Macro-micro behaviors and failure mechanism of frozen weakly cemented mudstone

Understanding the mechanical properties and multiscale failure mechanism of frozen soft rock is an important prerequisite for the construction safety of tunnels,artificially frozen ground and other infrastructure in cold regions.In this study,the triaxial compression test are performed on mudstone in the weakly cemented soft rock strata in the mining area of western China,and the mechanical characteristics and failure mechanism of weakly cemented mudstone are systematically investigated under the combined action of freezing and loading.Furthermore,the quantitative relationship between the microstructural parameters and the macroscopic strength and deformation parameters is established based on fractal theory.Thus,the failure mechanism of frozen weakly cemented mudstone is revealed on both micro- and macro-scales.The results show that temperature and confining pressure significantly affects the elastic modulus and peak strength of weakly cemented mudstone.With decreasing temperature,the compressive strength increases,while the corresponding peak strain decreases gradually.On the deformation curve,the plastic deformation stage is shortened,and the brittle fracture feature at the post-peak stage is more prominent,and the elastic modulus correspondingly increases with decreasing temperature.Under low-temperature conditions,most of the weakly cemented mudstone undergoes microscopic shear failure along the main fracture surface.The micro-fracture morphology characteristics of weakly cemented mudstone under different temperatures are quantified via the fractal dimension,and an approximately exponential relationship can be obtained among the fractal dimension and the temperature,compressive strength and elastic modulus. 展开更多

To characterize m-weak group inverses,several algebraic methods are used,such as the use of idempotents,one-side principal ideals,and units.Consider an element a within a unitary ring that possesses Drazin invertibility and an involution.This paper begins by outlining the conditions necessary for the existence of the m-weak group inverse of a.Moreover,it explores the criteria under which a can be considered pseudo core invertible and weak group invertible.In the context of a weak proper*-ring,it is proved that a is weak group invertible if,and only if,a D can serve as the weak group inverse of au,where u represents a specially invertible element closely associated with a D.The paper also introduces a counterexample to illustrate that a D cannot universally serve as the pseudo core inverse of another element.This distinction underscores the nuanced differences between pseudo core inverses and weak group inverses.Ultimately,the discussion expands to include the commuting properties of weak group inverses,extending these considerations to m-weak group inverses.Several new conditions on commuting properties of generalized inverses are given.These results show that pseudo core inverses,weak group inverses,and m-weak group inverses are not only closely linked but also have significant differences that set them apart. 展开更多

旨在揭示弱酸高盐法提取菜籽蛋白的潜力,以脱脂低温压榨菜籽饼为原料,MgCl2溶液为提取液,采用弱酸高盐法提取菜籽蛋白,采用单因素实验研究提取温度、提取pH、提取时间、提取液浓度及料液比对菜籽蛋白提取率的影响,采用正交实验进行菜籽... 旨在揭示弱酸高盐法提取菜籽蛋白的潜力,以脱脂低温压榨菜籽饼为原料,MgCl2溶液为提取液,采用弱酸高盐法提取菜籽蛋白,采用单因素实验研究提取温度、提取pH、提取时间、提取液浓度及料液比对菜籽蛋白提取率的影响,采用正交实验进行菜籽蛋白的弱酸高盐法提取工艺优化,并比较弱酸高盐法菜籽蛋白与碱提酸沉法菜籽蛋白在抗营养因子(植酸、硫苷和单宁)含量与感官特性(气味、色泽)上的差异。结果表明:弱酸高盐法提取菜籽蛋白的最佳工艺条件为提取温度50℃、提取pH 6.5、提取时间150 min、提取液浓度150 mmol/L、料液比1∶30,在最佳工艺条件下菜籽蛋白提取率为(48.00±1.12)%,纯度为(73.99±2.87)%;弱酸高盐法菜籽蛋白的单宁含量为(0.90±0.06)%,植酸含量为(0.04±0.01)%,未检测出硫苷,色泽为浅黄色,各指标明显优于碱提酸沉法菜籽蛋白。弱酸高盐法作为一种温和的工艺在菜籽蛋白提取方面具有较好的开发潜力和应用前景。 展开更多

