The acute lymphoblastic leukemia among Afghan children, Indira Gandhi Children’s Hospital

Objective:Almost all leukemia patients died,fortunately now with the advancement of medicine and science and with the advent of treatment Chemotherapy,Radiotherapy,and Surgical treatment 75%of patients with leukemia who need treatment for up to 5 years,live longer than patients with leukemia who do not receive treatment.On the one side,in our country,Afghanistan the number of incidents has increased recently,and on the other side,we do not have data at the national level.Therefore,the child health hospital administration considered the necessary and left me to research this case in the last 6 months of 2018.Methods:This is an observational descriptive study,which observed 10,293 patients that come to the pediatric internal which 300 patients who indicate leukemia,and 200 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),who were admitted to the oncology service of Andhra Gandhi Child Health Hospital in 2018 the study took place.Results:Based on the age we detect less than one year’s 10(5%)patients,1-10 years old 150(75%)patients,and more than 10 years old 40(20%)patients.Based on sex,boys were 120(60%)patients and girls 80(40%)patients.Based on clinical findings,anemia 155(77.5%)patients,fever 130(65%)patients,bleeding 90(45%)patients,spleen thickness 88(44%)patients,liver thickness 73(36.6%)patients,lymph nodes thickness 70(35.55%)patients,great pains 66(33%)patients and nervous system disorders 38(19%)patients.Conclusion:We can say with great conviction that 200 patients out of 10,293 had acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Further studies with prospective nature are required to confirm this observation.

Facilitators and Constraints:Perceptions of Gender Differences on Women’s Career Advancement

The underrepresentation in top management positions has made women’s status in the hospitality industry a great concern.The study examined hospitality students’,educators’,and industry recruiters’perceptions of facilitators and constraints on women’s career advancement and identified if there were any significant differences among them.Data were collected through an online survey.Perceptions of gender differences of facilitators and constraints in women’s career advancement and gender issues were analyzed within the three groups(students,educators,and recruiters).Results revealed significant gender differences between male and female educators and recruiters.The findings suggested that hospitality education should make a contribution and reveal barriers and gender issues in the industry.

基于B/S模式的孕妇儿童体检系统的设计与实现

为了改善孕妇、儿童体检流程的繁重手工管理,提高保健质量和体检效率,同时实现系统在妇幼保健等医疗单位更好地共享。参照《国家基本公共卫生服务规范(2011年)》提出基于B/S模式的孕妇儿童体检系统。介绍系统的总体结构,开发环境、数据库及功能模块设计,并以医生平台为例详细说明儿童体检模块的具体实现过程。系统基本上实现了妇幼保健机构孕妇儿童体检信息及工作考核等的无纸化、规范化和高效化管理,具有较好的实用价值。

以妇女儿童为主体,发挥妇联网络优势,与联合国儿基会合作通过层层培训及大众传媒,深入开展了艾滋病预防知识宣传培训的社会动员工作,包括培养骨干,将宣传材料翻译成11种少数民族文字,利用各种途径传播相关知识,开展针对辍学女童等不同人群为目标人群的HIV/AIDS预防教育培训。通过以上措施,提高了广大妇女儿童有关预防和控制HIV/AIDS知识。

Rights-based Approach to Journalism in Turkey

Rights-based approach to journalism aims to enable media to pursue the violations of rights by reporting them as news and, in this way, to preserve and ameliorate the rights as well as to contribute democratization. Rights-based approach to journalism in Turkey is a pretty new field of study for the researchers who study media. The examples of rights-based journalism appeared further especially in European Union membership process. Thus, the news that are sensitive to rights have found a broader place in media. In the process of E.U. membership, Turkey was required to carry out some regulations that target the betterment of human rights, women＇s rights, children＇s rights and minority rights. Making news from a rights-based perspective is an action for the announcement of people＇s struggle for their rights to the public with the aim of preventing the violations of rights.

