Cyber-Physical-Social System Between a Humanoid Robot and a Virtual Human Through a Shared Platform for Adaptive Agent Ecology 被引量:3

The agents are integrated in the form of a cyber-physica... Two artificial agents(a humanoid robot and a virtual human) are enriched with various similar intelligence,autonomy, functionalities and interaction modalities. The agents are integrated in the form of a cyber-physical-social system(CPSS) through a shared communication platform to create a social ecology. In the ecology, the agents collaborate(assist each other) to perform a real-world task(search for a hidden object)for the benefits of humans. A robot-virtual human bilateral trust model is derived and a real-time trust measurement method is developed. The role of taking initiative in the collaboration is switched between the agents following a finite state machine model triggered by bilateral trust, which results in a mixedinitiative collaboration. A scheme is developed to evaluate the performance of the agents in the ecology through the CPSS.The results show that the robot and the virtual human perform satisfactorily in the collaboration through the CPSS. The results thus prove the effectiveness of the real-world ecology between artificial agents of heterogeneous realities through a shared platform based on trust-triggered mixed-initiatives. The results can help develop adaptive social ecology comprising intelligent agents of heterogeneous realities to assist humans in various tasks through collaboration between the agents in the form of a CPSS. 展开更多

Based on the theory of space coordinate transformation, kinematics equat!ons of RFP are formulated; followed by applying a method of modeling using 3DMAX software to build an RFP's 3D geometric model before a 3D kinematics simulation system of RFP is completed based on virtual reality technology and Open Inventor VC + +. Test results have indicated that this system can perform RFP's kinematics simulation in virtual environment. It can also imitate RFP's motion states and environmental features well. Moreover, not only can better real-time performances and interactions be achieved but also operator's vision telepresence be enhanced, therefore this approach may help lay the foundation for the realization of RFP's teleoperation with vision telepresence. 展开更多

It is absolutely critical that trusted configuration management which significantly affects trust chain establishment, sealing storage and remote attestation, especially in trusted virtualization platform like Xen whose system configuration changes easily. TPM (trusted platform module) context manager is presented to carry out dynamic configuration management for virtual machine. It manages the TPM command requests and VM (virtual machine) configurations. The dynamic configuration representa- tion method based on Merkle hash tree is explicitly proposed against TCG (trusted computing group) static configuration representation. It reflects the true VM status in real time even if the configuration has changed, and it eliminates the invalidation of configuration representation, sealing storage and remote attestation. TPM context manager supports TCG storage protection, remote attestation etc, which greatly enhances the security on trusted virtualization platform. 展开更多

To simulate the satellite launch mission under a general platform which could be used in a full-digital mode as well as in a semi-physical way, is an important way to certify the mission design performance as well as technical feasibilities, and it relates to complex system simulation methods such as multi-disciplinary coupling, multi-language modeling as well as interactive simulation and virtual simulation technologies. This paper introduces the design of a digital simulation platform for satellite launch mission verification.The platform has the advantages of high generality and extensibility, being easy to build up. The Functional Mockup Interface(FMI) Standard is adopted to achieve integration of multi-source models. A WebGL based 3D visual simulation tool is also adopted to implement the virtual display system which could display the rocket launch process and rocket-satellite separation with high fidelity 3D virtual scenes. A configuration tool was developed to map the 3D objects in the visual scene with simulation physical variables for complex rocket flight control mechanisms, which greatly improves the platform's generality and extensibility. Finally the real-time performance had been tested and the YL-1 launch mission was adopted to demonstrate the functions of the platform.The platform will be used to construct a digital twin system for satellite launch missions in the future. 展开更多

The residual stress influences the following welding quality and cause crack growth. Therefore, research on the cutting practice of jack-up platform leg rack is significant to improve the safety and reliability of the offshore platform. A heating source model that is applicable to the cutting and emulation of high-strength thick plates han been presented. Then, the thermo-physical characteristic parameters of NV E690 leg plate was calculated by JMATPRO, and is revised according to the theory of metallographic. Furthermore, the numerical simulation of the linear cutting of leg plate was conducted, and the reliability of the heating source model and the thermo-physical characteristic parameters of material were proved by comparing them with the experimental data. Bused on the former study, the optimal parameter ( heating source, cutting speed and radius of the heating source model) which ensured that the gear plate was cut through without edge collapses during cutting was calculated. The optimized process parameters can be used to study the distribution of residual stress in gear plate during cutting which provides theoretical guideline for improving the construction technology of offshore platform legs. 展开更多

Investigation on the Cause of Excessive Vibration of an Offshore Platform

An offshore platform of jacket type in Bohai Bay vibrated excessively under design environmental conditions, which had affected the normal operation of the platform. In order to mitigate the vibration of the platform, it is essentially important to explore the cause of the vibration. So the objective of this study is to investigate the cause of the excessive vibration. In this paper, dynamic characteristics of the offshore platform is analyzed by numerical simulation using finite element (FE) modeling. For further verifying the numerical results, model experiment is conducted. Numerical and experimental results demonstrate that there is relative movement and impact between the piles and the jacket, i.e. the piles and the jacket didnt connect well to an entity. It is this cause that the stiffness of the platform decreases and the impact between piles and the jacket legs induces excessive vibration. And also the grouting measure is advised to reduce the vibration of the offshore platform according to the analysis results. 展开更多
