Many methods have been developed in the last few decades to describe sectional bankfull characteristics(elevation and discharge); however, studies on long-term reach-scale bankfull discharge are still limited. In this study, a hydraulic model is built to calculate the reach-scale bankfull discharge, and the effects of reservoir building on downstream bankfull discharges are discussed. The studied river reach is located at the lower Wei River(WR), where the planned Dongzhuang Reservoir would be built on its largest tributary, the Jing River. A quasi-two-dimensional numerical model coupled with a bankfull discharge estimating method is put forward to calculate the reach-scale bankfull discharge. The soundness of the model is verified. Results show that the temporal variation of reach-scale bankfull discharge of the lower reach of the WR would be highly influenced by the planned reservoir, especially during the first 20 years of operation. The effect of the planned reservoir on bankfull discharge may reach its maximum when the total trapped sediment load reaches approximately 75% of the reservoir capacity. Our results show that after the first 17 years of operation,the effect of the planned reservoir on bankfull discharge of the river reach may decrease gradually.The soundness and predictive capability of the coupled model have also been calibrated by comparing with existing reservoirs. All analyses indicate that the numerical model can be used to predict the changed reach-scale bankfull discharge of the lower WR.展开更多

Objective: To observe the effects of Weisu Granule combined with triple therapy (esomeprazole, tinidazole and amoxicillin) on gastric mucosal cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and cadherin E (E-cadherin), serum procalcitonin (...Objective: To observe the effects of Weisu Granule combined with triple therapy (esomeprazole, tinidazole and amoxicillin) on gastric mucosal cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and cadherin E (E-cadherin), serum procalcitonin (PCT) and gastrin in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods: A total of 90 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n=45) according to the lottery method. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy. On this basis, the control group was treated with triple therapy. The observation group was treated with triple therapy combined with Wei Su granule. The levels of COX-2, E-cadherin, procalcitonin and gastrin in peripheral blood were measured before and after treatment in all subjects. Result: There was no significant difference in the levels of gastric mucosal COX-2 and E-cadherin between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the levels of COX-2 and E-cadherin in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. And the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment. There was no significant difference in serum PCT and gastrin levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the levels of PCT and gastrin in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. And the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment. Conclusion: Wei Su granule combined with triple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis, can effectively reduce the levels of COX-2, E-cadherin, PCT and gastrin, relieve the gastric mucosal injury and symptoms, which is a clinically effective treatment.展开更多

In this paper, we build a complex network with characters in Shishuoxinyu to analyze the scholarly connections in the Wei-Jin and North-South dynasties. The ER random graph, WS small-world network, BA scale-free network, and experimental network are constructed for comparison. The network properties of the experimental network were analyzed using the average degree, average clustering coefficient, and average path length. Degree centrality, mesoscopic centrality, and proximity centrality were selected to understand the importance of the experimental network nodes, and it was found that the king guide had the highest importance in the whole experimental network. Then, through the observation of network degree distribution, this experimental network is considered as a scale-free network with robustness and vulnerability, which is in line with the political characteristics of the Wei-Jin and Northern Dynasties. Finally, ten larger-scale Shi clans are selected to construct a new network for inter-clan linkage analysis. This study helps to uncover the reasons for the rise and fall of the Shi clans during the Wei-Jin and North-South dynasties.展开更多

