Research on the Application of the OSCE Model in Vocational Nursing Comprehensive Practical Training

The objective of this study is to examine the application effect of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)model in the comprehensive practical training course for higher vocational nursing.Based on the evaluation dimensions of core nursing competencies,the OSCE framework was constructed with the clinical nursing work process as the main focus and supported by a nursing case database.A questionnaire survey revealed that over 80%of students in the experimental group were satisfied with the application of OSCE in the nursing comprehensive practical training course,and more than 90%believed that OSCE assessment enhanced their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.The OSCE was also considered helpful in transforming learned knowledge and skills into professional competencies.

Correlation among academic self-efficacy,professional identity,and professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students

Objective:To analyze the influence of professional identity and academic efficacy on the professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students.Methods:A total of 656 higher vocational nursing students were investigated with general information questionnaire,academic self-efficacy scale,professional identity scale,and professional attitude scale of nursing students.Results:The score of professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students was(106.34±9.86),which is found to be in the upper middle level.The professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students is positively correlated with academic self-efficacy(P<0.05),and with learning ability self-efficacy(P<0.01).Professional cognition,professional will,and professional values have a positive predictive effect on the professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusions:Academic self-efficacy and professional identity are important predictors of professional attitude.Learning behavior self-efficacy,professional cognition,professional will,and professional values have a significant impact on the establishment of positive professional attitude.

Analysis on The Effective Ways of Strengthening The Cultivation of Communication Ability between Nurses and Patients in Higher Vocational Nursing Education

Nowadays,under the condition of the lack of nursing staff, the state began to cultivate nursing students vigorously, and higher vocational nursing education has gradually become one of the most important majors in many full-time colleges and universities.The students who are trained in professional nursing,after several years of study, they will be gradually distributed to various regions,excellent students will even be sent to hospitals with better conditions and higher medical level.ln fact, the nursing work is not as easy as people know.Nursing workers not only need to directly face different patients,but also need to have certain nursing technology and ability of adjusting to changing circumstances.Cultivating the nursing ability and ability of communicating well with patients of these students is the main purpose of higher vocational nursing education.

Paths to Integrating the 1+X Certificate System of Elderly Care into the Training of Higher Vocational Nursing Talents
