In this article,lane change models for mixed traffic flow under cooperative adaptive cruise control(CACC)platoon formation are established.The analysis begins by examining the impact of lane changes on traffic flow st...In this article,lane change models for mixed traffic flow under cooperative adaptive cruise control(CACC)platoon formation are established.The analysis begins by examining the impact of lane changes on traffic flow stability.The influences of various factors such as lane change locations,timing,and the current traffic state on stability are discussed.In this analysis,it is assumed that the lane change location and the entry position in the adjacent lane have already been selected,without considering the specific intention behind the lane change.The speeds of the involved vehicles are adjusted based on an existing lane change model,and various conditions are analyzed for traffic flow disturbances,including duration,shock amplitude,and driving delays.Numerical calculations are provided to illustrate these effects.Additionally,traffic flow stability is factored into the lane change decision-making process.By incorporating disturbances to the fleet into the lane change income model,both a lane change intention model and a lane change execution model are constructed.These models are then compared with a model that does not account for stability,leading to the corresponding conclusions.展开更多

Cooperation among enterprises can bring overall and individual performance improvement,and a smooth coordination method is indispensable.However,due to the lack of customized coordination methods,cooperation in the do...Cooperation among enterprises can bring overall and individual performance improvement,and a smooth coordination method is indispensable.However,due to the lack of customized coordination methods,cooperation in the downstream oil supply chain cannot be carried out smoothly.This paper intends to propose a multi-party coordination method to promote cooperation between oil shippers and pipeline operator by optimizing oil transportation,oil substitution and pipeline pricing schemes.An integrated game-theoretic modeling and analysis approach is developed to characterize the operation behaviors of all stakeholders in the downstream oil supply chain.The proposed mixed integer nonlinear programming model constrains supply and demand capacity,transportation routes,oil substitution rules and pipeline freight levels.Logarithm transformation and price discretization are introduced for model linear approximation.Simulation experiments are carried out in the oil distribution system in South China.The results show that compared to the business-as-usual scheme,the new scheme saves transportation cost by 3.48%,increases pipeline turnover by 5.7%,and reduces energy consumption and emissions by 7.66%and 6.77%.It is proved that the proposed method improves the revenue of the whole system,achieves fair revenue distribution,and also improves the energy and environmental benefits of the oil supply chain.展开更多

And the density wave, hysteresis loop and energy consumption of the traffic flow have been investigated via numerical simulation. The results indicate that the cooperative deviation of density and optimal flux can effectively alleviate the traffic congestion. Concerning the optimal control problem of such subsystems, a neighbor-based distributed model predictive control(NDMPC) strategy is presented to improve the global system performance. In this scheme, the performance index of local subsystems and that of its neighbors are minimized together in the determination of the optimal control input, which makes the local control decision also beneficial to its neighboring subsystems and further contributes to improving the convergence and control performance of overall system.The stability of the closed-loop system is proved. Moreover, the parameter designing method for distributed synthesis is provided.Finally, the simulation results illustrate the main characteristics and effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.展开更多

The telecommunications industry is becoming increasingly aware of potential subscriber churn as a result of the growing popularity of smartphones in the mobile Internet era,the quick development of telecommunications ...The telecommunications industry is becoming increasingly aware of potential subscriber churn as a result of the growing popularity of smartphones in the mobile Internet era,the quick development of telecommunications services,the implementation of the number portability policy,and the intensifying competition among operators.At the same time,users'consumption preferences and choices are evolving.Excellent churn prediction models must be created in order to accurately predict the churn tendency,since keeping existing customers is far less expensive than acquiring new ones.But conventional or learning-based algorithms can only go so far into a single subscriber's data;they cannot take into consideration changes in a subscriber's subscription and ignore the coupling and correlation between various features.Additionally,the current churn prediction models have a high computational burden,a fuzzy weight distribution,and significant resource economic costs.The prediction algorithms involving network models currently in use primarily take into account the private information shared between users with text and pictures,ignoring the reference value supplied by other users with the same package.This work suggests a user churn prediction model based on Graph Attention Convolutional Neural Network(GAT-CNN)to address the aforementioned issues.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,we present a three-tiered hierarchical cloud-edge cooperative framework that increases the volume of user feature input by means of two aggregations at the device,edge,and cloud layers.Second,we extend the use of users'own data by introducing self-attention and graph convolution models to track the relative changes of both users and packages simultaneously.Lastly,we build an integrated offline-online system for churn prediction based on the strengths of the two models,and we experimentally validate the efficacy of cloudside collaborative training and inference.In summary,the churn prediction model based on Graph Attention Convolutional Neural Network presented in this paper can effectively address the drawbacks of conventional algorithms and offer telecom operators crucial decision support in developing subscriber retention strategies and cutting operational expenses.展开更多

