A specific viscoelastic phenomenon, i.e. 'the second plateau', appeared at low frequencies, and exhibits a certain dependence on the amount of rubber particles and the dispersion state in the matrix. This phenomenon is attributed to the formation of aggregation structure of rubber particles. The analyses of Cole-Cole diagrams of the dynamic viscoelastic functions suggest that the heterogeneity of the composites is enhanced on increasing both particle content and temperature.展开更多

NH4HCO3 was used as a precipitant in the reaction. Cerium carbonate powders were roasted to produce ultra-fine cerium dioxide (CeO2) powders. The optimal conditions of such production process were obtained by orthogonal and one-factor experiments. The results showed that ultra-fine and narrowly distributed cerium carbonate powders were produced under the optimal flowing conditions. The concentrations of Ce(NO3)3 and NH4HCO3 solutions were 02,5 and 0.3 mol · L^-1, respectively. The concentration of PEG4000 added in these two solutions was 4 g · L^-1. The stirring ratio, reaction temperature, feeding time, solution pH, reaction time and digestion time were 900 r · min^- 1,80 ℃, 20 min, 5 - 6, 5 min and 1 h, respectively. The final product, CeO2 powders, was obtained by roasting the produced cerium carbonate in air for 3 h at 500 ℃. The finally produced CeO2 powders were torispherical particles with a narrow size distribution of 0.8 -2.5 μm. The crystal structure of CeO2 powders belonged to cubic crystal system and its space point 5 group was OH^5-FM3M. Under optimal conditions, powders produced by SCISR were finer and more narrowly distributed than that by Stirred Tank Reactor (STR).展开更多

The experiments are carried out by changing voltage under different currents. The results indicate voltage range being fit for UNGW is about 22 -31 V under the current range of 200 -320 A. With the increasing of voltage, weld formation of UNGW has the law of lack of fusion on sidewall, good weld and undercut in turn under a certain current. In addition, the action relationships among arc, molten slag wall and sidewalls can be improved by properly adjusting voltage and current of arc, which makes cathode spot properly distribute in ultra-narrow gap. Therefore, the effective control of weld formation of UNGW has been achieved.展开更多

The study showed that the ultra-fine boron carbide added modified the microstructure of residual carbon and promoted the chemical bond between residual carbon from phenolic resin and flake graphite. The carbon white could strengthen the residual carbon from phenolic resin. These two additives improved the mechanical properties of AG refractories at both room temperature and high temperature, and thermal shock resistance was improved noticeably. When the two additives were doped together, carbon white could retard the evaporation of B 2O 3. Thermal shock resistance was guaranteed with a smaller amount of ultra-fine boron carbide.展开更多

Metallographic inspection shows that the grain size of weld nugget is larger than that of the base metal and the microstructure is altered significantly. In addition, contracting defects such as air holes can be found in the nugget center. The experiments show that the defects can be effectively avoided by the technique of adding upsetting force during the nugget cooling and crystallizing processes. Under the interactions between residual stresses and regenerated fine grains, the micro-hardness of the heat-affected zone ( HAZ ) is lower than that of the nugget, but evidently higher than that of the base metal.
文摘In this paper, the manufacturing of high-efficiency air filter paper is reported. The air filter paper was produced using ultra-fine fibers and wateroat fibers mercerized by alkali, using an electrospinning apparatus with multiple rings. The high efficiency air filter paper has an antibacterial effect after adding a chitosan-copper complex which is harmless to humans. As a result of the measurement, the filtering efficiency of the air filter paper is approximately 99.998%and its antibacterial efficiency is approximately 99.5%.
文摘The physical and mechanical properties of wet-milling ultra-fine grouting cement were studied, and its microstructure was observed through modern instrumentation analysis such as scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction and Hg-intrusion micromeritics. The experimental results indicate that wet-milling ultra-fine cement possesses high rheological properties and groutability. It can be filled densely in cracks of rock and hydrate fully, which may endow hydrated cement with high mechanical strength.Main hydration products of wet-milling ultra-fine cement are poorly crystalline C-S-H(Ⅰ),acicular AFt and plank-shape Ca(OH)_2.The dense crystal-network structure can be formed in the rock gaps filled with cement paste, but some weak regions exist owing to Ca(OH)_2.The features of micro-pore structure of hydrated wet-milling ultra-fine cement are few big harmful pores, abundant harmless micro pores and little most possible pore radius.
文摘The ultra-fine microstructrue of cast iron has been studied under rapid solidification by laser rapid meltingand solidifying method and SEM and TEM technology and results show cementite, martensite, austenite and ultra-fineperlite phases can be obtained under rapid solidification and many dislocations have been the found in cementite.

文摘As a part of the green process for manufacturing chromium compounds, two steps are involved in the synthesis of ultra-fine Cr2O3 powders: the first is the hydrogen reduction of K2CrO4 into intermediate trivalent (Cr^3+) or tetravalent (Cr^4+) chromium compounds; the second is the decomposing of the intermediate into Cr2O3 by heat treating. The intermediate is well characterized by means of SEM, XRD, and XPS. The possible reaction mechanism of the process is analyzed.

文摘Tests of the candidate plasma facing materials(PFMs) used in experimental fusion devices are essential due to the direct influence of in-situ plasma loading.A type of ultrafine grained(UFG) tungsten sintered by resistance sintering under ultra-high pressure(RSUHP) method has been exposed in the edge plasma of the HT-7 tokamak to investigate its performance under plasma loading.Under cychc edge plasma loading, the UFG tungsten develops both macro and micro cracks. The macro cracks are attributed to the low temperature brittleness of the tungsten material itself, while the micro cracks are generated from local intense power flux deposition.
