Application Value of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Occupational Asthma

Background Occupational asthma is a type of asthma caused by exposure to asthma-causing substances in an occupational setting. Its incidence is closely related to the degree of industrial development, but also related to the nature of asthma. In some specific industries, such as workers who are exposed to asthmatic isocyanates for a long time, the incidence of occupational asthma can reach 5%-10%, and the incidence of occupational asthma can even reach 50% or higher among workers engaged in the detergent industry who are in contact with proteolytic enzymes for a long time. Objective To analyze the clinical value of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with occupational asthma, methods a total of 48 patients with occupational asthma who were admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group and study group by random number table method The disappearance time of chest tightness and shortness of breath, the disappearance time of wheezing and cough, and the FEV1, forced vital capacity (FVC) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after nursing, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the levels of FEV1, FVC and PEF were higher than those in the control group, and the P < 0.05 was significantly improved.

Exploring the Significance and Implementation Strategies of Mental Health Education for College Students

College students are influenced by diverse cultures in the new era,thus their inner world is rich and changing rapidly.The acceleration of social rhythm can easily lead to different kinds of psychological problems.Mental health education is people-oriented,using scientific methods and means to train high-quality talents with all-round development across the world.A healthy psychological state can promote the sound development of students,make them establish correct core social values,and realize self-value.At present,there are some problems in university mental health education,such as single form and imperfect system.At the same time,college education plays an important role in the formation of ideas for college students’ideological values.As a front-line student worker,college counselors should cooperate with the school’s psychological departments to improve the college psychological education system,rationally plan the psychological teaching program,and pay attention to the college students’mental health education.The government should also take into account the need to ensure that the education system is not undermined by the lack of a comprehensive and effective education system.

Comparison of the application value of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

BACKGROUND Ectopic pregnancy(EP) is one of the most common acute abdominal diseases in gynecology. Once the condition of EP is delayed, it may lead to massive hemorrhage, shock, and even death in a short time, seriously threatening the patient’s life. Early diagnosis is the key to preventing and improving the prognosis of EP.Transabdominal ultrasound(TAS) and transvaginal ultrasound(TVS) are the main diagnostic methods for abdominal diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the application value and effect of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP,hoping to provide more valuable references for the diagnosis of EP.AIM To explore the application value of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP and to improve the level of clinical diagnosis.METHODS A total of 140 patients with EP admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected for this study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the examination methods. 63 patients who underwent abdominal ultrasound examination were set as the TAS group, while 77 patients who underwent TVS examination were set as the TVS group. We compared the diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rates between the two types of ultrasound examinations, as well as the postoperative pathological results of the two diagnostic methods for different types of ectopic pregnancies. We also analyzed the sonograms for the presence of mixed ectopic masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the ectopic sac shadow, and the detection of fluid in the rectal fossa of the uterus, such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo, etc. In addition, the diagnosis time, days of gestational sac appearance, operation time, endometrial thickness, and blood flow resistance index were compared as well.RESULTS After performing both types of ultrasound examinations in 140 patients with EP, we found that the diagnostic accuracy of TVS was significantly higher than that of TAS, and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of TAS. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). In addition, the detection rate of TVS was better than that of TAS for the presence of mixed masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the shadow of the ectopic sac, and sonograms such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo,etc. The coincidence rate of its postoperative pathological examination results was significantly higher than those of TAS. The diagnosis time and the days of gestational sac appearance by TVS were significantly shorter than that by TAS, and the operation time was earlier than that by TAS.What’s more, the detection rates of the endometrial thickness ￡ 1.5 mm and blood flow resistance ￡0.5 were significantly higher in TVS diagnosis of EP than in TAS. All differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with TAS, TVS has the advantages of high detection accuracy and good sonogram performance.