跨越式发展背景下重庆某妇幼专科医院护士培训需求现状

目的了解跨越式发展背景下妇幼专科医院护士培训需求现状,为系统开展护士培训、推动妇幼专科医院护理教育发展提供依据。方法2022年5—6月,自制问卷调查表对某三级妇幼专科医院的218名护士的培训需求进行问卷调查,包含临床护理、医学人文、伦理法律、院感防控、人际效能、护理教学、护理科研、护理管理等8个维度。结果护士培训需求总分100(88,110)分,不同层级护士的培训需求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有职务护士对护理教学的培训需求更高,产科护士更迫切想得到伦理法律、人际效能、护理教学等方面的培训,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跨越式发展背景下的妇幼专科医院护士的培训需求强烈,但不同层级护士间的培训需求趋于一致。护理管理者应紧扣时代脉动,结合阶段现状,规范建立与妇幼专科医院发展相适用、与需要相匹配的岗位管理和培训模式,促进护士队伍梯队化建设。

某三甲医院2022年产科中成药不合理使用情况分析

目的:促进医院产科中成药的合理应用,保障孕产妇及婴儿用药安全。方法:利用临床用药决策支持软件对某三甲医院产科2022年度开具的中成药处方进行系统自动点评筛选,对筛选出的问题处方再次进行人工点评,对处方存在的问题类型进行归纳汇总,分析原因。结果:该院产科2022年开具中成药处方(含住院医嘱)共计14886张,系统智能筛选出问题处方3987张(26.78%),人工点评后确认存在用药不合理情况的处方199张(1.34%),其中不合理儿童药品处方19张(9.55%)。结论:该院产科2022年仍存在不合理使用中成药情况,医院需及时采取积极的干预措施,以保障产科用药规范合理,保障患者的安全。

最低工资标准提升对女性育儿时间的影响研究

当前我国经济面临着较为复杂的外部发展环境和内部多重挑战,这使我国低收入家庭尤其女性家庭成员存在较大的收入不确定性,这些变化将会对女性的工作(有酬劳动)和育儿(照料子女)的选择产生深刻影响。尽管已有研究广泛探讨了女性所面临的工作-育儿冲突问题,但现实生活中我国女性在二者之间究竟会作何选择并可能引致何种后果则少有文献涉及。文章借助最低工资政策的实施,构建理论模型刻画女性在面临增收机会情境下育儿时间的选择机制,以期加深理解低收入女性在工作和育儿之间的权衡难题。文章还利用子女的未来健康状况变化进一步考察女性育儿时间决策的后果,为上述问题的分析提供补充证据。在此基础上,采用2004—2015年中国健康与营养调查数据和同期各区县的最低工资标准进行系统的实证检验。结果显示最低工资标准提升对低收入女性育儿时间具有显著负向影响,该结论在经过一系列内生性分析和稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析表明最低工资标准提升主要通过提高女性参与劳动的概率和工作时间产生作用,这一结论为低收入女性用工作替代育儿的事实提供了直接证据。异质性分析表明:处于生育平稳期、子女年龄为4~6岁或父辈健康状况较好的女性因具有更高的育儿弹性,育儿时间受到的负向影响更强,同时技能水平更低或工作搜寻难度更小的女性育儿时间同样也更容易受到最低工资政策的不利影响。进一步研究发现最低工资标准提升对短期内子女的身心健康具有显著负向影响,且均可归因于女性育儿时间的减少,这也为文章中的核心结论提供了补充性证据。据此建议政府部门推动建立父亲育儿假制度,加强对托儿机构的普遍监管和支持,鼓励企业为女性群体提供灵活的工作时间和工作模式,聚焦低技能、低学历女性群体的职业技能培训和教育提升,增强其就业竞争力,同时加强最低工资政策的执行力度,确保小时工资标准得到遵守,防止企业延长工作时间。这些措施有助于弥补女性育儿时间减少导致的不利后果,构建合理的生育支持政策体系。

