Therefore, node classification is an open issue. Recently, one vector of node is directly connected at the end of another vector. However, this method actually obtains the performance by extending dimensions and considering that the text and structural information are one-to-one, which is obviously unreasonable. Regarding this issue, a method by weighting vectors is proposed in this paper. Three methods, negative logarithm, modulus and sigmoid function are used to weight-trained vectors, then recombine the weighted vectors and put them into the SVM classifier for evaluation output. By comparing three different weighting methods, the results showed that using negative logarithm weighting achieved better results than the other two using modulus and sigmoid function weighting, and was superior to directly concatenating vectors in the same dimension.展开更多

This analysis only uses latitude and longitude in formation of the capitals with the confirmed cases on May 24, 2020 to illustrate the usefulness of TWC though any date could have been used. There are three types of TWC analyses, each type having five associated algorithms that produce fifteen maps, TWC-Original, TWC-Frequency and TWC-Windowing. We focus on TWC-Original to illustrate our approach. The TWC method without using the transportation information predicts the network for COVID-19 outbreak that matches very well with the main radial transportation routes network in Brazil.展开更多

文摘Concentrate copper grade(CCG)is one of the important production indicators of copper flotation processes, and keeping the CCG at the set value is of great significance to the economic benefit of copper flotation industrial processes. This paper addresses the fluctuation problem of CCG through an operational optimization method.Firstly,a density-based affinity propagationalgorithm is proposed so that more ideal working condition categories can be obtained for the complex raw ore properties.Next,a Bayesian network(BN)is applied to explore the relationship between the operational variables and the CCG.Based on the analysis results of BN,a weighted Gaussian process regression model is constructed to predict the CCG that a higher prediction accuracy can be obtained. To ensure the predicted CCG is close to the set value with a smaller magnitude of the operation adjustments and a smaller uncertainty of the prediction results,an index-oriented adaptive differential evolution(IOADE)algorithm is proposed, and the convergence performance of IOADE is superior to the traditional differential evolution and adaptive differential evolution methods. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed methods are verified by the experiments on a copper flotation industrial process.

文摘Let n≥2 and let L be a second-order elliptic operator of divergence form with coefficients consisting of both an elliptic symmetric part and a BMO anti-symmetric part in ℝ^(n).In this article,we consider the weighted Kato square root problem for L.More precisely,we prove that the square root L^(1/2)satisfies the weighted L^(p)estimates||L^(1/2)(f)||L_(ω)^p(R^(n))≤C||■f||L_(ω)^p(R^(n);R^(n))for any p∈(1,∞)andω∈Ap(ℝ^(n))(the class of Muckenhoupt weights),and that||■f||L_(ω)^p(R^(n);R^(n))≤C||L^(1/2)(f)||L_(ω)^p(R^(n))for any p∈(1,2+ε)andω∈Ap(ℝ^(n))∩RH_(2+ε/p),(R^(n))(the class of reverse Hölder weights),whereε∈(0,∞)is a constant depending only on n and the operator L,and where(2+ε/p)'denotes the Hölder conjugate exponent of 2+ε/p.Moreover,for any given q∈(2,∞),we give a sufficient condition to obtain that||■f||L_(ω)^p(R^(n);R^(n))≤C||L^(1/2)(f)||L_(ω)^p(R^(n))for any p∈(1,q)andω∈A_(p)(R^(n))∩pRH_(q/p),(R^(n)).As an application,we prove that when the coefficient matrix A that appears in L satisfies the small BMO condition, the Riesz transform∇L^(−1/2)is bounded on L_(ω)^(p)(ℝ^(n))for any given p∈(1,∞)andω∈Ap(ℝ^(n)).Furthermore,applications to the weighted L^(2)-regularity problem with the Dirichlet or the Neumann boundary condition are also given.

