To realize the stabilization and the tracking of flight control for an air-breathing hypersonic cruise vehicle, the linearization of the longitudinal model under trimmed cruise condition is processed firstly. Furthermore, the flight control problem is formulated as a robust model tracking control problem. And then, based on the robust parametric approach, eigenstructure assignment and reference model tracking theory, a parametric optimization method for robust controller design is presented. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

Identification of accident black spots has gained tremendous popularity among road agencies and safety specialists for evaluating and subsequently enhancing road traffic safety. However, there is still limited understanding of the internal relationship between black spots and microscopic vehicle kinetic parameters. To address this gap, this paper describes a project that was undertaken using the real-time tire force data(kinetic response)obtained from road experiments on Wenli Expressway.First, factor analysis was applied to extracted three independent indicators(power-braking,handling stability, and ride comfort)from seven original kinetic indicators with multiple collinearities.Afterward, the main indicators were given vehicle kinetic meaning by analyzing the characteristics of original indicators associated with them.A compelling correlation was established among kinetic parameters, vehicle running qualities, and accident risk.Additionally,an integrated evaluation framework was established to identify accident black spots based on applying ordered logit models and PLS-entropy-TOPSIS approaches. The recognition results exhibited that the overall recognition accuracy obtained by the latter was found to be comparable to that achieved using the previous one.The compound evaluation model proposed in this paper has been proven to present many advantages for black spot identification. It is evidently clear from the findings that the vehicle kinetic parameters have significant correlations with road accident risk. This paper could provide some insightful knowledge for identifying and preventing the black spots from ameliorating traffic safety. 展开更多

With an advanced foreign hydraulic automatic transmission as the objective,an analytical method for the gear-shifting schedule is proposed.First the demanded maximum gradient of test is estimated. Then a test scheme and analytical procedure is formulated by initial test and hypothetical shift parameters. Finally through gear-shifting tests under different road conditions, load, accelerator pedal position limitation, throttle opening and output shaft speed are found to be the gear-shifting parameters.Under a common road condition, the gear-shifting schedule is a double-parameter schedule.Based on the driver's demands on braking and dynamic performance, different shift schedules are made under downhill, uphill and quick releasing acceleration pedal conditions. The operation criteria of down-shift schedule on abrupt grade are proposed. 展开更多

This article proposes a linear parameter varying (LPV) switching tracking control scheme for a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle (FAHV). First, a polytopic LPV model is constructed to represent the complex nonlinear longitudinal model of the FAHV by using Jacobian linearization and tensor-product (T-P) model transformation approach. Second, for less conservative controller design purpose, the flight envelope is divided into four sub-regions and a non-fragile LPV controller is designed for each parameter sub-region. These non-fragile LPV controllers are then switched in order to guarantee the closed-loop FAHV system to be asymptotically stable and satisfy a specified performance criterion. The desired non-fragile LPV switching controller is found by solving a convex constraint problem which can be efficiently solved using available linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques, and robust stability analysis of the closed-loop FAHV system is verified based on multiple Lypapunov functions (MLFs). Finally, numerical simulations have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多
