Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of patients with ulcerative colitis receiving Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets.Methods:49 cases were selected from ulcerative colitis patients who attended the clinic from February 2021 to November 2022,and were randomly grouped into group A for addition of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets treatment,and group B for conventional medication.The efficacy,inflammatory factors,nutritional indexes,and adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results:The efficacy of UC patients in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05);the inflammatory factors in group A were lower than that in group B(P<0.05);nutritional indicators in group A were higher than that in group B(P<0.05);and the adverse reactions of medication in UC patients in group A were lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of UC patients with the addition of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets can improve the nutritional status of the organism,inhibit the progression of inflammation,and is safe and efficient in treating ulcerative colitis. 展开更多

The objective of this study is to investigate the immune-enhancing ability of viable and heat-killed Weissella cibaria JW15(JW15)isolated from Kimchi in RAW 264.7 macrophages.The immune effects were evaluated by measuring the production of NO,cytokines,inflammatory enzyme,and activation of NF-κB.Viable JW15 executed higher activity on stimulating the release of TNF-αas well as activating NF-κB compared to that of heatkilled JW15.Additionally,viable and heat-killed JW15 significantly increased the production of NO,IL-6 and TNF-αmore than that of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG(LGG).Furthermore,viable JW15 induced higher production of i NOS compared with that of viable LGG.Collectively,our finding indicates that viable JW15 had similar,if not more,immune-enhancing activities as heat-killed JW15.In addition,viable JW15 had higher immune-enhancing activity than commercial strain LGG.Therefore,viable JW15 has the potential to be used as a functional food to improve the host immune response. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Lidan Tuihuang formula combined with Peifeikang and blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. METHODS: a total of 140 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with blue light irradiation and oral Bifid Lriple Viable, on the basis of conventional clinical interventions. The observation group was treated with Lidan Tuihuang formula on the basis of the control group. After 7 days of treatment, the scores of clinical symptom(skin yellowness, reduced milk volume, constipation, abdominal distension) and level of serum bilirubin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions and clinical recurrence of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: After treatment, the effective rate was 94.3% in the observation group which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.1%)(P < 0.05). The degree of yellowing of the skin, the reduction of the amount of milk, the concentration of constipation and the distension of bloating were all significantly reduced in the 2 groups after treatment(P < 0.05), and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The level of serum bilirubin was significantly lower in the 2 groups after treatment and even for 2 weeks after treatment(P < 0.05). The improvement level of serum bilirubin in the observation group after treatment and even for 2 weeks after treatment were significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was 8.7%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 22.2 %(P < 0.05); No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. CONCLUSION: The combination of Lidan Tuihuang Formular, Bifid Lriple Viable, blue light irradiation for neonatal jaundice can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of children, reduce the level of serum bilirubin and shorten the treatment time, with no obvious adverse reactions and high clinical safety. 展开更多

The patient in the control group were treated with blue light and the patients in the observation group were treated with Yinzhihuang granules, Blue light irradiation combined with Bifid Triple Viable Capsules. Biochemical parameters [TBA (total bile acid), TSB (serum total bilirubin), DB (Direct bilirubin) and TCB (Percutaneous jaundice index)], nerve factor [NSE (neuronspecific enolase), Aβ(βamyloid protein) and S100B (Astrocyte derived protein)] and myocardial enzyme spectrum [LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), CK (creatine kinase) and CK-MB (isoenzymes of creatine kinase)], liver function [ALT (Alanine aminotransferase) and AST (glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase)] and renal function (BUN and Cr) were detected and analyzed before and after treatment. Results:The comparison of Biochemical parameters, nerve factor and myocardial enzymes, liver function and renal function in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Biochemical parameters (TBA, TSB, TCB and DB), nerve factor (NSE, Aβand S100B) and myocardial enzyme spectrum (LDH, CK and CK-MB), liver function (ALT and AST) and renal function [BUN (urea nitrogen) and Cr (creatinine)] in both groups after treatment significantly decreased compared with that before treatment. The changes were statistically significant (P<0.05). Biochemical parameters (TBA, TSB, TCB and DB), nerve factor (NSE, Aβand S100B) and myocardial enzyme spectrum (LDH, CK and CK-MB), liver function (ALT and AST) and renal function (BUN and Cr) in observation group after treatment decreased more significantly compared with that in control group. The difference between two groups was considered to be statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Yinzhihuang granules, Blue light irradiation combined with Bifid Triple Viable Capsules could regulate the Biochemical parameters, protect nerve function and cardiac muscle cells and improve liver and kidney function in newborns with jaundice. So it has a very important clinical significance of the treatment to neonatal jaundice. 展开更多

