The assessment of nanomechanical properties of a single amyloid fibril in a confined space provides important information for understanding the role of fibrils in a cell microenvironment. In this study, the structure and nanomechanical properties of different fibrils formed in water nanofilms on mica surface are carefully investigated by using the new atomic force microscopy imaging mode-peak force quantitative nanomechanics (PF-QNM). We find that two types of fibrils with different morphologies are formed in water nanofilm on mica. The compression elasticities of these two types of fibrils are 3.9±0.9 and 2.5±0.6 GPa, respectively. The remarkable difference is possibly due to the structural discrepancy in two types of fibrils. 展开更多

The general form of the north-branch of the Changjiang River mouth has changed much as a result of the change of the main stream lines of the Nantong reach of the Changjiang River and the influence of human activities since 1915. By the 1930s, the main stream lines of the Nantong reach of the Changjiang River has shifted to the Tongzhou Bar west channel. The north-branch at the Changjiang River mouth has become atrophic because of Tongzhou Bar east channel's deposition. After 1958, Toughal Bar and Jiangxin Bar were exploited. And in 1970, the north channel of Jiangxin Bar was blocked up. All these things make the water of the north-branch more difficult to pass through. It leads to the decline of the total discharge percentage of the north-branch. And it causes the rising tide to go back to the south-branch. However, since 1978, with the development of Tongzhou Bar east channel and its left bank being scoured, the water amount of the north-branch has been increasing. And the water,load and salt of going back to the south-branch has been becoming less. 展开更多

The paper discusses assessment of various chemical constituents present in groundwater besides morphology, and land form characteristics of twin micro-watersheds (viz., Melekote and Rajaghatta) Dodballapur Taluk, (Karnataka) coming under semi-arid climatic zone. Farmers who are mainly depending on agricultural yields for their living are disappointed due to vagaries of monsoons and undependable rainfall. This is particularly so in arid and semi-arid regions. These regions suffer from water scarcity, soil degradation, low crop yield, high soil erosion and gradual depletion of soil fertility. All these factors culminate in planning for conservation and storage of water in small watersheds for future needs, i.e., during drought conditions. In many areas, it is observed that the water table levels are declining resulting in problems of increased concentration of solutes and deterioration of groundwater quality. All aspects of hydrological studies are covered in relation to watershed management in order to formulate strategies for sustainable agricultural development. Morphometry, landform and topography play an important role in understanding the hydrological response of any watershed. Based on field detected water quality data, the distribution characteristics of different forms of nitrogen in a reservoir as drinking water source in Dongguan, which locates at the Pearl River Delta of China, have been analyzed in order to provide theoretical bases for prevention and reduction of eutrophication. The analyzed results show that nitrogen forms in the influent area of the reservoir are given priority to ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen, whose proportion is more than 45% respectively, and this is probably caused by the pollution of inflow water quality;but in the effluent area, the forms are given priority to nitrate nitrogen, whose proportion is as high as 96% and above;also the proportion of ammonia nitrogen drops by more than 80% during the process from the influent area to the effluent area, and this shows that the natural process of nitrification and denitrification can be well accomplished in the reservoir. We recommend here that to reduce the input amount of ammonia nitrogen and organic nitrogen into the reservoir is the most efficient way to prevent or mitigate eutrophication of water body. 展开更多

An approach to analyze the seismic reliability of water distribution networks by combining a hydraulic analysis with a first-order reliability method (FORM), is proposed in this paper. The hydraulic analysis method for normal conditions is modified to accommodate the special conditions necessary to perform a seismic hydraulic analysis. In order to calculate the leakage area and leaking flow of the pipelines in the hydraulic analysis method, a new leakage model established from the seismic response analysis of buried pipelines is presented. To validate the proposed approach, a network with 17 nodes and 24 pipelines is investigated in detail. The approach is also applied to an actual project consisting of 463 nodes and 767 pipelines. The results show that the proposed approach achieves satisfactory results in analyzing the seismic reliability of large-scale water distribution networks. 展开更多

The Changkeng gold-silver deposits consist of a sediment-hosted, disseminated gold deposit and a replacement-type silver deposit. The mineralizations of gold and silver are zoned and closely related to the silicificat... The Changkeng gold-silver deposits consist of a sediment-hosted, disseminated gold deposit and a replacement-type silver deposit. The mineralizations of gold and silver are zoned and closely related to the silicification of carbonate and clastic rocks, so that siliceous ores dominate in the deposit. The mineralizing temperature ranges mainly from 300 to 170℃, and K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, and Cl- are the major ions in the ore-forming fluid. Calculations of distribution of metal complexes show that gold is mainly transported by hydrosulphide complexes, but chloride complexes of silver, iron, lead, and zinc, which are transformed into hydroxyl and hydrosulphide complexes under neutral to weak-alkaline circumstances in the late stage, predominate in the ore-forming solutions. Water-rock interaction is confirmed to be the effective mechanism for the formation of silver ores by computer modelling of reaction of hydrothermal solution with carbonate rocks. The solubility analyses demonstrate that the precipitation of gold and silver-bearing minerals taking place under weak-acid conditions and near-neutral to weak-alkaline conditions, respectively, is the main or favourable factor for the ore zonation and separation between gold and silver. 展开更多

