With the further development of urbanization,the conflicts between human beings and the nature has been gradually aggravated;it is urgent to establish balanced natural ecology in the process of urbanization,and harmony between human beings and environment.This study took the ecological landscape project of Shanghai A20 Out Ring (Changning Section) for an example to research and rethink about the ecological construction in the process of urbanization.

Research on the Construction of Ecological Civilization Model under the Regional Harmonious Development Background

In this paper, we conduct research on the construction of the ecological civilization model under the regional harmonious development background. Our country has achieved by the planned economy to basic socialist market economy important historic transformation, regional management system after several changes, the government organization adjustment for many times, in both market and government forces to promote the regional cooperation mechanism is increasingly rich, mutual assistance and support mechanism gradually complete, a variety of the mechanisms as we pattern is emerging. The current regional harmonious development must be based on general regional interests coordination, strive to build a regional comparative advantage into full play, regional gap control in a reasonable scope, area equal basic public services, strengthen market integration, effective utilization of the resources and ecological environment protection and improve the dynamic combination of fi ve goals. Under this basis, we propose the new perspectives on the issues that are meaningful.

Integration of Campus Greening and Restorative Landscape Construction in Vocational Colleges

This paper introduced the campus greening and construction of restorative landscapes,and then the principles of integrating campus greening and construction of restorative landscape for vocational colleges.Furthermore,the means and prospects of integrating campus greening and restorative landscape construction were proposed.

Interpretation of Campus Landscape

From the perspective of modern landscape planning and design, the connotations of campus landscape are elaborated in this study, including its visual aesthetics, the habitat of university teachers and students, an urban social and natural ecosystem, its cultural and scientific symbolic meaning, its value as the economic and social carrier of the 21st century, as well as significance for the harmonious construction of human settlement.

Analysis on Promoting the Construction and Development of Campus Culture from Art Education

Colleges and universities, as important educational institutions of training professional personnel, should make a change to the curriculum setting along with the changed demands of market on personnel. In this process, art can be used by them as a key course in teaching. It was highlighted that image,brand,honor and quality of a university was closely related to its landscape environment,therefore,high-quality campus landscapes are necessary for all universities,and characteristics of campus landscapes should be understood first to create a modern campus with favorable ecological conditions,beautiful scenery,vitality and cultural aura.On this basis,characteristics of campus landscapes were further studied,and it was pointed out that campus landscapes was actually an organic growth process;a material carrier of humanistic spirits of the university showing its spiritual horizons and features,creating a favorable environment for students,and also playing the role of moral education;and a kind of special green spaces with comprehensive social functions,which could integrate into the overall environment of the city with its multiple attributes,scales and functions,while its communication spaces were parts of the urban recreational and communication spaces,thus management of campus landscapes tended to the socialization.Through analyzing and elaborating natural features of campus landscapes,this study aimed at promoting and providing references for the construction of modern campus landscapes.

It also proposed principles that should be followed in the human landscape construction on campus as well as optimization measures to create a harmonious campus full of humanity, with a view to providing a reference for the human landscape construction on campus in northwestern Anhui.

So it is necessary to find out solutions to solve these problems. And this paper is trying to help improve the cultural construction in universities.

Spatio-temporal analysis of land-use conversion in the eastern coastal China during 1996-2005

Based on the acquaintance of the regional background of urban-rural transformational development and investigations on the spot,this paper discusses the holistic situation, dominant factors and mechanism of arable land loss and land for construction occupation in the coastal area of China over the last decade,with the aid of GIS technology.Conclusions of the research are summarized as follows：（1）the arable land had been continuously decreasing from 1996 to 2005,with a loss of 1,708,700 hm^2 and an average decrement of 170,900 hm^2 per year;（2）land for construction increased 1,373,700 hm^2 ,with an average increment of 153,200 hm^2 per year;（3）total area of encroachment on arable land for construction between 1996 and 2005 was 1,053,100 hm^2 ,accounting for 34.03%of the arable land loss in the same period,the percentages of which used for industrial land（INL）,transportation land（TRL）,rural construction land（RUL）and town construction land（TOL）are 45.03%,15.8%,15.47%and 11.5%,respectively;and（4）the fluctuation of the increase of construction land and encroachment on arable land in the area were deeply influenced by the nation＇s macroscopic land-use policies and development level of regional economy.The growth of population and advancement of technology promoted the rapid industrialization, construction of transportation infrastructures,rural urbanization and expansion of rural settlements in the eastern coastal area,and therefore were the primary driving forces of land-use conversion.