妇儿专科互联网医院的用药咨询服务实践调查

目的通过对互联网用药咨询数据的汇总和分析,了解患者关注的用药问题和切实需要的药学服务,为今后更好地开展用药咨询工作提供参考。方法分析2020年2月8日—2021年12月31日期间互联网医院的用药咨询记录,对患者基本情况和咨询内容进行分类和统计。结果近两年时间内,互联网用药咨询共接待患者677例次,儿童患者占68.39%;成年患者占31.61%。咨询内容以药品用法用量最多。结论公众对于药师线上服务有较大的需求,尤其是儿童、孕妇和哺乳期妇女等特殊人群。药师通过互联网医院平台提供便捷、及时、专业的用药咨询服务非常必要。

人文关怀沟通技巧在妇儿医院医疗管理中的应用

目的探讨人文关怀沟通技巧在妇儿医院医疗管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月北京和睦家京北妇儿医院的80名在职医务人员为研究对象。按照管理方式不同分为两组,各40名。对照组行常规医疗管理,观察组在对照组基础上结合人文关怀沟通技巧进行医院医疗管理。比较两组干预前后工作人员主动工作积极性评分、人文关怀能力量表评分,并在干预结束后对干预医务人员进行考核,统计其对患者的主动关怀知识、关怀理念及实际进行的人文关怀能力的合格情况。结果干预后,观察组主动工作积极性评分为(96.6±1.5)分,高于对照组的(90.5±5.7)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.546,P<0.05)。干预后,两组人文关怀能力评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对患者主动关怀知识、关怀理念及人文关怀能力合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在妇儿医院医疗管理过程中运用人文关怀沟通技巧,可有效提高工作人员主动工作积极性及人文关怀能力,可更好的在临床工作中针对患者进行主动人文关怀。

少子老龄化背景下日本女性社会参与:政策推展、成效评估及动因分析

20世纪90年代以来,在少子老龄化背景下,日本通过颁布《男女共同参与社会基本法》等相关政策和法律,逐步打破了长期以来“良妻贤母主义”的垄断地位,加大了日本女性社会参与政策改革的力度,推动了建设“男女共同参与社会”的进程。其中,政策领域女性人权的彰显、经济领域政策目标的调适、文化领域男女共同参与的推进以及社会教育领域女性机构的建立,是推动日本女性社会参与政策不断调整和完善的主要动因。日本女性社会参与政策的实施成效和动因中折射出的“男女共同参与”观念、教育中嵌入的“性别认同”、政策中体现的“性别主流化”以及女性理论研究等,对推进日本女性社会参与起到了重要作用。这些经验对于中国女性社会参与政策的未来发展取向具有一定的参考价值。

AS a doctor in the management of maternity and children’s hygiene in the Tibet Autonomous Region for nearly 20 years, I would like to present a brief introduction of the situation of Tibetan women and children’s health, as well as the related services. Prior the Liberation in Tibet, this region coveting over 1.2 million square kilometers, had few health care facilities for women and children. Such activities were carried out by three Tibetan medical institutions, a small number of folk doctors of Tibetan medicine, and a few private clinics. Under the feudal serf system in Tibet, women who gave birth were discriminated against because it was considered an obscene act. Women could not give birth in their tent homes, but were instead forced to seek shelter in cow stalls or sheepfolds no matter how severe the weather. 儿童乐园式住院环境对患儿康复影响的研究

为探讨儿童乐园式住院环境对促进患儿疾病的康复效果,对163例住院儿童进行心理行为问卷调查,比较住院环境改变前后医疗指标的变化。结果:住院环境改变后163例患儿在心理行为12项问题调查中选择经常发生的占2.3%,选择有时发生的占12.5%,选择未发生的占85.2%;住院人数上升318.4%,病人满意率提高4个百分点,平均住院日缩短2.82d,平均住院费用下降45.84元。提示,儿童乐园式住院环境对患儿的疾病康复有促进作用。