For this purpose, we develop the generalized hydrostatic equi- librium equation for charged perfect fluid distribution of compact stars and perturb it by means of local density perturbation scheme to check the stability of inner matter configuration. We investigate the cracking of Her X-I, PSR 1937+21, PSR J 1614-2230, PSR J 0348+0432 and B.X J 1856-37. We conclude that PSR J 0348+0432 and RX J 1856-37 exhibit cracking when charge is introduced on these astrophysical objects. 展开更多

When the loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)assay is used for detecting target genes,DNA extraction is unnecessary in many cases.Simple pretreatment(e.g.heating)is enough to obtain rather sensitive responses.Even test samples without any pretreatment can be used as template.This feature suggests that LAMP is superior to PCR in developing point-of-care test strategies.In this study,using Stx1 gene from E.coli as model,we verified that viable cells,dead cells and extracellular DNA could function as template in the LAMP assay.In the incubation at 63℃,viable bacteria in the LAMP reaction mixture lysed completely within 2 min,providing DNA template for nucleic acid amplification.The Stx1 gene in diluted culture medium,spiked tap water,spiked seawater and real seawater all could be detected,with or without the step of DNA extraction.We found that the complex substances in real sample(e.g.natural seawater)exhibited considerable inhibitory effect on the sensitivity of the LAMP assay.These outcomes are meaningful for building a point-of-care strategy by employing the LAMP assay for environmental monitoring,bio-resource surveys,food safety,etc.in particular those based on environmental DNA. 展开更多

Methods: Patients with cirrhosis combined with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis who were treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shehong County between March 2015 and October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group who accepted triple viable capsule combined with antibiotic therapy and the control group who accepted conventional symptomatic treatment. The levels of inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier markers in serum as well as the number of intestinal flora in feces were detected before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results: Compared with those of same group before treatment, PCT, CRP, sTREM-1, MCP-1, TNF-α, IFN-γ, DAO, D-lactic acid, LPS, Occludin and ZO-1 levels in serum as well as the number of enterobacter and enterococcus in feces of both groups of patients were lower whereas the number of bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and clostridium leptum were higher after treatment, and PCT, CRP, sTREM-1, MCP-1, TNF-α, IFN-γ, DAO, D-lactic acid, LPS, Occludin and ZO-1 levels in serum as well as the number of enterobacter and enterococcus in feces of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group whereas the number of bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and clostridium leptum were higher than those of control group. Conclusion: Triple viable capsule combined with antibiotic therapy can inhibit the secretion of inflammatory cytokines and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. 展开更多

Viable Myocardium Impact on Left Ventricular Function after Late Revascularization of Infarct-related Artery in Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objectives The long-term benefit of late reperfusion of infarct-related artery (IRA) after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is controversial, and the benefit mechanisms remain uncertain. Low dose dobutamine stress echocardiography (LDSE) can identify viable myocardium and predict improvement of wall motion after revascularization. Methods Sixtynine patients with first AMI who did not received early reperfusion therapy were studied by LDSE at 5 to 10 days after AMI. Wall motion abnormality and left ventricular size were measured at the same time. Successful PCI were done in all patients at 10 to 21 days after AMI onset. Patients were divided in two groups based on the presence or absence of viable myocardium. Echocardiography was repeated six months later. Results There were 157 motion abnormality segments. 89 segments (57%) were viable during LDSE. 26 patients (38%) with viability and 43 (62%) without. In viable group, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was increased (P 〈 0.05), and left ventricular end systolic volume index (LVESVI) and wall motion score (WMS) were decreased (P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01) significantly at 6 months compared with baseline. But in patients without viability, LVEF was decreased (P 〈 0.01), and LVESVI and left ventricular end diastolic volume index (LVEDVI) were increased (P 〈 0.05) significantly after 6 months, and the WMS did not changed (P 〉 0.05 ). LVEF increased (P 〈 0.05 ) and WMS decreased (P 〈 0.05) on LDSE during acute phase in patients with viability, but they were not changed in the nonviable group. Conclusions Late revascularization of IRA in patients with presence of viable myocardium after AMI is associated with long-term preservation left ventricular function and less ventricular remodeling. Improvement of left ventricular systolic function on LDSE indicates late phase recovery of left ventricular function after late revascularization. 展开更多