In this paper,we propose a size-stage-structured cooperation model which has two distinct life stages in facultative cooperator.The primary feature of this model is to consider size structure,stage structure and oblig...In this paper,we propose a size-stage-structured cooperation model which has two distinct life stages in facultative cooperator.The primary feature of this model is to consider size structure,stage structure and obligate and facultative symbiosis at the same time in a cooperation system.We use the method of characteristic to show that this new model can be reduced to a threshold delay equations(TDEs)model,which can be further transformed into a functional differential equations(FDEs)model by a simple change of variables.Such simplification allows us to apply the classical theory of FDEs and establish a set of sufficient conditions to investigate the qualitative analysis of solutions of the FDEs model,including the global existence and uniqueness,positivity and boundedness.What's more,we use the geometric criteria to get the conclusions about stability and Hopf bifurcation of positive equilibrium because the coefficients of the characteristic equation depend on the bifurcation parameter.Finally,numerical simulations are carried out as supporting evidences of our analytical results.Our results show that the presence of size structure and stage structure plays an important role in the dynamic behavior of the model.展开更多

Non-cooperative game theory is increasingly used for modelling and understanding such inte...The introduction of automated driving systems raised questions about how the human driver interacts with the automated system. Non-cooperative game theory is increasingly used for modelling and understanding such interaction, while its counterpart, cooperative game theory is rarely discussed for similar applications despite it may be potentially more suitable. This paper describes the modelling of a human driver’s steering interaction with an automated steering system using cooperative game theory. The distributed Model Predictive Control approach is adopted to derive the driver’s and the automated steering system’s strategies in a Pareto equilibrium sense, namely their cooperative Pareto steering strategies. Two separate numerical studies are carried out to study the influence of strategy parameters, and the influence of strategy types on the driver’s and the automated system’s steering performance. It is found that when a driver interacts with an automated steering system using a cooperative Pareto steering strategy, the driver can improve his/her performance in following a target path through increasing his/her effort in pursuing his/her own interest under the driver-automation cooperative control goal. It is also found that a driver’s adoption of cooperative Pareto steering strategy leads to a reinforcement in the driver’s steering angle control, compared to the driver’s adoption of non-cooperative Nash strategy. This in turn enables the vehicle to return from a lane-change maneuver to straight-line driving swifter.展开更多
Aiming at the problem on cooperative air-defense of surface warship formation, this paper maps the cooperative airdefense system of systems (SoS) for surface warship formation (CASoSSWF) to the biological immune s...Aiming at the problem on cooperative air-defense of surface warship formation, this paper maps the cooperative airdefense system of systems (SoS) for surface warship formation (CASoSSWF) to the biological immune system (BIS) according to the similarity of the defense mechanism and characteristics between the CASoSSWF and the BIS, and then designs the models of components and the architecture for a monitoring agent, a regulating agent, a killer agent, a pre-warning agent and a communicating agent by making use of the theories and methods of the artificial immune system, the multi-agent system (MAS), the vaccine and the danger theory (DT). Moreover a new immune multi-agent model using vaccine based on DT (IMMUVBDT) for the cooperative air-defense SoS is advanced. The immune response and immune mechanism of the CASoSSWF are analyzed. The model has a capability of memory, evolution, commendable dynamic environment adaptability and self-learning, and embodies adequately the cooperative air-defense mechanism for the CASoSSWF. Therefore it shows a novel idea for the CASoSSWF which can provide conception models for a surface warship formation operation simulation system.展开更多

