According to the indices such as the chest ratio, the chest sagittal diameter ratio, and the shoulder angle, the tested population was quickly clustered into six categories by the classification method of “size feature+shape index+front and back indices”, which were divided into flat chest body, graceful body, breast augmentation body, normal body, convex back body, and flat body. The proportion of various body types and classification rules were obtained. According to the classification rules, 103 samples and 15 new females’ body data were analyzed and verified. Finally, according to the descriptive statistical analysis of upper body-related indicators of young female in this area, the height and the chest circumference were selected as independent variables, regression analysis was carried out on 11 related indicators, and the mapping relationship between height and chest circumference was studied, which provided a mathematical model for the design of fit clothing structure of young females in Jiaodong area.展开更多

Can they benefit more than just entertainment? Based on a 2-year followup survey of a young female online gamer, this paper explores the inner experiences of a young female gamers. Findings indicate that young female Chinese gamers attach importance to the choice of characters in the world of online games and that they establish a sense of identity in virtual space through character affirmation and interactions with other gamers. For young female gamers, who are eager to temporarily escape from reality, playing online games is a positive psychological compensation and a process for building self-confidence.展开更多

The previous reports were restricted to other countries' population, but rare in China. Hence, this study aimed to focus on the characteristics of SCAD as a cause of young female AMI population in Jiangsu, China. Methods: This study enrolled young female AMI patients aged ≤50 years who underwent coronary angiography (CAG) and intracoronary imaging in our center between January 2013 and December 2016. Their clinical presentations, risk factors, and CAG characteristics were analyzed. Results: A total of 60 young l'emale AMI (〈7 days) patients were enrolled. From their CAG and intracoronary imaging results, the prevalence of SCAD in young female AMI population was 35% (21/60), the prevalence of coronary atherosclerostic heart disease was 65% (39/60). In the SCAD group, 43% (9/21) presented with non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEM1) and the remainder presenting as STEMI. SCAD usually occurred in a single vessel (20/21, 95%), especially in left anterior descending artery (14/21, 67%). Eighteen patients (18/21, 86%) underwent conservative treatment, whereas the remaining three patients (3/21, 14%) underwent percutaneous coronary intervention. Regarding the angiographic results of SCAD lesions, intramural hematoma was discriminated in 95% (20/21), and Type I imaging was observed in 5% (1/21), Type l I was observed in 67% (14/21), and Type Ⅲ was 29% (6/21). The average stenosis in the group was 76.9% - 20.6%, and the mean lesion length was 36.6 ± 8.6 ±m. Conclusions: SCAD has a high prevalence in young female AMI population in Jiangsu, China. Discriminating the cause of AMI in young female population is very important.展开更多

This has produced a correspondingly increase in the 5-year relative survival rate for many cancers and for all races. However, the chemo-radiotherapy which is often gonadotoxic, has a substantial impact on quality of life issues especially that of reproduction in young female patients on account of increasing survival rates and delayed childbearing in the western hemisphere. This case based discussion paper using two real life case scenarios from our department focuses on the negative impact of cancer treatments on fertility and various options available for fertility preservation and / or fertility preservation measures. It is concluded that a lot of variables have to be considered when deciding upon fertility preservation treatments including patient's age, cancer stage, proposed treatment regime and time before it is initiated, availability of partner sperm and issues of individual patients. The latter include surgical complications, ovarian hyperstimu-lation syndrome, delay in cancer treatment and reintroduction of cancer cells, cost, low success rates and experimental nature of these treatments and the disposition of gametes in the event that the patient does not survive her cancer. It is very important for physician to advise patients of all these factors so that they can make an informed decision regarding the fertility preservation options and each case is unique and requires a different strategy of fertility preservation.展开更多

These characteristicsmay be affected by smoking habits and vascular smooth muscle dysfunction.展开更多
