目的比较克劳斯法(vow.clauss法)与PT演算法两种方法在血浆纤维蛋白原检测中的可比性,从而探讨PT演算法的临床应用价值。方法用克劳斯法(vow.clauss法)与PT演算法(PT-der法)测定高、中低值的血浆纤维蛋白原,并进行比较。结果两种方法在... 目的比较克劳斯法(vow.clauss法)与PT演算法两种方法在血浆纤维蛋白原检测中的可比性,从而探讨PT演算法的临床应用价值。方法用克劳斯法(vow.clauss法)与PT演算法(PT-der法)测定高、中低值的血浆纤维蛋白原,并进行比较。结果两种方法在中低值的测定中显示血浆纤维蛋白原在1.1-5.0g/L范围内无统计学差异(P>0.05),在高值的测定中>5.0g/L时有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于血浆纤维蛋白原的检测上述两种方法均可采用,但是当血浆纤维蛋白原>5.0g/L时,必须采用克劳斯法(vow.clauss法)或者稀释后进行测定。von-clauss法检测FIB的结果较PT-der法高,且PT-der法不能完全代替FIB的含量检测,建议特殊患者必须进行von-clauss法检测,避免造成临床上误诊和漏诊。 展开更多
