The new accelerator project ( HIRFL-CSR ) constructed at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL) is approaching completion. It is a multipurpose cooler-storage-ring system, consisting of a maim ring (CSRm), an experimental ring (CSRe) and two transfer beam lines. The UHV system of CSRm is the most representative subsystem in the project. To minimize the beam loss due to charge exchange of the heavy ions with the residual gas molecules, the pressure of the CSRm vacuum system should reach 3.5 × 10^-9 Pa (N2 equivalent) and the pressure of 8 × 10^-10 Pa is expected for very heavy ion such as uranium to make its lifetime longer than 50 s in the ring. Now, the vacuum system of CSRm has been completed and a pressure less than 5 × 10^-10 Pa has been obtained. In this paper the layout of the CSRm vacuum system, the vacuum equipment in CSRm, the treatment method for the CSRm vacuum chambers, and the installation and operation of the system will be reported. 展开更多

背景白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-15是调节自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK细胞)功能的关键细胞因子,而CISH可负向调控IL-15信号通路,从而影响NK细胞功能。靶向CISH基因和IL-15基因对NK细胞进行基因编辑,可增强NK细胞抗肿瘤活性。... 背景白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-15是调节自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK细胞)功能的关键细胞因子,而CISH可负向调控IL-15信号通路,从而影响NK细胞功能。靶向CISH基因和IL-15基因对NK细胞进行基因编辑,可增强NK细胞抗肿瘤活性。目的探讨CISH基因、IL-15基因对NK细胞的细胞毒性的影响。方法采用AsCas12a Ultra基因编辑工具敲除CISH基因,并敲入IL-15基因,对NK细胞进行基因编辑,并通过基因测序检测CISH基因敲除效率,采用ELISA检测IL-15的表达,用LDH检测基因编辑后的NK细胞对H358细胞系的杀伤活性,评估CISH基因敲除、IL-15基因敲入对NK细胞抗肿瘤功能的影响。结果与对照组相比,CISH基因敲除组和CISH基因敲除+IL-15基因敲入组杀伤效率显著增强[E∶T=2∶1组,34.57%±6.32%vs 71.40%±5.81%和69.23%±4.28%,P<0.001]。结论敲除CISH基因可上调IL-15信号通路,增强NK细胞抗肿瘤活性。 展开更多

Thin strain-relaxed Si0.81Ge0.19 films (95 nm) on the Ar+ ion implanted Si substrates with different ener- gies (30 keV,40 keV and 60 keV) at the same implanted dose (3×1015cm-2) were grown by ultra high vacuum chemi- cal vapor deposition (UHVCVD). Rutherford backscattering/ion channeling (RBS/C),Raman spectra as well as atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to characterize these SiGe films. Investigations by RBS/C demonstrate that these thin Si0.81Ge0.19 films were epitaxially grown on the Ar+ ion implanted Si substrates,although there existed lots of crystal defects. The relaxation extent of Si0.81Ge0.19 films on the Ar+ implanted Si substrates is larger than that in the unimplanted case,which were verified by Raman spectra. Considering the relaxation extent of strain,surface roughness and crystal defects in these SiGe films,the thin relaxed SiGe film on the 30 keV Ar+ implanted Si substrate is optimal. 展开更多

Problems continue to be encountered concerning the traditional vacuum preloading method in field during the treatment of newly deposited dredger fills.In this paper,an improved multiple-vacuum preloading method was developed to consolidate newly dredger fills that are hydraulically placed in seawater for land reclamation in Lingang Industrial Zone of Tianjin City,China.With this multiplevacuum preloading method,the newly deposited dredger fills could be treated effectively by adopting a novel moisture separator and a rapid improvement technique without sand cushion.A series of model tests was conducted in the laboratory for comparing the results from the multiple-vacuum preloading method and the traditional one.Ten piezometers and settlement plates were installed to measure the variations in excess pore water pressures and moisture content,and vane shear strength was measured at different positions.The testing results indicate that water dischargeetime curves obtained by the traditional vacuum preloading method can be divided into three phases:rapid growth phase,slow growth phase,and steady phase.According to the process of fluid flow concentrated along tiny ripples and building of larger channels inside soils during the whole vacuum loading process,the fluctuations of pore water pressure during each loading step are divided into three phases:steady phase,rapid dissipation phase,and slow dissipation phase.An optimal loading pattern which could have a best treatment effect was proposed for calculating the water discharge and pore water pressure of soil using the improved multiple-vacuum preloading method.For the newly deposited dredger fills at Lingang Industrial Zone of Tianjin City,the best loading step was 20 kPa and the loading of 40-50 k Pa produced the highest drainage consolidation.The measured moisture content and vane shear strength were discussed in terms of the effect of reinforcement,both of which indicate that the multiple-vacuum preloading method has a better treatment effect not only in decreasing the moisture content and increasing the bearing capacity,but also in increasing the process uniformity at different depths of foundation. 展开更多

