Aiming at the signal bandwidth design problem for multi-target imaging task,a kind of multiple input multiple output(MIMO)radar waveform design method is proposed.At first,the closed-loop feedback between the range profile and the signal bandwidth,which can design the minimum bandwidth of a transmitting signal that can distinguish each scatterer of the target in range direction,is established.Then,considering the request of beam pattern and the bandwidth limitation,a waveform optimization model is established and solved.Therefore,the multi-target observation and the dynamic adjustment of the signal bandwidth are accomplished.In the end,the simulation results prove the performance of the algorithm in a low SNR circumstance. 展开更多

In high voltage input DC-DC converter, auxiliary winding of isolation transformer is usually used to supply power for control circuit. Due to the wide-range of input voltage, the variable output voltage of auxiliary winding will cause a series of problems, such as variable drive pulse amplitude, increased driver switching devices loss and drive transformer core saturation. This paper analyzes the influence of variable output voltage of auxiliary winding in detail. A novel method is proposed to solve the problem of large variation range of auxiliary winding output voltage, which is adding a buck converter between the auxiliary winding and the control circuit. A dual switch forward convert has been designed with 300 V - 800 V input and 24 V/5 A output. The results show that this method is effective by comparing the different results of using buck converter or not. 展开更多

Digital Beam Forming (DBF) based on Single Input and Multiple Output (SIMO) achieves receiving array gain at the cost of increasing data rate. This letter proposes a new HRWS SAR method, which employs intra-pulse null steering to get receiving gain in elevation and decrease the data rate, and Multiple Input and Multiple Output (MIMO) using Space-Time Block Coding (STBC) in azimuth to get transmitting gain and receiving array gain simultaneously. Mutual coupling reduction or isolation enhancement in antenna arrays is an important area of research as it severely affects the performance of an antenna.In this paper,a new type of compact and highly isolated Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output(MIMO)antenna for ultra-wideband(UWB)applications is presented.The design consists of four radiators that are orthogonally positioned and confined to a compact 40×40×0.8 mm3 space.The final antenna design uses an inverted L shape partial ground to produce an acceptable reflection coefficient(S11<−10 dB)in an entire UWB band(3.1–10.6)giga hertz(GHz).Moreover,the inter-element isolation has also been enhanced to>20 db for majority of the UWB band.The antenna was fabricated and tested with the vector network analyzer(VNA)and in an anechoic chamber for scattering parameters and radiation patterns.Furthermore,different MIMO diversity performance metrics are also measured to validate the proposed model.The simulation results and the experimental results from the constructed model agree quite well.The proposed antenna is compared with similar designs in recently published literature for various performance metrics.Because of its low envelope correlation coefficient(ECC<0.1),high diversity gain(DG>9.99 dB),peak gain of 4.6 dB,reduced channel capacity loss(CCL<0.4 b/s/Hz),and average radiation efficiency of over 85%,the proposed MIMO antenna is ideally suited for practical UWB applications. 展开更多

Also, since the dielectric elastomer transducer is an actuator developed into an artificial muscle, if the DE motor is further developed, it might be possibly be able to drive a vehicle. Efficient robot driving, various industrial machines and the use of dielectric elastomer sensors to optimize the driving may also help solve the above problems from the perspective of eco-driving. This paper describes the latest level of development of dielectric elastomers, their main problems and solutions to these problems, and their potential applications. The possibilities and concrete plans for building local global smart cities (including local generation power for local consumption), efficient transportation, and environmental monitoring systems utilizing dielectric elastomers are also discussed. 展开更多

Two novel schemes are proposed to synthesize high resolution range profile (HRRP) based on co-located multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system in the context of the joint radar and communication system. The difference between two schemes is the pattern of selecting pulses, which depends on the demand for the velocity information. The system, a type of frequency diverse array (FDA), takes full advantage of the phase-coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal. Furthermore, the complete discrete form of the phase-coded OFDM echoes is utilized to derive the HRRP processing. The velocity estimation in the second scheme aims to eliminate velocity ambiguity, and high velocity can be retrieved exactly. Meanwhile, the imaging method is investigated with random frequency coding applied to an array. The desired performance of resolving velocity ambiguity and suppressing noise is shown by means of comparisons with previous work. The advantages in the radar imaging and the significance of the work are concluded in the end. 展开更多