针对3D打印混凝土自身的层面特征和各向异性的力学性能,目前尚缺少有效的数值模拟方法对3D打印混凝土进行力学性能分析的现状,基于变形条件和力学平衡条件,推导出了3D打印混凝土各向异性等效单元的线弹性本构模型,并基于剪应力互等定理... 针对3D打印混凝土自身的层面特征和各向异性的力学性能,目前尚缺少有效的数值模拟方法对3D打印混凝土进行力学性能分析的现状,基于变形条件和力学平衡条件,推导出了3D打印混凝土各向异性等效单元的线弹性本构模型,并基于剪应力互等定理给出了3D打印混凝土的层面应力计算方法。以100 mm×100 mm×100 mm的3D打印混凝土立方块体为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元软件对3D打印混凝土立方块体进行了受力性能的数值模拟分析。结果显示:采用等效单元法得到的单元网格数量减少了64倍,位移结果的整体误差能够控制在1%以内,计算效率提高了430多倍。通过本文研究,采用等效单元法实现了具有层面特征的各向异性3D打印混凝土的有限元模拟分析,能够保证计算精度的前提下大幅度提高计算效率。 展开更多

交汇角和流量比对干支流交汇区水流结构影响模拟研究

弱混合条件下下干流对支流入汇区水流结构影响显著,支流入汇区水流特性复杂,弄清支流入汇区水动力特性对河流的生态修复、水环境治理等问题具有重要意义。研究采用物理模型和数值模拟结合的方法,构建并验证明渠干支流交汇RNG k-ε紊流模... 弱混合条件下下干流对支流入汇区水流结构影响显著,支流入汇区水流特性复杂,弄清支流入汇区水动力特性对河流的生态修复、水环境治理等问题具有重要意义。研究采用物理模型和数值模拟结合的方法,构建并验证明渠干支流交汇RNG k-ε紊流模型,根据不同交汇角弱混合多种汇流比工况计算结果,详细分析了交汇角和汇流比的变化对支流入汇区流速分布特性和环流结构的影响,并计算分析得出不同交汇角支流入汇区发生回流汇流比的临界值。结果表明:干支流交汇弱混合条件下,干流对支流入汇区水流结构影响显著。支流水流在入汇区在右岸出现回流形成回流区,并右岸壁面处形成最大回流流速区;支流入汇区表中层形成大尺度的横向涡结构,出现了明显回流区和环流结构,环流结构尺度随着汇流比的增大而减小,与交汇角的相关关系表现为150°大于30°大于90°;纵向涡量峰值与汇流比均呈负相关关系,汇流比越大,涡量峰值越小;交汇角30°、90°和150°支流入汇区发生回流,出现环流结构的汇流比γ临界值分别为0.013、0.011、0.031。 展开更多

含软弱夹层倾斜结构面的剪切特性与倾斜角、充填度密切相关,为了获得具有起伏形貌的含软弱夹层倾斜结构面的剪切特性,采用多功能岩土体接触破损测试系统,开展了针对起伏形貌的含软弱夹层倾斜结构面试样的直剪试验。试验结果表明:(1)不... 含软弱夹层倾斜结构面的剪切特性与倾斜角、充填度密切相关,为了获得具有起伏形貌的含软弱夹层倾斜结构面的剪切特性,采用多功能岩土体接触破损测试系统,开展了针对起伏形貌的含软弱夹层倾斜结构面试样的直剪试验。试验结果表明:(1)不含软弱夹层的倾斜结构面剪应力–剪切位移曲线具有峰值剪断特征;含软弱夹层倾斜结构面剪应力–剪切位移曲线具有滑动破坏特征。(2)充填度不同时,倾斜结构面法向位移随剪切位移增大而增大,变化率逐渐增大并趋于稳定,呈剪胀效应特征;倾斜角不同时,结构面法向位移均随着剪切位移的增大而增大,并且法向位移前期增长率明显小于后期增长率。(3)倾斜结构面抗剪强度随充填度的增大呈负指数减小;随倾斜角和法向应力的增大近似呈线性增大。(4)考虑软弱夹层材料、充填度及倾斜角对抗剪强度的影响,在Barton抗剪强度模型的基础上,建立了适用于含软弱夹层倾斜结构面抗剪强度模型。研究成果可为工程岩体稳定性评价提供参考。 展开更多