The desire for practical utilization of rechargeable lithium batteries with high energy density has motivated attempts to develop new electrode materials and battery systems. Here, without additional binders we present a simple vacuum filtration method to synthesize nitrogen and sulfur codoped graphene(N,S-G) blocking layer, which is ultra-lightweight, conductive, and free standing. When the N,S-G membrane was inserted between the catholyte and separator, the lithium–selenium(Li–Se)batteries exhibited a high reversible discharge capacity of 330.7 mAh g^(-1) at 1 C(1 C = 675 mA g^(-1)) after 500 cycles and high rate performance(over 310 mAh g^(-1) at 4 C) even at an active material loading as high as ~5 mg cm^(-2). This excellent performance can be ascribed to homogenous dispersion of the liquid active material in the electrode, good Li^+-ion conductivity, fast electronic transport in the conductive graphene framework, andstrong chemical confinement of polyselenides by nitrogen and sulfur atoms. More importantly, it is a promising strategy for enhancing the energy density of Li–Se batteries by using the catholyte with a lightweight heteroatom doping carbon matrix. 展开更多

This work explored the way to improve hot modulus q/' rupture (HMOR) and refractoriness under load (RUL) by adding mild-calcined coal gangue (MCG) in Al2O3 -SiO2 ultra low cement (ULC) castables, making use of the in-situ effect of the MCG during heating-up. The influence of respective additions of 5%, 10% and 1.5% of the MCG powders calcined at 700℃ was investigated on HMOR at 1400 ℃ and RUL of the castables. With increased addition of the MCG, HMOR and RUL become significantly enhanced. At 10% of the MCG addition, HMOR reaches 3 MPa, as compared to 0. 3 MPa in the case of no MCG addition. RUL of the specimens dried at 110 ℃for 24 h can be increased by some 270 ℃ with 10% of the MCG addition. RUL 0.11 the specimens preheated at 1 500℃ for 3 h maintains the growth trend with the MCG addition increasing. The microstructure of the heated castable samples was investigated by means of SEM. The in-situ formed needle-like and interlaced mullite in the matrix is contributive to the tmprovement. 展开更多

The variation of retrotransposon WIS 2-1A activity in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) embryos at three different growth times (30 h, 45 h and 60 h) was investigated after they had been treated with N^+ implantation in a vacuum of 5× 10^-2 Pa and irradiation by ^60Coγ-ray respectively. For each of the three growth times the expression of WIS 2-1A showed almost entirely a same trend of downregulation, upregulation, then downregulation, and upregulation again with the increase in dose of N^+ implantation, but the expression appeared irregular with the increase in irradiation of ^60Coγ-ray. In conclusion, the acutely activating effect of WIS 2-1A stimulated by vacuum and high dose N^+ implantation within a shorter incubation time may provide a convenient tool to advance the research on mutagenic breeding and function genes. 展开更多

不锈钢管道的比放气率是超高真空系统设计的关键参数,降低比放气率是提高真空度的有效方法之一。在西安200 MeV质子应用装置(XiPAF)的重离子升级工程中,重离子同步环真空管道内要求达到超高真空度(10−10 Pa量级),要求不锈钢管道的比放... 不锈钢管道的比放气率是超高真空系统设计的关键参数,降低比放气率是提高真空度的有效方法之一。在西安200 MeV质子应用装置(XiPAF)的重离子升级工程中,重离子同步环真空管道内要求达到超高真空度(10−10 Pa量级),要求不锈钢管道的比放气率不超过1.5×10^(−13)Pa·m^(3)/(s·cm^(2))。文章通过研究降低不锈钢管道比放气率的方法,得到一套不锈钢管道处理方案,使得不锈钢管道的比放气率不大于此数值。降低比放气率的方案包括三个关键问题,即不锈钢材料的选取、真空炉高温烘烤方案选择和加热带烘烤方案选择。论文设计了实验方案,定制加工了四根相同尺寸的不锈钢实验管道,304和316L两种材料各两根,四根管道分为两组分别进行真空炉500℃和950℃烘烤,每根管道做四次加热带烘烤实验,烘烤温度依次设定为150℃、200℃、250℃和300℃,并测量每根管道最终的比放气率。为测量不锈钢实验管道的比放气率,搭建了一套比放气率测试平台。测量结果表明,加工厂家提供的304和316L两种不锈钢材料的初始管道比放气率的大小与材料种类无特定规律;实验中真空炉或者加热带的烘烤均能使比放气率降低1~2个数量级;管道依次进行真空炉950℃烘烤和加热带300℃烘烤之后,比放气率可以达到5×10^(−14)Pa·m^(3)/(s·cm^(2))以下,满足XiPAF重离子升级工程要求。 展开更多

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是妇女最常见的内分泌和代谢紊乱性疾病,合理的药物治疗非常重要。本研究中,超重/肥胖的多囊卵巢综合征患者经过小檗碱治疗3个月,采集治疗前后的血样进行分析,利用超高效液相色谱-质谱... 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是妇女最常见的内分泌和代谢紊乱性疾病,合理的药物治疗非常重要。本研究中,超重/肥胖的多囊卵巢综合征患者经过小檗碱治疗3个月,采集治疗前后的血样进行分析,利用超高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(UHPLC-MS)对治疗前后血清中的内源性物质进行了相对含量测定。正交信号校正的偏最小二乘模式识别分析结果显示治疗前后有明显的区分。多变量分析结合非参数检验找出的与小檗碱治疗相关的差异代谢物均与脂类代谢有关。临床生化数据结合代谢组学数据显示,小檗碱治疗超重/肥胖型的多囊卵巢综合征患者可以增加机体胰岛素敏感性、改善脂类代谢。上述研究结果表明代谢组学是研究中药治疗疾病效果的有效工具之一。 展开更多
