At first we establish the principle factor set U={U_1,U_2,U_3,…,U_n}and each principle factor U is composed of many subfactors U_j={u_(j1),U_(j2),…,U_(jn)},Then we establish the weight distribution in U and U_j.The decision set has five grades,namely:very good,pretty good,critical,rather bad,very bad.Through the establishments of appraisal metrix U_j and U We can get the final conclusion. There exists four main problems which a...The authors analyzed the current equipment management situation in colleges and universities, and pointed out how to evaluate it by using scientific and sophisticated standard. There exists four main problems which are as follows: 1. Management thought is not advanced, and there is short of systematic plan. 2. Technical measures are backward, and work starting point is not high. 3. The level of personnel is low, and the development is restricted. 4. The contents of equipment are not good enough, and the funds of construction are insufficient. This paper gives the proposals on how to construct and develop equipment in colleges and universities in the future and describes the objective of the struggle, the channels to realize this objective, and the three problems to be noticed which are: 1. Adhere to integration of theory with practice. 2. Work in coordination with each other in all aspects. 3. Ensure the scientific decision. The paper also discusses some other specific problems such as management decision making, purchase of equipment, use of equipment, maintenance, modification, renewal of equipment, computerized management, etc..展开更多

It...The mechanism for investment, utilization, and management of devices and equipment in universities is different from that of enterprises, because the devices and equipment inuniversities are rarely used for profit. It is necessary to establish a new mode for the management of university-owned equipment. Such a mode consists of both technical management and economic management. To this end, the utilization of devices and equipment in the First Military Medical University is investigated qualitatively and quantitatively. The criterion-integrated index for the utilization of equipment is proposed for the first time. By using this criterion, together with such criteria as 'quality index', 'idleness index', and 'average usage index' the utilization and management of each class of equipment are described quantitatively.展开更多

针对具备Andriod和Windows双系统的电子设备在使用通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)接口与外设通信时出现的需重新插拔USB外设、切换后USB设备不识别率偏高等问题,通过对电路进行分析和设计优化,提出一种电源管理电路的参数取值...针对具备Andriod和Windows双系统的电子设备在使用通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)接口与外设通信时出现的需重新插拔USB外设、切换后USB设备不识别率偏高等问题,通过对电路进行分析和设计优化,提出一种电源管理电路的参数取值计算方法。采用VL817、TUSB522P及FSUSB74芯片设计3路智能USB 3.0电路方案,通过HUB硬复位重置、D+/D-、SSTX/SSRX信号通道复用输入输出(Input Output,IO)控制以及时序控制USB设备切换顺序的方法,提高系统的抗干扰能力。实测数据显示,应用该电路系统后运行稳定,系统切换时USB外设的识别成功率显著高于同类产品,契合大规模产业化设计及应用需求。展开更多
