Chemical weathering intensity and element migration features of the Xiashu loess profile in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province

The chemical weathering intensity and element migration features of the Xiashu loess profile in Zhenjiang are studied in this paper.（1）The Xiashu loess profile underwent moderate chemical weathering.It seems that the precipitation is a more important factor than the temperature in controlling the process of the chemical weathering.（2）The major elements such as Si,K,Na,Ca,Mg,Mn and P were migrated and leached,while the elements Fe and Ti were slightly enriched.The migration features of the major elements reveal that the Xiashu loess finished the primary process of chemical weathering characterized by leaching of Ca and Na,and almost reached the secondary process characterized by leaching of K.Except the elements Sr and Ga,other trace elements such as Th,Ba,Cu,Zn,Co,Ni,Cr and V were enriched.It might be caused by both the biogeochemical process and the adsorption of trace elements by clay mineral and organic materials.（3）The difference of element migration down the Xiashu loess profile reveals that the climate was warm and wet at the early-middle stage of the middle Pleistocene.At the end of the middle Pleistocene,it became dry and cool.At the early stage of the Late Pleistocene,the paleoclimate became warm and wet again.As a whole,the paleoclimate generally became drier and cooler in this region from the beginning of the middle Pleistocene.

Analysis on the Pollution Characteristics of Surface Runoff in Zhenjiang City

[Objective] The aim was to analyze the pollution characteristics of surface runoff in Zhenjiang City.[Method] On July 4 and August 16,2010,surface runoff samples were collected in different rainfall durations in Zhenjiang City,and the variation characteristics of suspended substance (SS),chemical oxygen demand (CODCr),ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and total phosphorus (TP) in surface runoff were analyzed.[Result] With the increase of rainfall duration,SS concentration in surface runoff of Zhenjiang City on July 4 and August 16,2010 went up firstly and then went down,with the maximum concentration of 1 240 and 160mg/L,respectively,and the decreasing rang of SS concentration in the late stage of rainfall on July 4 was obviously greater than that of August 16 due to stronger rainfall on July 4.The general variation of CODCr was similar to that of SS concentration,and the change range of CODCr on July 4 (32-212mg/L) was larger than that of August 16 (13-53mg/L).In addition,the variation trends of NH3-N and TP concentration were similar,namely they increased firstly and then reduced rapidly,and the decreasing range of NH3-N and TP concentration was greater than that of SS concentration in the late stage of rainfall.[Conclusion] The research results could provide references for the study on water quality variation characteristics and treatment of surface runoff.

Seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection in dogs and cats in Zhenjiang City,Eastern China

Objective:To determine the seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii) infection in dogs and cats in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province.Eastern China,and to evaluate the main associated risk factors relating to exposure to 71 gondii in this region.Methods:Sera from 160 clogs and 116 cats from Zhenjiang City were tested for anti-T.gondii antibodies using EUSA.The seropositivity by area of activity,sex and age was analyzed.Results:Overall.21 dogs(13.l%) and 24 cats(20.7%) had antibodies to T.gondii.The infection rate in stray dogs(38.7%) and cats(28.6%! was significantly higher(P<0.05) than in household dogs(6.9%) and cats(18.2%).The seroprevalence in male clogs(14.8%) and cats(21.05%) were slighlly higher than their female counterparts(11.4%in dogs and 20.0%in cats),but were not significantly differenent(P>0.05).A high proportion of dogs at 3 to 6 years of age were positive to T.gondii(20.0%)while cats with relatively high seropositivity rates were at 0 to 1 year of age(33.3%).Conclusions:The prevalence of T.gondii infection in dogs and cats in Zhenjiang City was high,which is probably the main source of T.gondii infection in this area.

Status Quo and Countermeasures of Sustainable Development for Zhenjiang Wanshan Hongbian Modern Agricultural Science Park

In this paper,status quo of development in Zhenjiang Wanshan Hongbian Modern Agricultural Science Park is studied,and some problems are pointed out,such as unreasonable staffing structure and weak self-financing ability.Talent introduction strategy and branding and standardization strategy are proposed,and financing channels should be widened.Meanwhile,agricultural production structure should be adjusted,and science and technology services should be promoted.The research aims to provide the reference for sustainable development of similar modern agricultural science park in China.

Research on the International Communication of Zhenjiang Regional Culture Based on Short Video

This paper takes Zhenjiang regional culture as the research object and selects Zhenjiang regional culture suitable for international communication,such as the culture of Zhenjiang’s three mountains,Jiangsu University’s special agricultural machinery culture,and the culture of Pearl S.Buck.The paper explores international communication strategies such as optimizing video content to highlight Zhenjiang’s cultural characteristics,focusing on the operation and promotion of short videos,and cooperation between the government,society,and universities,in the hope of improving the international communication system of Zhenjiang’s regional culture,and also providing reference for international communication studies of regional culture in other cities and regions.

