Migrant Workers' Lack of Cultural Rights and Interests and Government Safeguard Measures

This paper analyses the status quo of migrant workers' lack of cultural rights and interests as follows:the holistic cultural life of migrant workers is scant and monotonous;the cultural facilities provided by the majority of enterprises are critically short;the cultural life of migrant workers has the characteristic of closeness to some extent;the holistic cultural consuming capacity of migrant workers is very low,and they are not satisfied with their own cultural life.This paper puts forward the measures that the government should adopt to make up for the lack of migrant workers' cultural rights and interests as follows:first,it should eliminate discrimination in terms of system,and incorporate migrant workers' cultural rights and interests into the building scope of urban public culture;second,it should establish a variety of free public culture facilities,to adapt to the needs of migrant workers;third,it should formulate various kinds of laws and regulations,to effectively safeguard migrant workers' cultural rights and interests.

Finding Cultural Differences and Motivation Factors of Foreign Construction Workers

The rapid inflow of foreign construction workers caused the reduction of labor productivity in the construction industry due to communication problems and cultural differences. This may lead to shortage of productivity and quality reduction. The cultural differences and motivation factors of foreign construction workers must be considered for effective and systematic manpower management. It is necessary to study foreign construction workers’ productivity factors that reflect cultural differences and motivation as the productivity and quality of the construction industry are subject to the work efficiency and high dependence of manpower. This study aimed to suggest effective productivity management plan considering cultural differences and motivation factors of foreign construction workers. For this purpose, the desire and motivation factors affecting on Korean workers and foreign construction workers were analyzed and the comparative analysis on the requirements by nationality was carried out. Accordingly, it is expected that this could contribute to the improvement of productivity, construction period, quality, safety and manpower management.

Approaches of Realizing Cultural Value of Red Revolutionary Site in Jiangxi Province:A Case Study of Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army in Xiushui County

Red revolutionary site is a significant carrier for inheriting and spreading red culture,a witness of revolutionary history and stones,and also the best place to show connotations and value of red culture.Taking the regiment headquarter and the division headquarter of the First Division of the First Army in Xiushui County,Jiangxi Province for example,this paper explored cultural value of red site,analyzed the existing problems,tried to figure out scientific approaches of realizing cultural value of red site,so as to promote the sharing and inheritance of cultural value of red revolutionary site.

Analyses between Chinese and England Culture through＂Government Office Worker Craze＂

In recent years, more and more people choose to become civil servants for stability of the work and respect of the society. Civil servants not only have a better treatment, but also a higher social status. However, the condition is not true in England. This thesis will demonstrate the current condition of ＂Government Office Worker Craze＂, meanwhile, analyze the reasons of this phenomenon by comparing with England. The thesis will firstly display the advantages and disadvantages of this phenomenon; then demonstrate traditional understanding of the two countries separately to find out common characters; the reason of ＂Government Office Worker Craze ＂ in China by exploring the historical cultures; finally, the thesis shows intersections between the two countries and give proper suggestions.

A discourse on creating and rendering educational and cultural enrichment services to rural migrant workers by public libraries

As far as China's enormous success in her economic reforms and development is concerned,Chinese rural migrant workers indeed have had their biggest share of contributions.Yet ironically in return,they have only received a disproportionate meager share of benefit rewards.These people represent a huge economically deprived group at the bottom of the social totem pole in China's metropolises.On the whole as a social group,their educational attainment is relatively low as compared to their average urban coworkers.As such being the case,their rights to access some of the cost-free cultural and educational enrichment programs in the society are limited and not always assured.Nevertheless and in general speaking,they manifest a strong and consistent desire to acquire all sorts of new and practical knowledge by means of accessing the resources and facilities of their local public libraries.It is suggested in this paper that public libraries are in a good position to give strong support to the central government's strategic planning for the development of a public culture service systema).In implementing such a government initiative with an unswerving purpose of advancing social justice and equality,public libraries should strife to provide as many as possible their library services at no cost to the public,especially to those socially deprived rural migrant workers.