文摘Immune changes and inflammatory responses have been identified as central events in the pathological process of spinal co rd injury. They can greatly affect nerve regeneration and functional recovery. However, there is still limited understanding of the peripheral immune inflammato ry response in spinal cord inju ry.In this study.we obtained microRNA expression profiles from the peripheral blood of patients with spinal co rd injury using high-throughput sequencing. We also obtained the mRNA expression profile of spinal cord injury patients from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database(GSE151371).We identified 54 differentially expressed microRNAs and 1656 diffe rentially expressed genes using bioinformatics approaches.Functional enrichment analysis revealed that various common immune and inflammation-related signaling pathways, such as neutrophil extracellular trap formation pathway,T cell receptor signaling pathway, and nuclear factor-κB signal pathway,we re abnormally activated or inhibited in spinal cord inju ry patient samples. We applied an integrated strategy that combines weighted gene co-expression network analysis,LASSO logistic regression, and SVM-RFE algorithm and identified three biomarke rs associated with spinal cord injury:ANO10,BST1,and ZFP36L2.We verified the expression levels and diagnostic perfo rmance of these three genes in the original training dataset and clinical samples through the receiver operating characteristic curve.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction results showed that ANO20 and BST1 mRNA levels were increased and ZFP36L2 mRNA was decreased in the peripheral blood of spinal cord injury patients. We also constructed a small RNA-mRNA interaction network using Cytoscape.Additionally,we evaluated the proportion of 22 types of immune cells in the peripheral blood of spinal co rd injury patients using the CIBERSORT tool. The proportions of naive B cells, plasma cells, monocytes, and neutrophils were increased while the proportions of memory B cells,CD8^(+)T cells, resting natural killer cells, resting dendritic cells, and eosinophils were markedly decreased in spinal cord injury patients increased compared with healthy subjects, and ANO10,BST1 and ZFP26L2we re closely related to the proportion of certain immune cell types. The findings from this study provide new directions for the development of treatment strategies related to immune inflammation in spinal co rd inju ry and suggest that ANO10,BST2,and ZFP36L2 are potential biomarkers for spinal cord injury. The study was registe red in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(registration No.ChiCTR2200066985,December 12,2022).
文摘Node of network has lots of information, such as topology, text and label information. By comparing three different weighting methods, the results showed that using negative logarithm weighting achieved better results than the other two using modulus and sigmoid function weighting, and was superior to directly concatenating vectors in the same dimension.

文摘Background:Exploring the efficacy, potential components, and mechanism of the combination of ginger essential oil and gingerols in the treatment of head wind disease based on network pharmacology technology with content weight. Methods:The experimental groups were divided into:0:10,1:4,1:2,1:1,2:1,4:1,10:0.The relative content(Ri)of the chemical constituents of ginger's volatile oil was determined using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Additionally,the physicochemical and biological property parameters(LogP,MDCK,PPB,MW)of the components were considered. To assess the quantitative effect of the components,a grading score was performed, and the quantitative effect index(Ki)was calculated.Subsequently, the target effect index(Ti)was calculated by combining the component-target matching score(Fit score).Using these calculations, the target effect score A was determined under the influence of multiple components targeting different targets.Key targets with A≥1000 were identified. To predict the targets related to head wind disease, the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database(https://ctdbase.org/),Gene Cards(https://www.genecards.org/),and Disgenet database(https://www.disgenet.org/)were utilized. The key targets, obtained from different proportions of ginger's volatile oil and gingerol, were intersected with the predicted targets. This facilitated network pharmacological analysis and verification of the efficacy. Results:The content of volatile oil in ginger demonstrated an impact on key targets associated with the volatile oil group. Each specific combination of volatile oil consistently activated distinct pathways, with variations stemming from changes in content.Experimental testing revealed that different combinations of ginger's volatile oil and gingerol effectively alleviated migraine symptoms in rats. Conclusion:Through the application of content-weighted network pharmacology technology and pharmacodynamic verification,it was determined that altering the ratio between ginger's volatile oil and gingerol leads to variations in potential targets and pathways, consequently impacting its efficacy.
文摘This study used Topological Weighted Centroid (TWC) to analyze the Coronavirus outbreak in Brazil. The TWC method without using the transportation information predicts the network for COVID-19 outbreak that matches very well with the main radial transportation routes network in Brazil.

