Taking the distribution route optimization of refined oil as background, this paper studies the inventory routing problem of refined oil distribution based on working time equilibrium. In consideration of the constraints of vehicle capacity, time window for unloading oil, service time and demand of each gas station, we take the working time equilibrium of each vehicle as goal and establish an integer programming model for the vehicle routing problem of refined oil distribution, the objective function of the model is to minimize the maximum working time of vehicles. To solve this model, a Lingo program was written and a heuristic algorithm was designed. We further use the random generation method to produce an example with 10 gas stations. The local optimal solution and approximate optimal solution are obtained by using Lingo software and heuristic algorithm respectively. By comparing the approximate optimal solution obtained by heuristic algorithm with the local optimal solution obtained by Lingo software, the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the heuristic algorithm are verified. The results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the scheduling department to formulate the oil distribution plan. 展开更多

China is witnessing a very complicated economic development environment.Migrant workers'working patterns will directly affect their income level and the realization of many economic and social development goals.This paper collects relevant data from three places:Shanghai,Lanzhou and Chengdu for empirical research whose results show that determinants of migrant worker's willing working time in urban areas mainly include the“income-consumption difference”,“urban-rural consumption difference”and their“urban income and expenditure uncertainty”.These factors directly affect their effective working time in the city,and determine their choice of choosing corresponding work patterns.From the significant differences of these factors,we can see that migrant workers in China is still struggling to solve their material needs under the pressure of livelihood,and less attention is paid to their spiritual needs and the pursuit of quality of life. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the design of fixtures for NP2 and NP4 cylinder heads on a horizontal machining center of flexible machining automatic lines.It began with an analysis of the diagrams of part processing and working procedure which formed the basis for the design of the processing technology scheme,a selection of suitable machine tools,and the setting of processing parameters.Fixtures tailored to the chosen machine tools were then designed to meet the processing requirements.Additional aspects of the project included the design of part drawings,calculation of working time quota,design of auxiliary guides,support clamping,and hydraulic circuits,all aimed at fulfilling practical production requirements. 展开更多

Study on Multi-effect Time Parameters of Ergonomic Validity Index in Low-carbon Residential Kitchen

In the study on functional low-carbon ergonomic validity in buildings,ergonomic validity is different from resource validity which is easy for quantitative analysis. To eliminate the complexity and uncertainty impacts of human factors on quantitative study,it proposes a method of building a parameter of ergonomic validity—multi-effect time by using cardiotachometer to record heart rate change,being used to evaluate the functional low-carbon ergonomic validity targeting at the ontological characteristics of kitchen. This method is used to determine the physical consumption intensity( multi-effect) through heart rate incremental relation based on the principles of physiology and ergonomics,and to confirm the ergonomic validity of environmental factors by the time to complete standard work as well as multi-effect quantitative analysis. The test results show that,under the kitchen operating conditions,the multi-effect( ME) can properly reflect the real-time status of the operator and is easily operated; the parameters obtained are not significantly related to the physiological status of the operator,and multi-effect time( MT) is sensitive to the physical consumption brought about to the operator due to kitchen environmental factors; thus,it can be taken as an objective index,which is simple and easy to operate in residential kitchen functional low-carbon evaluation. 展开更多

Effect of Boric Acid on Properties of Calcined Flint Clay-bauxite Castables 被引量:9

In order to prolong the working time of calcined flint clay-bauxite castables during construction at high temperature,boric acid was added into the castables. The effect of boric acid on working time and curing cold crushing strength of the castables at 25 ℃ and 35 ℃ were investigated. After 24 h curing in mould and another 24 h curing at 110 ℃ after demoulding,the specimens were heat treated at 1 000 ℃,1 300 ℃,and 1 500 ℃ for 3 h,respectively. The permanent linear change,bulk density,modulus of rupture,and cold crushing strength were determined. The result shows that there is no need to add boric acid when calcined flint clay-bauxite castables works at 25 ℃; when calcined flint clay-bauxite castables works at 35 ℃,boric acid can increase the working time of the castables,but decrease the curing cold crushing strength a little. Adding boric acid into calcined flint clay-bauxite castables doesn't worsen performance of the castables. 展开更多

A new virtual age repair model with non-uniform aging speed is presented on the basis of Kijima classical virtual age repair models which can be viewed as of uniform aging nature.In this model are included three types,of perfect,of imperfect and of minimal,all having a non-uniform aging speed.Formulas of expected count of repair and length of working time of these three models are derived,and numerical examples are also given to illustrate and verify obtained theoretical indices.As an extended work,a sketchy model of maintenance time of the non-uniform aging virtual age repair model is discussed.Overall,the three models discussed in the paper,each with non-uniform aging speed,are expansions to existing virtual age repair models,relevant formulas given here are new results,and the systems introduced are without the lifetime distribution assumption,all of which may be expected to improve maintenance work. 展开更多
