World Industrial Revolutions and the Development of Artificial Intelligence System

The objective-scientific conclusions obtained from the researches conducted in various fields of science prove that era and worldview are in unity and are phenomena that determine one another,and era and worldview are the most important phenomena in the understanding of geniuses,historical events,including personalities who have left a mark on the history of politics,and every individual as a whole.And it is appropriate to briefly consider the problem in the context of human and personality factors.It is known that man has tried to understand natural phenomena since the beginning of time.Contact with the material world naturally affects his consciousness and even his subconscious as he solves problems that are important or useful for human life.During this understanding,the worldview changes and is formed.Thus,depending on the material and moral development of all spheres of life,the content and essence of the progress events,as the civilizations replaced each other in different periods,the event of periodization took place and became a system.If we take Europe,the people of the Ice Age of 300,000 years ago,who engaged in hunting to solve their hunger needs,in other words,the age of dinosaurs,have spread to many parts of the world from Africa,where they lived in order to survive and meet more of their daily needs.The extensive integration of agricultural Ice Age People into the Earth included farming,fishing,animal husbandry,hunting,as well as handicrafts,etc.,and has led to the revolutionary development of the fields.As economic activities led these first inhabitants of the planet from caves to less comfortable shelters,then to good houses,then to palaces,labor activities in various occupations,including crafts,developed rapidly.Thus,the fads of the era who differed from the crowd(later this class will be called personalities,geniuses...-Kh.G.)began to appear.If we approach the issue from the point of view of history,we witness that the world view determines the development in different periods.This idea can be expressed in such a way that each period can be considered to have developed or experienced a crisis according to the level of worldview.In this direction of our thoughts,the question arises:So,what is the phenomenon of worldview of this era-XXI century?Based on the general content of the current events,characterized as the globalization stage of the modern world,we can say that the outlook of the historical stage we live in is based on the achievements of the last stage of the industrial revolution.In this article,by analyzing the history of the artificial intelligence system during the world industrial revolutions,we will study both the concept of progress of the industrial revolutions and the progressive and at the same time regressive development of the artificial intelligence system.

Simple approach for the histomolecular diagnosis of central nervous system gliomas based on 2021 World Health Organization Classification

The classification of central nervous system(CNS)glioma went through a sequence of developments,between 2006 and 2021,started with only histological approach then has been aided with a major emphasis on molecular signatures in the 4^(th) and 5^(th) editions of the World Health Organization(WHO).The recent reformation in the 5th edition of the WHO classification has focused more on the molecularly defined entities with better characterized natural histories as well as new tumor types and subtypes in the adult and pediatric populations.These new subclassified entities have been incorporated in the 5^(th) edition after the continuous exploration of new genomic,epigenomic and transcriptomic discovery.Indeed,the current guidelines of 2021 WHO classification of CNS tumors and European Association of Neuro-Oncology(EANO)exploited the molecular signatures in the diagnostic approach of CNS gliomas.Our current review presents a practical diagnostic approach for diffuse CNS gliomas and circumscribed astrocytomas using histomolecular criteria adopted by the recent WHO classification.We also describe the treatment strategies for these tumors based on EANO guidelines.

A bi-scale assessing framework for aesthetic ecosystem services of villages in a world heritage site

The relative spatial scale relationship of observers and ecosystem and their aesthetic dynamic interaction process are fundamental to evaluation and optimization of aesthetic ecosystem service(AES).A comprehensive and efficient framework for the assessment of AES is lack in the integration of scale relationship and dynamic process.This study took 9 villages in 4 different developmental stages(traditional,folk,rapidly changed,newly built)in Honghe Hani Rice Terraces,a world heritage site,as the research object.From two scales,viewing from inside and outside,the bi-scale assessing framework was established,which includes the three components of interaction process,connection area(as precondition of interaction),quality(as result of interaction),and influencing factors of quality(elements’characteristics of villages).Among them,the connection areas were evaluated with visual and traffic accessibility along the route.The quality and influencing factors were evaluated through participatory preferences methods by expert group.The influencing factors include 9 characteristics,such as,space size,architecture layout,vegetation species richness,color diversity.The results suggested that villages with high AES quality and low accessibility need to be optimized,and the key influencing factors are space size,architecture layout,color harmony and surrounding sanitation.Therefore,the bi-scale assessing framework can provide important references for decision making and visual protection regulations on the villages.

