Research on the Design Method of Equipment in Service Assessment Subjects

Combined with equipment activities such as combat readiness,training, exercises and management, it is proposed that the design of equipment in-service assessment subjects should follow the principles of combination, stage and operability. Focusing on the design of equipment in-serviceassessment subjects, a design method for in-service assessment subjects basedon the combination of trial and training mode is proposed. Based on theactual use of high-equipment use management and training and the established indicator system, the army’s bottom-level equipment activity subjectsand bottom-level assessments are combined. The indicators are mapped andanalyzed. Through multiple rounds of iterations, the mapping relationshipbetween in-service assessment indicators and military equipment activitysubjects is established. Finally, the equipment activity subjects whose data iscollected (reflecting the underlying assessment indicators) are generated inservice assessment subjects. The orthogonal test method is used to optimizethe samples in the assessment subjects to form an in-service assessmentimplementation plan. Taking a certain type of armored infantry fightingvehicle as an example, the sample optimization design of the initially generatedin-service assessment subjects is analyzed. It provides methods and ideas tocarry out in-service assessment work.

Information literacy course design based on student survey: The practice of subject librarians at NSL, CAS

Purpose: This paper aims to explore best practices in academic and research libraries in providing information literacy(IL) instruction to science and engineering graduate students.Design/methodology/approach: Using the questionnaire survey method, we conducted an IL assessment study on 114 graduate students enrolling in graduate courses offered by College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences(GUCAS).Findings: The current situation of graduate students' IL competencies and the need to develop them are revealed. An IL course was designed by subject librarians of National Science Library(NSL), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), with three patterns addressing the development of graduate students' IL competencies.Research limitations: It is only about the practice of subject librarians at NSL, CAS, in designing IL courses for graduate students enrolling in graduate courses offered by College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, GUCAS.Practical implications: The results can provide a lot of useful information for the improvement of IL competencies of graduate students in science and technology disciplines.Originality/value: It is significant for assisting future subject librarians in incorporating IL skills into their course, especially for academic and research librarians to prepare and develop IL courses for science and engineering graduate students.

Light Environment Analysis and Design Strategies of Large Commercial Buildings-A Case Study in Harbin

This paper presents a comprehensive survey for the situation of light environment in large commercial building through architecture design information,subjective and objective fieldwork and online survey for three typical commercial building forms( centralized form, covered mall shopping center, lifestyle center).Descriptive method is used for statistical analysis which includes the evaluation of light environmental quality,subjective assessment among daylight and artificial illumination,effect of physical characteristics on subjective assessment of light environment. Based on the results of statistical analysis,the improving strategies for light environment are proposed in terms of making use of daylight,artificial lighting design and improvement of the overall light environmental quality. The design strategies which based on the consumer needs is very important can provide help for further impact prediction on the quality of light environment.

Design and Development of Garment Fabric Database Management System

The main performance characteristics of garment fabric are analyzed and extracted,which include physical characteristics,appearance characteristics and subjective evaluation characteristics.A calculating model of fabric’s subjective evaluation is provided,which can be adjusted as the data increasing.The database system of garment fabric is analyzed,and then function design,concept design and logic design are carried out.The user interface(UI)design of garment fabric database system is described.The system can not only serve the fabric management and customization of garment enterprises,but also serve the teaching work of colleges and universities,because it is rich in information and convenient.It is of great significance to digital construction in the clothing field.

Achieve Intended Learning Outcomes and Improving Digital Literacy Skills for Practical-Based Subjects Using Online Teaching via Propagation of OER Materials

As professors are subjected to teaching their classes online due to the recent COVID-19, our local Hong Kong students find it difficult to consult their teachers, and ultimately would fail to achieve the intended learning outcomes, especially for practical-based subjects. In this research, students having online classes of a practical-based fabric design subject were encouraged to self-study from Open Educational Resource (OER) materials for a further and better understanding of their subject. Additionally, online materials were developed to improve students’ understanding via skill of digital literacy. Their learning progress was evaluated and compared to the face-to-face version. The majority of students found online classes combined with self-studying OER materials, potentially be a substitute for face-to-face classes. Most of the students further opined different OER videos assisted them without any face-to-face instructions in practical works, to develop new fabric samples from the inspiration. Analysis of test results, and comparison of students’ final grades with different learning modes, supported these phenomena.