Low-permeability dense reservoirs,including micro-fractured reservoirs,are commonly characterized by high content of clay substances,high original water saturation,high sensitivity to invasive fluids,high capillary pressure,complicated structure and anisotropic,high flow-resistance and micro pore throats etc,.Generally they also have lots of natural micro fractures,probably leading to stress sensibility.Main damaging factors in such reservoirs are water-sensibility and water-blocking caused by invasive fluids during drilling and production operations.Once damaged,formation permeability can rarely recovered.Numerous studies have shown that damaging extent of water-blocking ranges from 70% to 90%.Main damaging mechanisms and influencing factors of water-blocking were systematically analyzed.Also some feasible precaution or treating approaches of water-blocking were put forward.In a laboratory setting,a new multi-functional drilling fluid composed mainly of amphion polymer,sulfonation polymer,high effectively preventive water-blocking surfactants,ideal packing temporary bridging agents(TBA) and film-forming agents,etc.,were developed.New low-damage drilling fluids has many advantages,such as good rheological properties,excellent effectiveness of water-blocking prevention,good temporary plugging effect,low filtration and ultra-low permeability(API filtration≤5 mL,HTHP filtration≤10 mL,mud cake frictional coefficient≤0.14,permeability recovery>81%),can efficiently prevent or minimize damage,preserve natural formation and enhance comprehensive development-investment effect in TUHA Jurassic dense sandstone reservoir formation with low-permeability,the only one developing integrated condense gas field.Some references can be provided to similar reservoir formations. 展开更多

基于激光选区熔化(SLM)技术制造的随形冷却模具,凭借其优异的冷却性能,能够显著提高加工效率,有效降低生产成本,成为未来注塑成型模具的重要发展方向,但目前在使用SLM技术成形随形冷却模具内部的圆形流道方面仍存在诸多挑战。在SLM成形... 基于激光选区熔化(SLM)技术制造的随形冷却模具,凭借其优异的冷却性能,能够显著提高加工效率,有效降低生产成本,成为未来注塑成型模具的重要发展方向,但目前在使用SLM技术成形随形冷却模具内部的圆形流道方面仍存在诸多挑战。在SLM成形时,随形冷却模具内部圆形流道的结构主要表现为悬垂圆孔结构,若直接使用传统工艺策略成形悬垂圆孔结构易出现翘曲、粘粉等缺陷,同时由于随形冷却模具内部流道复杂的特点,其内部流道无法通过添加支撑辅助成形。采用在模具外侧添加支撑结构的方法,可调整模具成形角度,增强悬垂圆孔结构自支撑性,但会增加额外成形时间与成形材料,导致生产成本增高。优化悬垂圆孔结构无支撑成形工艺,实现在不添加支撑结构的前提下满足随形冷却模具对流道成形质量要求,能够有效降低随形冷却模具生产成本并获得高质量成型件。本文对金属悬垂圆孔结构成形工艺策略进行优化,以316L不锈钢悬垂圆孔结构为对象,分析了工艺策略、孔径对悬垂圆孔成形质量的影响。采用一种基于加工层角度自适应的下表面工艺区域划分策略,研究该工艺区策略对于无支撑金属悬垂圆孔成形的适用性,并使用该工艺制造冷却模具样件,对成件的成形质量进行分析。结果表明采用基于加工层角度自适应的下表面工艺区域划分策略可明显抑制成形过程中的翘曲行为。使用该工艺策略成形的随形水冷模具样件无明显质量缺陷,内部流道的表面质量与成形精度满足使用要求。 展开更多

为探究水力梯度及孔隙水形态对土体渗透性的影响,测定重塑土样在0~500 kPa等8级吸力作用下的核磁共振T_(2)曲线;将孔隙水划分为可动水和不动水,定量分析可动水与吸力/水力梯度关系,并将水力梯度、可动水引入Coates渗透模型进行修正。结... 为探究水力梯度及孔隙水形态对土体渗透性的影响,测定重塑土样在0~500 kPa等8级吸力作用下的核磁共振T_(2)曲线;将孔隙水划分为可动水和不动水,定量分析可动水与吸力/水力梯度关系,并将水力梯度、可动水引入Coates渗透模型进行修正。结果表明:随着吸力从0 kPa增加至500 kPa(水力梯度从0增加到50),土体T2曲线面积和T_(2)最大值逐渐减小,T_(2)最小值几乎不变;可动水含量随吸力/水力梯度的增加先迅速增大,随后增速减小,最后趋于稳定,二者之间可用指数函数很好地拟合;不动水含量随吸力/水力梯度增加呈指数减小;可动水与不动水比值(FFI/BVI)和水力梯度呈良好的线性关系;简化Coates模型显示土体渗透率与水力梯度的二次方成正比;孔径是影响孔隙水渗流的关键因素,吸力/水力梯度作用下,土体孔隙水排出过程可用Young-Laplace方程描述,土体孔隙水由大孔隙开始排水,并逐渐向小孔隙发展,大孔隙先完成排水过程;水力梯度的增大会提高可动水占比,导致更多可动水参与渗流作用,导致土体渗透率显著增大;简化Coates模型直观展示了水力梯度-孔隙水形态-渗透率关系,该模型仅含有水力梯度一个未知数,可为路基稳定性分析与防护设计提供理论参考。 展开更多

