Encouraged by next-generation networks and autonomous vehicle systems,vehicular networks must employ advanced technologies to guarantee personal safety,reduce traffic accidents and ease traffic jams.By leveraging the computing ability at the network edge,multi-access edge computing(MEC)is a promising technique to tackle such challenges.Compared to traditional full offloading,partial offloading offers more flexibility in the perspective of application as well as deployment of such systems.Hence,in this paper,we investigate the application of partial computing offloading in-vehicle networks.In particular,by analyzing the structure of many emerging applications,e.g.,AR and online games,we convert the application structure into a sequential multi-component model.Focusing on shortening the application execution delay,we extend the optimization problem from the single-vehicle computing offloading(SVCOP)scenario to the multi-vehicle computing offloading(MVCOP)by taking multiple constraints into account.A deep reinforcement learning(DRL)based algorithm is proposed as a solution to this problem.Various performance evaluation results have shown that the proposed algorithm achieves superior performance as compared to existing offloading mechanisms in deducing application execution delay. 展开更多

目的探究D-二聚体、C肽水平结合经皮氧分压对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的诊断价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月于安徽省皖南医学院附属太和医院接受治疗的60例2型糖尿病合并DPN患者作为研究组,另纳入60例同期未合并DPN的2型糖尿病患... 目的探究D-二聚体、C肽水平结合经皮氧分压对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的诊断价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月于安徽省皖南医学院附属太和医院接受治疗的60例2型糖尿病合并DPN患者作为研究组,另纳入60例同期未合并DPN的2型糖尿病患者作为对照组。收集两组患者临床资料、生化指标等进行比较,多因素Logistic回归分析糖尿病患者周围神经病变的危险因素,并通过受试者临床特征(ROC)曲线分析D-二聚体、C肽水平结合经皮氧分压(TcPO_(2))对糖尿病周围神经病变的诊断价值。结果研究组患者BMI、进食后2 h C肽及TcPO_(2)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.435、6.215、5.849,P<0.05)。糖尿病病程、血清尿酸(SUA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、D-二聚体数值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.677、5.789、5.621、5.285,P<0.05);多因素Logistics回归分析结果显示糖尿病病程、HbA1c、D-二聚体、进食后2hC肽、TcPO_(2)均是糖尿病患者周围神经病变的独立影响因素(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示D-二聚体、C肽水平、经皮氧分压三者单独检测及联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为:0.752、0.784、0.769、0.861,三者联合检测的诊断价值优于单一指标(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血清C肽、经皮氧分压及血清D-二聚体三者联合检测对其是否发生周围神经病变具有较高诊断价值。 展开更多

目的 探讨凝血指标[部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)]与血小板衍生生长因子-BB(PDGF-BB)、内皮素-1(ET-1)在不同严重程度子痫前期(PE)孕妇中的水平及对妊娠结局的预测价值。方法 选取2021年... 目的 探讨凝血指标[部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)]与血小板衍生生长因子-BB(PDGF-BB)、内皮素-1(ET-1)在不同严重程度子痫前期(PE)孕妇中的水平及对妊娠结局的预测价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年3月该院收治的PE孕妇118例作为研究对象,根据病情严重程度分为PE组(71例)与重度PE组(47例);另选取同期在该院产检的健康孕妇59例作为对照组。对比3组APTT、PT、FIB、D-D、PDGF-BB、ET-1水平;分析APTT、PT、D-D、FIB、PDGF-BB、ET-1水平与PE严重程度的相关性。PE患者均随访至分娩,并根据妊娠结局将其分为妊娠结局良好组和妊娠结局不良组;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析APTT、PT、D-D、FIB、PDGF-BB、ET-1对PE患者妊娠结局的预测效能;分析APTT、PT、D-D、FIB、PDGF-BB、ET-1对妊娠结局的影响。结果 重度PE组与PE组APTT、PT短于对照组,FIB、D-D、PDGF-BB、ET-1水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而重度PE组APTT、PT短于PE组,FIB、D-D、PDGF-BB、ET-1水平高于PE组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,APTT、PT与PE严重程度呈负相关(r=-0.505、-0.513,P<0.05),而FIB、D-D、PDGF-BB、ET-1水平与PE严重程度呈正相关(r=0.559、0.607、0.618、0.642,P<0.05)。118例PE患者均完成了随访,其中妊娠结局良好组92例,妊娠结局不良组26例。妊娠结局不良组APTT、PT短于妊娠结局良好组,FIB、D-D、PDGF-BB、ET-1水平高于妊娠结局良好组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,APTT、PT、FIB、D-D、PDGF-BB、ET-1预测PE患者妊娠结局不良的曲线下面积分别为0.849、0.767、0.828、0.768、0.743、0.763,最佳截断值分别为29.39 s、11.85 s、5.44 g/L、0.93 mg/L、116.29 ng/L、2.24 mg/L;以ROC曲线获取的最佳截断值为分界值分为低值与高值,其中APTT、PT低值PE患者妊娠结局不良的风险是高值患者的15.231、7.411倍;FIB、D-D、PDGF-BB、ET-1高值PE患者妊娠结局不良的风险是低值患者的7.398、4.861、4.565、6.300倍。结论 APTT、PT、FIB、D-D、PDGF-BB、ET-1与PE病情程度显著相关,可作为PE患者妊娠结局的独立预测因子。 展开更多