桥渡设计虚拟仿真教学平台建设方案研究

桥渡设计是典型的交叉型学科,内容丰富、实践性强,适合采用虚拟仿真技术辅助开展教学。通过详细梳理课程教学内容、重难点和适宜教学方法,并基于文献分析开展学科发展趋势调研,结合平台服务于教学、科研和工程的目标需求,设计虚拟仿真教学平台架构。进一步根据学科特色,总结虚拟仿真场景应达到的主要效果,并对平台中拟开设的三个仿真实验的内容、目标和逻辑体系进行详细设计。

基于主题概率分布模型的个性化信息推荐系统研究

【目的】传统基于相似度计算的个性化信息推荐系统因算力要求过高、推荐时滞过长等问题,致使其无法在中小型新闻图情领域得到广泛的普及。为了帮助中小型新闻图情机构以较低的成本开展个性化信息的精准推荐服务,构建了一套基于主题概率分布模型的个性化信息推荐系统。【方法】通过数据采集技术实现原始数据语料的采集;通过LDA模型训练实现原始文本信息的分类;通过将用户信息代入LDA模型训练获取用户主题画像;将用户主题画像与文本信息分类相结合实现个性化信息推荐。【结果】经试验验证,该系统推荐时效强,可达毫秒级。通过与用户阅读记录进行比较,该系统的推荐结果均符合用户兴趣主题,具有较高的推荐精准度。【结论】该基于主题概率分布模型的个性化信息推荐系统,能够帮助中小型新闻图情机构以较低的成本开展个性化信息精准推荐服务,具有一定的应用价值。

基于发展学生学科核心素养的高职英语课程单元教学设计及实施——以跨境电商专业为例

职场涉外沟通、多元文化交流、语言思维提升和自主学习完善是《高等职业教育专科英语课程标准(2021年版)》所设定的4项学科核心素养。文章以跨境电商专业为例,以发展学生学科核心素养为目的,在学情、教学目标、教学重难点等教学分析的基础上,举例说明了单元教学设计的总体思路,并分析了教学实施效果,指出了取得的成效及存在的不足。

基于学科核心素养培养的高职公共英语作业优化设计

作业布置是课堂教学中不可或缺的一部分,其重要性毋庸置疑。《高等职业教育专科英语课程标准(2021年版)》是高职公共英语课程的重要指导性文件,英语学科核心素养的确立是该文件的关键内容。高职公共英语课堂教学包括作业设计等的一系列改革,都应以英语学科核心素养培养为目的和方向。现今高职公共英语作业存在作业内容局限性、作业形式单调性、作业评价单一性等不足,教师应该秉承作业内容全面性、作业形式多样化、作业评价多维度等原则,把英语学科核心素养的四方面(职场涉外沟通、多元文化交流、语言思维提升和自主学习完善)作为导向,设计出实用性、交际性、思辨性、自主性的新型作业,以此提升学生的核心素养,大力推动高职公共英语课程的良性发展。