河南矿区高灰细泥煤泥水的絮凝沉降试验研究

目的随着采煤机械化程度的提高和重介质选煤工艺普及,入选浮煤泥中高灰细泥的含量逐渐增加。高灰细泥是影响煤泥水沉降效率的最直接因素,对煤泥水中的高灰细泥进行处理,直接关系着煤炭资源生产和水资源利用。针对河南矿区煤泥水具有高... 目的随着采煤机械化程度的提高和重介质选煤工艺普及,入选浮煤泥中高灰细泥的含量逐渐增加。高灰细泥是影响煤泥水沉降效率的最直接因素,对煤泥水中的高灰细泥进行处理,直接关系着煤炭资源生产和水资源利用。针对河南矿区煤泥水具有高灰细泥的特性,方法通过设计正交试验测试不同种类的絮凝剂和搅拌速度对煤泥水的沉降率的影响及其之间的相互作用的效果,提高煤泥水沉降效率。结果结果表明:六偏磷酸钠与聚丙烯酰胺的分散性能及絮凝性能更优,搅拌速度、六偏磷酸钠用量、聚丙烯酰胺用量对高灰细泥煤泥水沉降率的影响程度依次减小,搅拌速度和聚丙烯酰胺用量之间的相互关系对沉降率影响最为显著;当六偏磷酸钠用量40.08 mg/L、聚丙烯酰胺用量5.75 mg/L、搅拌速度411.12 r/min,沉降率可达95.5%,沉降率提高的原因在于高灰细泥絮凝过程中絮团成球明显,絮凝剂的桥接作用可以使分散颗粒聚团并发展为球形,长条不规则颗粒明显减少,颗粒群粒形的改变有助于煤泥水的沉降,在一定搅拌速度下粒形保持较为规整,可增加沉降概率,使煤泥水得以有效沉降。结论通过改善煤泥水中颗粒的粒度粒形特性,可以有效提高河南矿区高灰细泥煤泥水的沉降效率。研究结果可为处理高灰细泥煤泥水提供理论支持和实践参考。 展开更多

针对掺入聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)水泥浆液在水工建筑物水下修补时存在的施工性差、水陆强度比偏低的问题,采用外掺占水泥质量5%~25%聚丙烯酸酯乳液(PAE),通过截锥圆模、贯入阻力法、称重法测取水泥流失量和浊度仪测试悬浊物含量测定改性水泥基... 针对掺入聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)水泥浆液在水工建筑物水下修补时存在的施工性差、水陆强度比偏低的问题,采用外掺占水泥质量5%~25%聚丙烯酸酯乳液(PAE),通过截锥圆模、贯入阻力法、称重法测取水泥流失量和浊度仪测试悬浊物含量测定改性水泥基材料施工性能,研究水陆成型养护条件下PAE和PAM混合改性水泥浆液在3、7和28 d时的力学性能,并以扫描电镜(SEM)分析PAE对掺PAM水泥浆液的微观改性机理。结果表明:PAE的掺入可明显改善浆体流动性,延长凝结时间,但对水下抗分散性能有所削弱;显著提高了水泥浆体的抗折和粘结强度,但会导致抗压强度有所降低;聚合物与水泥形成的互穿网络结构、膜填充孔隙区域并与钙矾石(AFt)等水化产物的缠绕包裹,是其力学性能提升的原因;陆上成型养护的水泥试件膜结构更加致密,力学性能更佳。 展开更多

长白山地区天然矿泉水以其含有的特殊矿物盐类、微量元素或气体等成为能够满足人体健康需要的安全饮用水,深受市场青睐,同时也是学者们研究的热点地区,但长白山沿脉地区矿泉水的研究甚少。基于此,本文以长白山沿脉的东宁熔岩台地为主要... 长白山地区天然矿泉水以其含有的特殊矿物盐类、微量元素或气体等成为能够满足人体健康需要的安全饮用水,深受市场青睐,同时也是学者们研究的热点地区,但长白山沿脉地区矿泉水的研究甚少。基于此,本文以长白山沿脉的东宁熔岩台地为主要研究对象,对比靖宇、抚松地区矿泉水相关研究成果,从矿泉水的形成条件、补径排条件、成分特征和允许开采量等方面进行对比研究。研究结果表明,东宁熔岩台地充足的降水、较为平坦的地势、连通的孔隙及交错的构造断裂网,有利于地下水的补给、渗流、存储及排泄,形成中性、弱碱性低矿化的天然偏硅酸矿泉水,天然储量丰富,具备较强的开采价值。开展长白山沿脉地区的矿泉水研究,不仅能够丰富长白山脉地区矿泉水的研究成果,亦可促进矿泉水产业的发展,具有一定的理论与实际意义。 展开更多
