Enhancing Renewable Energy Integration:A Gaussian-Bare-Bones Levy Cheetah Optimization Approach to Optimal Power Flow in Electrical Networks

In the contemporary era,the global expansion of electrical grids is propelled by various renewable energy sources(RESs).Efficient integration of stochastic RESs and optimal power flow(OPF)management are critical for network optimization.This study introduces an innovative solution,the Gaussian Bare-Bones Levy Cheetah Optimizer(GBBLCO),addressing OPF challenges in power generation systems with stochastic RESs.The primary objective is to minimize the total operating costs of RESs,considering four functions:overall operating costs,voltage deviation management,emissions reduction,voltage stability index(VSI)and power loss mitigation.Additionally,a carbon tax is included in the objective function to reduce carbon emissions.Thorough scrutiny,using modified IEEE 30-bus and IEEE 118-bus systems,validates GBBLCO’s superior performance in achieving optimal solutions.Simulation results demonstrate GBBLCO’s efficacy in six optimization scenarios:total cost with valve point effects,total cost with emission and carbon tax,total cost with prohibited operating zones,active power loss optimization,voltage deviation optimization and enhancing voltage stability index(VSI).GBBLCO outperforms conventional techniques in each scenario,showcasing rapid convergence and superior solution quality.Notably,GBBLCO navigates complexities introduced by valve point effects,adapts to environmental constraints,optimizes costs while considering prohibited operating zones,minimizes active power losses,and optimizes voltage deviation by enhancing the voltage stability index(VSI)effectively.This research significantly contributes to advancing OPF,emphasizing GBBLCO’s improved global search capabilities and ability to address challenges related to local minima.GBBLCO emerges as a versatile and robust optimization tool for diverse challenges in power systems,offering a promising solution for the evolving needs of renewable energy-integrated power grids. 展开更多

Introduction: the problem of Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) and its consequences concern and challenge all social actors worldwide. The objective of the study was to identify the real obstacles that actors face in the integrated management of children aged 6 - 59 months suffering from SAM at the University Hospital of Mother and Child (CHUME) and the Chad-China Friendship Hospital (HATC) of N’Djamena. Methodology: this is a cross-sectional descriptive and interpretative study conducted from January to October 2023 at the CHUME and HATC of N’Djamena. It is based on questionnaires and direct observation of two hundred and thirty-six (236) parents or guardians of malnourished children admitted to these health facilities. All 236 agreed to participate freely in this study. Results: it appears from this study that the obstacles to the integrated management of malnourished children were: poor care-care relationship (26.7%) permanent product breaks (22.9%), the direct costs of services ranged from 30,000 to 60,000 FCFA (41.53%), drugs used for the treatment of patients came from the street (66.10%), malaria and anemia occupy an important place (27.5%), 57.2% respondents had monthly income below 60,000 CFAF. Conclusion: the present study carried out has identified the real bottlenecks to the integrated management of children suffering from SAM in the therapeutic nutritional units of the city of N’Djamena. . 展开更多

In this paper, the design and verification process of an automobile-engine-fan control system on chip (SoC) are introduced. The SoC system, SHU-MV08, reuses four new intellectual property (IP) cores and the design flow is accomplished with 0.35 btm chartered CMOS technology. Some special functions of IP cores, the detailed integration scheme of four IP cores, and the verification method of the entire SoC are presented. To settle the verification problems brought by analog IP cores, NanoSim based chip-level mixed-signal verification method is introduced. The verification time is greatly reduced and the first tape-out achieves success which proves the validity of our design. 展开更多

An algorithm for integrating the constitutive equations in thermal framework is presented, in which the plastic deformation gradient is chosen as the integration variable. Compared with the classic algorithm, a key feature of this new approach is that it can describe the finite deformation of crystals under thermal conditions. The obtained plastic deformation gradient contains not only plastic defor- mation but also thermal effects. The governing equation for the plastic deformation gradient is obtained based on ther- mal multiplicative decomposition of the total deformation gradient. An implicit method is used to integrate this evo- lution equation to ensure stability. Single crystal 1 100 aluminum is investigated to demonstrate practical applications of the model. The effects of anisotropic properties, time step, strain rate and temperature are calculated using this integration model. 展开更多