Jing River is a tributary of the Wei River which is the largest tributary of the Yellow River. Sediments eroded from the upland of the Jing River basin are one of the major contributors of sediment entering the lower ...Jing River is a tributary of the Wei River which is the largest tributary of the Yellow River. Sediments eroded from the upland of the Jing River basin are one of the major contributors of sediment entering the lower Wei River(LWR). The Dongzhuang reservoir is designed to be constructed on the lower Jing River for flood control and water resources regulation, and this may change the sustainable management of the LWR as changed channel deposition by trapping sediments and releasing concentration-limited flow. Its effects on the LWR, especially the deposition distribution, should be analyzed. The steady quasi-two-dimensional dynamic model was adopted to estimate the deposition processes in the LWR. Then, the qualitative effects of the Dongzhuang reservoir on channel deposition were evaluated and compared with historical data, including capacity loss in other reservoirs and measured deposition in the LWR. Analyses indicated that the annual deposition in the LWR will decrease by approximately two-thirds due to the reservoir’s operation. After 15 years of operation, the effects of the Dongzhuang reservoir on the lower channel will decrease gradually. Moreover, its effects on lateral distribution in different sub-reaches are different. After the reservoir’s operation, the floodplain of the Xianyang–Lintong(XY-LT) sub-reach will change its sediment regime from deposition to erosion. For the Lintong–Huaxian(LT-HX) sub-reach, deposition in the main channel will be more serious during the first 30 years of operation. For the Huaxian–Tongguan (HX-TG) sub-reach, the reservoir will have almost no effects on the lateral distribution. All these analyses may benefit the sustainable management of the Wei River and the Yellow River.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of Wei’s triple nine needling therapy on the N2-P2 wave of the flash visual evoked potential(FVEP)in rats of the of the transverse directional pulling model.Methods:Thirty-six Wist...Objective:To investigate the effect of Wei’s triple nine needling therapy on the N2-P2 wave of the flash visual evoked potential(FVEP)in rats of the of the transverse directional pulling model.Methods:Thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly grouped,nine were in normal control group without any treatment,and the remaining 27 were surgically modelled in the right eyes.Eighteen of these rats were randomly divided into a Wei’s triple nine needling therapy group and a model group of nine rats each after the TON model was made using the transverse quantitative retraction method.The other 9 rats were sham-operated,and only the optic nerve was exposed without retraction.On the next day of modelling,the Wei’s triple nine needling therapy group was treated with Wei’s triple nine needling therapy for 20 minutes/1 time/1 day for 14 days.The model group,sham-operated group and normal control group were not intervened.Wei's triple nine acupoints were represented as follows:1st link:"Jingming"(BL1)and"Chengqi"(ST1);2nd link:"Sizhukong"(SJ23)penetrating"Taiyang"(EX-HN5);and the third:"Fengchi"(GB 20)and"Taichong"(LV3).The FVEP of each group was observed on 1d,7d and 14d.The FVEP of each group was observed on 1d,7d and 14d.Results:Compared with the model group,the N2 wave latency and P2 wave latency were shortened in the Wei’s triple nine needling therapy on 1d(P<0.05,P<0.01);on 7d,their N2 wave latency was shortened(P<0.01)and the N2-P2 wave amplitude was increased compared with the model group(P<0.05);on 14d,their P2 wave latency was shortened(P<0.05)and the N2-P2 wave amplitude was increased.There was no statistical difference in N2 wave latency,P2 wave latency and N2-P2 wave amplitude in the sham-operated group on 1d,7d and 14d(P>0.05).The delayed N2 and P2 wave latencies in the model group did not improve from 1d to 14d(P>0.05)and the amplitude decreased throughout,showing a significant difference on 14d compared to 1d(P<0.05).In contrast,the N2 wave latency in Wei’s triple nine needling therapy group was not significantly different until 7d to 14d(P<0.05);its P2 wave latency,although significantly delayed from 1d to 7d(P<0.05),recovered on 14d and reached a level that was not statistically different from 1d and 7d(P>0.05).There was also no significant decrease in N2-P2 wave amplitude between 1d and 14d in Wei’s triple nine needling therapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In this experiment,the TON rat model was successfully established by the transverse quantitative retraction method,and the treatment of TON rats with Wei’s triple nine needling therapy reduced the P2 wave delay of the FVEP electrophysiological signal and increased the N2-P2 amplitude,which had a certain positive effect on the repair of optic nerve injury,probably related to its effect of improving the conduction function of the optic nerve and protecting the retinal ganglion cells that had not been degenerated and necrosed.展开更多

文摘From the perspective of management,this paper sorted out the management thoughts of the Chinese Television Historical Comedy Drama Li Wei the Magistrate.Then,on the basis of the sorting,it analyzed and summarized the management ideas and actions of characters in the drama.Finally,it summarized the application of management measures in the management of organizations,including making clear management responsibilities,using limited resources to maximize benefits,being strict with relatives,and practicing forbearance all the time,to improve the overall efficiency and benefits of enterprises and organizations.

文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of Wei’s triple nine needling therapy on the N2-P2 wave of the flash visual evoked potential(FVEP)in rats of the of the transverse directional pulling model.Methods:Thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly grouped,nine were in normal control group without any treatment,and the remaining 27 were surgically modelled in the right eyes.Eighteen of these rats were randomly divided into a Wei’s triple nine needling therapy group and a model group of nine rats each after the TON model was made using the transverse quantitative retraction method.The other 9 rats were sham-operated,and only the optic nerve was exposed without retraction.On the next day of modelling,the Wei’s triple nine needling therapy group was treated with Wei’s triple nine needling therapy for 20 minutes/1 time/1 day for 14 days.The model group,sham-operated group and normal control group were not intervened.Wei's triple nine acupoints were represented as follows:1st link:"Jingming"(BL1)and"Chengqi"(ST1);2nd link:"Sizhukong"(SJ23)penetrating"Taiyang"(EX-HN5);and the third:"Fengchi"(GB 20)and"Taichong"(LV3).The FVEP of each group was observed on 1d,7d and 14d.The FVEP of each group was observed on 1d,7d and 14d.Results:Compared with the model group,the N2 wave latency and P2 wave latency were shortened in the Wei’s triple nine needling therapy on 1d(P<0.05,P<0.01);on 7d,their N2 wave latency was shortened(P<0.01)and the N2-P2 wave amplitude was increased compared with the model group(P<0.05);on 14d,their P2 wave latency was shortened(P<0.05)and the N2-P2 wave amplitude was increased.There was no statistical difference in N2 wave latency,P2 wave latency and N2-P2 wave amplitude in the sham-operated group on 1d,7d and 14d(P>0.05).The delayed N2 and P2 wave latencies in the model group did not improve from 1d to 14d(P>0.05)and the amplitude decreased throughout,showing a significant difference on 14d compared to 1d(P<0.05).In contrast,the N2 wave latency in Wei’s triple nine needling therapy group was not significantly different until 7d to 14d(P<0.05);its P2 wave latency,although significantly delayed from 1d to 7d(P<0.05),recovered on 14d and reached a level that was not statistically different from 1d and 7d(P>0.05).There was also no significant decrease in N2-P2 wave amplitude between 1d and 14d in Wei’s triple nine needling therapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In this experiment,the TON rat model was successfully established by the transverse quantitative retraction method,and the treatment of TON rats with Wei’s triple nine needling therapy reduced the P2 wave delay of the FVEP electrophysiological signal and increased the N2-P2 amplitude,which had a certain positive effect on the repair of optic nerve injury,probably related to its effect of improving the conduction function of the optic nerve and protecting the retinal ganglion cells that had not been degenerated and necrosed.