Using d...The dislocation between regional innovation and economic development directly influences the economic effect of regional innovation. However, no in-depth researches have been made on how to solve this problem. Using data from Henan Province, China,employing geographical detector technology, this paper focuses on testing whether the industry-university-research cooperation can contribute to coordinating the relation between regional innovation and economic development. It is shown that: 1) the industry-universityresearch cooperation in Henan Province is increasing gradually, and the network presents a core-edge structure, and the coupling degree between regional innovation and economic development is spatially unbalanced, which is similar to the spatial distribution of the intensity of industry-university-research cooperation;2) as an important approach to effectively connect scientific researches with market demands, the industry-university-research cooperation can help form an interactive, interconnected, coupled and coordinated virtuous relation between regional innovation and economic development. Compared with the cooperation between organizations of the same type and the separate innovation of organizations, the improvement of the industry-university-research cooperation level can better coordinate the relation between regional innovation and economic development;3) the cooperative innovation model between enterprises and universities can better promote the coupling between regional innovation and economic development, compared with many industryuniversity-research cooperation models. For underdeveloped areas lacking local knowledge base, industry-university-research cooperation should be considered as a long-term development strategy, especially using the knowledge sources of external universities and scientific research institutions to enhance innovation capability and achieve economic growth.展开更多
In order to analyze the stability impact of cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) platoon, an adaptive control model designed for the lead vehicle in a CACC platoon (LCACC model) in heterogeneous traffic flow...In order to analyze the stability impact of cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) platoon, an adaptive control model designed for the lead vehicle in a CACC platoon (LCACC model) in heterogeneous traffic flow with both CACC and manual vehicles is proposed. Considering the communication delay of a CACC platoon, a frequency-domain approach is taken to analyze the stability conditions of the novel lead-vehicle CACC model. Field trajectory data from the next-generation simulation (NGSIM) data is used as the initial condition. To account for car- following behaviors in reality, an intelligent driver model (IDM) is calibrated with the same NGSIM dataset from a previous study to model manual vehicles. The stability conditions of the proposed model are validated by the ring- road stability analysis. The ring-road test results indicate the potential of the LCACC model for improving the traffic flow stability impact of CACC platoons. Sensitivity analysis shows that the CACC fleet size has impact on the parameters of the LCACC model.展开更多

Non-line-of-sight(NLOS) propagation condition is assumed in amplify-and-forward(AF) cooperative networks from the source mobile station(S) to the destination mobile station(D) via the mobile relay station(R). We extend the proposed narrowband model to wideband and also introduce the carrier frequency and bandwidth into the model. To avoid complicated procedure in deriving the analytical expressions of the channel parameters and functions, the channel is realized first. 文摘The telecommunications industry is becoming increasingly aware of potential subscriber churn as a result of the growing popularity of smartphones in the mobile Internet era,the quick development of telecommunications services,the implementation of the number portability policy,and the intensifying competition among operators.At the same time,users'consumption preferences and choices are evolving.Excellent churn prediction models must be created in order to accurately predict the churn tendency,since keeping existing customers is far less expensive than acquiring new ones.But conventional or learning-based algorithms can only go so far into a single subscriber's data;they cannot take into consideration changes in a subscriber's subscription and ignore the coupling and correlation between various features.Additionally,the current churn prediction models have a high computational burden,a fuzzy weight distribution,and significant resource economic costs.The prediction algorithms involving network models currently in use primarily take into account the private information shared between users with text and pictures,ignoring the reference value supplied by other users with the same package.This work suggests a user churn prediction model based on Graph Attention Convolutional Neural Network(GAT-CNN)to address the aforementioned issues.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,we present a three-tiered hierarchical cloud-edge cooperative framework that increases the volume of user feature input by means of two aggregations at the device,edge,and cloud layers.Second,we extend the use of users'own data by introducing self-attention and graph convolution models to track the relative changes of both users and packages simultaneously.Lastly,we build an integrated offline-online system for churn prediction based on the strengths of the two models,and we experimentally validate the efficacy of cloudside collaborative training and inference.In summary,the churn prediction model based on Graph Attention Convolutional Neural Network presented in this paper can effectively address the drawbacks of conventional algorithms and offer telecom operators crucial decision support in developing subscriber retention strategies and cutting operational expenses.
文摘In the photogrammetry,some researchers have applied genetic algorithms in aerial image texture classification and reducing hyper_spectrum remote sensing data.Genetic algorithm can rapidly find the solutions which are close to the optimal solution.But it is not easy to find the optimal solution.In order to solve the problem,a cooperative evolution idea integrating genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm is presented in this paper.On the basis of the advantages of ant colony algorithm,this paper proposes the method integrating genetic algorithms and ant colony algorithm to overcome the drawback of genetic algorithms.Moreover,the paper takes designing texture classification masks of aerial images as an example to illustrate the integration theory and procedures.