目的构建人T淋巴细胞白血病病毒-1(human T-cell leukemia virus type1,HTLV-1)Tax基因真核表达载体,在人视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigment epithelium,RPE)细胞表达Tax蛋白,观察其对细胞的影响。方法应用基因重组技术构建重组载体PIRES2... 目的构建人T淋巴细胞白血病病毒-1(human T-cell leukemia virus type1,HTLV-1)Tax基因真核表达载体,在人视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigment epithelium,RPE)细胞表达Tax蛋白,观察其对细胞的影响。方法应用基因重组技术构建重组载体PIRES2-EGFP-Tax(PT),鉴定后将重组载体转染入RPE细胞,应用RT-PCR、Western-blot和免疫荧光法检测细胞内Tax基因和蛋白的表达;通过MTT和流式细胞仪检测质粒(空白载体、PT和Green-Tax)转染RPE细胞24h和48h后对RPE细胞生长活力及细胞周期的影响。结果经双酶切鉴定和测序分析证实成功地构建了HTLV-1Tax真核表达载体;通过RT-PCR、Western-blot和免疫荧光法检测到转染Tax重组载体的RPE细胞中有Tax基因和蛋白的表达。质粒转染RPE细胞后,细胞生长活力受到抑制,G1期减少而S期增加。但转染Tax质粒和空白载体,对RPE细胞的生长活力和细胞周期产生相似影响。结论成功构建了HTLV-1Tax基因真核表达载体,并在RPE细胞中表达Tax蛋白;Tax质粒对RPE细胞的影响不排除是转染试剂所致。 展开更多

The measured results show that the maximum efficiency and the maximum output power are 2% and 194μW at 348 GHz. The saturation characteristic test shows that the output i dB compression point is about -8.5 dBm at 334 GHz and the maximum efficiency is obtained at the point, which is slightly below the 1 dB compression point. Compared with the conventional hybrid integrated circuit, a major advantage of the monolithic integrated circuit is the significant improvement of reliability and consistency. In this work, a terahertz monolithic frequency multiplier at this band is designed and fabricated. 展开更多

To understand the level of new production in the sea area studied better, an estimate of new production must be obtained in large spatial and temporal scales. The ~234Th/ ~238U disequilibrium is an effective method for the study of new production. Two sampling strategies, vertically integrated sampling ap proach based on trapezoidal integration principle and discrete layer sampling approach, were compared in the studies of the xiamen Bay and the northern South China Sea. The scavenging fluxes and removal fluxes of ~234Th and the residence times for dissolved and particulate ~234Th were calculated. The coinci dent results from two Sampling approach suggest that vertically integrated sampling approach is not only effective and reliable, but also significantly reduces the number and volume of samples. It allows us to study new production by ba ^(234)Th - ^(238)U disequilibria in large spatial scale. 展开更多

本研究旨在建立成人T细胞白血病病毒-1(HTLV-1)的tax基因表达细胞系,并对其生物学特性进行初步研究。利用脂质体将真核表达载体pCMV-tax和空载体pCMV-neo-Bam转入T淋巴细胞系(JurkatE 6-1)细胞,用G418筛选出稳定表达tax基因的T细胞系Tax... 本研究旨在建立成人T细胞白血病病毒-1(HTLV-1)的tax基因表达细胞系,并对其生物学特性进行初步研究。利用脂质体将真核表达载体pCMV-tax和空载体pCMV-neo-Bam转入T淋巴细胞系(JurkatE 6-1)细胞,用G418筛选出稳定表达tax基因的T细胞系TaxP和表达tax阴性细胞系TaxN。用RT-PCR检测LAT、SLP-76、ZAP-70和NF-κB(p65)mRNA的表达。将pNF-κB-Luc报告基因质粒分别转染入TAX蛋白阳性和空载细胞后,检测细胞内NF-κB的活性。用流式细胞仪检测CD25,CD69分子的表达。结果表明:用G418筛选出稳定转染tax基因的Jurkat细胞株,经检测RNA转录水平获得了tax稳定表达的转染细胞;RT-PCR显示,与TaxN细胞LAT相比TaxP细胞的ZAP-70,SLP-76和NF-κB表达增高(p<0.05);pNF-κB-Luc报告基因检测显示,TaxP细胞中NF-κB的活化程度明显提高(p<0.01);流式细胞仪检测显示,TAX能够促进T细胞表面CD69,CD25分子的表达。结论:建立了tax基因表达细胞系,TAX蛋白能够促进T细胞的活化和激活NF-κB通路。 展开更多