Numerical analysis of loess and weak intercalated layer failure behavior under direct shearing and cyclic loading 被引量:3

The mechanical behavior of the joints inside a loess layer is greatly important in weak intercalation studies owing to its involvement in a wide range of landslides in the loess region in China.The shear behavior of the joints in the loess stratum during direct shear and cyclic loadings was investigated using the PFC2D discrete element software.Loess mudstone and mudstone with weak intercalated layer materials were subjected to direct testing,and cyclic shear tests were conducted with consideration to the influence of normal stress and shear velocity.The macroscopic properties and damage patterns were obtained for six numerical configurations;namely,loess-weathered mudstone with 0°,10°,and-10°joints and weathered mudstone with 0°,10°,and-10°weak intercalated layers.The numerical test results revealed that,in the direct shear tests,the shear stress and shear displacement of the samples increased with the normal stress.In the cyclic shear tests with a total cycle number N=20,the shear stress-shear strain curve of the six different configurations exhibited a hysteresis loop.The numerical tests also revealed that,under cyclic shear,the normal stress and shear velocity affected the shear strength.The degree of damage increased as the shear velocity decreased from 0.1 mm/s to 0.005 mm/s for all six numerical configurations.Compared with the damage pattern of the direct shear tests,the damage of the cyclic shear tests mainly comprised shear cracks and fractures,some shaking consolidation settlement and fewer shear strain occurred around the joints.In the direct shear tests,more compression cracks and fractures occurred in the samples.The damage mainly developed along the joints,and shearing-off damage occurred.The results obtained by this study further elucidate the failure mechanism and microscopic damage response of the joints in the loess stratum in Northwest China. 展开更多

Partial root-zone irrigation (PRI) has been proved to be an optimal water-saving irrigation technology, however, few studies were done on water transportation and distribution under PRI. The present study was performed to investigate the water transportation and distribution among the wet and dry root-zones and the shoot using deuterium water (D2O) in 1/4 root-zone PRI experiment. It also aimed to determine and analyze the D2O relative abundance within different types of roots and shoots. The results indicated that water could be transported from roots in wet root-zone to roots in dry root-zone and shoots within 2 h after irrigation. Water transportation in roots of wet-zone was carried out by absorbing root, 1-2 mm root, 2-5 mm root, and〉5 mm root progressively, while through a reverse process in three dry root-zones. In shoots, water was transported to trunk, central trunk, annual branches, shoot and leaf progressively. Thus in the young apple trees subjected to PRI, water was distributed ifrst in the roots, including the roots in the wet and dry root-zones, to satisfy the water need of roots itself, and then transported to the shoot within hours of irrigation. 展开更多

For the engineering geology conditions of bad mine roadway roof and floor lithology in extremely weak cemented strata, the best section shape of the roadway is determined from the study of tunnel surrounding rock displacement, plastic zone and stress distribution in rectangular, circle arch and arch wall sections, respectively. Based on the mining depth and thickness of the coal seam, roadway support technology solutions with different buried depth and thickness of coal seam are proposed. Support schemes are amended and optimized in time through monitoring data of the deformation of roadway, roof separation, l-beam bracket, bolt and anchor cable force to ensure the long-term stability and security of the roadway surrounding rock and support structure. The monitoring results show that mine roadway support schemes for different buried depth and section can be adapted to the characteristics of ground pressure and deformation of the surrounding rock in different depth well, effectively control the roadway surrounding rock deformation and the floor heave and guarantee the safety of construction and basic stability of surrounding rock and support structure. 展开更多

目的探究冠心病患者D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,Fib)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time,APTT)变化与发生心血管事件的相关性。方法选取周口市中医院2021年9月至2023年12月接收的92例冠... 目的探究冠心病患者D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,Fib)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time,APTT)变化与发生心血管事件的相关性。方法选取周口市中医院2021年9月至2023年12月接收的92例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(Coronary Heart Disease,CHD)均行经皮冠脉介入术(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention,PCI)治疗术后患者作为观察组,40例健康体检者为对照组,对比两组受试者D-D、Fib、APTT水平,术后3个月内以电话形式随访记录患者发生心血管事件的情况,并分析D-D、Fib、APTT与CHD患者PCI术后心血管事件的相关性。结果观察组的APTT水平低于对照组,D-D、Fib水平高于对照组,发生心血管事件患者的D-D、Fib水平高于未发生心血管事件患者,而APTT水平较未发生心血管事件的患者低(P<0.05)。经过二元Logistic回归分析,发现D-D、Fib、APTT的水平升高是导致CHD患者PCI术后心血管事件发生的高风险因素(P<0.05)。结论D-D、Fib、APTT指标参与患者病变过程,可有效预测CHD患者PCI术后是否会发生心血管事件,值得临床推广。 展开更多

