The code idea of the visual organization ...In order to detect the sleep spindles simply and efficiently, a novel time-domain approach to detect sleep spindles based on the principles of visual organization is proposed. The code idea of the visual organization is to organize the primary visual elements according to some rules of organization, and to form a more meaningful object of visual processing, as the input of next process. After the collected EEG is processed with the merging algorithm based on the principle of visual organization, it can extract the time-domain feature frequency and duration time better. Use these features with a simple algorithm to detect spindles achieving sensitivity of 92.5% and specificity of 98.1%, which verifies the validity of this method to detect the sleep spindles.展开更多

These principles describe the visual language within which we work. Understanding how a designer realizes things visually will help designers communicate better. Many designers use Gestalt principles to have a structure visual stimulus, so as to create interfaces that are easy for users to understand. Because the understanding of visual perception is a critical item in any designer’s toolkit. Islamic heritage buildings also contain many architectural values, especially the Sultan Hassan Mosque in Cairo. Through this paper, we will verify the use of gestalt principles of visual perception in the building design. Because the psychological organization of the design, achieves the understanding and awareness of the current relationships between the elements, depending on the extent of regularity, accuracy, and consistency of the design elements. This makes us recognize the esthetic values of Sultan Hassan’s building and mosque. The visual delight we get from architecture begins with how we perceive it. So, in order to understand how visual delight arises, we must first understand how we perceive and interpret visual stimuli. Especially since the principles of gestalt confirm that the human brain tends to make tricks and illusions. Therefore, we found the mosque designer had exploited this fact during the design process, to exclude any possibility of the resulting misunderstanding. The designer achieved the psychological preparation of the visitor by using some principles of visual perception of the Gestalt theory, such as growth, continuity, and hierarchy.展开更多
To solve the fault diagnosis problem of liquid propellant rocket engine ground testing bed,a fault diagnosis approach based on self-organizing map(SOM)is proposed.The SOM projects the multidimensional ground testing b...To solve the fault diagnosis problem of liquid propellant rocket engine ground testing bed,a fault diagnosis approach based on self-organizing map(SOM)is proposed.The SOM projects the multidimensional ground testing bed data into a two-dimensional map.Visualization of the SOM is used to cluster the ground testing bed data.The out map of the SOM is divided to several regions.Each region is represented for one fault mode.The fault mode of testing data is determined according to the region of their labels belonged to.The method is evaluated using the testing data of a liquid-propellant rocket engine ground testing bed with sixteen fault states.The results show that it is a reliable and effective method for fault diagnosis with good visualization property.展开更多
目的探究近10年老年多器官功能障碍综合征的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为检索对象,利用CiteSpace和Excel对发文量、国家、机构、期刊、关键词、引用次数等统计分析。结果研究产出和引用次数迅速增加,中...目的探究近10年老年多器官功能障碍综合征的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为检索对象,利用CiteSpace和Excel对发文量、国家、机构、期刊、关键词、引用次数等统计分析。结果研究产出和引用次数迅速增加,中国产出增速尤为迅猛。中国、美国及其研究机构在该研究领域具备优势。高频关键词依次为mortality、multiple organ failure、sepsis、management、outcome、risk factor、intensive care unit、trauma、septic shock、epidemiology。近2年突现关键词为immunosuppression、survival、time、surgery、organ dysfunction、death。结论全球研究热点为epidemiology,sepsis,septic shock,infection,immunosuppression,且关注度呈现上升趋势。2020年新型冠状病毒感染关注度极高。中国发文量居世界前列,但国际合作和影响力有待进一步提高,应进一步对标全球研究热点,加强国际合作,提高学术影响力。展开更多