内嵌式介入:工匠主体性视域下设计介入传统手工艺的另一种可能

作为关键变量,工匠的主体性关乎传统手工艺设计实践中守正和创新的关系调适,深刻影响着设计介入方式的变迁轨迹。内嵌式介入正是为更加释放工匠设计活力而提出的新介入方式。既有介入方式呈现为外源性的介入特征,以设计师为介入载体,依托设计师与工匠的关系调适来促进工匠的设计参与,但其效果因二者间的权力关系而存在不确定性。以工匠为设计介入载体的多维艺术实践表明,内嵌式介入以具有现代设计知识的工匠为驱动中枢,以他们内在的知识交融转化为核心动力,以“单核驱动,多主体协同”为关系网络特征,能够有效规避工匠在设计介入过程中的边缘化风险。这既为协调传统手工艺设计实践中守正与创新的关系提供了自决性方案,更为传统手工艺走向自主创新设计提供了契机。同时,规模有限、关系网络构建不够成熟、内嵌式与OEM及协同设计模式的关系问题仍需要在政策、实践和研究中得到进一步解决,以推动内嵌式介入成为传统手工艺创新设计的成熟方式。

规制战略理论的现状及其课题

规制战略理论是行政法学中制度设计方向发展的最前沿成果。其在行政法学方法论近半个世纪的讨论过程中,从传统公法的“权力”“主体”和“利益”定义要素中发展出了新的内容。如突破对“权力”性行政活动的限制,分别在行为形式、行政活动复合构成的行政过程以及诉讼之外的立法和制度设计三个方面获得新的开拓。再如在主体要素方面,突破了国行政组织的范围,将民间主体本身、民间主体与行政之间的协作以及法政策的动态形成过程归入了研究对象范围之内。与此同时,规制战略理论本身也在主体与权力方面开拓出新的理论空间,如在组织方面,关注公益实现的意思形成过程中未必明确且分散的行动者和国家立法者的作用;如在权力方面,除了行政固有的权力性外,从作为股东的国家和作为所有权人的国家的角度关注民事法律关系中的国家作用。未来,规制战略理论还需要刑事法学、信息技术之间的联系方面的课题。

海昏侯墓出土的汉代青铜器上布满了精美的纹饰,这些纹饰不仅反映了汉代人的价值观,还展现了汉代工艺美术的审美追求。海昏侯墓出土汉代青铜器纹饰题材丰富,主题分明,有动物纹饰、几何纹饰和植物纹饰等。纹饰的图式结构灵活多变,各具韵味,表现为“S”式结构、团花式结构、对称式结构和连续重复式结构。这些纹饰题材和图式结构寓意深刻,蕴含“朴素简约、文质彬彬、天人合一和人本理念”的造物设计思想。

“中国设计”学术话语建构现状及其反思——基于与“日本设计”“北欧设计”对比的文献计量学研究

随着中国设计学界“三大体系”建设研究的展开,如何通过学术语言定义、建构并阐释“中国设计”的主体性特征,已逐渐成为中国设计学界的一个基础性问题。关于“中国设计”,虽然已有诸多阐释和讨论,但与其他区域类似概念话语的对比研究和建构反思还相对缺乏。本文遴选在学界已有较多研究的“日本设计”和“北欧设计”学术话语作为比较对象,利用中国知网数据库、Web of Science英文数据库收录的相关文献文本为材料,基于文献计量学方法,分析关于以上三个地区设计的研究主题、研究语汇和词频分布,挖掘分析三者在学术话语建构和认知体系中存在的差异,从而试图为“中国设计”的主体性学术话语建设提供借鉴。

基于最近发展区的学科知识图谱构建及大单元设计研究

智能时代知识组织方式正发生深刻变革,学科教学亟需明确如何基于结构化知识进行整体性的大单元设计,以实现学科核心素养培养。研究提出基于最近发展区理论的学科知识发展框架,以学科知识图谱构建过程为研究对象,分析并实施学科知识图谱技术路线,提炼大单元特征提取与质量评估方法,构建出面向大单元设计的信息科技学科知识图谱。大单元设计是一体化设计思想,研究依据学科知识图谱、大单元设计关键要素和基本步骤,提出了自底向上、自顶向下两类大单元设计模式。案例实践研究表明:学科知识图谱可降低实践类知识的教学设计难度,弥补新任教师在学情分析等方面的不足,为大单元教学的设计与实施提供依据,促进结构化知识在教学的深度应用。