The Practice of Planning and Design of Characteristic Rural Areas in Jiangsu Province: A Case Study of Shiye Town, Zhenjiang City

Based on the theory of three living spaces,taking the characteristic rural areas of Shiye Town in Zhenjiang City as the research object,the study analyzed its constituent elements in production,life and ecological space (three living spaces) and put forward the strategy of space optimization.The overall optimization design of the village is made according to the problems by combining with the current situation of pilot villages such as Yongmaowei,Huanqingzhou and group 1 of Xianfeng Village.In addition,special reconstruction measures were formulated for the existing problems of agricultural houses and public spaces in various typical villages.

Exploring the Value Path of Integrating the Red Elements of“Zhenjiang Symbol”into Civic Education in Vocational Colleges:Constructing a“1+1+N”Model to Build a New Carrier of Civic Education in an Integrated Way

Zhenjiang has always been a city of heroes,where revolutionary heroes shed their blood and red genes are passed down from generation to generation.In terms of the Zhenjiang region,a hundred years of struggle to cast the“Iron Army Spirit”of the New Fourth Army in Mao Mountain Anti-Japanese Base Area,the“Yafu Spirit”that lived up to the people’s expectations of fighting for the city’s glory and poverty alleviation,and the“war spirit”of southern Jiangsu,which was first encountered under Zhenjiang City and was decapitated by the small Lou Lan and other“Zhenjiang symbols”series of Chinese Communist Party spiritual spectrum.The red elements of“Zhenjiang symbols”consists of the blood,tears,and wisdom of the revolutionary predecessors,and shine with the glorious deeds of revolutionary battles.Compared with other schools,vocational colleges are colleges with applied application,practical,and close to nature.How to integrate the red elements of“Zhenjiang symbols”into the classroom of local vocational colleges and a give role to the function of red education has become an important subject of ideological and political education in vocational colleges.

农村产业融合发展的现实困境与实现路径——以江苏省镇江市为例

基于ARIMA模型预测镇江市肺结核流行趋势及分析

目的通过构建季节性差分整合移动平均自回归模型(ARIMA模型)预测江苏省镇江市肺结核流行趋势并验证模型的有效性,探讨新型冠状病毒感染疫情对肺结核流行情况的影响。方法收集江苏省镇江市2014-2022年肺结核月发病数资料,构建季节性ARIMA模型,以2022年1-12月肺结核发病数验证预测模型效果,并分析预测误差产生的原因。结果2014-2022年镇江市共报告肺结核病例11316例,除2017、2019年发病率有所回升外,总体发病率呈下降趋势,发病主要集中在3-8月。ARIMA(1,1,1)(1,1,0)_(12)的BIC值(5.913)最小,残差白噪声也通过检验。但短期自相关部分的AR系数不显著,因此建立ARIMA(0,1,1)(1,1,0)_(12)。2022年镇江市肺结核月发病数实际值与预测值存在一定的偏差(平均相对预测误差为19.20%),但均在拟合值的95%可信区间内,实际月发病数(平均78例/月)与预测值(平均78例/月)变化趋势基本一致,模型拟合度较好,可用于预测镇江市肺结核流行情况。结论利用该模型对短期内镇江市肺结核发病数进行预测,认为镇江市肺结核流行总体上仍将长期保持下行趋势。

基于加权信息量的镇江高新区滑坡地质灾害易发性评价

合理选取地质灾害影响因子并对因子进行优化分级是准确评价地质灾害易发性的关键。结合研究区实际情况,选取7个指标因子构建滑坡影响因子指标体系,并以各因子条件下滑坡灾害比例和信息量曲线的突变点为依据,对连续型评价指标因子进行优化分级。在此基础上,基于ArcGIS平台,运用层次分析法加权的信息量模型对镇江高新区滑坡灾害的易发性进行评价。根据易发区划分指标将研究区划分为高、中、低滑坡地质灾害易发区,划分结果与已有滑坡灾害分布有较好的对应关系,评价结果具有较高的准确性。该评价方法可为低山丘陵地区滑坡地质灾害的评价与防治规划提供参考。

镇江市区域发展规划研究

镇江市近年来的发展速度持续放缓,城市竞争力也日渐低迷,占据优质区位优势资源,但发展却陷入了“区位优势陷阱”。文章首先借用比较优势陷阱的理论,对区位优势陷阱理论进行归纳,并发现陷入区位优势陷阱的城市往往存在着结构离心化、产业单一化、竞争弱势化的问题,再结合镇江市近年来的发展与规划实证研究,整理归纳区域性规划的主要思路与策略,得出当前镇江市发展陷入“区位优势陷阱”且城市规划囿于此的结论,并对其深层次逻辑进行剖析。最后,提出了超越“区位优势陷阱”的规划优化原则与优化策略,即突出核心、统筹结构、重点融入等具体策略,以期为面临同样问题的城市提供一定的优化调整思路。

