations and Jansky-level flux densities. We carried out a statistical analysis on FRBs that have been discove...Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs) are intense radio flashes from the sky that are characterized by mil- lisecond durations and Jansky-level flux densities. We carried out a statistical analysis on FRBs that have been discovered. Their mean dispersion measure, after subtracting the contribution from the interstellar medium of our Galaxy, is found to be ~ 660 pc cm-3, supporting their being from a cosmological origin. Their energy released in the radio band spans about two orders of magnitude, with a mean value of ~ 10-39 erg. More interestingly, although the study of FRBs is still in a very early phase, the published collection of FRBs enables us to derive a useful intensity distribution function. For the 16 non-repeating FRBs detected by the Parkes telescope and the Green Bank Telescope, the intensity distribution can be described as dN/dFobs = (4.1± 1.3) × 103 F-obs1.1±0.2 sky-1 d-l, where Fobs is the observed radio obs fluence in units of Jy ms. Here the power-law index is significantly flatter than the expected value of 2.5 for standard candles distributed homogeneously in a flat Euclidean space. Based on this intensity distribution function, the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST) is predicted to be able to detect about five FRBs for every 1000 h of observation time.展开更多

It covers three major aspects of the subject: pavement surface, tire-pavement contact forces, and...This article lays out a unified theory for dynamics of vehicle-pavement interaction under moving and stochastic loads. It covers three major aspects of the subject: pavement surface, tire-pavement contact forces, and response of continuum media under moving and stochastic vehicular loads. Under the subject of pavement surface, the spectrum of thermal joints is analyzed using Fourier analysis of periodic function. One-dimensional and two-dimensional random field models of pavement surface are discussed given three different assumptions. Under the subject of tire-pavement contact forces, a vehicle is modeled as a linear system. At a constant speed of travel, random field of pavement surface serves as a stationary stochastic process exciting vehicle vibration, which, in turn, generates contact force at the interface of tire and pavement. The contact forces are analyzed in the time domain and the frequency domains using random vibration theory. It is shown that the contact force can be treated as a nonzero mean stationary process with a normal distribution. Power spectral density of the contact force of a vehicle with walking-beam suspension is simulated as an illustration. Under the subject of response of continuum media under moving and stochastic vehicular loads, both time-domain and frequency-domain analyses are presented for analytic treatment of moving load problem. It is shown that stochastic response of linear continuum media subject to a moving stationary load is a nonstationary process. Such a nonstationary stochastic process can be converted to a stationary stochastic process in a follow-up moving coordinate.展开更多
By creating and analyzing two dimensional gas temperature and abundance maps of the RGH 80 compact galaxy group with high-quality Chandra data,we detect a high-abundance ( 0.7 Z⊙) arc,where the metal abundance is s...By creating and analyzing two dimensional gas temperature and abundance maps of the RGH 80 compact galaxy group with high-quality Chandra data,we detect a high-abundance ( 0.7 Z⊙) arc,where the metal abundance is significantly higher than the surrounding regions by 0.3Z⊙.This structure shows tight spatial correlations with the member galaxy PGC 046529,as well as with the arm-like feature identified on the X-ray image in the previous work of Randall et al.(2009).Since no apparent signature of AGN activity is found to be associated with PGC 046529 in multi-band observations,and the gas temperature,metallicity,and mass of the high-abundance arc resemble those of the ISM of typical early-type galaxies,we conclude that this high-abundance structure is the remnant of the ISM of PGC 046529,which was stripped out of the galaxy by ram pressure stripping due to the motion of PGC 046529 in RGH 80.This novel case shows that ram pressure stripping can work as efficiently in the metal enrichment process in galaxy groups as it can in galaxy clusters.展开更多

