An explorative study on document type assignment of review articles in Web of Science,Scopus and journals’websites

Purpose:Accurately assigning the document type of review articles in citation index databases like Web of Science(WoS)and Scopus is important.This study aims to investigate the document type assignation of review articles in Web of Science,Scopus and Publisher’s websites on a large scale.Design/methodology/approach:27,616 papers from 160 journals from 10 review journal series indexed in SCI are analyzed.The document types of these papers labeled on journals’websites,and assigned by WoS and Scopus are retrieved and compared to determine the assigning accuracy and identify the possible reasons for wrongly assigning.For the document type labeled on the website,we further differentiate them into explicit review and implicit review based on whether the website directly indicates it is a review or not.Findings:Overall,WoS and Scopus performed similarly,with an average precision of about 99% and recall of about 80%.However,there were some differences between WoS and Scopus across different journal series and within the same journal series.The assigning accuracy of WoS and Scopus for implicit reviews dropped significantly,especially for Scopus.Research limitations:The document types we used as the gold standard were based on the journal websites’labeling which were not manually validated one by one.We only studied the labeling performance for review articles published during 2017-2018 in review journals.Whether this conclusion can be extended to review articles published in non-review journals and most current situation is not very clear.Practical implications:This study provides a reference for the accuracy of document type assigning of review articles in WoS and Scopus,and the identified pattern for assigning implicit reviews may be helpful to better labeling on websites,WoS and Scopus.Originality/value:This study investigated the assigning accuracy of document type of reviews and identified the some patterns of wrong assignments.

Impacts of Aggregation Methods and Trophospecies Number on the Structure and Function of Marine Food Webs

Aggregation of species with similar ecological properties is one of the effective methods to simplify food web researches.However,species aggregation will affect not only the complexity of modeling process but also the accuracy of models’outputs.Selection of aggregation methods and the number of trophospecies are the keys to study the simplification of food web.In this study,three aggregation methods,including taxonomic aggregation(TA),structural equivalence aggregation(SEA),and self-organizing maps(SOM),were analyzed and compared with the linear inverse model–Markov Chain Monte Carlo(LIM-MCMC)model.Impacts of aggregation methods and trophospecies number on food webs were evaluated based on the robustness and unitless of ecological net-work indices.Results showed that aggregation method of SEA performed better than the other two methods in estimating food web structure and function indices.The effects of aggregation methods were driven by the differences in species aggregation principles,which will alter food web structure and function through the redistribution of energy flow.According to the results of mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)which can be applied to evaluate the accuracy of the model,we found that MAPE in food web indices will increase with the reducing trophospecies number,and MAPE in food web function indices were smaller and more stable than those in food web structure indices.Therefore,trade-off between simplifying food webs and reflecting the status of ecosystem should be con-sidered in food web studies.These findings highlight the importance of aggregation methods and trophospecies number in the analy-sis of food web simplification.This study provided a framework to explore the extent to which food web models are affected by dif-ferent species aggregation,and will provide scientific basis for the construction of food webs.

Dynamic Response Impact of Vehicle Braking on Simply Supported Beam Bridges with Corrugated Steel Webs Based on Vehicle-Bridge Coupled Vibration Analysis

A novel approach for analyzing coupled vibrations between vehicles and bridges is presented,taking into account spatiotemporal effects and mechanical phenomena resulting fromvehicle braking.Efficient modeling and solution of bridge vibrations induced by vehicle deceleration are realized using this method.The method’s validity and reliability are substantiated through numerical examples.A simply supported beam bridge with a corrugated steel web is taken as an example and the effects of parameters such as the initial vehicle speed,braking acceleration,braking location,and road surface roughness on the mid-span displacement and impact factor of the bridge are analyzed.The results show that vehicle braking significantly amplifies mid-span displacement and impact factor responses in comparison to uniform vehicular motion across the bridge.Notably,the influence of wheelto-bridge friction forces is of particular significance and cannot be overlooked.When the vehicle initiates braking near the middle of the span,both the mid-span displacement and impact factor of the bridge exhibit substantial increases,further escalating with higher braking acceleration.Under favorable road surface conditions,the midspan displacement and the impact factor during vehicle braking may exceed the design values stipulated by codes.It is important to note that road surface roughness exerts a more pronounced effect on the impact factor of the bridge in comparison to the effects of vehicle braking.

Endoscopic radial incision and cutting method for adult congenital duodenal webs:A case report

BACKGROUND Congenital duodenal webs are rare in adults and can lead to various symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,and postprandial fullness.The treatment for this disease is mostly surgical.Endoscopic treatment techniques have been developed and attempted for this disease.Endoscopic radial incision and cutting(RIC)techniques are reportedly very effective in benign anastomotic stricture.This case report highlights the effectiveness and safety of endoscopic RIC as a minimally invasive treatment for adult congenital duodenal webs.CASE SUMMARY A 23-year-old female patient with indigestion was referred to a tertiary hospital.The patient complained of postprandial fullness in the epigastric region.Previous physical examinations or blood tests indicated no abnormalities.Computed tomography revealed an eccentric broad-based delayed-enhancing mass-like lesion in the second portion of the duodenum.Endoscopy showed an enlarged gastric cavity and a significantly dilated duodenal bulb;a very small hole was observed in the distal part of the second portion,and scope passage was not possible.Gastrografin upper gastrointestinal series was performed,revealing an intraduodenal barium contrast-filled sac with a curvilinear narrow radiolucent rim,a typical"windsock"sign.Endoscopic RIC was performed on the duodenal web.The patient recovered uneventfully.Follow-up endoscopy showed a patent duodenal lumen without any residual stenosis.The patient reported complete resolution of symptoms at the 18-month follow-up.CONCLUSION Endoscopic RIC may be an effective treatment for congenital duodenal webs in adults.