“老字号”是中国世代传承的品牌,属于中国传统文化。本文以镇江恒顺香醋为例,在阐述老字号起源与恒顺香醋发展历程的基础上,对恒顺香醋品牌的视觉形象进行分析,最后提出老字号品牌视觉形象的创新设计思路。目的在于为老字号品牌视觉形象的创新设计提供可行性方案,从而推动老字号品牌的保护发展和品牌质量提升。

多维视角下区域同城化发展路径探索——以宁镇扬地区为例

随着双循环新发展格局的深入推进,地方政府亟须打破行政边界约束,推动城市跨界合作。同城化发展模式是推动我国城镇化高质量发展,实现区域一体化发展目标的重要方式。然而,由于多数地区对传统发展模式的路径依赖及自身治理机制不完善,导致我国发展成熟的同城化地区较少,大多数仍停留在意向阶段。文章在明晰同城化相关概念的基础上,以江苏省宁镇扬地区同城化发展为例,对同城化发展的相关理论进行系统梳理,并从经济、社会、生态和空间治理多维视角对宁镇扬地区同城化发展现状进行分析,提出针对性的同城化发展路径,以期为新时代我国同城化发展提供理论依据和实践借鉴。

关于史实真相与历史真实问题的辨析——以镇江之战的海龄殉难事件为例

在鸦片战争时期的镇江之战中,守将海龄殉难事件一时竟成聚讼之谜。在史实真相查实后,朝廷对海龄的嘉赏赐典,却遭到士民抵制。镇江民众抵拒的关键问题并不在其死亡之细故末节上,而依然聚焦于“尽忠殉国”大节方面。海龄悲剧性地自杀或自焚的史实真相,并不能成就其“尽节尽忠”的人生定评。时人在日常生活中琐碎片段的场景记录,已经立体地呈现了他原本鲜活而真实的形象。镇江失陷及其失陷后的惨剧与海龄“误国殃民,莫此为甚”的行为有着密切关联。海龄殉难的史实真相无法遮蔽历史的真实。

京杭运河镇江段水系大型底栖动物分布多样性与环境因子相关性评价

本研究选取京杭运河镇江段水体作为研究对象,系统调查区域内大型底栖动物分布及多样性,结合水体环境因子(总磷、氨氮等)数据,采用多元统计分析方法探讨物种多样性与环境因素的相关性规律。结果表明,京杭运河镇江段水体各断面水环境质量差异较小,底栖动物物种结构差异较大。采集的8个断面的总体水质基本处于地表水Ⅱ类水平,其中三岔河断面的总磷浓度最高,采集到的霍甫水丝蚓种群密度也高于其他7个断面。RDA分析结果显示,影响物种多样性的主要环境因子为氨氮、化学需氧量、叶绿素a和总磷。

镇江有“城市山林”的美誉。“城市山林”一词为复合词,“城市”与“山林”的词语复合反映了文人阶层对人居场所与文化场所的长期思辨和抉择。唐代诗人群体对镇江山水的审美观照、宋代镇江城市的发展与名士的镇江情结、元明时期城市属性的积累与民间话语的沉淀共同构成了镇江“城市山林”形象建构的历史语境。在当代“山水花园城市”与“生态宜居城市”的城市形象转向中,“城市山林”形象仍然能在“畅神”的生活空间与“比德”的文化空间两方面提供借鉴意义。

以京口三山为例,基于地方文献考证及图像分析,对人们在观念图景中整合城市与周边山水的动态过程展开探索,探讨特定历史背景下地方书写对山-城秩序的建构作用。同时揭示在明中叶镇江城内布局已初步定型的基础上,“以北固为镇”与“表金焦为阙”两种山水结构在地方书写中如何逐渐形成,进而将京口三山纳入府城象天设地的理想空间中、逐步推进府境礼制秩序完型的历史进程。

清刘文淇、刘毓崧地理方志校勘述评——以《宋元镇江志校勘记》《舆地纪胜校勘记》为例

清人刘文淇、刘毓崧父子共同完成了4卷《宋元镇江志校勘记》和52卷《舆地纪胜校勘记》。针对未经编次的辑本宋、元《镇江志》,刘氏校正了文字段落、类目篇章、行款格式等,厘清了混杂的诸志并各复其貌。还利用新发现的影宋抄本《舆地纪胜》,爬梳群籍、着力他校,通过地志体例特征,以理校的方式,配以精深的小学功底,最大程度存真复原。在整个校勘过程中,刘氏态度通达、实事求是,还归纳总结了校勘理论,虽偶有失误,但瑕不掩瑜。