中国公共博物馆的“再媒介化”实践——以三大博物馆抖音官方账号为例

公共博物馆作为现代社会重要的“文化装置”,承担着向公众进行文化传播的重要使命。博物馆的新媒体传播模式意味着把博物馆本身作为一种大众文化传播媒介,在保留其媒介特性的基础上与新时代媒介进行融合——博物馆的“再媒介化”。研究选取中国人民革命军事博物馆、故宫博物院、中国国家博物馆的抖音官方账号,对其发布的视频内容进行文本分析,深入探讨其在短视频平台的具体传播实践以及如何结合博物馆原有的内容与传播特性进行“再媒介化”的过程。结果表明,中国人民革命军事博物馆以革命历史和军事知识作为基础文本,知识专精性强,采用专业化与生活化兼具的文本表达,体现了“直接性”特征;故宫博物院展览以复古的精英美学价值及生活方式为特色,采取了大众化与娱乐化的叙事逻辑,其制作的精美短视频推动了线上传播与线下体验的相互建构,展现了“超媒介性”的特征;中国国家博物馆以“国之重器”的珍贵藏品为特色,然而,具有“碎片化”特性的短视频平台尚未全面展示传统的脉络化线性叙事逻辑,存在未来创构新的表现方式的空间。

湖北工人文化宫超限结构设计

湖北工人文化宫的主要功能为职工培训和展览等,主体结构采用框架-剪力墙结构,存在扭转不规则、偏心布置、楼板不连续、局部跃层柱等不规则项,属于复杂超限高层建筑。采用抗震性能化设计对主要构件进行复核,采用YJK和MIDAS Building软件对结构进行多遇地震弹性计算和弹性时程分析以及罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析和楼板应力分析等。分析结果表明,整体结构可以满足规范的要求,达到预定的性能目标。并根据分析结果采取抗震加强措施。在容易产生共振的大跨度预应力楼盖区域,以高阻尼橡胶减振垫作为减振材料,对楼盖在人行激励下和有节奏运动激励下的楼板舒适度进行分析。分析结果表明,楼板舒适度满足规范要求。

法国国家图书馆藏清南巡行宫图的鉴定与研究

十八世纪法国地图学家、版画家及建筑师勒胡日(Georges Louis Le Rouge)出版的《英中式园林》(Jardins anglo-chinois)系列图册提供了大量中国园林图像,其中57幅中国皇帝南巡行宫铜版画翻刻自法国来华传教士钱德明从中国寄出的画作。这两套收藏于法国国家图书馆的南巡行宫图尚未见于已有研究,且与目前已知南巡行宫图均有所不同,是还没有被认知和利用的新材料。鉴于此,有必要核定行宫图基本信息,追踪行宫图来源及流传过程,本文综罗图文史料重新梳理康乾南巡历史和图像涉及的南巡行宫园林建置沿革,考证图绘背景和年代,揭示了行宫图分别绘于乾隆首次及第四次南巡前,弥补了康熙至乾隆中期南巡行宫图像的缺失,具有重要的史料和艺术价值。

社区工作者对城市社区公共文化空间再造的影响——基于L社区的案例研究

优化再造城市社区公共文化空间是深化共建共治共享社区治理理念、构建社区治理共同体的应有之义。随着社会分工的细化和团结社会意识的退化,“传统生活共同体”逐渐破灭,导致社区意识淡薄、邻里关系疏远、情感交流弱化等现象普遍存在。从社区工作者的视角出发,基于苏州市L社区的实践模式,探讨城市社区公共文化空间再造的实现逻辑,剖析社区交往共同体的内在机制。研究发现:城市社区公共文化空间再造应以社区工作者为行动主体;社区工作者的服务意识、动员能力、素质水平是社区公共文化空间重造的牵引动力;目标定位、主体关系、资源维系、党建引领、参与推动是城市社区公共文化空间再造的五项维度,进而实现以人的情感价值为特征的社区交往共同体。

层台累榭--楚国建筑形制特征探讨

两周时期楚国作为南方长江流域的霸主国家独领风骚,楚文化源于北方中原的商周文化,发展壮大于南方楚地,得天独厚的自然环境是孕育楚文化的重要基础。基于此,该文首先分析了楚文化及其自然环境的独特特征。其次,推论影响楚建筑形制的因素,提出其在楚文化与楚地自然环境影响下产生发展了楚高台建筑与干阑建筑。最后以文献和考古记载中的楚宫建筑为例,探讨楚国建筑“层台累榭”之形制特征。

