The results showed that ozone was mainly distributed in 15-35 km in atmosphere in Lhasa; the peak value by inversion was in 21-25 km; by comparison of ozone vertical distribution in Lhasa, it can be concluded that ozone differs insignificantly in middle-to-high layers in stratosphere and the distribution is similar over 36 km. The difference can be observed from the fact that ozone concentration is higher in winter and spring compared with summer and autumn from ground to the height at 21 km. In recent 4 years, annual average of total ozone in Lhasa was of little variations and extreme values of ozone appeared in winter and spring. Monthly averages were lower in August and September, and the lower value of ozone kept longer in 2008 for 23 d.展开更多

[Method] Characters of temperature variation in solar greenhouse and minimal temperature forecast models in winter were analyzed based on meteorological data inside and outside of solar greenhouse in winter during 2008-2011, as per correlation and stepwise regression method. [Result] Temperature was of significant changes in solar greenhouse in sunny and cloudy days and the change was higher in sunny days. In overcast days, temperature in solar greenhouse was lower and plants were affected seriously. In addition, the minimal temperature was of good correlation with outside temperature and humidity, temperature and soil temperature in greenhouse. [Conclusion] The minimal temperature forecast model of solar greenhouse is established and the average absolute error of the forecasted minimums in different types of weather was less than 1 ℃ and the average relative error was lower than 10%.展开更多

In many plants, these cues and their functions are poorly understood.Deciphering the interactions between floral cues and pollinators is crucial for analyzing the reproductive success of flowering plants. In this study, we examined the composition of the fetid floral scents produced by several Stemona species, including nine S. tuberosa populations from across China, using dynamic headspace adsorption, gas chromatography, and mass spectrometry techniques. We compared variations in floral phenotype, including floral longevity, nectar rewards, pollinator behavior, and flower length and color among the Stemona species. Of the 54 scent compounds identified, the major compounds include fetid dimethyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulfide, 1-pyrroline, butyric acid, p-cresol,isoamyl alcohol, and indole. We detected striking differentiation in floral scent at both the species and population level, and even within a population of plants with different colored flowers. Floral characteristics related to sapromyophily and deceptive pollination, including flower color mimicking livor mortis and a lack of nectar, were found in five Stemona species, indicating that Stemona is a typical sapromyophilous taxon. Species of this monocot genus might employ evolutionary tactics to exploit saprophilous flies for pollination.展开更多
