Correlation of oil eld service companies’R&D investment on the basis of competitive speculation

When an oligopoly company decides how much should be invested in its R＆D, in order to reap the largest profits, it considers not only what its competitors have done but also how its competitors would respond to its action. Therefore, different relationships between oligopoly companies will lead to different responses in their decisions on R＆D investment. A correlation deduced from different responses of oligopoly companies in R＆D investment with the complete information tactic game theory is presented, and the R＆D investment of oilfield service companies was analyzed with this correlation. The correlations of Schlumberger＇s R＆D investment, Halliburton＇s R＆D investment and Baker Hughes＇ R＆D investment were established and analyzed. Meanwhile, two regression models were presented. One was composed of Schlumberger＇s R＆D investment in the previous year and Halliburton＇s R＆D investment. The other was composed of Schlumberger＇s R＆D investment and Baker Hughes＇ R＆D investment in the same year. The accuracy of these two models was proved to be good.

Application of Capability Maturity Model Integration to Innovation Management for Software and Service Companies

To look through innovation management in small project-based firms, such as software engineering companies, which are service firms that conduct projects for their clients, capability maturity model integration （CMMI） is introduced. It is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. Taking ABC Software Company as an example, the performances before and after the introduction of CMMI in the firm were compared. The results indicated that after two years of application, the productivity increased 92%, and the ability of detecting errors improved 26.45% ; while the rate of faults and the cost of software development dropped 12.45% and 77.55%, respectively. To conclude, small project-based firms benefit a lot if they take CMMI into their process of innovation management, particularly for those R＆D firms, since the implementation of CMMI leads them to a promising future with higher efficiency and better effects.

消费者对服务要求的不断提升及激烈的行业竞争都对第三方物流企业服务质量提出了更高要求。文章结合SERVQUAL模型和第三方物流企业的实际,以有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性、移情性作为一级指标,17个影响因素作为二级指标,首先邀请物流行业专家进行打分,采用层次分析法构建判断矩阵得出影响因素的权重。其次选取云南省第三方物流企业的个人客户为调查对象,通过调查问卷获取其对各影响因素的评价,利用模糊综合评价法进行分析,得出评价结果靠后的影响因素是提供个性化关怀、设施设备、最优路线、员工素养、顾客和企业之间缺乏信任。因此,研究结果为第三方物流企业服务质量的不断改进提升给予一定的参考,为提升客户满意度给出了建议对策。

基于熵权-TOPSIS法的第三方物流企业服务质量提升研究

物流企业服务质量关乎着快递企业的长远发展,是企业提升竞争力的关键因素,只有提升快递企业物流服务质量,才能不断提升企业的竞争力。以ST快递公司为研究对象,设计了快递企业物流服务质量的问卷调查,利用改进后的SERVQUAL模型,并运用熵权-TOPSIS法,对调查问卷的数据进行整理和计算。结果表明:(1)移情性>可靠性>时效性>安全保密性>有形性;(2)这19项评价指标中,Q2包裹整齐有序,易于取件、Q3快递的价格合理、Q4快递可以实时追踪、Q6员工的业务熟练、Q7退货方便快捷、Q10快递及时发货、Q13网点能及时通知取件,这7个评价指标较低,不到0.2。指出了ST快递公司的服务质量相对较低,很有提升的必要。