The objective was to evaluate the establishment and multiplication in vitro and ex vitro acclimatization of grape genotypes with potential for Southern Brazil. Vine nodal segments were cultured in five culture medium formulations without adding growth regulators. It was evaluated the number of leaves and roots, length of roots and shoots, replication rate, relative chlorophyll index, percentage of regenerated and rooted plants, dry biomass of shoot, root and total plants grown in vitro and after acclimatization. In vitro propagation of IAC 571-6 rootstock and cv. Poloskei Muskotaly through nodal segments provided high rates of regeneration and rooting. High survival rates were obtained in the acclimatization of IAC 571-6 and P?l?skei Muskotaly. Considering all the variables, the culture medium Roubelakis showed the best growth rates and development for shoots and roots, and in vitro multiplication rate for IAC 571-6 and Poloskei Muskotaly grape varieties.展开更多

An interesting flourophore, 4-(2,5-dimethoxyphenylmethelene)-2-phenyl-5-oxazolone (DMPO) was synthesized by mixing an equivalent molar quantity of hippuric acid and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde in acetic anhydride in...An interesting flourophore, 4-(2,5-dimethoxyphenylmethelene)-2-phenyl-5-oxazolone (DMPO) was synthesized by mixing an equivalent molar quantity of hippuric acid and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde in acetic anhydride in the presence of anhydrous sodium acetate. The absorption and fluorescence characteristics of 4-(2,5-dimethoxy-phenyl- methelene)-2-phenyl-5-oxazolone (DMPO) were investigated in different solvents. DMPO dye exhibits red shift in both absorption and emission spectra as solvent polarity increases, indicating change in the dipole moment of mole- cules upon excitation due to an intramolecular charge transfer interaction. The fluorescence quantum yield depends strongly on the properties of the solvents, which was attributed to positive and negative solvatokinetic effects. A crystalline solid of DMPO gave strong excimer like emission at 630 nm due to the excitation of molecular aggregates. This is expected from the idealized crystal structure of the dye that belongs to the B-type class of Steven's Classifica- tion. DMPO displayed fluorescence quenching by triethylamine via nonemissive exciplex formation.展开更多

文摘Based on analysis of newly collected 3D seismic and drilled well data,the geological structure and fault system of Baodao sag have been systematically examined to figure out characteristics of the transition fault terrace belt and its control on the formation of natural gas reservoirs.The research results show that the Baodao sag has the northern fault terrace belt,central depression belt and southern slope belt developed,among them,the northern fault terrace belt consists of multiple transition fault terrace belts such as Baodao B,A and C from west to east which control the source rocks,traps,reservoirs,oil and gas migration and hydrocarbon enrichment in the Baodao sag.The activity of the main fault of the transition belt in the sedimentary period of Yacheng Formation in the Early Oligocene controlled the hydrocarbon generation kitchen and hydrocarbon generation potential.From west to east,getting closer to the provenance,the transition belt increased in activity strength,thickness of source rock and scale of delta,and had multiple hydrocarbon generation depressions developed.The main fault had local compression under the background of tension and torsion,giving rise to composite traps under the background of large nose structure,and the Baodao A and Baodao C traps to the east are larger than Baodao B trap.Multiple fault terraces controlled the material source input from the uplift area to form large delta sand bodies,and the synthetic transition belt of the west and middle sections and the gentle slope of the east section of the F12 fault in the Baodao A transition belt controlled the input of two major material sources,giving rise to a number of delta lobes in the west and east branches.The large structural ridge formed under the control of the main fault close to the hydrocarbon generation center allows efficient migration and accumulation of oil and gas.The combination mode and active time of the main faults matched well with the natural gas charging period,resulting in the hydrocarbon gas enrichment.Baodao A transition belt is adjacent to Baodao 27,25 and 21 lows,where large braided river delta deposits supplied by Shenhu uplift provenance develop,and it is characterized by large structural ridges allowing high efficient hydrocarbon accumulation,parallel combination of main faults and early cessation of faulting activity,so it is a favorable area for hydrocarbon gas accumulation.Thick high-quality gas reservoirs have been revealed through drilling,leading to the discovery of the first large-scale gas field in Baodo 21-1 of Baodao sag.This discovery also confirms that the north transition zone of Songnan-Baodao sag has good reservoir forming conditions,and the transition fault terrace belt has great exploration potential eastward.