WebShell应急响应检测方法研究与实践

互联网上的Web信息系统的飞速发展,给人们的生活和办公上带来了便利。然而,近年来网络安全事件频发,暴露出互联网的Web信息系统面临的风险和其脆弱性。作为网站服务器的后门恶意文件,即WebShell,其具有极强的隐蔽性,是黑客入侵网站的重要手段,直接影响着互联网上Web信息系统的安全与效率。因此,对WebShell的分析和研究就显得极为重要。鉴于此,讨论WebShell的分类方法,分析了两种WebShell的上传方法,给出了当前WebShell检测的主流方法,介绍了WebShell应急响应的一般流程。最后给出一个Windows操作系统服务器,针对WebShell应急响应处置流程进行实验。实验结果表明,结合现有的WebShell检测和响应技术可以保障Web信息系统的安全性、可用性和稳定性。

JShellDetector: A Java FilelessWebshell Detector Based on Program Analysis

Fileless webshell attacks against Java web applications have becomemore frequent in recent years as Java has gained market share. Webshell is amalicious script that can remotely execute commands and invade servers. Itis widely used in attacks against web applications. In contrast to traditionalfile-based webshells, fileless webshells leave no traces on the hard drive, whichmeans they are invisible to most antivirus software. To make matters worse,although there are some studies on fileless webshells, almost all of themare aimed at web applications developed in the PHP language. The complexmechanism of Java makes researchers face more challenges. To mitigate thisattack, this paper proposes JShellDetector, a fileless webshell detector forJava web applications based on program analysis. JShellDetector uses methodprobes to capture dynamic characteristics of web applications in the JavaVirtual Machine (JVM). When a suspicious class tries to call a specificsensitive method, JShellDetector catches it and converts it from the JVMto a bytecode file. Then, JShellDetector builds a Jimple-based control flowgraph and processes it using taint analysis techniques. A suspicious classis considered malicious if there is a valid path from sources to sinks. Todemonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, we manually collect35 test cases (all open source on GitHub) and test JShellDetector and onlytwo other Java fileless webshell detection tools. The experimental results showthat the detection rate of JShellDetector reaches 77.1%, which is about 11%higher than the other two tools.

基于SVG与WebSocket的SCADA Web发布系统设计

设计了一套基于SVG与WebSocket的SCADA Web发布系统,使得企业管理人员可方便快捷的通过浏览器监视生产运行状况。为了保证画面的流畅性和实时性,本设计提出了SVG动态图元解析预处理机制和基于WebSocket的数据实时刷新机制,前者通过SVG图元预处理以解决在SVG图形访问数量较多且动态图元计算量大的情况下的性能问题;后者通过WebSocket通讯技术避免浏览器不断向服务器发起轮询操作,减轻服务器负载压力,有效提升系统的稳定性和实时性。

Process Monitoring and Terminal Verification of Cable-Stayed Bridges with Corrugated Steel Webs under Contruction

In this paper,the construction process of a cable-stayed bridge with corrugated steel webs was monitored.Moreover,the end performance of the bridge was verified by load test.Owing to the consideration of the bridge structure safety,it is necessary to monitor the main girder deflection,stress,construction error and safety state during construction.Furthermore,to verify whether the bridge can meet the design requirements,the static and dynamic load tests are carried out after the completion of the bridge.The results of construction monitoring show that the stress state of the structure during construction is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation and design requirements,and both meet the design and specification requirements.The final measured stress state of the structure is within the allowable range of the cable-stayed bridge,and the stress state of the structure is normal and meets the specification requirements.The results of load tests show that the measured deflection values of the mid-span section of the main girder are less than the theoretical calculation values.The maximum deflection of the girder is−20.90 mm,which is less than−22.00 mm of the theoretical value,indicating that the girder has sufficient structural stiffness.The maximum impact coefficient under dynamic load test is 1.08,which is greater than 1.05 of theoretical value,indicating that the impact effect of heavy-duty truck on this type of bridge is larger.This study can provide important reference value for construction and maintenance of similar corrugated steel web cable-stayed bridges.

利用Oracle WebServer开发Web数据库及其应用的研究

基于扩展的WebService的构件组装的研究

构件组装是基于构件的开发(CBD)研究的核心,为了使构件系统适应网络发展的要求,针对传统的WebService对服务间依赖表达较弱的不足,提出一种基于扩展WebService的构件组装模式,并给出其组装体系结构。这种组装模式将构件部署包装成WebService构件,用扩展的W SDL(Web服务描述语言)描述单个服务及服务间的依赖,在构件组装平台下,根据一定的组装机制和Web服务间通信机制完成组装,既可屏蔽构件的异构性,又充分利用了系统资源。

基于WebService的绿色建筑能耗数据分析平台

针对现有分析平台存在分析结果的确定系数低、方根误差的变异系数高、平台分析精度低的问题,引入Web Service技术,开展了绿色建筑能耗数据分析平台的设计研究。首先,基于平台的浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,完成绿色建筑能耗数据分析平台的硬件框架设计。其次,利用Web Service技术实现绿色建筑能耗数据采集与存储。最后,引入Spark Streaming和Apriori算法,完成数据流聚类与关联分析。实验结果证明,新的平台可以显著提升分析结果的确定系数,有效控制方根误差变异系数,平台分析精度更高。