Challenges to the Conservation of Subak System as World Cultural Heritage in Bali

Subak in Bali is believed to have been existing from earlier than the ninth century. Throughout this long period, Subak has been successfully utilized water resources for irrigation. Subak has been recognized as world cultural heritage by UNESCO since 2012. Currently, however, the sustainability of the system and its existence in the future is a big concern. This research is a literature review that aims to identify the challenges and provide option of solutions to sustain the Subak. The study showed that some operational and maintenance aspects of Subak are alarming, such as some network deterioration, limited availability of maintenance facilities either from government or farmers. Despite this condition, religious tradition of Subak is still carried out, although the processions vary from one Subak to another. There are several challenges in regards to Subak conservation: (1) reduction of the Subak area, resulting in declining income to support a decent life; (2) deterioration of quality and quantity of water resources; (3) the age of farmers is above 40 years with a heavy financial burden; (4) there are no clear external regulations to support Subak conservations. This study suggests several strategic steps in keeping the sustainability of Subak. The strategic steps include:refunctioning government officials; providing government support to reduce cost levied to farmers; facilitating collaborations between farmers and other stakeholders; promoting alternative commodities which have a higher financial value; preventing and repairing damages of upstream areas; controlling pollution; forming a coordination board at a provincial, regency and river basin level; building the Subak information systems; providing supervising mechanism, and encouraging academics and students to participate in an effort to preserve Subak itself.

Mental health in the virtual world:Challenges and opportunities in the metaverse era

Current rates of mental illness are worrisome.Mental illness mainly affects females and younger age groups.The use of the internet to deliver mental health care has been growing since 2020 and includes the implementation of novel mental health treatments using virtual reality,augmented reality,and artificial intelligence.A new three dimensional digital environment,known as the metaverse,has emerged as the next version of the Internet.Artificial intelligence,augmented reality,and virtual reality will create fully immersive,experiential,and interactive online environments in the metaverse.People will use a unique avatar to do anything they do in their“real”lives,including seeking and receiving mental health care.In this opinion review,we reflect on how the metaverse could reshape how we deliver mental health treatment,its opportunities,and its challenges.

废电器是产生量大且增速快的一类固体废物.我国构建的废电器回收体系是实施碳达峰?碳中和的重要举措,但废电器回收利用体系的环境效益尚不清楚.利用IMPACTWORLD+方法,从不同环境影响类型出发评估废电器回收处理的环境效益,并通过损害类型指标量化评价.结果表明,废冰箱回收利用的损害类型指标“人体健康”和“生态环境质量”的结果分别为-10592.501EUR2015和-8211.357EUR2015,合计为-18803.857EUR2015,即环境收益相当于18803.857EUR2015.据此估算,中国2021年废电器回收处理体系中仅废冰箱回收利用的环境收益可达12.82亿EUR2015.研究结果表明废电器回收处理的环境收益十分可观,有望为废电器回收行业的可持续发展提供新的助力.

Colorectal cancer in Arab world:A systematic review

BACKGROUND The incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)is increasing among young individuals in the Arab world as well as in other regions of the world.AIM To explore the incidence and prevalence of CRC in the Arab world.METHODS The PubMed,Scopus,Web of Science,EBSCO and Wiley databases were searched to retrieve relevant articles irrespective of the language or the publication year.The search terms were("colon OR rectum OR sigmoid OR rectal OR colonic OR colorectal")AND("cancer OR malignancy OR malignant OR neoplasm")AND("Jordan"OR"United Arab Emirates"OR"Bahrain"OR"Tunisia"OR"Algeria"OR"Djibouti"OR"Saudi Arabia"OR"Sudan"OR"Syria"OR"Somalia"OR"Iraq"OR"Oman"OR"Palestine"OR"Qatar"OR"Comoros"OR"Kuwait"OR"Lebanon"OR"Libya"OR"Egypt"OR"Morocco"OR"Mauritania"OR"Yemen").Reviews,metaanalyses,and articles containing nonoriginal data were excluded.Retrieved articles were screened,and relevant data were extracted.Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis.RESULTS Nine studies were included.Five of the studies provided information regarding the prevalence of CRC.The prevalence of CRC was 0.72% in Saudi Arabia and 0.78% in the United Arab Emirate,while in Egypt,it ranged from 0.4% to 14%.Four studies showed information regarding the incidence.The annual incidence rate of CRC in Qatar was 7.5/100000/year.In Egypt,the crude incidence rate(CIR)in males was 3.1 for colon cancer and 1 for rectal cancer,while in females,it was 2.3 for colon cancer and 0.8 for rectal cancer.The age-standardized rate for CRC incidence in 2003 was 36.90 for males,26.50 for females,and 30.49 for both sexes in Saudi Arabia.In 2016,the CIRs in Saudi Arabia were 3.6 and 2.1 in females for colon cancer and rectal cancer,respectively,while in males,it was 3.3 and 2.8 for colon cancer and rectal cancer,respectively.One study in Egypt revealed that 25% of CRC cases occurred among individuals younger than 40 years old.CONCLUSION There is a considerable prevalence of CRC in some Arab countries.More studies are needed to explore the incidence and prevalence of CRC in the rest of the Arab world.