文摘In this paper,we propose a size-stage-structured cooperation model which has two distinct life stages in facultative cooperator.The primary feature of this model is to consider size structure,stage structure and obligate and facultative symbiosis at the same time in a cooperation system.We use the method of characteristic to show that this new model can be reduced to a threshold delay equations(TDEs)model,which can be further transformed into a functional differential equations(FDEs)model by a simple change of variables.Such simplification allows us to apply the classical theory of FDEs and establish a set of sufficient conditions to investigate the qualitative analysis of solutions of the FDEs model,including the global existence and uniqueness,positivity and boundedness.What's more,we use the geometric criteria to get the conclusions about stability and Hopf bifurcation of positive equilibrium because the coefficients of the characteristic equation depend on the bifurcation parameter.Finally,numerical simulations are carried out as supporting evidences of our analytical results.Our results show that the presence of size structure and stage structure plays an important role in the dynamic behavior of the model.
文摘The introduction of automated driving systems raised questions about how the human driver interacts with the automated system. Non-cooperative game theory is increasingly used for modelling and understanding such interaction, while its counterpart, cooperative game theory is rarely discussed for similar applications despite it may be potentially more suitable. This paper describes the modelling of a human driver’s steering interaction with an automated steering system using cooperative game theory. The distributed Model Predictive Control approach is adopted to derive the driver’s and the automated steering system’s strategies in a Pareto equilibrium sense, namely their cooperative Pareto steering strategies. Two separate numerical studies are carried out to study the influence of strategy parameters, and the influence of strategy types on the driver’s and the automated system’s steering performance. It is found that when a driver interacts with an automated steering system using a cooperative Pareto steering strategy, the driver can improve his/her performance in following a target path through increasing his/her effort in pursuing his/her own interest under the driver-automation cooperative control goal. It is also found that a driver’s adoption of cooperative Pareto steering strategy leads to a reinforcement in the driver’s steering angle control, compared to the driver’s adoption of non-cooperative Nash strategy. This in turn enables the vehicle to return from a lane-change maneuver to straight-line driving swifter.
文摘Aiming at the problem on cooperative air-defense of surface warship formation, this paper maps the cooperative airdefense system of systems (SoS) for surface warship formation (CASoSSWF) to the biological immune system (BIS) according to the similarity of the defense mechanism and characteristics between the CASoSSWF and the BIS, and then designs the models of components and the architecture for a monitoring agent, a regulating agent, a killer agent, a pre-warning agent and a communicating agent by making use of the theories and methods of the artificial immune system, the multi-agent system (MAS), the vaccine and the danger theory (DT). Moreover a new immune multi-agent model using vaccine based on DT (IMMUVBDT) for the cooperative air-defense SoS is advanced. The immune response and immune mechanism of the CASoSSWF are analyzed. The model has a capability of memory, evolution, commendable dynamic environment adaptability and self-learning, and embodies adequately the cooperative air-defense mechanism for the CASoSSWF. Therefore it shows a novel idea for the CASoSSWF which can provide conception models for a surface warship formation operation simulation system.