文摘We revisit the XMM-Newton observation of the galaxy cluster Abell 1650 with a deprojection technique. We find that the radial deprojected spectra of Abell 1650 can be marginally fitted by a single-temperature model. In order to study the properties of the central gas, we fit the spectra of the central two regions with a two- temperature model. The fits then become significantly better and the cool gas about 1~2 keV can be connected with the gas cooling. Fitting the central spectrum (r≤1′) by using a cooling flow model with an isothermal component yields a small mass deposition rate of 10-7^+11 M. yr^-1, while the standard cooling flow model can not fit this spectrum satisfactorily except that there exists a cut-off temperature having a level of about 3 keV. From the isothermal model we derive the deprojected electron density profile ne(r), and then together with the deprojected temperature profile the total mass and gas mass fraction of cluster are also determined. We compare the properties of Abell 1650 with those of Abell 1835 (a large cooling flow cluster) and some other clusters, to explore the difference in properties between large and small cooling flow cluster, and what causes the difference in the cooling flow of different clusters. It has been shown that Abell 1835 has a steeper potential well and thus a higher electron density and a lower temperature in its center, indicating that the shape of the gravitational potential well in central region determines the cooling flow rates of clusters. We calculate the potential, internal and radiated energies of these two clusters, and find that the gas energies in both clusters are conserved during the collapsing stage.

文摘Recently a new molecule, cyanomethamine, has been detected towards Sagittarius B2(N) (Sgr B2(N)). Studying the formation mechanisms of complex interstellar molecules is difficult. Hence, a theoretical quantum chemical approach for analyzing the reaction mechanism describing the forma- tion of interstellar cyanomethamine through detected interstellar molecules and radicals (NCCN+H) is discussed in the present work. Calculations are performed by using quantum chemical techniques, such as Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Mφ11er-Plesset perturbation (MP2) theory with a 6-311G(d,p) basis set, both in the gas phase and in icy grains. The proposed reaction path (NCCN+H+H) has exother- micity with no barrier which indicates the possibility of cyanomethamine formation in the interstellar medium.

文摘γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA),plays a key role in all stages of life,also is considered the main inhibitory neurotransmitter.GABA activates two kind of membrane receptors known as GABAA and GABAB,the first one is responsible to render tonic inhibition by pentameric receptors containing α4-6,β3,δ,or ρ1-3 subunits,they are located at perisynaptic and/or in extrasynaptic regions.The biophysical properties of GABAA tonic inhibition have been related with cellular protection against excitotoxic injury and cell death in presence of excessive excitation.On this basis,GABAA tonic inhibition has been proposed as a potential target for therapeutic intervention of Huntington's disease.Huntington's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by a genetic mutation of the huntingtin protein.For experimental studies of Huntington's disease mouse models have been developed,such as R6/1,R6/2,Hdh Q92,Hdh Q150,as well as YAC128.In all of them,some key experimental reports are focused on neostriatum.The neostriatum is considered as the most important connection between cerebral cortex and basal ganglia structures,its cytology display two pathways called direct and indirect constituted by medium sized spiny neurons expressing dopamine D1 and D2 receptors respectively,they display strong expression of many types of GABAA receptors,including tonic subunits.The studies about of GABAA tonic subunits and Huntington's disease into the neostriatum are rising in recent years,suggesting interesting changes in their expression and localization which can be used as a strategy to delay the cellular damage caused by the imbalance between excitation and inhibition,a hallmark of Huntington's disease.
文摘Objective This study aims to investigate the effects of the long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)DRAIC on the proliferation,apoptosis,and radiosensitivity of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells and the molecular mechanisms involved.Methods Cancer tissues and their corresponding adjacent tissues from 30 patients with HCC were collected,and the expression levels of DRAIC and miR-223-3p were detected via RT-q PCR.DRAIC interference and miR-223-3p overexpression vectors were transfected into HepG2 cells.In addition,DRAIC and miR-223-3p interference vectors were co-transfected into HepG2 cells.The constructed cells were irradiated at 4 Gy.Cell colony formation assay,MTT assay,and flow cytometry were performed to detect the radiosensitivity,proliferation inhibition rate,and apoptosis rate of HepG2 cells,respectively.Dual luciferase reporter gene assay was performed to detect the targeted regulation of DRAIC on miR-223-3p expression.Results The expression level of DRAIC in HCC tissues was higher than that in paracancer tissues,whereas the expression level of miR-223-3p was lower in HCC tissues than that in paracancer tissues(P<0.05).Inhibition of DRAIC expression or overexpression of miR-223-3p increased the proliferation inhibition and apoptosis rates of HepG2 cells(P<0.05).After irradiation,cell survival fraction decreased and cell proliferation inhibition and apoptosis rates increased(P<0.05).DRAIC targeted the regulation of miR-223-3p expression,and interference of miR-223-3p expression reversed the effects of inhibiting DRAIC expression on the proliferation,apoptosis,and radiosensitivity of HepG2 cells.Conclusion Inhibition of DRAIC expression can inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells,promote cell apoptosis,and enhance the radiosensitivity of cells via upregulation of miR-223-3p.