Improving the nutritional values of yellow mealworm Tenebrio molitor(Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) larvae as an animal feed ingredient: a review

Yellow mealworm larvae(YML;Tenebrio molitor) are considered as a valuable insect species for animal feed due to their high nutritional values and ability to grow under different substrates and rearing conditions. Advances in the understanding of entomophagy and animal nutrition over the past decades have propelled research areas toward testing multiple aspects of YML to exploit them better as animal feed sources. This review aims to summarize various approaches that could be exploited to maximize the nutritional values of YML as an animal feed ingredient. In addition, YML has the potential to be used as an antimicrobial or bioactive agent to improve animal health and immune function in production animals. The dynamics of the nutritional profile of YML can be influenced by multiple factors and should be taken into account when attempting to optimize the nutrient contents of YML as an animal feed ingredient. Specifically, the use of novel land-based and aquatic feeding resources, probiotics, and the exploitation of larval gut microbiomes as novel strategies can assist to maximize the nutritional potential of YML. Selection of relevant feed supplies, optimization of ambient conditions, the introduction of novel genetic selection procedures, and implementation of effective post-harvest processing may be required in the future to commercialize mealworm production. Furthermore, the use of appropriate agricultural practices and technological improvements within the mealworm production sector should be aimed at achieving both economic and environmental sustainability. The issues highlighted in this review could pave the way for future approaches to improve the nutritional value of YML.

Clinical Application Value and Satisfaction Analysis of Physical Therapy in rehabilitation treatment of cervical spondylosis

Objective:To analyze the clinical value and nursing satisfaction of physical therapy in the rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,84 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was given physical therapy,while group B was not given physical therapy.The differences of curative effect,cervical function,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed.Results:The curative effect of group A was 97.62%higher than that of group B 83.33%,P<0.05;The score of cervical function in group A(8.09±1.75)was higher than that in group B(8.09±1.75),P<0.05;The scores of quality of life in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of group A was 95.24%,which was better than that of group B 78.57%,P<0.05.Conclusions:Physical therapy intervention for patients with cervical spondylosis can improve nursing satisfaction and cervical function,which can be widely used.

Main Species and Medicinal Value of Wild Edible(Medicinal) Fungi in Yunnan Province

Yunnan Province is rich in wild edible( medicinal) fungus resources,where there are about 882 species,96 genera,35 families,11 orders,and 2 classes,and the species of the resources accounts for 40. 7% of the world's resources and 90. 0% of China's resources,so Yunnan is known as " the kingdom of medicinal and edible fungi". Edible fungi contain a variety of functional ingredients,such as polysaccharides,peptide amino acids,nucleosides,triterpenes,minerals,vitamins,etc.,so they have important medicinal value. In order to understand and rationally develop wild edible( medicinal) fungus resources in Yunnan,the main trading species of wild edible( medicinal) fungi in Yunnan Province were investigated,and the biological characteristics and medicinal value of these wild edible( medicinal) fungi were summarized.Moreover,the development prospects of wild edible fungi in Yunnan Province in edible and medicinal fields were discussed.

An Intercomparison of Rules for Testing the Significance of Coupled Modes of Singular Value Decomposition Analysis

This paper clarifies the essence of the significance test of singular value decomposition analysis （SVD）, and investigates four rules for testing the significance of coupled modes of SVD, including parallel analysis, nonparametric bootstrap, random-phase test, and a new rule named modified parallel analysis. A numerical experiment is conducted to quantitatively compare the performance of the four rules in judging whether a coupled mode of SVD is significant as parameters such as the sample size, the number of grid points, and the signal-to-noise ratio vary. The results show that the four rules perform better with lower ratio of the number of grid points to sample size. Modified parallel analysis and nonparametric bootstrap perform best to abandon the spurious coupled modes, but the latter is better than the former to retain the significant coupled modes when the sample size is not much larger than the number of grid points. Parallel analysis and random-phase test are robust to abandon the spurious coupled modes only when either （1） the observations at the grid points are spatially uncorrelated, or （2） the coupled signal is very strong for parallel analysis and is not weak for random-phase test. The reasons affecting the accuracy of the test rules are discussed.