皮尔斯符号学视域下AIGC对文创产品的设计探索

目的基于皮尔斯符号学理论,利用AIGC对沈阳故宫文创进行设计,探索智媒时代AIGC在文创产业的发展与应用。方法在皮尔斯符号学基础模型上拓展并引入AIGC技术,衍生出新的沈阳故宫文创设计模型。通过对沈阳故宫文化元素进行整理分类,再将不同类别的文化元素符号进行编码,利用问卷调查的方法获取目标用户群体需求,分析问卷调查结果,对产品进行用户体验解码,指导沈阳故宫文创设计。最终的设计实践分为三部分,即基于沈阳故宫文创设计模型引入AIGC编码而成的产品;赋、比、兴描述手法下AIGC对文创产品的编码生成;负面描述下AIGC对文创产品的编码生成。在此基础上将三次设计实践结果进行对比分析。结果表明了AIGC在文创设计中的运用,能够拓宽设计师的设计思维,提高文创产品的创新性,满足用户对精神文化的需求。具有较高人与AI“交流”频率的文创产品也更符合用户需求,而多种“人机”方案的呈现、设计、比较,有利于实现更高的人机价值共创。三次设计实践也从理论层面优化了皮尔斯符号学理论下AIGC对文创产品的设计。结论目前AIGC对文创产品的生成仍存在一定的问题,基于皮尔斯符号学理论的指导,能够在一定程度上提高文创设计的水平与效率,有助于沈阳故宫文创产业的发展,也为后续学者研究AIGC和文创设计提供了新思路。

当代数字技术飞速革新,消费者对文创设计的需求不再止步于传统的视觉表现,更注重文创本身带来的沉浸式、情感化的数字交互体验,而心流理论以用户为导向,为数字文创设计发展提供崭新的交互指导思路。文章以故宫博物院数字文创为案例,通过案例分析法和文献研究法对心流理论条件阶段、体验阶段、结果阶段分别进行特征剖析,验证了心流理论与数字文创产品设计融合的可行性和必要性,最后就现阶段博物馆文创设计提出策略,依次按照核心因素分析、设计表达、反馈平台搭建3个步骤对用户体验优化处理,为未来博物馆数字文创提供了新的设计方向,满足新时代消费者的多元化需求。

红色在清代皇家建筑中的应用研究——以坤宁宫为例

旨在通过研究红色系装饰在清代坤宁宫建筑内外空间的应用所体现出的特点,以及皇家洞房装饰的本源探究,揭示清代皇家建筑空间的色彩应用特征。通过对清代史料分析、近现代文物研究文本解读,以及对中国惯用色名色彩值对比等研究方法,对坤宁宫中室内红色装饰陈设品进行探查。分析坤宁宫营造装饰用品的制作工艺与色彩象征具有鲜明的满汉文化共同作用的特征,折射出清代统治阶级对于色彩的运用的深层含义。室内装饰色彩反映出清朝满族文化对汉族前朝文化的传承与融合,红色在坤宁宫中的使用有助于清朝封建统治者对幅员辽阔的中国进行文化、思想和资源的掌控。

文化记忆视域下的唐代连昌宫与诗歌书写

唐代连昌宫作为一个行宫意象,频繁出现于历代诗歌书写中。连昌宫营建于唐高宗显庆三年,安史之乱后废弃,关于其地理位置、别称等相关史实还有待考证。唐代诗歌中的连昌宫景色衰败荒芜,诗人多借宫前遗老之口泣诉安史之乱后的昔盛今衰;而唐后的连昌宫从一个可供实地游览凭吊的地点转变为一个纯粹的意象符号,频繁出现于易代之际的诗歌书写中。从文化记忆视角而言,对连昌宫的诗歌书写体现了文化记忆与历史本身相异的可重构性,及其作为象征符号在时空关联下具有的历史认同作用,唐代与唐之后的连昌宫诗歌书写印证了交往记忆与纯粹文化记忆的双重属性。
