The“Park City”concept presents a new,urban development model that can be used as a guide for planning the growth of a city.Advancing the transformation of Chengdu into a park city is an important and unique strategi...The“Park City”concept presents a new,urban development model that can be used as a guide for planning the growth of a city.Advancing the transformation of Chengdu into a park city is an important and unique strategic option for maintaining and strengthening the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.The construction of a park city in Chengdu has many potentially positive and favorable outcomes,including maintaining natural ecosystems while improving biodiversity,livability,and enhancing the city’s historical and cultural heritage,all while establishing Chengdu as a national leader for this new urban development model.In recent years,park city scenescape modeling and the resulting ecological value transformations have been analyzed through theory,mechanism designs,and limited practice,but throughout the explorations on scenescape building and ecological value transformations,the actual construction of a park city is still facing many problems.This article argues that Chengdu should take lessons from the advanced experience in urban ecological construction efforts of other cities,both in China and overseas,focusing on sustained scenescape building,theoretical research in ecological value transformations,establishing meaningful and compatible interaction mechanisms between ecological value transformations and capital markets,improving the levels of planning and designing needed for scenescape building,establishing innovative scenescape building and ecological value transformations management systems and mechanisms,and cultivating park city scenescape brands.Related and detailed scenescape building and ecological value transformation measurement and policy suggestions are also provided in this article.展开更多

The measurement results of XRD indicate that the nano-scale Ni (OH) 2 prepared at different transform...The influence of transforming pH values on the electrochemical performance of nano-scale Ni (OH)2 was analyzed. The measurement results of XRD indicate that the nano-scale Ni (OH) 2 prepared at different transformations of pH value is β ( Ⅱ )-phase with different crystal lattice parameters. Cyclic voltammograms (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) measurement results show that transformations of pH value affect the proton diffusion coefficient (D) and charge-transfer resistance (Re,) of the material. The simulation of.cell experiment shows that the sample prepared at a pH of 10. 1 exhibits the maximum specific capacity (327.8 mAh/g) and higher discharge platform, the discharge performance of electrodes depends on both D and Rct, so the kinetics characteristics that electrodes reaction is controlled by both mass-transfer step and charge- transfer step are put forward.展开更多

This work is aimed at developing an effective method for defect recognition in thermosonic imaging.The heat mechanism of thermosonic imaging is introduced,and the problem for defect recognition is discussed.For this p...This work is aimed at developing an effective method for defect recognition in thermosonic imaging.The heat mechanism of thermosonic imaging is introduced,and the problem for defect recognition is discussed.For this purpose,defect existing in the inner wall of a metal pipeline specimen and defects embedded in a carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) laminate are tested.The experimental data are processed by pulse phase thermography(PPT) method to show the phase images at different frequencies,and the characteristic of phase angle vs frequency curve of thermal anomalies and sound area is analyzed.A binary image,which is based on the characteristic value of defects,is obtained by a new recognition algorithm to show the defects.Results demonstrate good defect recognition performance for thermosonic imaging,and the reliability of this technique can be improved by the method.展开更多