文摘As a combination of edge computing and artificial intelligence, edge intelligence has become a promising technique and provided its users with a series of fast, precise, and customized services. In edge intelligence, when learning agents are deployed on the edge side, the data aggregation from the end side to the designated edge devices is an important research topic.Considering the various importance of end devices, this paper studies the weighted data aggregation problem in a single hop end-to-edge communication network.Firstly,to make sure all the end devices with various weights are fairly treated in data aggregation,a distributed end-to-edge cooperative scheme is proposed. Then,to handle the massive contention on the wireless channel caused by end devices,a multi-armed bandit(MAB)algorithm is designed to help the end devices find their most appropriate update rates.Diffe-rent from the traditional data aggregation works, combining the MAB enables our algorithm a higher efficiency in data aggregation. With a theoretical analysis,we show that the efficiency of our algorithm is asymptotically optimal.Comparative experiments with previous works are also conducted to show the strength of our algorithm.

文摘Weighted vertex cover(WVC)is one of the most important combinatorial optimization problems. In this paper,we provide a new game optimization to achieve efficiency and time of solutions for the WVC problem of weighted networks. We first model the WVC problem as a general game on weighted networks.Under the framework of a game,we newly define several cover states to describe the WVC problem. Moreover,we reveal the relationship among these cover states of the weighted network and the strict Nash equilibriums(SNEs)of the game. Then,we propose a game-based asynchronous algorithm(GAA),which can theoretically guarantee that all cover states of vertices converging in an SNE with polynomial time.Subsequently,we improve the GAA by adding 2-hop and 3-hop adjustment mechanisms, termed the improved game-based asynchronous algorithm(IGAA),in which we prove that it can obtain a better solution to the WVC problem than using a the GAA.Finally, numerical simulations demonstrate that the proposed IGAA can obtain a better approximate solution in promising computation time compared with the existing representative algorithms.

文摘Cardiomyopathies represent the most common clinical and genetic heterogeneous group of diseases that affect the heart function.Though progress has been made to elucidate the process, molecular mechanisms of different classes of cardiomyopathies remain elusive. This paper aims to describe the similarities and differences in molecular features of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)and ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM).We firstly detected the co-expressed modules using the weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA).Significant modules associated with DCM/ICM were identified by the Pearson correlation coefficient(PCC)between the modules and the phenotype of DCM/ICM.The differentially expressed genes in the modules were selected to perform functional enrichment. The potential transcription factors(TFs)prediction was conducted for transcription regulation of hub genes.Apoptosis and cardiac conduction were perturbed in DCM and ICM,respectively.TFs demonstrated that the biomarkers and the transcription regulations in DCM and ICM were different, which helps make more accurate discrimination between them at molecular levels. In conclusion, comprehensive analyses of the molecular features may advance our understanding of DCM and ICM causes and progression. Thus, this understanding may promote the development of innovative diagnoses and treatments.
文摘In this paper,we establish the new forms of Riemann-type fractional integral and derivative operators. The novel fractional integral operator is proved to be bounded in Lebesgue space and some classical fractional integral and differential operators are obtained as special cases. The properties of new operators like semi-group,inverse and certain others are discussed and its weighted Laplace transform is evaluated.Fractional integro-differential freeelectron laser(FEL)and kinetic equations are established. The solutions to these new equations are obtained by using the modified weighted Laplace transform. The Cauchy problem and a growth model are designed as applications along with graphical representation. Finally, the conclusion section indicates future directions to the readers.

文摘Considering the exponential growth of wireless devices with datastarving applications fused with artificial intelligence, the significance of wireless network scalability using distributed behavior and fairness among users is a crucial feature in guaranteeing reliable service to numerous users in the network environment.TheKuramoto model is described as nonlinear selfsustained phase oscillators spinning at varying intrinsic frequencies connected through the sine of their phase differences and displays a phase transition at a specific coupling strength,in which a mutual behavior is accomplished. In this work,we apply the Kuramoto model to achieve a weighted fair resource allocation in a wireless network, where each user has different quality of service(QoS)requirements.Because the original Kuramoto model is the synchronization model,we propose a new weighting parameter for representing requirement of each node resource and modify the Kuramoto model to achieveweighted fair resource allocation for users with different QoS requirements. The proposed modified Kuramoto model allocates all users the resource based on their weight among contending nodes in a distributed manner. We analyze the convergence condition for the proposed model, and the results reveal that the proposed algorithm achieves aweighted fair resource allocation and with potentially high convergence speed compared to previous algorithm.