Different timing for abdominal paracentesis catheter placement and drainage in severe acute pancreatitis complicated by intraabdominal fluid accumulation

BACKGROUND Non-surgical methods such as percutaneous drainage are crucial for the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).However,there is still an ongoing debate regarding the optimal timing for abdominal paracentesis catheter place-ment and drainage.AIM To explore the influence of different timing for abdominal paracentesis catheter placement and drainage in SAP complicated by intra-abdominal fluid accumu-lation.METHODS Using a retrospective approach,184 cases of SAP complicated by intra-abdominal fluid accumulation were enrolled and categorized into three groups based on the timing of catheter placement:group A(catheter placement within 2 d of symptom onset,n=89),group B(catheter placement between days 3 and 5 after symptom onset,n=55),and group C(catheter placement between days 6 and 7 after symptom onset,n=40).The differences in progression rate,mortality rate,and the number of cases with organ dysfunction were compared among the three groups.RESULTS The progression rate of group A was significantly lower than those in groups B and groups C(2.25%vs 21.82%and 32.50%,P<0.05).Further,the proportion of patients with at least one organ dysfunction in group A was significantly lower than those in groups B and groups C(41.57%vs 70.91%and 75.00%,P<0.05).The mortality rates in group A,group B,and group C were similar(P>0.05).At postoperative day 3,the levels of C-reactive protein(55.41±19.32 mg/L vs 82.25±20.41 mg/L and 88.65±19.14 mg/L,P<0.05),procalcitonin(1.36±0.51 ng/mL vs 3.20±0.97 ng/mL and 3.41±0.98 ng/mL,P<0.05),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(15.12±6.63 pg/L vs 22.26±9.96 pg/L and 23.39±9.12 pg/L,P<0.05),interleukin-6(332.14±90.16 ng/L vs 412.20±88.50 ng/L and 420.08±87.65ng/L,P<0.05),interleukin-8(415.54±68.43 ng/L vs 505.80±66.90 ng/L and 510.43±68.23ng/L,P<0.05)and serum amyloid A(270.06±78.49 mg/L vs 344.41±81.96 mg/L and 350.60±80.42 mg/L,P<0.05)were significantly lower in group A compared to those in groups B and group C.The length of hospital stay in group A was significantly lower than those in groups B and group C(24.50±4.16 d vs 35.54±6.62 d and 38.89±7.10 d,P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses in group A were also significantly lower than those in groups B and groups C[2.70(1.20,3.55)ten-thousand-yuan vs 5.50(2.98,7.12)ten-thousand-yuan and 6.00(3.10,8.05)ten-thousand-yuan,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was markedly lower than that in group C(5.62%vs 25.00%,P<0.05),and similar to group B(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Percutaneous catheter drainage for the treatment of SAP complicated by intra-abdominal fluid accumulation is most effective when performed within 2 d of onset.

Factor value determination and applicability evaluation of universal soil loss equation in granite gneiss region

Six types of runoff plots were set up and an experimental study was carried out to examine natural rate of soil and water loss in the granite gneiss region of northern Jiangsu Province in China. Through correlation analysis of runoff and soil loss during 364 rainfall events, a simplified and convenient mathematical formula suitable for calculating the rainfall erosivity factor （R） for the local region was established. Other factors of the universal soil loss equation （USLE model） were also determined. Relative error analysis of the soil loss of various plots calculated by the USLE model on the basis of the observed values showed that the relative error ranged from -3.5% to 9.9% and the confidence level was more than 90%. In addition, the relative error was 5.64% for the terraced field and 12.36% for the sloping field in the practical application. Thus, the confidence level was above 87.64%. These results provide a scientific basis for forecasting and monitoring soil and water loss, for comprehensive management of small watersheds, and for soil and water conservation planning in the region.

Clinical Application Significance of Nutritional Support Therapy in Patients with End-stage Malignant Tumor

To analyze the effect of nutritional support on clinical efficacy in patients with end-stage malignant tumors.Sample data collection was conducted from April 2015 to July 2017.54 patients with end-stage malignant tumors were enrolled in the study.They were divided into reference group(n=27)and experimental group(n=27)by double-blind method.Conventional treatment was used in the reference group,while nutritional support therapy was used in the experimental group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Post-treatment effect of the experimental group and the reference group was compared using the parameters including total adverse reaction value,cancer-related fatigue score,quality of life,A/G,AS:AL,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),anorexia score,ALB,and uric acid(UA).The parameters such as A/G,AS:AL,ALP,BUN,anorexia score,ALB,and UA were also used to compare between pre-and post-treatment.The value of P<0.05 was used to indicate the statistical significance of the test.Conclusion:Nutritional support therapy had a superior effect in patients with end-stage malignant tumors.