This paper discusses the relations between mass media and urban tribes, by Stafford Beer's viable system model (VSM). During 1950-2010, the influence of media and advertising over individual decision-making processes has deepened of age range to which have targeted advertising and expanded for Western world, leading the culture diversity, naturally given, toward only one standardized culture prevailing nowadays. In the 1960s they were the women, then the young people during 1970s, and then children in the 1980s and during the 1990s over early childhood, when we learnt to speak (3 years old), achieving brand loyalty among very young children and the brands of products for this age group. From this perspective, urban tribes have taken control of the lives of young people, offering a false freedom, at the moment of choosing "How to be yourself" from options given in the market as a "catalogue of predesigned identities". A phenomenon is so complex, so it requires a holistic framework able to make explicit its components and relations between them and the relationship with internal and external environment. In particular, the VSM provides a way to analyze communication's problems thus clarifying: how, when and where, repair and controlling into the organization, identifying strategies to improve decision-making. Given the recursive nature of the VSM, it is possible to navigate within the phenomenon, through different recursions' levels. It will help to define more assertive and effective policies by health authorities, education and government in general, and also help someone among young people to see themselves inside of a dynamic consumption and thus can leave the domain and enter into a recta-domain, with more wisdom and consciousness. 展开更多

The level of IL-6, CRP, TNF-α and T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups was compared before treatment (T0), after treatment for 1 month (T1), after treatment for 3 months (T2).Results: (1) The levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α at T1 serum were lower than those in T0 in both groups, the levels of serum IL-6, CRP and TNF-α at T2 were lower than those of T0 and T1, these three levels in different time points were statistical significant difference;The levels of serum IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in observation group at T1 and T2 were significantly lower than those in control group, there was significant difference in both groups;(2)The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ at T1 were higher than T0 in two groups, The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ at T2 were superior than at T0 and T1. The level of CD8+ at T1 was below at T0, The level of CD8+ at T2 was inferior than those in T0 and T1, The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ at different time points were significant difference. The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ /CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group T1 and T2, CD8+ level was significantly lower than that in the control group at T1 and T2, difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Bifidobacterium triple viable powder adjuvant treatment ulcerative colitis was good for inhibiting body inflammatory response and improve immune function. 展开更多

荔枝剪枝堆肥和蚯蚓粪作为巨大普里斯特氏菌载体的研究

为探讨荔枝茎秆堆肥与蚯蚓粪替代草炭作为巨大普里斯特氏菌载体的可行性,以荔枝剪枝堆肥、蚯蚓粪和草炭为原料构建6种微生物载体(ST1、ST2、ST3、ST4、ST5、ST6,三者质量比分别为6∶2∶2、4∶2∶4、2∶2∶6、6∶3∶1、4∶3∶3、2∶3∶5)... 为探讨荔枝茎秆堆肥与蚯蚓粪替代草炭作为巨大普里斯特氏菌载体的可行性,以荔枝剪枝堆肥、蚯蚓粪和草炭为原料构建6种微生物载体(ST1、ST2、ST3、ST4、ST5、ST6,三者质量比分别为6∶2∶2、4∶2∶4、2∶2∶6、6∶3∶1、4∶3∶3、2∶3∶5),以草炭为对照,巨大普里斯特氏菌为目标微生物,动态监测载体中有效活菌数,获得适宜巨大普里斯特氏菌存活的载体;在此基础上,分别设置含水量20%、30%、40%,温度20、30、40、50℃和接种浓度10^(6)、10^(7)、10^(8)cfu·mL^(-1),动态监测载体中有效活菌数,优化载体含水量、温度和接种浓度。结果表明:随着培养时间的延长,各载体中活菌数均呈先降低后升高的趋势,其中ST2、ST5载体长期培养后活菌数高,且草炭添加量低,是适宜的巨大普里斯特氏菌载体。随着载体含水量、温度的升高,培养的60 d过程中ST2和ST5载体活菌数均呈先升高后降低的趋势,在30%含水量(ST22.46×10^(8)cfu·g^(-1)、ST51.81×10^(8)cfu·g^(-1))以及30℃(ST23.44×10^(8)cfu·g^(-1)、ST51.87×10^(8)cfu·g^(-1))、40℃(ST28.50×10^(7)cfu·g^(-1)、ST57.13×10^(7)cfu·g^(-1))温度下的活菌数最高。此外,各培养时期的载体活菌数均随着接种浓度的升高而升高,培养60 d后,ST2、ST5载体活菌数分别达3.63×10^(8)、3.33×10^(8)cfu·g^(-1)。研究表明,载体ST2和ST5适宜代替草炭作为巨大普里斯特氏菌的载体,且在30%载体含水量、30~40℃温度和10^(8)cfu·mL^(-1)接种浓度下效果最佳。 展开更多