Establishment of Supervision and Monitoring System for Taining Danxia World Natural Heritage Site

Taking Danxia World Natural Heritage Site in Taining for example, the way of establishing scientific and systematic supervision and monitoring system for the world natural heritage site was explored to ensure the scientific protection and sustainable development of world heritage site. Contents of supervising and monitoring heritage site were first elaborated, monitoring indexes given, and then contents, location, feedback and equipment requirements of heritage site monitoring proposed. Finally, the supervision and monitoring system for Danxia World Natural Heritage in Taining was established from three aspects: establishing the center of digital information monitoring and supervision center, adopting scientific monitoring means, improving distribution of supervision sites and long-range video monitoring system.

Information systems and information technology (IS/IT) play an important role in supporting the organization to conduct its business processes. The research was conducted at the University of Satya Christian Wacana (SWCU). Business processes in perceived walking SWCU are not optimal in using IS/IT in the organization. The planning process/IT has not been done in all business units and SWCU does not have an Executive Information System that can help in the decision making process. Optimization of Critical Systems for Robustness in a Multistate World

Critical systems are typically complex systems that are required to perform reliably over a wide range of scenarios, or multistate world. Seldom does a single system exist that performs best for all plausible scenarios. A robust solution, one that performs relatively well over a wide range of scenarios, is often the preferred choice for reduced risk at an acceptable cost. The alternative with the maximum expected utility may possess vulnerabilities that could be exploited. The best strategy is likely to be a hybrid solution. The von Neumann-Morgenstern Expected Utility Theory (EUT) would never select such a solution because, given its linear functional form, the expected utility of a hybrid solution cannot be greater than that of every constituent alternative. The continuity axiom and the independence axiom are assessed to be unrealistic for the problem of interest. Several well-known decision models are analyzed and demonstrated to be potentially misleading. The linear disappointment model modifies EUT by adding a term proportional to downside risk;however, it does not provide a mathematical basis for determining preferred hybrid solutions. The paper proposes a portfolio allocation model with stochastic optimization as a flexible and transparent method for defining choice problems and determining hybrid solutions for critical systems with desirable properties such as diversification and robustness.

The World Health Organization Surgical Safety Checklist Improves Post-Operative Outcomes: A Meta-Analysis and Systematic Review

Background: The incidence of in-hospital adverse events is about 10%, with a majority of these related to surgery, and nearly half considered preventable events. In attempts to improve patient safety, the World Health Organization (WHO) developed a checklist to be used at critical perioperative moments. This meta-analysis examines the impact of the WHO surgical safety checklist (SSC) on various patient outcomes. Methods: A comprehensive search of all published studies assessing the use of the WHO SSC in patients undergoing surgery was conducted. Studies using the WHO SSC in any surgical setting, with pre-implementation and post-implementation outcome data were included. The incidence of patient outcomes (total complications, surgical site infections, unplanned return to the operating room (OR) within 30 days, and overall mortality) and adherence to safety measures were analyzed. Results: 10 studies involving 51,125 patients (27,490 prior to implementation and 23,635 after implementation of the WHO SSC) were analyzed. The implementation of the WHO SSC significantly reduced the risk of total complications by 37.9%, surgical site infections by 45.5%, unplanned return to OR by 32.1%, and mortality by 15.3%. Increased adherence to safety measures including airway evaluation, use of pulse oximetry, prophylactic antibiotics when necessary, confirmation of patient name and surgical site, and sponge count was also observed. Conclusions: The use of the WHO SSC is associated with a significant reduction in post-operative complication rates and mortality. The WHO SSC is a valuable tool that should be universally implemented in all surgical centers and utilized in all surgical patients.

In recent years, the Western-led globalization has been on the horns of dilemma with endemic political crises occurring in the United States and European countries. Within the West, liberalism and pluralist ideology have begun to be critidzed and rejected. What is wrong with the West today？ Is it periodic oscillation, evolutionary setback or fundamental failure？ Is it decadence of political system, failure of state-building or even failure of civilization model？ The general judgment of this essay is that the current crisis in the West is primarily registered as fundamental political systemic crisis.