文摘Gas-solid Fluidized Bed Coal Beneficiator(GFBCB)process is a crucial dry coal beneficiation fluidization technology.The work employs the GFBCB process alongside a novel Geldart A^(-)dense medium,consisting of Geldart A magnetite particles and Geldart C ultrafine coal,to separate small-size separated objects in the GFBCB.The effects of various operational conditions,including the volume fraction of ultrafine coal,the gas velocity,the separated objects size,and the separation time,were investigated on the GFBCB's separation performance.The results indicated that the probable error for 6∼3 mm separated objects could be controlled within 0.10 g/cm^(3).Compared to the traditional Geldart B/D dense medium,the Geldart A/A^(-)dense medium exhibited better size-dependent separation performance with an overall probable error 0.04∼0.12 g/cm^(3).Moreover,it achieved a similar separation accuracy to the Geldart B/D dense medium fluidized bed with different external energy for the small-size object beneficiation.The work furthermore validated a separation density prediction model based on theoretical derivation,available for both Geldart B/D dense medium and Geldart A/A^(-)dense medium at different operational conditions.

文摘Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs) are intense radio flashes from the sky that are characterized by mil- lisecond durations and Jansky-level flux densities. We carried out a statistical analysis on FRBs that have been discovered. Their mean dispersion measure, after subtracting the contribution from the interstellar medium of our Galaxy, is found to be ~ 660 pc cm-3, supporting their being from a cosmological origin. Their energy released in the radio band spans about two orders of magnitude, with a mean value of ~ 10-39 erg. More interestingly, although the study of FRBs is still in a very early phase, the published collection of FRBs enables us to derive a useful intensity distribution function. For the 16 non-repeating FRBs detected by the Parkes telescope and the Green Bank Telescope, the intensity distribution can be described as dN/dFobs = (4.1± 1.3) × 103 F-obs1.1±0.2 sky-1 d-l, where Fobs is the observed radio obs fluence in units of Jy ms. Here the power-law index is significantly flatter than the expected value of 2.5 for standard candles distributed homogeneously in a flat Euclidean space. Based on this intensity distribution function, the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST) is predicted to be able to detect about five FRBs for every 1000 h of observation time.

文摘This article lays out a unified theory for dynamics of vehicle-pavement interaction under moving and stochastic loads. It covers three major aspects of the subject: pavement surface, tire-pavement contact forces, and response of continuum media under moving and stochastic vehicular loads. Under the subject of pavement surface, the spectrum of thermal joints is analyzed using Fourier analysis of periodic function. One-dimensional and two-dimensional random field models of pavement surface are discussed given three different assumptions. Under the subject of tire-pavement contact forces, a vehicle is modeled as a linear system. At a constant speed of travel, random field of pavement surface serves as a stationary stochastic process exciting vehicle vibration, which, in turn, generates contact force at the interface of tire and pavement. The contact forces are analyzed in the time domain and the frequency domains using random vibration theory. It is shown that the contact force can be treated as a nonzero mean stationary process with a normal distribution. Power spectral density of the contact force of a vehicle with walking-beam suspension is simulated as an illustration. Under the subject of response of continuum media under moving and stochastic vehicular loads, both time-domain and frequency-domain analyses are presented for analytic treatment of moving load problem. It is shown that stochastic response of linear continuum media subject to a moving stationary load is a nonstationary process. Such a nonstationary stochastic process can be converted to a stationary stochastic process in a follow-up moving coordinate.