A fully integrated Ku-band voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is presented in an InGaP/GaAs hetero- junction bipolar transistor (HBT) technology. To achieve the wide tuning range (TR), the VCO employs a Colpitts configuration, and the VCO simultaneously achieves high output power. The implemented VCO demonstrates an oscillation frequency range from 12.82 to 14.97 GHz, a frequency TR of 15.47%, an output power from 0.31 to 6.46 dBm, and a phase noise of -94.9 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset from 13.9 GHz center frequency. The VCO con- sumes 52.75 mW from 5 V supply and occupies an area of 0.81 × 0.78 mm2. Finally, the figures-of-merit for VCOs is discussed. 展开更多

Given the statistical gaps in material flow among provinces in China, a method was introduced to estimate regional physical imports and exports (RPIE), which includes international and interregional imports/ exports. This method uses provincial monetary input- output tables (MIOT) and international trade statistics. A coefficient matrix representing correlations between monetary value and physical mass for years 2000-2009 was obtained based on a detailed commodity classification and 22 material production sectors in MIOT. With the coefficient matrix as reference, RPIE was measured. Pilot calculation of both regional physical trade balance and domestic material consumption, as well as a brief analysis of these methods, were conducted using 2002 data. 展开更多

A CMOS triode transconductor was developed with common mode feedback suitable for operating in low-voltage and low-power applications. The design is based on a body-driven input stage with feedback loops to extend both the signal input range and the tuning capability. The effective transconductance of the body-driven triode stage is increased using a partial positive feedback technique which also partially solves the problem introduced by the small transconductance. This design uses the UMC 0.18 μm CMOS process. Simulations show the transconductor operated with 1 V supply voltage has less than -55 dB total harmonic distortions (THD) in the complete tuning range (0 V≤ Vcont≤ 0.43 V) for a 1 MHz 0.8 Vp-p differential input. The power consumption is 70 μW for a 0.43 V control voltage. 展开更多

为了解决变频控制的桥臂共用型四开关Buck-BoostLLC级联变换器磁性元件设计和优化困难的问题,提出一种二次侧为特殊全桥整流结构的级联式四开关Buck-Boost LLC变换器。通过控制二次侧开关管的交叠导通时间以拓宽变换器的电压增益。该变... 为了解决变频控制的桥臂共用型四开关Buck-BoostLLC级联变换器磁性元件设计和优化困难的问题,提出一种二次侧为特殊全桥整流结构的级联式四开关Buck-Boost LLC变换器。通过控制二次侧开关管的交叠导通时间以拓宽变换器的电压增益。该变换器可根据不同的输入电压范围工作在交叠模式和整流模式;在不改变变换器参数的条件下将增益显著提高,能够适应更宽范围的输入电压,同时保持了变换器较高的工作效率。在两种工作模式的基础上,采用移相控制使变换器所有开关管实现零电压导通(ZVS),二极管实现零电流关断(ZCS)。结合状态平面轨迹分析法,对定频控制的级联式四开关Buck-Boost LLC变换器进行模态分析,并推导两种工作模式下的输入-输出表达式和开关管的软开关实现条件。最后,通过研制一台70~280 V输入、240 W/28 V输出的实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性。 展开更多

针对车载DC-DC变换器输入电压变化范围大的问题,提出一种组合式宽输入高效率DC-DC变换器。该变换器包括飞跨电容(FC)型三电平Buck电路和LLC谐振电路两部分,FC三电平Buck电路输出端口与LLC谐振电路输入端口串联,通过控制FC三电平Buck电... 针对车载DC-DC变换器输入电压变化范围大的问题,提出一种组合式宽输入高效率DC-DC变换器。该变换器包括飞跨电容(FC)型三电平Buck电路和LLC谐振电路两部分,FC三电平Buck电路输出端口与LLC谐振电路输入端口串联,通过控制FC三电平Buck电路占空比实现输出电压调节以适应宽输入电压范围,同时三电平结构降低了开关管电压应力、减小了损耗;LLC谐振电路传输负载所需全部功率,采用定频开环控制以获得高效率和稳定增益,同时实现了电气隔离。详细分析了组合式变换器的拓扑结构、直流增益以及工作效率,并与相同电路构成的级联式变换器进行了效率特性对比,根据组合式变换器的拓扑结构和工作特性,提出一种解耦控制策略,实现输出电压稳定和飞跨电容电压平衡,最后搭建了一个200~400 V输入、12 V/20 A输出的实验电路进行验证,实验结果表明所提组合式变换器的正确性和可行性。 展开更多

