Study on Information Exchange Platform for Port Logistics Based on Web Services

Information exchange platform(IEP)for port logistics is used to realize data transmission among different sys- tems and districts by Internet.This paper presents the web services technology used in transferring information for port logistics. The system architecture based on J2EE and B/S mode frame has been constructed to subscribe the distributed information.To en- sure platform independent,extensible markup language(XML)integration technology was also used in the system design.

Game Theory Based Decision Coordination Strategy of Agricultural Logistics Service Information System

Under the background of“Internet plus”rapid development,the agricultural logistics industry should apply information technology to every link of the agricultural product logistics industry chain.By making full use of the decision making module of the agricultural logistics information system,we can realize the full sharing of information and data resources,which makes the decision-making scheme of the agricultural logistics information system more optimized.In real economic society,the uncertainty and mismatch between the customer’s logistics service demand and the logistics service capability that the logistics service function provider can provide,that is,when the two information are asymmetric,how to use the third-party contract to coordinate the income and profit distribution of the two,to make the information system decision making more reasonable?This paper mainly studies the coordination scheme of agricultural logistics information system decision making under uncertain output and demand information by introducing the spot market.A joint coordination strategy based on revenue sharing and penalty feedback contracts proposes decentralized decision making based on game theory.Experiments show that the flexible ordering strategy proposed in this paper can reduce the logistics service supply chain’s uncertainty and significantly improve the logistics service supply chain’s overall income level through coordination contracts.

RFID技术在汽车生产线的应用模式研究

通过分析RFID技术在汽车制造企业的应用优势和应用需求,既而详细阐述了汽车生产线上应用RFID技术的具体应用模式。通过在生产线上架设多个RFID信息采集点,能可靠获取流水线上的车辆队列信息,实现车辆的定位跟踪和在线质量检测,保证生产线物料的动态供应,同时实现工位的可视化作业。通过初步实例探索,可看到RFID技术的应用确实满足了汽车生产过程中获取现场生产信息及时性和准确性的要求,并能有效改善汽车生产线的管理模式。

An Optimized Method for Accounting Information in Logistic Systems

In the era of rapid information development,with the popularity of computers,the advancement of science and technology,and the ongoing expansion of IT technology and business,the enterprise resource planning(ERP)system has evolved into a platform and a guarantee for the fulfilment of company management procedures after long-term operations.Because of developments in information technology,most manual accounting procedures are being replaced by computerized Accounting Information Systems(AIS),which are quicker and more accurate.The primary factors influencing the decisions of logistics firm trading parties are investigated in order to enhance the design of decision-supporting modules and to improve the performance of logistics enterprises through AIS.This paper proposed a novel approach to calculate the weights of each information element in order to establish their important degree.The main purpose of this research is to present a quantitative analytic approach for determining the important information of logistics business collaboration response.Furthermore,the idea of total orders and the significant degrees stated above are used to identify the optimal order of all information elements.Using the three ways of marginal revenue,marginal cost,and business matching degree,the information with cumulative weights is which is deployed to form the data from the intersection of the best order.It has the ability to drastically reduce the time and effort required to create a logistics business control/decision-making system.

Assessment on Evaluating Parameters of Rice Core Collections Constructed by Genotypic Values and Molecular Marker Information

Eleven evaluating parameters for rice core collection were assessed based on genotypic values and molecular marke＇ information. Monte Carlo simulation combined with mixed linear model was used to eliminate the interference from environment in order to draw more reliable results. The coincidence rate of range （CR） was the optimal parameter. Mean Simpson index （MD）, mean Shannon-Weaver index of genetic diversity （M1） and mean polymorphism information content （MPIC） were important evaluating parameters. The variable rate of coefficient of variation （VR） could act as an important reference parameter for evaluating the variation degree of core collection. Percentage of polymorphic loci （p） could be used as a determination parameter for the size of core collection. Mean difference percentage （MD） was a determination parameter for the reliability judgment of core collection. The effective evaluating parameters for core collection selected in the research could be used as criteria for sampling percentage in different plant germplasm populations.

Research on Architecture of Logistics Public Information Platform

On the basis of the discussion on main functions of logistics public information platform, and the summary of general functions of some typical cases at home and abroad, such as China electronic port and TradeLink, the logistics public information platform architecture is introduced from a technical point of view. It contains multiple levels, such as cloud computing platform and data storage layer, and discusses some new technologies available. Finally, the important trend of the logistics public information platform development is discussed.

Information System Construction and Function Module Design Based on Reverse Logistics

Reverse logistics are playing more and more important role with the development of competition and the social responsibility of enterprises.It could be divided into commission acceptance,recycling and returned goods handling.Reverse logistics information system consists of the database establishment,network structure and logic structure design.The collection,storage,processing,transmission and output functions of the reverse logistics information system were discussed in the thesis.Eventually,it established seven modules for the reverse logistics information system including the system management module,oriented module,returning goods processing module,reverse transportation management module,information sharing module,statistical analysis module and cost control module.

A Compositive Information Collection Platform System Based on Web Service

The aim is to solve the problem that how to share dispersive and heterogeneous data inside business information system or some other information source. On the basis of Web service, this paper adopts the notion of Data As ,Service to build service-oriented data integration architecture. According to this architecture, we develop data collection system which effectively integrates data from heterogeneous informa tion source and present a uniform data view to end users by implementing sharing data from heterogeneous systems and information source . At last, this paper gives an example of a compositive information collection platform system.

Exploration on the Construction of University Logistics Information Service Platform

Logistics information construction in colleges and universities is an important part of smart campus. This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of the logistics information construction in colleges and universities. Taking China University of Geosciences (Beijing) as an example, this paper discusses the construction principles and Personnel organization structure of the logistics information construction, and provides the construction scheme of the logistics information service platform. It can be used for reference for the implementation of logistics information construction in other colleges and universities.

基于四维张量特征分解的风电机组轴承故障缺失数据恢复方法研究

针对风电机组轴承故障信息采集过程中数据缺失导致故障类型无法识别问题,提出了一种基于四维张量模型特征分解恢复缺失数据的方法。首先,基于转速、时窗、经验模态分解和时间4个维度构建四维张量;其次,通过加权优化算法实现张量填充,修补故障数据的缺失值;然后,对张量进行Tucker分解得到核心张量及因子矩阵;最后,基于梯度优化算法进行迭代优化得到最终核心张量及因子矩阵,并利用二者对四维张量进行重构得到恢复数据。采用实验数据和实际数据来验证提出方法的有效性和可靠性。结果表明:两组恢复数据的RMSE值分别为0.3169和0.0291,远小于4种对比方法的RMSE值。利用双稳态随机共振对2组恢复数据进行故障特征提取,信噪比显著提高,分别为-13.2647和-15.5212,进一步验证提出方法的准确性。

Empirical Study of E-logistics System Based on Tibet Logistics Industry

With the rapid growth of E-logistics in the global logistics industry,it is important to get insight into E-logistics system in Chinese logistics industry.Regarding the current situation of E-logistics of Chinese logistics industry,there are still many problems to be concerned and resolved.This paper will review the concepts and theoretical background of E-logistics System from previous researches.After acknowledging the essential issues on E-logistics System,a research model is designed and tested based on the Theory Acceptance Model.This research aims to provide theoretical and practical contributions for Chinese logistics companies to enhance understanding on E-logistics System.It also provides some useful theoretical implication and practical guidelines for the development of E-logistics System in Chinese logistics industry.