目的:探索获得侧孢短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)最大活菌数的最佳培养基成分及培养条件。方法:在建立MTT比色法与平板计数法的相关回归方程基础上,对获得最大活菌数的侧孢短芽孢杆菌最适培养基成分(碳源、氮源、无机盐)和培... 目的:探索获得侧孢短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)最大活菌数的最佳培养基成分及培养条件。方法:在建立MTT比色法与平板计数法的相关回归方程基础上,对获得最大活菌数的侧孢短芽孢杆菌最适培养基成分(碳源、氮源、无机盐)和培养条件(初始pH、温度、接种量、磷酸二氢钾)进行优化。结果:MTT比色法与平板计数法对活菌数测定结果表现出显著的线性关联(R^(2)>0.999);麦芽糖、氯化钙、初始pH、磷酸二氢钾为显著影响因子,最佳发酵条件为麦芽糖8.75 g/L,氯化钙0.17 g/L,初始pH 7.07、磷酸二氢钾3.73 g/L,此条件下活菌数为8.12×10^(8)CFU/mL,与理论活菌数(8.25×10^(8)CFU/mL)无显著差异。结论:基于MTT比色和响应面法优化侧孢短芽孢杆菌最大活菌数培养条件,优化后的活菌数较优化前提高了3.02倍。 展开更多

目的:观察双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美罗培南治疗新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)的效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2022年11月该院收治的116例NEC患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各58例。对照组采用美罗培南治疗,... 目的:观察双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美罗培南治疗新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)的效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2022年11月该院收治的116例NEC患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各58例。对照组采用美罗培南治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间,治疗前后炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]水平、肠道菌群分布指标水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为89.66%(52/58),高于对照组的75.86%(44/58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组呕吐缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、大便性状和次数恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、PCT、IL-10水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组杆菌总数、球菌总数、球杆菌比值均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美罗培南治疗NEC可提高治疗总有效率,缩短临床症状改善时间,改善肠道菌群分布指标水平,降低炎性因子水平,其效果优于单纯美罗培南治疗。 展开更多

目的:基于血糖漂移、脂肪细胞炎症反应、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)通路,探讨利拉鲁肽+双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊用于胰岛素+口服药疗效不佳的肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的效果与机制。方法:前瞻性选取2022年6月至2023年6月该院收... 目的:基于血糖漂移、脂肪细胞炎症反应、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)通路,探讨利拉鲁肽+双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊用于胰岛素+口服药疗效不佳的肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的效果与机制。方法:前瞻性选取2022年6月至2023年6月该院收治的胰岛素+口服药疗效不佳的肥胖T2DM患者980例,采用单盲法,以随机数字表法分为利拉鲁肽组、联合组,各490例。两组患者均给予胰岛素+口服药;在此基础上,利拉鲁肽组患者给予利拉鲁肽,联合组患者给予利拉鲁肽+双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。比较两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖(2 hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、C肽、血糖漂移、平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、血糖曲线下面积(AUCPG)、脂肪细胞炎症反应指标[分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(sfrp5)、内脂素(Visfatin)、趋化素(Chemerin)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)]、PI3K/Akt通路[磷酸化PI3K(P-PI3K)、磷酸化Akt(P-Akt)和核因子κB(NF-κB)]及安全性。结果:治疗4、12周后,联合组患者空腹血糖、2 hBG和HbA1c水平低于利拉鲁肽组,BMI、HOMA-IR低于利拉鲁肽组,C肽水平高于利拉鲁肽组,血糖漂移系数、血糖漂移最大幅度、MAGE和AUCPG>7.8 mmol/L低于利拉鲁肽组,sfrp5水平高于利拉鲁肽组,Visfatin、Chemerin、TNF-α和IL-6水平低于利拉鲁肽组,P-PI3K、P-Akt水平高于利拉鲁肽组,NF-κB水平低于利拉鲁肽组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。利拉鲁肽组患者的不良反应发生率为1.22%(6/490),与联合组的0.61%(3/490)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利拉鲁肽+双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊用于胰岛素+口服药疗效不佳的肥胖T2DM患者,能发挥降糖和减重双重作用,改善患者血糖漂移、胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能,抑制脂肪细胞炎症反应,调控PI3K/Akt通路,安全可靠,或可作为胰岛素+口服药疗效不佳的肥胖T2DM患者的一个治疗选择。 展开更多