Effects of Different Irrigation and Nitrogen Application Regimes on Cook-ing Quality of Chinese Noodle in Winter Wheat

Two wheat cultivars, strong-gluten Yumai66 and medium-strong-gluten Yumai49, were usedto test the effects of irrigation and nitrogen application regimes on cooking quality ofChinese noodle in 2001-2002. The results showed that both in Yumai49 and Yumai66, valueof total organic matter (TOM) of noodle and noodle cooking loss rate ranked the firstwhile noodle score (NS) ranked the lowest in treatments without any nitrogen application.As nitrogen application rate increased, TOM value decreased but NS increased. The lowestTOM and the highest NS existed for treatments with 225 and 150 kg N ha-1 in Yumai49 andYumai66, respectively. Increasing irrigation resulted in greater TOM and NS, but lessbroken noodles. However, no significant difference was found in NS among differentirrigation treatments. Significant difference was found in TOM, NS, breaking rate andwater absorption rate of noodle between these two cultivars. Yumai49, with an average TOMvalue of 1.19 g and NS of 88.5, was better than Yumai66, with an average TOM value of1.55 and NS of 85.7. Interaction in TOM value was found between irrigation and nitrogenapplication. Effects of nitrogen fertilization were greater than that of irrigation inYumai49, while in Yumai66 the other way round. It is suggested, therefore, thosedifferent irrigation and nitrogen application regimes be chosen in production practicebased upon cultivar quality traits.

Evaluation of Application Value of Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the Clinical Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases

Objective:To explore the application value of brain natriuretic peptide in the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:Choose 48 patients with cardiovascular diseases treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 and divide them into the treatment group and control group according to different treatment drugs and there are 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with astragaloside IV,and the treatment group was treated with brain natriuretic peptide.Then compare their treatment effect,rehospitalization rate,the time of angina pectoris induced by exercise,the concentration of serum brain natriuretic peptide in patients under different cardiac function status between two groups.Results:The clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group.The readmission rate was lower than the control group.The time of inducing angina pectoris by exercise was longer than the control group.The concentration of brain natriuretic peptide of the patients under different cardiac function status was better improved than the control group.The difference between them was significant(P<0.05)and has statistical significance.Conclusion:It is of great significance to use brain natriuretic peptide in patients with cardiovascular disease which can improve the treatment effect,reduce the readmission rate of patients,prolong the time of angina induced by exercise,improve the concentration of brain natriuretic peptide of the patients in different cardiac functional status and provide a outstanding basis for patients in clinical treatment of the disease.

Application value of 3D printing assisted pedicle screw placement in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fractures

Objective:To evaluate the value of 3D printing assisted pedicle screw placement in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fractures.Methods: 56 cases of thoracolumbar spinal fractures patients underwent 3D printing assisted pedicle screw placement (study group) and another 56 cases of thoracolumbar spinal fractures patients underwent conventional screw placement (control group) in our department from February 2016 to September 2017 were selected. Then the surgical related indicators, JOA score, the reduction of injured vertebrae and complications were recorded and compared between groups at different time points, including, before operation (T0), postoperative 1mon (T1), postoperative 6mon (T2) and postoperative 12mon (T3).Results: The operation time, intraoperative X-ray fluoroscopy frequency and intraoperative blood loss in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), meanwhile the accuracy rate of screw placement was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). JOA scores at T1, T2 and T3 in both groups were significantly higher than those at T0 (P<0.05), and JOA scores at all postoperative time points in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with T0, the ratio of the anterior and posterior border height of injured vertebrae in the two groups at T2 was significantly increased (P<0.05), while the Cobb Angle of sagittal kyphoid significantly was decreased (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the reduction of injured vertebrae in the study group was significantly better than that the control group at T2 (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of 3D printing assisted pedicle screw placement in the treatment has the advantages of less injury to patients, good prognosis and high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