堆石料的力学特性直接影响堆石坝工程的设计、施工和运行,对坝体变形及安全有重要影响。基于大石峡混凝土面板堆石坝工程,采用离散单元法(DEM)建立了接近于3BA区堆石料真实颗粒形状的椭球颗粒试样,开展了一系列常规三轴数值试验,研究了... 堆石料的力学特性直接影响堆石坝工程的设计、施工和运行,对坝体变形及安全有重要影响。基于大石峡混凝土面板堆石坝工程,采用离散单元法(DEM)建立了接近于3BA区堆石料真实颗粒形状的椭球颗粒试样,开展了一系列常规三轴数值试验,研究了3BA区堆石料的宏、细观力学特性。通过不同围压下的宏观应力应变演化曲线,获得堆石料的宏观应力、变形指标。采用平均接触力将接触网络划分为强、弱2个子网络,分析强、弱接触网络的配位数分布与拓扑演化规律。结果表明:割线模量、泊松比、峰值内摩擦角与围压呈线性变化,剪胀角与围压呈非线性变化;颗粒体系内接触的拓扑演化主要发生在弱接触网络,进而影响堆石料的宏观体积变化,强接触网络内的接触保持不变,为堆石料提供稳定的传力通道。研究结果可用于指导实际工程中不同围压下宏观力学指标的选取。 展开更多

Double network(DN)hydrogels as one kind of tough gels have attracted extensive at-tention for their potential applications in biomedical and load-bearing fields.Herein,we import more functions like shape memory into the conventional tough DN hydro-gel system.We synthesize the PEG-PDAC/P(AAm-co-AAc)DN hydrogels,of which the first network is a well-defined PEG(polyethylene glycol)network loaded with PDAC(poly(acryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride))strands,while the second network is formed by copolymerizing AAm(acrylamide)with AAc(acrylic acid)and cross-linker MBAA(N;N′-methylenebisacrylamide).The PEG-PDAC/P(AAm-co-AAc)DN gels exhibits high mechanical strength.The fracture stress and toughness of the DN gels reach up to 0.9 MPa and 3.8 MJ/m^3,respectively.Compared with the conventional double network hydrogels with neutral polymers as the soft and ductile second network,the PEG-PDAC/P(AAm-co-AAc)DN hydrogels use P(AAm-co-AAc),a weak polyelectrolyte,as the second network.The AAc units serve as the coordination points with Fe^3+ions and physically crosslink the second network,which realizes the shape memory property activated by the reducing ability of ascorbic acid.Our results indicate that the high mechanical strength and shape memory properties,probably the two most important characters related to the potential application of the hydrogels,can be introduced simultaneously into the DN hydrogels if the functional monomer has been integrated into the network of DN hydrogels smartly. 展开更多

The lithology of fracture zone which was developed at the dam foundation of a hydropower station is weak sandstone with poor integrity and pore cementation contact.Its creep properties have a significant impact on the deformation and stability of the dam.Based on the characteristics of loose organizational structure,high moisture content and poor mechanical properties,the triaxial compression tests and creep tests were carried out,respectively.The results show significant non-linear,low strength and no obvious strength peaks.Both axial and lateral strains are achieved more than 3%when the tests are failed.The weak sandstone has a significant creep property,but only transient and steady state appear under low stress.Increased stress causes creep intensified and lateral strain gradually exceeds axial strain.In the failure stage,it has characteristics of large axial plastic deformation,obvious volumetric ductility dilation and large steady creep rate.The accelerated creep appears shortly after transient loading under confining of pressures 1.0 MPa and 1.5 MPa.Therefore,an improved Burgers creep model considering the non-linear characteristics of weak sandstone is built based on hyperbolic equation and the creep parameters are identified.This model can well describe the creep properties of weak sandstone. 展开更多