目的:探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合吡拉西坦对重症脑出血患者胃肠功能及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2021—2022年该院治疗的重症脑出血患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组24例、研究组26例。对照组患者给予吡拉西坦进行治疗,研究组患者... 目的:探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合吡拉西坦对重症脑出血患者胃肠功能及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2021—2022年该院治疗的重症脑出血患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组24例、研究组26例。对照组患者给予吡拉西坦进行治疗,研究组患者给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合吡拉西坦进行治疗。检测两组患者的脑血管平均流速、脑血管平均流量、血管外周阻力和动态阻力水平;采用格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、日常生活活动评分(ADL)评估患者昏迷程度及日常生活能力;检测乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、D-乳酸(D-LC)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、神经肽Y(NPY)和铁蛋白水平;采用美国国立卫生院卒中神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)评估患者神经功能缺损情况;对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者脑血管平均流速、脑血管平均流量水平、GCS和ADL评分高于对照组;血管外周阻力、动态阻力,D-LC、DAO、NPY、铁蛋白水平和NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的总有效率为92.31%(24/26),高于对照组的66.67%(16/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片与吡拉西坦联合治疗,能显著恢复重症脑出血患者的胃肠功能及神经功能,改善脑血管功能,恢复肠道菌群平衡,提升患者意识状态,提高日常生活能力,临床治疗效果显著。 展开更多

目的:研究小儿推拿联合口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对脾虚型非感染性腹泻儿童肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年4月就诊于福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院以及福建省儿童医院的60例脾虚型非感染性腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组... 目的:研究小儿推拿联合口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对脾虚型非感染性腹泻儿童肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年4月就诊于福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院以及福建省儿童医院的60例脾虚型非感染性腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组患儿以推拿联合口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,对照组患儿单纯给予口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后肠道菌群肠杆菌属、肠球菌属、乳杆菌属、双歧杆菌属的数值。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的大便次数、性状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿肠杆菌属、肠球菌属数值低于对照组,乳杆菌属、双歧杆菌属数值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿肠道菌群指数丰富度指数(Chao1)以及多样性指数(Shannon)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿联合口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗脾虚型非感染性腹泻的效果优于单纯口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,有助于改善患儿病情,且安全可靠。 展开更多

在可行能力理论和可持续生计框架的基础上,构建了“返贫风险识别-返贫风险应对-可行能力发展”的分析框架。在此框架的指导下,基于云南省昭通市M跨县搬迁安置区的实地调研,分析脱贫农户返贫风险治理中存在的问题,并提出优化路径。研究发... 在可行能力理论和可持续生计框架的基础上,构建了“返贫风险识别-返贫风险应对-可行能力发展”的分析框架。在此框架的指导下,基于云南省昭通市M跨县搬迁安置区的实地调研,分析脱贫农户返贫风险治理中存在的问题,并提出优化路径。研究发现,脱贫农户面临多重返贫风险,生计转型困难;安置区产业与就业不匹配,脱贫农户缺乏就近就业机会;基层网格员数据采集困难,动态监测评估指标滞后;脱贫农户内生动力不足,可行能力发展困难。针对这些问题,应建立“以建立防止返贫动态监测机制为基础,以促进脱贫农户增收为根本要求,以推动县域产业发展为主攻方向,以增强脱贫农户可行能力、实现全面发展为核心”的返贫风险治理体系,促进巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接。 展开更多