文摘The dislocation between regional innovation and economic development directly influences the economic effect of regional innovation. However, no in-depth researches have been made on how to solve this problem. Using data from Henan Province, China,employing geographical detector technology, this paper focuses on testing whether the industry-university-research cooperation can contribute to coordinating the relation between regional innovation and economic development. It is shown that: 1) the industry-universityresearch cooperation in Henan Province is increasing gradually, and the network presents a core-edge structure, and the coupling degree between regional innovation and economic development is spatially unbalanced, which is similar to the spatial distribution of the intensity of industry-university-research cooperation;2) as an important approach to effectively connect scientific researches with market demands, the industry-university-research cooperation can help form an interactive, interconnected, coupled and coordinated virtuous relation between regional innovation and economic development. Compared with the cooperation between organizations of the same type and the separate innovation of organizations, the improvement of the industry-university-research cooperation level can better coordinate the relation between regional innovation and economic development;3) the cooperative innovation model between enterprises and universities can better promote the coupling between regional innovation and economic development, compared with many industryuniversity-research cooperation models. For underdeveloped areas lacking local knowledge base, industry-university-research cooperation should be considered as a long-term development strategy, especially using the knowledge sources of external universities and scientific research institutions to enhance innovation capability and achieve economic growth.

文摘In order to analyze the stability impact of cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) platoon, an adaptive control model designed for the lead vehicle in a CACC platoon (LCACC model) in heterogeneous traffic flow with both CACC and manual vehicles is proposed. Considering the communication delay of a CACC platoon, a frequency-domain approach is taken to analyze the stability conditions of the novel lead-vehicle CACC model. Field trajectory data from the next-generation simulation (NGSIM) data is used as the initial condition. To account for car- following behaviors in reality, an intelligent driver model (IDM) is calibrated with the same NGSIM dataset from a previous study to model manual vehicles. The stability conditions of the proposed model are validated by the ring- road stability analysis. The ring-road test results indicate the potential of the LCACC model for improving the traffic flow stability impact of CACC platoons. Sensitivity analysis shows that the CACC fleet size has impact on the parameters of the LCACC model.

文摘In this paper, a three-dimensional(3D) geometry- based stochastic scattering model(GBSSM) for wideband multi-input multi-output(MIMO) vehicle-to-vehicle(V2V) relay-based cooperative fading channel based on geometrical three-cylinder is proposed. Non-line-of-sight(NLOS) propagation condition is assumed in amplify-and-forward(AF) cooperative networks from the source mobile station(S) to the destination mobile station(D) via the mobile relay station(R). We extend the proposed narrowband model to wideband and also introduce the carrier frequency and bandwidth into the model. To avoid complicated procedure in deriving the analytical expressions of the channel parameters and functions, the channel is realized first. By using the realized channel matrix, the channel properties are further investigated.

文摘For the case that two pursuers intercept an evasive target,the cooperative strategies and state estimation methods taken by pursuers can seriously affect the guidance accuracy for the target,which performs a bang For the case that two pursuers intercept an evasive target,the cooperative strategies and state estimation methods taken by pursuers can seriously affect the guidance accuracy for the target,which performs a bang-bang evasive maneuver with a random switching time.Combined Fast multiple model adaptive estimation(Fast MMAE)algorithm,the cooperative guidance law takes detection configuration affecting the accuracy of interception into consideration.Introduced the detection error model related to the line-of-sight(LOS)separation angle of two interceptors,an optimal cooperative guidance law solving the optimization problem is designed to modulate the LOS separation angle to reduce the estimation error and improve the interception performance.Due to the uncertainty of the target bang-bang maneuver switching time and the effective fitting of its multi-modal motion,Fast MMAE is introduced to identify its maneuver switching time and estimate the acceleration of the target to track and intercept the target accurately.The designed cooperative optimal guidance law with Fast MMAE has better estimation ability and interception performance than the traditional guidance law and estimation method via Monte Carlo simulation.