采集胡麻-小麦轮作更替土壤,分别为第一年胡麻种植土壤(TC1)、第二年小麦轮作土壤(TR)和第三年胡麻种植土壤(TC2),利用高通量测序技术对不同土壤细菌群落进行测定,旨在揭示胡麻-小麦轮作更替对土壤细菌群落结构和多样性的影响。结果表明... 采集胡麻-小麦轮作更替土壤,分别为第一年胡麻种植土壤(TC1)、第二年小麦轮作土壤(TR)和第三年胡麻种植土壤(TC2),利用高通量测序技术对不同土壤细菌群落进行测定,旨在揭示胡麻-小麦轮作更替对土壤细菌群落结构和多样性的影响。结果表明,TC2根际土壤样本细菌OTU数目最多,为1778条,细菌群落丰度指数(Chao指数1700.02和Ace指数1689.03)最低,而细菌群落多样性指数中,shannon指数表现为TC1(6.51)>TR(6.42)>TC2(6.21),simpson指数表现为TC2(0.0088)>TR(0.0049)>TC1(0.0030),即随着更替年限而降低。3种不同土壤样本内共获得细菌33门,且优势菌门(相对丰度>0.01)均为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和绿湾菌门(Chloroflexi)等11个菌门,各优势菌门在各处理中所占的丰度存在差异。随着种植更替,变形菌门(TC1 31.65%, TR 24.52%, TC2 28.53%)和芽单胞菌门(TC1 8.04%, TR 5.41%, TC2 6.01%)丰度先降低再升高,酸杆菌门(TC1 19.36%, TR 26.13%, TC2 11.18%)和绿湾菌门(TC1 9.69%, TR 12.68%, TC2 10.53%)丰度先增加后降低,放线菌门(TC1 12.14%, TR 13.79%, TC2 22.82%)丰度逐渐增加。细菌群落β多样性分析显示,轮作使土壤细菌的群落结构与TC1保持较小差异,而后续胡麻种植使其发生较大变化。通过Tax4Fun法在更替土壤中检测到细胞新陈代谢、遗传信息加工和环境信息处理等基因功能。大部分功能基因在TR的丰度与TC1相近。这些结果说明,小麦轮作能降低土壤细菌多样性和细菌群落结构组成的改变程度,从而利于下茬胡麻的种植。 展开更多

碳减排是长三角一体化发展的重要内容,更是“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标的要求。为早日达到“双碳”目标,文章基于长三角地区碳排放的实际情况,分析碳减排的压力和潜力,设计跨区域的碳排放协同治理机制,建议将高排放量的五个行业纳入全国... 碳减排是长三角一体化发展的重要内容,更是“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标的要求。为早日达到“双碳”目标,文章基于长三角地区碳排放的实际情况,分析碳减排的压力和潜力,设计跨区域的碳排放协同治理机制,建议将高排放量的五个行业纳入全国碳权交易市场的范围,将个人消费和其他小碳排放源行业纳入碳税的范围。同时,针对长三角区域碳排放协同治理提出碳税政策设计:为减少江苏和安徽的碳减排成本压力,在长三角地区采取“额外碳税”政策;为有效控制江苏的碳排放量,对江苏进行“阶梯碳税”政策;为降低安徽的碳排放强度,对安徽实行相关配套政策,例如明确的奖罚政策、有效的产业转型政策等。 展开更多