文摘By creating and analyzing two dimensional gas temperature and abundance maps of the RGH 80 compact galaxy group with high-quality Chandra data,we detect a high-abundance ( 0.7 Z⊙) arc,where the metal abundance is significantly higher than the surrounding regions by 0.3Z⊙.This structure shows tight spatial correlations with the member galaxy PGC 046529,as well as with the arm-like feature identified on the X-ray image in the previous work of Randall et al.(2009).Since no apparent signature of AGN activity is found to be associated with PGC 046529 in multi-band observations,and the gas temperature,metallicity,and mass of the high-abundance arc resemble those of the ISM of typical early-type galaxies,we conclude that this high-abundance structure is the remnant of the ISM of PGC 046529,which was stripped out of the galaxy by ram pressure stripping due to the motion of PGC 046529 in RGH 80.This novel case shows that ram pressure stripping can work as efficiently in the metal enrichment process in galaxy groups as it can in galaxy clusters.

文摘The micropropation is an important biotechnological tool for obtaining and maintaining mother vine plants with high quality plant health. The objective was to evaluate the establishment and multiplication in vitro and ex vitro acclimatization of grape genotypes with potential for Southern Brazil. Vine nodal segments were cultured in five culture medium formulations without adding growth regulators. It was evaluated the number of leaves and roots, length of roots and shoots, replication rate, relative chlorophyll index, percentage of regenerated and rooted plants, dry biomass of shoot, root and total plants grown in vitro and after acclimatization. In vitro propagation of IAC 571-6 rootstock and cv. Poloskei Muskotaly through nodal segments provided high rates of regeneration and rooting. High survival rates were obtained in the acclimatization of IAC 571-6 and P?l?skei Muskotaly. Considering all the variables, the culture medium Roubelakis showed the best growth rates and development for shoots and roots, and in vitro multiplication rate for IAC 571-6 and Poloskei Muskotaly grape varieties.

Combining Morse iteration technique with the construction of some suitable ordinary differential equation for comparison, we have established BCP estimates for the solution u(x,t). These estimates play the main role in the studies of porous medium equation theory.
文摘An interesting flourophore, 4-(2,5-dimethoxyphenylmethelene)-2-phenyl-5-oxazolone (DMPO) was synthesized by mixing an equivalent molar quantity of hippuric acid and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde in acetic anhydride in the presence of anhydrous sodium acetate. The absorption and fluorescence characteristics of 4-(2,5-dimethoxy-phenyl- methelene)-2-phenyl-5-oxazolone (DMPO) were investigated in different solvents. DMPO dye exhibits red shift in both absorption and emission spectra as solvent polarity increases, indicating change in the dipole moment of mole- cules upon excitation due to an intramolecular charge transfer interaction. The fluorescence quantum yield depends strongly on the properties of the solvents, which was attributed to positive and negative solvatokinetic effects. A crystalline solid of DMPO gave strong excimer like emission at 630 nm due to the excitation of molecular aggregates. This is expected from the idealized crystal structure of the dye that belongs to the B-type class of Steven's Classifica- tion. DMPO displayed fluorescence quenching by triethylamine via nonemissive exciplex formation.

文摘In the presence of In/CuCl, ethyl 4-bromo-4,4-difluoro-3-oxo-2-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)butanoate reacted with various aldehydes in aqueous medium at room temperature to give the a,a-difluorinated β-hydroxy carbonyl compounds. Furthermore, treating Reformatsky addition compounds with 1 equiv, of sodium hydroxide in the mixture of tetrahydrofuran and water afforded gem-difluoromethylenated 2-triphenylphosphoranylidene δ-lactones in excellent yields.