针对室内弱纹理场景下特征点数量不足导致即时定位与建图(SLAM)系统跟踪丢失和重建精度差的问题,提出了一种顾及约束退化的多特征融合RGB-D SLAM算法。为了充分利用线和平面特征对位姿估计的约束,分别建立了线和平面误差方程,并通过对... 针对室内弱纹理场景下特征点数量不足导致即时定位与建图(SLAM)系统跟踪丢失和重建精度差的问题,提出了一种顾及约束退化的多特征融合RGB-D SLAM算法。为了充分利用线和平面特征对位姿估计的约束,分别建立了线和平面误差方程,并通过对海森矩阵进行特征值分解,定量分析了线和平面特征位姿约束的退化情况,建立了顾及约束退化的多特征融合目标优化函数。此外,基于曼哈顿世界假设,建立了曼哈顿坐标系,充分利用曼哈顿世界假设的优势,对旋转矩阵的“零漂移”进行估计,以提供准确的初始值支持平面匹配和位姿优化。实验结果表明,引入线和面特征建立光束法方程后,所提出的方法在弱纹理数据集ICL-NUIM上的轨迹精度相较于基准的ORB-SLAM2平均提升了37.5%,有效改善了SLAM系统在弱纹理场景中的轨迹精度。 展开更多

PPARγis a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR)family protein and is a target for type 2 diabetes(T2D).In this paper,we have performed a molecular docking analysis between ligand molecules(CID9816265,CID11608015,CID20251380,CID20251343,CID20556263,CID624491,CID42609928,and CID86287562)and PPARγto determine the ligand specificity.It also helps to understand the ligand-binding domain(LBD)activity of PPARγduring the binding of the ligand.Further,a molecular dynamics simulation study was performed to determine the ligand biding stability in the PPARγLBD.Its ligand specificity informed us about the potentiality of selecting a partial agonist.The study also shows the binding conformation of Ceramicine B having hydrogen bonding affinity with a tricyclic polar head and stabilized theβ-sheet region.On the other hand,the tricyclic polar head of nimbolide also formed hydrogen bonding(Ser342),but it shows a lesser degree of stabilization in theβ-sheet region.It shows the binding conformation of partial agonist(PPARγ)in the Pocket-II of PPARγLBD,which has a significant role in stabilizing theβ-sheet region.It might help to regulate ERK/Cdk5 mediated phosphorylation of Ser245.The study helps us understand the valid pose of a set of ligands confirmation and target protein conformation using docking and molecular dynamics study.This in silico study will also help to initiate a drug discovery process of T2D. 展开更多

Complex 1 is of triclinic, space group PI, with a = 9.079(2), b = 10.154(2), c = 11.243(2)A, α= 81.58(1), β= 69.63(1), γ = 68.02(1)°, V= 940.1(3)A3, Dc = 1.427 g/cm^3, Z = 1, F(000) = 418 and R = 0.0442. 目的研究分析番禺地区RhD阴性献血者partial D基因分型特征。方法采用微量板法对献血者进行RhD阴性筛查;采用抗球蛋白法对初筛RhD阴性的标本进行确认;采用PCR-SSP(RH基因变异体基因分型检测试剂盒)对献血者基因组DNA进行扩增,对扩增产... 目的研究分析番禺地区RhD阴性献血者partial D基因分型特征。方法采用微量板法对献血者进行RhD阴性筛查;采用抗球蛋白法对初筛RhD阴性的标本进行确认;采用PCR-SSP(RH基因变异体基因分型检测试剂盒)对献血者基因组DNA进行扩增,对扩增产物进行电泳分析,根据电泳图谱判断partial D基因分型。结果初筛检出60名RhD阴性,经抗球蛋白法确认59例为RhD阴性,阴性频率约为0.23%。60例初筛阴性的基因分型检测发现7例partial D,发生频率约为11.9%。结论本地区血清学RhD阴性献血者中,存在RHD-(3-9)CE-D,RHD-CE(5)-D、RHD-CE(6-9)-D等基因型,采用PCR-SSP对RhD阴性表型献血者进行基因分型,可以准确鉴定RHD基因型。 展开更多

Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) have been already widely used to simulate various complex phenomena in porous media. This paper is one of the first attempts to apply PDEs for simulating in real 3D structures. We apply this scheme to the specific case study of the microbial decomposition of organic matter in soil pore space. We got a 3D geometrical representation of the pore space relating to a network of volume primitives. A mesh of the pore space is then created by using the network. PDEs system is solved by free finite elements solver Freefem3d in the particular mesh. We validate our PDEs model to experimental data with 3D Computed Tomography (CT) images of soil samples. Regarding the current state of art on soil organic matter decay models, our approach allows taking into account precise 3D spatialization of the decomposition process by a pore space geometry description. 展开更多

The purpose of this research is to study the effect of longwall mining on the stability of main roadway in the underground coal mine. The PT GDM (Gerbang Daya Mandiri) underground coal mine in Indonesia, where the rocks are weak, was selected as a representative study site. To accomplish the objective of the research, the finite difference code software FLAC3D was used as a tool for the numerical simulations. The longwall mining of several panel and barrier pillar widths at various depths was simulated and discussed. Based on the simulation results, it indicates that the effect of coal panel extraction on the main roadway stability depends on the width of panel and barrier pillar. The greatest effect occurs when the large panel width and the small barrier pillar width are applied, whereas the smallest effect happens when the narrow panel width and the large barrier pillar width are adopted. In this paper, therefore, to maintain the stability of the main roadway with the aim of maximizing the coal recovery, the appropriate size of panel and barrier pillar width is proposed for each mining depth for this underground coal mine. 展开更多

目的了解四川汉族人群中Rh血型系统中D变异体的分布特点和分子机制。方法采用血型血清学方法对102份四川汉族献血者,61份本实验室临床标本做C、c、E、e表型鉴定,并用间接抗球蛋白试验从非亲缘随机献血者中筛选弱表达的D变异体(包括弱D... 目的了解四川汉族人群中Rh血型系统中D变异体的分布特点和分子机制。方法采用血型血清学方法对102份四川汉族献血者,61份本实验室临床标本做C、c、E、e表型鉴定,并用间接抗球蛋白试验从非亲缘随机献血者中筛选弱表达的D变异体(包括弱D和部分D),用吸收放散试验检测Del型。同时采用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应方法对RHD等位基因进行分型,对Rh(D)变异体标本进行杂合性鉴定,并采用测序法对疑难标本进行测序分析。结果血清学试验检出D抗原变异型52例,经分子生物学方法检测分析,弱D15RHD(G282D)型4例,弱D12RHD(G277E)型1例,弱DRHD(L320L)1例(型别未定),弱DRHD(G263R)1例(型别未定),部分DDVItypeⅢ型2例,DELRHD(K409K)型41例,DELRHD(M1I)型1例,此外发现新等位基因RHD(A237D)1例(基因序列号:GU998825)。RHD杂合性检测结果显示1例弱D15和9例DELRHD(K409K)型标本为RHD+/RHD+纯合子,其他均为RHD+/RHD-杂合型。结论四川地区汉族人群Rh(D)变异体有丰富的类型和不同分子机制. 展开更多

目的探讨汉族人群非血缘关系Rh(D)抗原弱阳性个体的血清学表型及分子遗传机制。方法采用常规血清学技术从非血缘关系随机献血者中筛检Rh(D)抗原弱阳性个体(包括弱D型、部分D型),对其进行Rh D、C、c、E、e抗原表型的检测;采用序列特异性... 目的探讨汉族人群非血缘关系Rh(D)抗原弱阳性个体的血清学表型及分子遗传机制。方法采用常规血清学技术从非血缘关系随机献血者中筛检Rh(D)抗原弱阳性个体(包括弱D型、部分D型),对其进行Rh D、C、c、E、e抗原表型的检测;采用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)方法同时检测其RHD基因和RHCE基因;测序分析RHD基因全长编码区序列;同时通过特异性PCR技术测定其RHD合子型。结果血清学试验证实为D抗原弱阳性表型的有32例个体,占无关供者人群比率为0.015%,其中18例个体为弱D15型(845G>A),1例为弱D12型(830G>A),1例为携带DEL等位基因(1227G>A)的弱D型,8例为部分D表型中的DⅥⅢ型(RHD-CE(3-6)-D),1例为部分D表型中的DⅤa(Hus)(RHD-CE(5)-D),3例标本10个外显子检测均未见异常。Rh小因子检测有3种表型CcEe(4例)、Ccee(10例)、ccEe(18例),其血清学与分子生物学检测一致。RHD杂合性试验鉴定显示仅4例标本为纯合型RHD+/RHD+,其余为杂合型RHD+/RHD-。结论汉族人群D抗原弱阳性比率明显少于高加索人,汉族人群D弱表现型中,弱D15型频率最高;部分D的弱表现型中,DⅥⅢ型占主要比例。 展开更多