基于华虹0.18μm CMOS工艺设计了一款用于传感器模拟前端的可编程增益放大器(PGA),其整体采用全差分结构来抑制传感器输出的共模噪声、直流分量以及供电电源的输出噪声。该电路由仪表放大结构轨对轨输入级、轨对轨自动调零全差分运算放... 基于华虹0.18μm CMOS工艺设计了一款用于传感器模拟前端的可编程增益放大器(PGA),其整体采用全差分结构来抑制传感器输出的共模噪声、直流分量以及供电电源的输出噪声。该电路由仪表放大结构轨对轨输入级、轨对轨自动调零全差分运算放大器、数字控制电路以及直流分量消除电路这四个部分构成,同时采用连续时间自动调零校准技术来降低其输入失调电压。PGA的放大倍数为5 bit调节,共12个档位,分别为1,2,4,8,…,1024,2048倍。在3.3 V电源电压下,PGA输入输出摆幅为0.2~3.1 V。在输入500 mV的直流分量条件下,在-40~125℃的温度范围内,可将直流分量抑制到47.6μV。通过Virtuoso软件进行电路设计、版图绘制以及仿真验证,后仿真结果表明,在进行100次蒙特卡罗仿真下,电源抑制比和共模抑制比在1 kHz处的平均值分别约为110.3 dB和116.1 dB,输入失调电压的1σ值约为21.3μV。 展开更多

本文提出一种具有超宽输入功率范围的三路整流电路.通过在三条整流支路中采用不同阈值电压的二极管,使每条支路对不同输入功率进行高效整流,三条整流支路协同作用,使所提出的整流电路能够在超宽输入功率范围内保持高效率工作;设计并实... 本文提出一种具有超宽输入功率范围的三路整流电路.通过在三条整流支路中采用不同阈值电压的二极管,使每条支路对不同输入功率进行高效整流,三条整流支路协同作用,使所提出的整流电路能够在超宽输入功率范围内保持高效率工作;设计并实现了一个工作在2.4 GHz的三支路整流电路,三条整流支路分别实现在-10~11、11~24和24~35 dBm的功率范围内,效率保持在30%以上.测试结果表明:在-6~25 dBm的输入功率范围内,电路的转换效率均可保持在40%以上,最高效率可以达到71.2%.所提出的整流电路对输入功率的灵敏度较低,能够在超宽输入功率范围内实现高效率能量转换,可用于能量收集或动态无线能量传输系统中. 展开更多

基于多绕组补偿的宽电流稳定感应取能装置

传统的电流互感器(current transformer,CT)为在线监测设备供电时,由于输电线路电流的大范围波动,将会导致小电流时CT取能不足、大电流时CT磁心饱和的问题。针对输电线路电流宽范围取能不稳定问题,提出了基于多绕组补偿的感应取能控制... 传统的电流互感器(current transformer,CT)为在线监测设备供电时,由于输电线路电流的大范围波动,将会导致小电流时CT取能不足、大电流时CT磁心饱和的问题。针对输电线路电流宽范围取能不稳定问题,提出了基于多绕组补偿的感应取能控制方法。首先对取能CT等效模型进行分析,推导出二次侧感应电压和磁感应强度数学表达式;同时对铁芯电磁特性进行分析,获得在不同电流大小下对应的取能CT输出特性。其次,采用电压源型整流电路(voltage source rectifier,VSR)拓扑结构对取能CT进行励磁补偿。通过分析不同二次侧负载对VSR输出特性的影响,控制其四象限运行模式,即在过磁情况下单相VSR输出特性表现为容性,在欠磁情况下单相VSR输出特性表现为感性。再次,通过对二次侧等效阻抗及励磁电流进行等效建模及计算,获得不同运行模态下的区间阈值,在不同区间范围内控制单相VSR工作在不同模式,实现CT二次侧阻抗从容性到感性的动态调节,保证取电CT在一次电流大范围变化时,维持稳定的输出电压。最后,搭建仿真模型及实验平台,通过仿真及实验结果对所提控制感应取能装置的多绕组解决方案的可行性及有效性进行验证。 展开更多
